I had a pleasant stay in Pullman Miami. The room is very comfortable and the environment is peaceful, even being next to a rather busy airport. I felt welcomed in the hotel and the overall experience was pleasant.

We've stayed at The Pullman a few times now over the last few years. Nice hotel. Front desk staff are polite and courteous. Quick and efficient check in and check out.
Some interior parts of the hotel are showing wear-and-tear, but this didn't affect our stay at the hotel.
The only negative about our stay was the breakfast wait staff in the resauaunt. Rude would be to kind for me to say. I never had a plate of food dropped in front of me. I don't recall ever receiving a bill anywhere else to pay while eating.
We stayed here the day before our cruise. There's a plaza less than 10min walk that you can you toiletries, snacks and coffee.

Second stay at this hotel for a business conference. The moment from arrival to departure was completely unforgettable. Beautiful hotel with private pool and also family style pools to keep everyone happy. Rooms were pretty clean and everything was easily accessible in quick time. Will be back soon. Thank you.

I came to Pullman expecting a beautiful room such as the one in the pictures ,with city view instead we got a bed with a sad bathroom, we didn t get housekeeping at all even though we used to leave a sign that we needed help with cleaning, we didn t have paper toilet, we didn t have coffee cups & when I asked for one, the house keeping lady gave me one of somebody s room. Food was way too expensive & we didn t have a choice but order from the restaurant, one time I ordered a dessert then I decided to cancel it, when I called the restaurant the guy hang up on me without saying a word just because I asked if I could cancel the order. It was a horrible week. Service wasn t nice. It didn t worth traveling all the way from WI to be honest. I was looking forward to stay in this hotel right now I regret it because I had a lot of choices & I really wanted to stay in Pullman. I swear I will never want to come back here.

There are a few employees who made this a 3 star rating, one for each of them...Horacio the bellman, Menelus the server and a lovely dark skinned lady at the Front Desk who checked me in but always looked happy to see me and asked if everything was OK, she has quite an upbeat style and smiled always, pity I didn't get her name!!. They were always pleasant and helpful!
The bed on the other hand was very uncomfortable, there was also dirt marks on the bed board, I could see hair on the shower wall and evidence that the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the room had a really great view but I could also see smears on the windows and proved it was inside and not outside the window. The chair in my room was also shedding.
The two times I dined in Tavolo I noticed some employees just standing behind the side station just talking.
I tried to get the attention of the bellmen outside to ask for their assistance on getting a taxi, they just walked on by, not sure if some of them only spoke spanish, Horacio was humble, polite and professional and assisted quickly.
Now that I am checking out I hear there is a shuttle to the dolphin mall.... Wished I knew that before.
It was a very short stay for me but if you are just looking to stay somewhere close by to the airport and you do not have high expectations then this will do.

So I would give this place five stars for customer service and hospitality. However, the cleanliness of my room was less than acceptable. There were two very large brown stains on the shower curtains that were so bad I had them replaced. There was hair on the walls inside the shower area, dirt on the sides of the tub and the soap dish was covered in soap scum. There were stains on the carpeted floors between the beds and yellow stains on the drying towels. I had accommodations for only one night and was going on a Carnival Cruise the next day so I didn't wanna ruin my trip complaining but I did let the front desk clerk know that I was dissatisfied with the room

It was excelent to stay at this hotel close to the Miami airport. Everything from check-in to check-out was great. Breakfast buffet was good as well. It's also easy to reach Everglades, Miami beaches, downtown and shoppingmalls in short time from this hotel.

I like this hotel, formerly it was called Sofitel and it was famous for the bedding, since it was like sleeping in a feather bed. How good they keep the type of bedding. What I like most about this hotel is the view of the lagoon and if you are on a higher floor from the parts overlooking the lagoon, you can also see the airport as they land and how the planes take off.
Breakfast is expensive, but it is very good and complete. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel, to operate by this option as well. At night they close it. But Publix supermarket is close by if you want to eat something before you go to sleep. There is a shuttle that goes to search to go to the Dolphin Mall, it has a cost, the other option is to ask for an Uber, it costs how I think about $ 15 the trip.

This is definitely Not a 4 star hotel!!!! It is 90s decor dated, raggedy, needs a severe upgrade! Parking fees are ridiculous per day insulting charges when they barely have parking available! The Bellhops are pushy and rude and if you refuse their services they will take the rolling cart and you won t be able to use anything to bring your bags up! You can add a bunch of chargeable 4 star services but this hotel is a 2 star hotel at best!!!! Back to Trump In Doral I go!!!

When I happened to forget one of my items, I called the hotel it took forever in a day for someone to pick up. The person that answered quickly blurted out I need to be transferred, and connected me to an automated line. I left a detailed voice message; the day of my visit 2/11/2017 and the room I was in 923. Till this day I have yet to hear back from anyone.

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel and everyone biased to an experience encountered here, the hotel location is second to none for airport views and getting to dolphin mall. the rooms are well done but as with most places there is always something else that could make it much better humans! The staff goes beyond their normal duties to help front desk and Bell men well done guys. and just like eating any where else the rooms service and food could use help but i'm sure you will be ok. the property is in Immaculate condition and well kept up with security at its best so well done Sofitel Miami my stay there was great and I will come back. people go here and judge for yourself not everyone experience will be the same. its a great place for a stay close to things that matter.

Our room was for guest of 4 ppl we needed extra towels because they only gave us 2, no microwave in the room, no bucket to get ice, ice machine not working on our floor, water pressure was so low it to took about 20 minutes to wash out my shampoo, hotel food and drinks are way over priced . I paid $14.88 for 3 cans of pop. I paid $52 for 2 small pizza s . I requested late checkout due to my flight time being changed and was told the same day as check out that I had to be out by noon because our room was gonna be needed . House keeping never came to clean our room and we stayed 5 nights. This was the worst part of my Vacation and def not worth what we paid

This has got to be some of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The lobby seems nice and modern and the corner rooms seems nice when you walk in (I've stayed in two). Then you start tonsettle in and begin to realize the room is dirty with dried up bits of rice and other food items. Ask for a different room, "nope, not available". Then you turn on the a/c because the room is so warm. A few hrs later you realize it's freezing and so you try to adjust the thermostat only to find out that it doesn't work properly. Ahhhh no worries, I'll just use the comforter. Nope!!! There are no comforters available. WHAT?!?!?!
The shower faucet completely came off and so... No shower!!!
You cannot contact a manager because, they just never happen to be in. But you are welcome to take a business card from the desk.
The front desk lady (two weeks in a row) is as pleasant and as sweet as she can be, while letting you know that there is nothing they can do.
Avoid this place.... Trust me, not worth the experience.

Used their airport parking service and waited 50 minutes without being picked up. Called twice to confirm and the second time all I got was Sorry it s out of my control. Now I had to spend an additional $10 to get a Uber to bring me to my car. Very frustrating to deal with while traveling. If you use this service, plan on just getting a Iber to save you 1 hour of your life.

Very upscale hotel if your here for business, but if your on a extended stay of more than 2 days it gets quite boring to me. Rooms need to be upscaled like the hotel for the money I spent my room came with no dresser space, small flat screen TV and if you didn't go to menu you couldn't figure out what channel you were watching very annoying. And if you just wanted to relax or spend time with your mate and was in need of a warm snack the rooms in the entire hotel doesn't come with a microwave you have to put on clothes and travel to the 6 floor very annoying again. Parking per day is very expensive in the tune of $18.00 a day. Pool deck is very beautiful but that's it the pool is so cold and feels like a freezer and I was told it was a heated pool online? No courtesy coffee for guest unless your a vampire they offer free coffee at 4:30@m in the lobby, Really! Food and drinks are super expensive no courtesy breakfast offered to the customer you have to pay for everything here or take a hike back to your car and go outside and purchase your own food. No entertainment for guest at all, if you want sleep and boredom this is your place it's only good to look at.

After a long flight may 19th, 2017 we arrive at this hotel. It's 7:30 a.m. I go to check in. I am told if I pay an extra 50.00 I can check in early. My room is ready... I am just beyond angry. I opted to store my luggage with the bellman and gave him the 50.00. I won't give this hotel one more dime of my money. We used them last year pre... cruise and have 2 other couples that we got to book here too. Last time! Norwegian cruise line's is who we booked through! I'll definitely find a better hotel next year to stay At! Pretty absurd my room is ready but I don't get to enter it without paying more money! Ridiculous... Pullman hotel is not all it is cracked up to be. So here I sit outside waiting until check in time before I can do anything. Thanks for making a trip we planned for a year frustrating... very disappointed. I could understand if hotel was full but it isn't and my room is ready.. this is the biggest rip off ever. Stay elsewhere... not close to nothing. No shopping. No eatery other than their over priced food inside. Couldn't even get a coffee I wanted because the milk machine portion of it not working.. won't do this again... better hope the room is clean when I finally do get to check in... Oh and they gave me a room with two double beds I'm told and we requested a king! Awful.. very disappointed customer......

Jerry from the front desk has helped us a lot in organizing our stay in Miami. And it helped me incredibly with a problem that I had. I forgot at the hotel a package of purchases that I had made during my stay through Amazon. Jerry finally got a friendly guest to bring my package to Buenos Aires. It was incredible. Eternally grateful. I recommend the hotel 100% for its benefits, and especially for the great team they have.

Beautiful hotel, but limited accomedations in the room, not even a microwave.. was suprised and dissapointed being on business I ate mostly turkey sandwiches from their (very nice) little cafe. I was happy to see a very good looking room service menu, very pricey which I was willing to tolerate because it's being delivered to my room at a nice hotel, but then there was some $2 fee and 19/20% gratuity included.. Starving and unfamiliar with the area I figured I'd try the $16 pizza, came to over $20 and was a crispy tortilla like crust with crappy sauce and fat tomato slices with crispy basil... Needless to say it was awful and for the price, I was expecting more than a round they probably also use for croutons... So not a hotel for the hungry, unless your looking to spend and take a chance, the entrees sounded good.. I decided to give it a second shot with the breakfast, also dissapointing again over $20 for powdered type eggs and very blah not very good chicken sausage. Again was happy to see pizza and chicken sausage, but quality didn't match the rest of the hotel. Luxurious feel but for business economics not practical.

Arrived and checked in at 11am. Room was not ready, no problem. Sat at the bar downstairs had a drink and a bite to eat. Decided to rent a car and do some shopping while we were waiting for our room. 5pm rolls around and we still have not heard if our room was ready. Decided to call the hotel and pressed the correct number to speak to the reservation desk. The gentleman that answered the phone was not helpful. Informed me that I had to visit the front desk to check in. I explained to him that I had already checked in at 11am and was just waiting for a call that our room was ready. He informed me the room was still not ready. Finished up more shopping and headed back to the hotel around 6pm. Arrived at the front desk inquiring about our room, if it's not ready by 6pm, it will never be ready. Thankful the lady at the desk was able to find us a room and apologized for not notifying us. We checked into our room 633. Not sure where the rooms are that they post online, because our room looked nothing like what you see online. In fact the room still looks quite dated. Minor details could be changed to approve the appearance of the rooms greatly i.e. matching door knobs, clean linens, new light switches and outlet covers, grout the perimeter of the bathroom sink, and replace the door hinges with ones that aren't painted. A coat of pain is not a remodel. The room smelt old and musty. We believe it was the dingy carpet or the ventilation system. One of our pillows had a black stains on it and the other one had holes in it. Obviously there is not oversight by management regarding housekeeping. The elevator up/down buttons are so old you cannot see what they are. The placard surrounding the buttons must be the original elevator sign when the hotel was built. Same goes for the interior of the elevator. The only thing updated in the elevator was the floors. This hotel has potential, but they do not have the right employees or owners with the mentality to run a 4-star hotel. This is more like a 1-star Motel.
Please see the photos attached. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Visitors can receive more bang for their buck at Courtyard Marriott including and a new modern fresh hotel for $50 less than their rates. Don't waste your time; move on.

Called today (8/6/17 around 4pm) to speak to the front desk, the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude!! I asked to speak to the manager and he put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back to the phone to tell me the manager went downstairs so he can't talk to me and call another time. I asked if I could be sent to his voice mail when he put me on hold for another 10 minutes and hung up! Called again no one answered my husband called and he picked it right up when he realized it was to speak to his manager he put us on hold and hung up!!!! We kept calling back with no answer some one picked up the phone and hung straight up! Good luck if you need any assistance when booking here.
