Never again! This hotel is not what one expects following the great reviews. My family and I arrived at the hotel and discovered multiple hair's from someone else on the bed sheets and mildew growing on the shower curtains. That is unacceptable. Yes, they changed the sheets, but who pays to sleep on used sheets. Never again will my family or I stay in this hotel.

I have stayed at Hyatt Regency hotels for a number of events over the past 10 years. They never disappoint. Highest level of customer service and professionalism. Had an unusual hiccup during check-in this time, but the staff worked with me to get the issue resolved and get us checked in. Loved our stay here, and kudos to the staff here. Great job! Thank you!

Room was pleasant nice. View was decent even from the 14th floor of the city, valet parking a good thing just wish it was a little cheaper. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to Miami

I am here on business so my rooms are paid for. I have sat in this lobby for 4.5 hours and still sitting, waiting for their accounting department to receive the payment that has been sent. I've called my dept and they even resent and spoke directly to their accounting dept. I've been walking up there 1 time an hour to check because i know theyre busy and they act like im bothering them. The parking is $33.00 per day, just fyi. It is a cool hotel though . Just slow accounting dept. So for other business ppl - call ahead 1st and make sure it's paid. This has happened to several ppl from what I am hearing. So 1 star for bad business travelers!

Very good attention, they should have receptionists who speak Spanish, spacious rooms, with everything you need, iron and board, minibar, safe, din cost, amenities, coffee maker. The pool in good condition, the gym with ample hours, in a word, excellent

The only parking option is valet. A self-park is available 1/2 block away, but is is owned by the city and I didn't feel like it was safe. There is no store, so options for picking up snacks and drinks are very limited.

Loved it! But asked for a balcony they said each room has a balcony but failed to mention they are not for use. Other then that wonderful staff. Clean room and very comfortable atmosphere. Beautiful city views. Easy to get to. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, and the train. Plan on going back.

This is a great hotel, the customer service, staff, was great, furthermore the rooms are spacious and tip top standard. The lobby area needs renovation, it is a bit out dated but it could be a great hotel. it is in a prime location. and easily accessible to everything. I love staying here. But decor needs to be re done.

A nice entrance and lobby.

A nice entrance and lobby.

Everything after that can be described as shabby.

The place is in need of a renovation or refresh.

Dirty stained chairs around the pool, two of the elevators I used had inspection certificates that expired 3 years ago in 2015, the public restrooms and water fountains not operable or clean.

Great location and room but the wireless internet was garbage....functional less than half the time, including off peak hours. Disappointing to stay at a facility of this caliber and have to tether your phone to get work done.

Plumbing fixtures from the 70's.....old used shampoo bottle and lotion ..at least the bed was clean.
Well back again, 3 months later..add a star.... room clean...towels, linens= Excellent. ...strangely again, half shampoo...
Lobby area nice...except 1/2 tables and chairs near coffee shop all dirty. Could not sit down anywhere... Seems like enough staff...maybe one could pick up a towel.

We stay in the area a couple times a month, usually switch between Hyatt and one of their competitors (H*****) depending on the price. This weekend was Hyatt Regency and my experience was so incredible that I decided to write this review. We had a couple minor mistakes that were immediately taken care of by the staff, particularly THEODORE MOORE also known as TED. This weekend Mr. Moore reminded us of what customer service SHOULD FEEL LIKE, He was so incredibly helpful, friendly and informative that there is absolutely no reason for me to choose another hotel in the area from now on. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hyatt Regency in downtown Miami Beach, FL is absolutely stunning. When you first walk into the main Lobby the marble flooring and 48 cylindrical columns scattered across the building will memorize you like a parent seeing their recently born child. Aside from the architecture every personal there is highly trained and works to accommodate your every need. William & Brittney were highly motivated and trained to keep us content with our stay. The Hyatt regency is also located near a Whole Foods which gave me the opportunity to shop for organic and my highly sought out after Chinola which was only found in that particular Whole foods in downtown Miami. To conclude; the Hyatt regency is a spectacular hotel with everything you can ask for and much, much, more.

Solid mid range via hotel. Decent, but not outstanding. Pool, no hot tub. Buffet dinners offered but everything is Luke warm and bland as if designed for a senior citizen crowd. Reasonably clean, but not by a July means spotless. Property is aging and in need of major renovation. Of you have Business in the area it's a better choice than the Marriott across the street. Hoping the property management/owners will upgrade the property as downtown Miami sees some resurgence.

I received great service and adequate room, from the time I was greeted at the door by the valet personnel to the prompt service and attention received at the front desk. The food is great for dine in on the restaurant located next to the elevators, and the bar serves the best mojitos I have ever tried. The bar also offers excellent food choices. I recommend the steak tacos... they are great!

I really enjoyed my stay . I was there for 9 days with the Supreme Grand Council of America and Supreme Grand Chapter Masonic and Order of the Eastern Star National Convention. The moment that I pulled up to the hotel , the staff was phenomenal!! I loved my king suite room and view. The location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy and night time entertainment. I am looking forward to returning to experience Miami again and to stay at the Hyatt Regency. Thank you Jonathan Garcia for your help and smile from our phone conversation up until I checked out. Thank you Denise Harden and staff for your help in the banquet room. Remember my name I will be back soon.
