We had good stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The only 2 complaints I have was the front desk was very uninformed about how to handle the shuttle from the hotel to my cruise ship. Winnie was the only one who had a clue how to handle the shuttle. Also the shower was the worst water pressure my wife and I have ever had at a hotel. It was so bad she couldn't even wash her hair.

Review from 2016: Love the Hotel and the suite! We stayed there with our little doggie for a week. We had a "Superior Suite room" and the room was clean and it smelled clean. Everybody was helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice. The hotel looks nice and clean. We Will definitely come back! We came with the car from NY so it's easier to go everywhere from this hotel. Oh and the elevator is super fast which I really like! I'm going back this year in 2017.

Good hotel, a lot of space in the room. The bad thing is the tv. Very old and has no guide or menu. But there's a lot to do in the world to be trained. SOMETHING VERY BAD: NO FREE PARKING. $ 17 a day per park

First of all I was charged 100$ for parking no where did it say anything about paid parking on the website, in the hotel or anything!! I did not even have a car I had surgery so I used Uber!! I m highly upset that I was charged for something I know I did not use!! The staff is rude and act like they don t want to be bothered. In the middle of my stay the power went out while being in the shower! The power was down for a good 5 minutes.. the rooms are small and look nothing like the pictures. The cleaning crew NEVER came to clean the room!! The TV connection is terrible. The rooms are so out of date . And the customer service I ve received during this parking dispute has been terrible!!! I will never stay here again & I recommend you not to either!

Hotel was nice overall, but it's lacking on the details. A lot of the details are worn out (e.g. carpet at the entrance, or generally where there's lots of traffic), making the rooms feel a little uncared for, even when they are clean.

This hotel is decent. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews on Yelp. Yeah, there is no breakfast and such. But this isn't really a stay for a long time hotel. Also, my friend I got a room because of travel points. Though this place is nice, clean. Friendly staff, I don't see it being worth more than $300 for a room. You don't even get a breakfast put of it.
But other than the insane pricing, I would recommended it to a friend.

Very nice stay for somewhere close by the airport. The hotel is very modern and we'll kept. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the Breakfast in the morning. We ate close by the pool and it was very nice since the weather was good. The only thing we didn't like was the $18 parking fee for guests. It's such a ridiculous parking fee for a parking lot (not garage) that is not very we'll kept like the rest of the hotel.

Totally desiccating the room had a very strange smell as soon as they vacated it and they gave it to me. They are not complying with the rules to avoid contagion and apart from that you also have to pay parking. It's not what I expected

A one night stay prior to cruise, we stayed at The Pullman on the recommendation of our travel agent. Looking at some of the reviews prior to our departure, I was somewhat concerned about this hotel choice.
Our experience was quite good, and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Some of the small attentive things really stood out. Prior to departure, I emailed a request to the concierge desk for some help with an early check in. Since our flight to Miami arrived so early in the morning, I thought I would try the concierge for this request. I got back an immediate reply from the concierge that our request was on file and that they would do their best to accommodate us. At the airport there was a slight wait for the hotel shuttle service, but, the airport was also jammed packed with passengers departing and arriving.
With our early check in, we were in our room by 10 A.M. Our room, not a bay view, was fine and quite comfy for the both of us I think some of the complaints about the room may be due to room selection. We avoided the basic room by going with the Deluxe King room. Even with our view of the parking lot, our room was quiet and we didn't notice noise from the the jets at the airport.
Note: This hotel is rather isolated in a commercial office park, and, rather far walking distance to shopping centers and local restaurants. We ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening and the dinner was more than adequate for a hotel restaurant.
Overall, we had a fine stay at The Pullman and we would stay there again. The staff was on their game, helpful and the Concierge staff was excellent.
I recognize the type of room selection may be the key here, but, The Pullman is definitely worth a try.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It s totally over priced (I paid $210 for one night, on a Saturday). Stay somewhere else. This is a converted office building or something. The pool is what you might expect at an apartment complex. I would have been excited to stay here if I had paid less than $100, which is what it looks like. The airport shuttle was convenient, but that s literally it.

I was in this hotel on 01/01/2021. I stayed on the last floor.
I was in a connecting room with a large suite. I didn't even know it was a suite, I just realized that the door was different from the other rooms.
At night, from 9 pm I realized that a noise of people, music, laughter and chatter started.
I waited until 11 pm to see if the noise was over, but it only increased.
I called reception and nothing resolved. Then I went down 3 times and after I asked to call 911, they decided to change the room staff.
Looking through the peephole, I saw more than 25 people leaving the room.
Where are the rules of distance???

The second day of our stay we found out we had to pay extra $22 daily for parking, even if we are guests. The first day the lady in the front desk didn t tell us we had to pay extra for the parking. I ve never been in a hotel where you pay extra for the parking and it s never mentioned in the reservation

This was a nice, average place. Nothing special. Restaurant on site that is decent. Shuttle runs only on the half hour so either plan on waiting to be picked up or take an Uber for cheap. Rooms are average size, small TV's and desk.

The room was very nice, the view was amazing, the staff was beyond courteous, pool, gym, and the price was reasonable. Also they threw in a respectable breakfast buffet with our stay. I'd stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days and ended up with bed bugs. Told the hotel manager right after we noticed and they would not give us our money back and had rented out the room to a new person without even checking the room !!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE HEAD ACHE .

Unfortunately I have to reconsider my first review...

Unfortunately I have to reconsider my first review, this used to be a 4 star hotel for me, not anymore, since the Sofitel name was changed to Pullman many others things have change with the name too. Cleanliness in the rooms being one of them. For what I heard management does not want to invest in the hotel therefore you can see the decay, less toiletries in room, less towels per person, hair in the bathrooms, dirt in the rugs, overpriced food, $8 water bottles and the only entertainment is the swimpool which by the way does not have a heater and there is no jacuzzi either, I have been in regular rooms and deluxe rooms during different stays, I still wonder what the difference is other than the wall art behind the beds which by the way are only full size, can't find what happen to queen size beds. And the biggest mystery of all... what's going on with the air conditioners on the rooms, no matter how low you put the thermostat temperature feel does not change and you are bound to feel sweaty and hot while sleeping. I really believe the air condition can't be controlled from the room and is just a scam. Well, like they say: It was good while it last! We asked in front desk and they say since this is mainly an airport hotel they don't plan any improvements, at least when this was Sofitel there was more "finesse". People will keep coming, but for my is to find a new favorite hotel and farewell Pullman-Sofitel!

Started off wonderful, the young lady at the front desk on the morning of 8/3 very sweet and informative. Corner room with no view, we didn't mind because we were exhausted. Dirty bathroom and sitting area. *THIS IS AN EXTREME HEALTH HAZARD!* Makes me question if the room was even cleaned. Took almost 2 hours to get the bathroom cleaned. As we were leaving to catch a cruise on 8/4, I made them aware of all the issues and because we paid online there was nothing they could do. I waited about 20 minutes for the MOD, but had to leave. Got the hotel number and called 3x before my ship left to confirm the complementary stay offered by your front desk agent for today, 8/7. Left several messages. Never received a call back. Back in Miami and was expecting a voicemail/email, nothing. Called the hotel and they "don't know anything about a reservation". I did not book one because I was assured to have one upon return. I work in a hotel. This is very dissapointing that on my vacation I can't receive the same service I give everyday.

Nice hotel but bar/waitstaff is very rude... i wish it was perceived. I watched a female bartender speak rudely to the lady sitting next to me. I didn't dare ask for anything else but was ignored a couple of times when I did. The bar was not busy either.

We stayed here with friends after enduring a three hour wait to get through Miami airport immigration. It was a relief to find the shuttle waiting and to arrive at a hotel that exceeded expectations. Great Room and I'm loyal to the Pullman but the check out was really disappointing. Lidia (I think was her name) could not have been ruder, rolled her eyes when I asked to buy a stamp and not have it out on my room. When I asked to talk to a manager, was told he was in a meeting and she just stayed in the back hoping I would go away. Again rolled her eyes when I asked for the manager again. Her co-worker at the front desk was completely annoyed by her behavior too. So incredibly disappointing.

Betsy at the desk was incredible! She was very accommodating, and she was able to pull some strings for us to ensure we had a room tonight with a last minute inquiry. I am very impressed by the customer service of this property, and our company looks forward to doing future business with them.

Thank you for everything!

The shuttle was a bit difficult to find at the airport but was very quick after we found it! The hotel is very nice and the staff is very welcoming. We absolutely loved our two double bed room. Our favorite thing about it was the blankets. They were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. We were sad that we had to leave after only one night!
