Apartment had bed bugs (which showed up the very first night of me staying there) & I was charged with cleaning fees. I was never notified of these charges when I moved (was told my security deposit handled these fees in person).

Will never work for them again they hire me to clean out of there houses and now won't pay me

I bought a home in Atkins with Ted Stiles as the agent. The experience was a good one and I was able to get a house that matched my criteria. My agent always, to my knowledge, responded quickly to my inquiries and was quick to get done what he said he would do.

The other staff when I went to the office were professional and helpful. They would also get paperwork and answer questions fairly quickly.

My agent was very knowledgeable about the process and, considering that I was probably to cheapest buyer this year, spent a significant amount of time doing research and making phone calls for me.

I recommend this agency for any other buyers looking in the area.

Katie took me on a tour to multiple apartments and houses. I had a great experience with the tours, and she was immensely helpful to accommodate the needs I was looking for. I will definitely prefer to do business with her in the future!

MUST READ! PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING!! If u could give them 0 stars I would! I pay my rent on time or either a month in advance, but when I went to pay on the 28th I was notified my bill was 800+ dollars when my rent is only 575. MARY, the realtor, explained the extra was a gas bill that she forgot to cut out of their name! Keep in mind when I signed my lease she told me the apartment was all electric! SO confused I asked why did I owe it if I was never told about it and it is not my responsibility to call and cut it off! She was very rude and cussed at me.. Also, I pay wayyyy too much for my apartment I pay $575 for a two bedroom. They have some openings in the unit, but I highly suggest u don't rent! There are roaches all in the stairs and the foyer! And the floor in building is so unlevel that heat or cool will not stay in! Also there are mice in the laundry room

Going on 4 years renting my apartment through Moore & Co. My problems and complaints have always been addressed promptly. All repairmen and workers have been respectful. Every effort has been made to keep me comfortable, to cooperate with me, and to accommodate the changes in my life, including a car accident that left me needing some additional handicap-accessibility.

Katie Barton is amazing! She has been great to help anytime something has gone wrong with our apartment. Even after hrs, she made sure we were taken care of! Moore Realty has been wonderful...

From two stars to one!

I like our quirky apartment with the horrible parking and regular plumbing issues.
What I don t like are the shady and underhanded workers of the property management . I ll probably get charged for some other repair for writing this negative review.
For starters, document every interaction you have with them, especially about maintenance or repairs. Otherwise they will forget you and act like you haven t been waiting 3-4 months for them to fix the dishwasher. #ihadtotrollthemtogetitfixed

Secondly, if you still choose these people, video and photograph every nook and cranny, inch of wall, doors, trim, and even weather stripping. Because at random they will decide you owe them for these repairs even if they were from a previous tenant! Seriously. I regret we did not or I d be hiring a lawyer to fight this ridiculous nonsense.

Not once has rent been late, not once have we been the source of a complaint by neighbors, nor have we complained about our neighbors, our only complaints have been about reasonable things they were responsible for, we ve kept the place in decent condition, caused no damages beyond normal wear and tear, and THIS is how they treat us.

Makes you wonder how they treat problematic tenants if this is how they do business.

I do not recommend them, nor will I be doing business with them again. Listen to the real reviews and be careful in doing business with them. Hold them accountable to do better.

We re 4 months into a 6 month lease. We love our 2 bedroom apartment, even though it s an older building and isn t great on energy efficiency.
The biggest problem is that our dishwasher has NEVER worked. After a few calls they finally sent someone, but all he did was verify that it s not operational, he didn t FIX anything! Now the past two times I ve called, they tell me he says he fixed it, they ve already paid him, and we ll get back to you never happens.

Anything as a tenant I've ever had questions about I was able to ask Carolina in the office, and I know these ladies know what they are talking about. Great customer service maybe the best.

Katie at Moore & Company located in Russellville is truly one of the kindest, polite and humble individual to work with at a real estate agency. She is always friendly and understanding, she always takes the time to make sure she goes over our conversation to make sure we both understood any phone call or conversation. She is just a pleasure and is appreciated.

Unprofessional and unknowledgable. They did NOT give us our mailbox key OR laundromat key then had the gall to say, "Well, how were we supposed to know you didn't have them?" Then two people at Moore & Co gave us conflicting information on where the mailboxes where, which we still haven't found. Moore & Co act like they don't know about or care about their own apartments.

Went and looked at a few houses. The lady at the very front desk was very nice and helpful. We had some questions and when we came back there was a lady in the corner of the office trying to help us because the front desk lady was busy. We observed cockroaches (live) in the house and asked about them. The corner office lady was really snappish and said they will be taken care of if they even have roaches. The way she talked down to us, just because we are renters made me think twice. I have good credit and I can buy a home if I want to, but I'm new to this area and will decide when the time comes where exactly we are going to live. I found a place to rent on my own, that not only was over 150 cheaper per month, but a cleaner house without bugs and a nice kept up yard and better neighborhood. IF I go back, I would particularly deal with the front desk lady, she was much nicer.

I call the office to ask about an inquiry and Carolina was super nice and helpful. Will definitely come back to her.

They are great to rent from! They work with you when you need help...they keep well-priced properties and they allow pets at a lot of their places which is hard to find these days! We love them!

We have used this company for our rental for over 10 years. Everyone has been so nice, however this past year they added Carolina to their team. She has been wonderful to deal with and frequently goes above and beyond her duties to be helpful. In addition she inspects the property and stays on top of any issues. She is always so nice on the phone and if she out she returns phone calls promptly. I highly recommend Carolina and this company to manage your property I truly believe that Carolina has really been an asset to the team and they are fortunate to have her in their employ.

I have rented from morre for a year and a half, I'm totally disappointed in staff and property managers. We have 3 kids who act like adults. These kids destroyed morres property and mine, using our water, vandilzing cars, and homes in the vicinity. We have complained countless times to no avail, we have to call the cops because of morres ignorencce and stupidity. This has been going on for the entire time I've lived in my house. We call and nothing and I mean nothing gets done if I were you check with another realtor before going to morre, their not worth your time.

Just FYI they won't give you your application fee back after telling you that no one has put a deposit on the house you want only to find out that someone has put a deposit down.

Called the office Carolina was very helpful in helping me look for an apartment. Once my lease to old tenant is done will definitely be visiting again for a new place to live.

It's been now a month that I have kept asking them to repair my dishwasher and they have not done anything!!!

We have been using Moore & Co as our apartment managers for several years. They are very professional. They keep us informed of everything that is being done to our units. While they, like everyone, make mistakes, each is quickly and professionally corrected. Most of my interaction is with Carolina Barrera and Lindzey Davis. Both are very responsive to questions and provide rapidly respond. Of course, Kim Luningham-Tise is the glue that holds the team together.

The maintenance department has been excellent help. Carolina especially, she has been patient, and diligent with the request/needs we have reached out about.

I am a current tenant renting with Moore and I've had a few maintenance issues. Carolina has helped me thoroughly to make sure I am taken care of.

I came in looking for a rental and I was very happy with their help from Mrs Colina

When we viewed our apartment for the first time, they lied through their teeth about it. Yes, it s pet friendly. Yes, it does have washer dryer hookups. Yes, all utilities are included in the rent. NONE of this was true, and we didn t find out until we were signing our lease and had already put down the deposit. This was our first apartment, so I figured things would go wrong, but not as wrong as Moore & Co. made them go. I asked when we viewed the place if they were going to have it cleaned up before we moved in. Obviously, they answered yes. Did they actually do it? Absolutely not. It was disgusting. The walls need repainting, the carpet needed to be replaced. I assume the person that lived here before us smoked cigarettes inside, bc when you take a hot shower in the bathroom, the walls run yellow with all the nicotine that s on them. There s burn holes in the carpet. It s absolutely awful. When we needed something done, they could never send somebody over when we were home. I don t know about anyone else, but I m not too keen on someone I don t know being in my home when no one else is there. Our kitchen sink hasn t worked for months, the shower drain is clogged, and stays that way no matter how you clean it out. Reading through our lease, I am absolutely not paying to have this place redone when it looked like this when we moved in. They threatened to tow our cars out the driveway!! They re HORRIBLE!
I would HIGHLY not recommend renting from them. Absolutely awful. 0/10 would recommend. Best thing that happened to us, was them selling our property to another Realtor. Even the new realtors know how horrible Moore & Co. is.
