Last Saturday we had the pleasure of working with Sebastian Piworowicz on purchasing a new Jeep - the experience was great. He is very professional and knowledgeable, handles all the questions and negotiations with class and patience. He also speaks fluent Polish, which was quite helpful in our case. We would absolutely recommend working with him - in either language. || Last Saturday we had the pleasure to meet Sebastian Piworowicz when buying a new Jeep. Sebastian served us in a very professional manner and willingly provided all information. He answered the questions patiently and with class, he approached negotiations similarly. He is fluent in Polish and English, which turned out to be very helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending its services - in any of the languages.

I don t recommend this dealership at all they promise you to help you and they dont at all some guy called Bob i took my Jeep 2018 because my sunroof cracked and they didn t want to fix it by warranty they said i have to go thru my insurance or pay $1,000,then they had my Jeep for 10 days and damaged more my Car from inside by having it outside, then i took it to another dealership and got approved by warranty in 2 days. I didn t have to pay $0 nothing .
Never go here they try to take advantage and make you pay.
Bad customer service and management.

James King was great to work with. He will take the time needed to ensure customer satisfaction. He personally provided us with a second key fob when one of the original keys could not be located. We did have some issues with the finance manager s attitude when declining extended care warranties and the checkout process is very cumbersome and slow. James deserves 5 stars, the dealership unfortunately does not which is why this Review is 4 stars. If customer service is important, ask for James to be your salesman.

Complete fraud! Dealt with a friendly sales associate who came out to be untrustworthy during and after the sale (Jorge). I would never recommend a Zeigler dealership to anyone, no matter how great the price may be. After 5 months of searching for a car, I ended up purchasing a ML350, that was mistake number 1, should have never considered buying a Mercedes at a Zeigler Chrysler/Jeep dealership, although the online advertisement showed that it was next door at there Maserati dealership.
I gave the dealership a heads up on my visit and it took a long time to see the car, which obviously was not ready. Test drive was great, car was clean, just washed obviously since it was still wet. After the test drive,salesman presented the price of the vehicle $35,999 plus $995 preparation fee which almost made me walk away and they probably used that tactic so I won't negotiate on the price of the car. I attempted to walk away three times which I should have reflected as a bad sign at the moment. Salesman asked me for insurance and the credit card for the large down payment. I didn't understand why I would have to make a down payment before even talking to the finance department. I agreed to a credit check which my credit was perfectly fine. Dealer was closing down at the time and made another attempt to leave (felt rush), and was told I was approved (no surprise), the interest rate was higher than expected, the dealership allowed me to leave with the car with an existing contract loan. I was told there is a pending credit approval for a better interest rate which would give me another contract loan at the same time. For once, the finance department didn't try to screw me over which was too good to be true, they wanted to move the car I purchased...why? Because I later found imperfections on the front part of the car (gaps between the headlights, hood and bumper). I blame myself for not noticing the first time. I've noticed there was some markings under the hood which may seemed that somebody worked on the front part of the car. The carfax was clean and it was advertised as a new car trade in? Of course carfax doesn't report everything, I just felt that dealing with a big dealership, I wouldn't have to worry about my experience. When I returned 3 days later to sign the new contract, I've expressed my concerns to the salesman and the manager. Of course, no option to return or even exchange the car and the manager said that those imperfections are normal and even in a new car. I've took the car to a Mercedes authorized collision shop and they said it seems they removed the bumper for some reason but that the car was fine, and really difficult to close the gaps so left it alone. Anyhow the car is great and a lot of compliments as well, good thing I asked for my second key fob as well. Oh and check this out, I had to get a new battery for the key fob at a Mercedes dealership. The salesman (Jorge) said that the key fob was working fine or he would have told me, I definitely don't believe that, but nice lie. How do I know? Because the push to start button was removed and it didn't work as soon as I got home!
i feel like this dealership received the car and fixed it up at a body shop, I wonder how many other cars they pull that on, I went back on their website and saw so many new car trade in listings. Moving forward, I will probably end up trading the car in anyways for another vehicle down the road. I figured that they would have been straight up with me, I had a friend and relative who are in the market for a car as well, and I would eventually end up buying at least 5 more cars in my lifetime...I think I'm only buying new next time!

I got approved through capital one finance. This particular dealer put inside the capital one app 19.5k for a new vehicle. When I actually drove there, the price of the vehicle is all of a sudden 30k. You have to apply for rebates. After rebates ( did not get approved for all of course) the price was 23 with a ridiculous down payment. This is not fair to the customer. Waste of time, money, gas and 3 points off my credit score. Would not recommend. Stay away

Rene helped us out so much! He was the best! He did everything he could to give us the best deal! Ask for Rene when you go!I've bought two cars from Rene in the last 3 years. I love how professional and knowledgeable he is!! He knows what my husband and I like and always has the best cars ready for us to test drive. We never have to wait, he just knows. Great customer service! I can't wait to see what he has in store for us next!! He goes above and beyond every time and always exceeds our expectations!!!!

The worst dealership you can ever go to,

The worst dealership you can ever go to,
I bought my car from them, brand new car with so many issues I had few stops there in 2 years, so many issues so many lights, brand new car having a check engine light within the first year of me buying it, all that was ok until I had to take my car in because my airbag was not working and they gave me a rental car, next day I got into an accident in the very early morning (Chicago is crazy in summer with all the constructions, accidents happen), a towing company came and pick up the car, my car was ready the second day of the accident they held my own car until they get their car, they argued with my insurance and they held back my whole life because they didn t want to give me my car that I m paying for a very big about of money.
The manager is Mario, he told his staff not to reales my car but never informed me, my insurance passed down the information to me and I had to call the dealership myself to make sure if that was true, I had to call Mario on the next day to release my car and after a very long phone call he decided to release it( I don t know in what agreement they have a rule to hold my car), I went to the dealership the next day and keep in mind I m without a car for 2 days even though my car is already fixed.
I talked to Steve smith( which is the only person that helped me in that dealership) after 7 hours of my conversation with his manager Mario he refused to give me my car because his manager didn t not communicate with him that he can release it, he had to call him to get the ok.
I regret the choice I made of me buying my car from them DO NOT MAKE THE SANE MISTAKE, these people are brutal and terrible. I wish I can give them 0 starts because they don t deserve anything.
I m for sure changing my car, will never ever want to go back to them again.

I had the Worst experience ever here... I would not recommend this place at all to anyone else. I was almost cheated out of my money and was played I came in for a car they said they had and didn t after I found another option they tried to change the price on me last minute for 26,650 to 30,400 and tried to sneak it in there after I told them and they checked that I was approved through capital to one without my consent they ran my credit 15times! Salesman working hard

And for me, not himself. Not trying to push their inventory, even tho it was the last day of the month. We talked about what I wanted, looked thru their vehicles to see if they had it, moved on to see if there was anything in the area they could find for me, if not we can order one, which we did

Salesman knowledgeable

Accurately answered every question I had, (and there were many), then went on to answer ones I hadn't even thought of. Gave me a lot of insight into the vehicle and options available that I might want or not want, what would be important to me and not pushing anything that would just make them money even if it was something I didn't want.

In the end I got exactly what I wanted at a good price without feeling like I had to do the work, they did it for me and had a great attitude about it the entire time.

I was trying to get a loan with bad credit and they told me my job is my credit. I wanted to get pre approved before I wasted my time and they told me I had to come in and they would be able to help me. I waited for an hour and nobody came to tell me what was going on then I received a email while I was there saying thank you for your interest. Finally the sales person came over and told me I needed a co signer. He didn t seem to care after he knew I couldn t get a loan. They only treat you nice if they think you will qualify for a loan. I m very disappointed in the customer service and would never recommend this dealership.

So I come in to take a look at a leftover Jeep JK Golden Eagle. Pull up and there is your typical huddle of salesmen who wreak of cigarettes standing around in a crowd right near the door. Looks like the outside of a dumpy bar. Terrible first impression already. Should have just turned around and driven away at that point. But why not waste an hour of my life instead. So, Jorge Matos, the salesman comes over starts chatting. Nice enough guy. Pretty much the only positive of this place. We go inside and he introduces me to his manager. Jesus did this guy look miserable. I'm in sales so I get having a stressful job. But man a smile is free if you don't like your job go find a new one, please. So Jorge then goes to find the Jeep. First thing I see is that it's missing the soft top in the pictures on Car Gurus and their own website. He blames it on the third party photography company. Ok whatever. But you can't blame the dirty interior on the truck on anyone else. Not vacuumed mud in the truck, the center console was filthy. But at this point that's just terrible service which I expected from stepping through the door. So I go on a test drive and then sit to talk numbers. This is where the dealer steps back in time thinking they are still in 1989 with ill-informed customers. The number on my trade comes back at $2,500, only $2,000 less than what it's worth. Which is what I ended up getting when I traded it for a CPO Tacoma at Bill Walsh in Ottawa. Not to mention in 2019 I can get instant offers online for my cars value. So I tell Jorge no way we are way off and they wouldn't even come off the price of the car. This place totes themselves as a "volume" dealer. So they pretty much most likely sell to people who are desperate, underwater or don't mind wasting hours of their day for a mediocre deal. Thanks but no thanks I would rather take my business back to Wickstrom Jeep. Don't know why I even bothered wasting my time here.

Fun atmosphere, great service, superb selection, quality vehicles! Drove an hour and a half to see the vehicle I've only dreamt about. Had a few back up vehicles in mind in case I wasn't satisfied, but this vehicle blew my mind! The friendly salespeople made my transaction quick and easy. They answered my questions thoroughly. The showroom was gorgeous; bathrooms were spotless. Popcorn for my son helped the process go well for all involved. Would highly recommend this dealership again and again.

Not very happy with this dealership at all( as far as service goes). I purchased a Brande new 2015 jeep wrangler unlimited and everything was great until about 3 thousand miles my driver side door window failed to go up. So I call the service department to get this fixed since it's been raining 3 out of the 7 days of the week. In short they tell me their supper busy and have no appointment to get this taken care of until a week from that day. How am I supposed to drive a brand new vehicle in the rain with a window stuck fully down or store my vehicle to which they reply a plastic bag!. Are you serious, ended up driving all the way to barrington to wickstrom and they fixed my issues the same day with out an appointment and non plastic bag. Now fast forward to the present and 3 thousands miles later both my passenger and driver side door leak every rain fall took it in again this time with an appointment they looked at it but found no issue. They adjusted the freedom tops passed it thru they washer and called it a day, said wait for the next rain. Guess what leak is still there, now I got pictures and video evidence of it leaking so I'll give them the chance to fix it. I'll be updating this post, after I take the car in today with no appointment! Hope I don't walk out with a plastic bag.

Update 10/24/15 Took my car in as I said I would, talked to Manny assistant manager and he right away took the matter seriously and had my car taken in for repairs. Car won't be ready right away but was given a courtesy vehicle to drive in the mean time. Kudos to Manny wish he was around the first couple times I went in, hopefully leak issues will be resolved this time around. Will update once I pick up vehicle.

Update 10/28/2015 Picked up my car today, light rain on the way home and no more leaks (hopefully this will be the end of that). Again Manny Asst Manager keep me up to date or my car status until the day i picked it up. I will be returning to this dealership for any service my vehicle needs in the future. My advice to future customers would be if you hit a wall with one of the reps always ask to talk to a manager (they will try to make it right if possible), maybe i just had bad luck my first time around that's why ill be coming back and see what happens.

I'm a Mechanic myself, and i do work on my own cars, BUT since we bought the car NEW I don't want to deal with anything as the car is under full factory warranty!! and on top of that we bought EXTENDED warranty as the car is for my wife. So let me RANT about the whole experience. We bought brand new car last year. Car has about 12k miles at the moment few months ago the GPS went off, fine, we dropped the car off, Sure enough they need to order the new radio for the car, FINE, no big deal we went there picked the car up, we did wait over 3 weeks to get new radio, no big deal i guess. WE went there to drop the car off again, so this is our 2nd time. They said its supposed to take 2-3 hours, no big deal, which really should take an hour! I know what it takes to replace that radio. (BUT people are busy, so i get it, I don't need you to fix everything right away) WE received a phone call 8 hours later, that the car is ready for pickup BUT WAIT, bad news, the guy is telling me that they need to order ANOTHER NEW radio because something with broken PORT ! haha! Either your mechanic broke something OR you ordered the wrong radio! just like you order wrong parts for your customers! and telling them BS stories, fast forward- it's been 2 months now total, 2 weeks later, still no phone call about new radio that arrived, I'm going to have to make a TRIP there and talk to the manager. BTW picking the car up SUCKS, that's not it, my dad bought brand new car there, and i was supposed to get $100 because of referral. you guys made 100k! from both of us, guess what,? THAT magically EXPIRED ! lol! fine, also you tried to hold my dad for 45min trying to sell him extended warranty! "if you don't get this extended warranty, we won't sell you the car" I wish i was there. I just hate to see customers being treated like this, that's total BS.

Jorge Matos Jr. was everything and more you'd expect out of a car salesman. He made the experience fun and not once did we feel like another transaction walking through the door. He was very prompt, transparent, personable, polite and never once did he put any pressure on us. He's a family man who loves what he does and has made us apart of his family. Thank you Jorge!

If you are looking for a new or used Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep head over to Zeilger in Schaumburg and ask for Jorge. You will not be disappointed.

Rene was super helpful, giving me plenty of details on the Jeep, helping me get the price in my range, monthly payments where I needed them and also helped me get a red bow so I was able to present the Jeep to my wife in awesome fashion. I would def. recommend using them to purchase a vehicle in the future.

Great Black Friday experience! My salesman was Gabriel whom was kinda new but had lots of experience in finance and sales. Got a great deal 84 mos 0% Wow!!!
My credit was not perfect to qualify for this great deal. Free car washes with purchases. Kids have a play area and a Wii game to keep them busy while you are getting your awesome deal. Ask for Gabriel when you come in for a great deal!!!
The dealership is clean and the coffee, popcorn and 3 flat TV screens are a bonus! They also have free Wi-FI and computer access for Customers while you wait for service. You cannot go wrong with this dealership, #feelingblessed #2015redgrandcaravan

These folks are absolutely the best!! I recently bought a used Volvo from them at an excellent price. I bought it unseen over the internet. I talked with salespeople Kristen and Damian. I also talked with manager Mike Miller and he told me all about the car and how good it was and if their was anything wrong. Damian picked us up at the airport and we did the paperwork and were on our way. The Volvo was exactly as they said it was and it is very nice. We came in with a bank check for the car but I wound up tearing it up. The finance person named Brandon took the time to research financing options he could offer and saved us some more money! These folks are the most courteous, honest people I have ever dealt with in a car purchase. The Best !!!!!!!!!!!

I was fully satisfied buying my Jeep at Zeigler Chrysler Dodge in Schaumburg. We went to other Jeep dealerships around the area, and the attention, the differentiation to our personal needs at Zeigler was simply excellent!

If you are in the process of buying, leasing a Jeep, Zeigler in Schaumburg is the place to go. I went to a total of 5 Jeep dealers around the area, but Zeigler was unbeatable. Thanks Robert!

Purchased my 11 Grand Cherokee from Zeigler after my car was totaled in a car accident. My parents were hoping for someone to speak Spanish to help us but we had great help either way. The rear windshield wiper was malfunctioning and they wanted me to pay for it Incase the window broke while trying to fix it!! But after talking with the manager and discussing how it wouldn t be my fault that the wiper wasn t fixed before it was sold, they fixed it for free without hesitation and promised to pay for anything that broke in the process of fixing it. Gladly nothing was broken. John G was a great salesman I appreciate his help so much!! My only thing is that I wish the environment was more welcoming

Watch this place. Went there in the fall because my Jeep s engine light was on. They told me my manifold was cracked. Since it was a pretty big chunk of money to fix it, my mom and I said we d have to run it by my dad before we make any decisions. Took it to another place and it turns out there was literally nothing wrong with the manifold. No cracks. The engine light was on for a totally different reason. I have a feeling they were trying to scam us out of some money because they they thought a couple of girls wouldn t know a thing about cars and we d just do anything they d suggest. Not to mention, the guy that talked to us during our appointment was a total jerk to his co-workers he was snapping at them and it made us very uncomfortable. Very bad experience overall.

This was my first time purchasing a new car and overall it was a great experience! Mike Willock is an excellent salesman and he made the entire experience very enjoyable from start to finish. Mike was never pushy and he was very understanding of all my questions and concerns. As an inexperienced new car buyer, Mike took the time the time to educate me on different topics such as interest rates, building credit, and maintaining car value. Mike has a friendly personality and good sense of humor, which also made the process much more enjoyable.

In the end, I bought a Jeep Renegade and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After doing research on the cost of Jeep Renegades at other Chicago dealerships, I was happy to see that Ziegler by far had the best price.

Thanks again to Mike and the rest of the employees at Ziegler! I would highly recommend you check out this dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

My name is Jaime Oceguera. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 05/13/2020 at your dealership. At the time of signing papers I was informed that I must pick an extended warranty package and gap insurance in order to purchase vehicle. When I got home and read contract I realized how much this was for and all the interest I needed to pay on these 2 things. I contacted Capital One Finance to ask if it was a must to buy this 2 things and they said no. I also contacted Zurich and North Star to ask if I can cancel and they informed me that it is possible to cancel both extended warranty and gap insurance that you at the dealership need to cancel it. So I am asking please if you cancel the extended warranty and gap insurance. I have never received answers to my emails from no one. It s frustrating and I can see seriousness this dealership has.

I went into this dealership thinking I wanted a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Rene was able to help me and once I test drove it, I realized this was not the car for me. I had no clue what I wanted or needed in a car, I knew more of a few things I didn't want. Rene was able to help me determine all of this and recommend a car I never even considered, A 2017 Dodge Journey! This is a great family car that's affordable and reliable! I have a 2014 wrangler with 60,000 miles on it, and the windshield wipers went out. The car is minimally driven, just to work and back. Previously the car had been taken to Ziegler and the bill was $800 for oil leaks . This time the bill was $1,300 dollars, just for wipers! They claimed they had to replace the whole car computer system and the wiper motor. The car had no other problems or anything acting up, but they claimed the whole computer system needed to be replaced for 1,000. Then they called again and said now the motor also needs to be replaced. Didn t they check the wiper motor before replacing the computer system?? Crazy. Came to pick up the car, and they didn t wash or vacuum inside the car at all. Every time I ve taken a car to any other dealer, that service is included. Very disappointed. Save money, and take your car elsewhere.

I worked with the Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership of Schaumburg, IL. I bought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited here and I felt like a part of the Jeep Family Immediately. From just opening the door to a friendly, "Would you like to see if your Salesman is Available", and If not they would smalltalk until he was. No one ever made me feel Pressured to do anything, plus I was introduced to each Division of the Jeep Team. This also included the Service Department. I felt at home right away there tooand knew this was the place I wanted to be a part of such a Phenomenal Team! I did get my Jeep here and when I'm passing Zeigler, sometimes I stop in to just say hi, and they all treat me with the Courtesy and Respect like Day 1 when I walked through those big glass doors. Thank you everyone, especially Gabriel!

The dealership failed toHonor the price of a used vehicle, at which the vehicle is listed online for. He and finance manager then price gouged by adding a $1400 prep and handling fee! On a used vehicle at that!! Also, the sales representative Anthony Joe had me wasting time there for an hour and then he decides to tell me that a finance manager is driving the car as a "Demo" but won't be in until the next day, which leaves me not being able to see the vehicle. So I drove over an hour just to not be able to see the vehicle I was going to purchase. All I had to do was write the check out to the dealership that was provided to me by my credit union. This was a terrible experience and Terrible service! The staff/salesmen are very polite and courteous though, that much I do credit them for. Everything else is ridiculous!

Zeigler Schaumburg = LIFESAVERS! The entire crew from Miguel to everyone in the finance department were amazing to work with. My situation was not easy by far but they were able to make a deal suitable for me and my family and I was able to drive off the lot. After getting turned down at 4 different dealerships, Miguel and his crew were a breathe of fresh air. I definitely recommend these guys! Thanks again Miguel for my new Jeep Renegade!

I hate car dealers! But these guys have been awesome to deal with! I have not bought a car from them, but used their service and parts center. I moved here from NJ and have had them do a few recalls and some maintenance on my highly modified 2010 Jeep Wrangler. They have always done a great job, 100 times better experience than dealers in NJ, and on par or better service than Wickstrom, and Chrystal Lake Jeep dealers. When it comes time for me to replace my Jeep Wrangler, I will shop at Zeigler. Based on what I see in their lot, I don't think I'd find a better selection anywhere else close.

Since the; "contact us", did absolutely nothing from the Zeigler website. I wanted to leave my feedback after visiting zeigler for the first time after only hearing great things about this dealership. I scheduled my appointment online after dealing with an amp issue for over 2 years through the maxcare lifetime warranty. They told me i should go to any dealer to have this serviced as i recently moved from joliet. My server rep was Tom . To be blunt he absolutely destroyed the image of zeigler after speaking with him. listening to his complaint that he was leaving soon and isnt sure why he was assigned this case, to the well you have to pay for diagnostics even with the warranty. There was no real explanation given regarding what is covered under warranty and what you wont have to pay. then he said we dont care if it was service by tyson dealer or another dealer or if its mopar or not. if we didnt service it then we dont know what was done , etc. I was furious and said i dont want to pay diagnostic fees if i have warranty and ended up leaving with my car. I was furious and honestly would never go back to purchase replacements of my 2 jeeps that i currently have. Went back home and called mopar maxcare and they explained everything to me; that the amp is covered and i wouldnt need to worry about it and that the rental is free as well. I spoke with renato which was super helpful to let me bring the jeep back again the same day. I specifically asked for a new rep as Tom was not helpful and honestly made me feel like a piece of trash that was handed down from another dealership. As a Jeep and Mopar customer; I will not be treated this way and listen to a person that complains about my case because he has to go home or whatever drama is going on in his life. Jessica was my new rep and she is amazing. Super helpful and actually made me feel comfortable with the dealership. The service was night and day compared to Tom and his "Tude". I wouldn't wish the feeling I had on any customer purchasing any vehicle from Zeigler or any other dealership. I wanted to leave my feedback on the experience I had and the 2 hours I wasted on this with the exception of Jessica,Ryan and the rental guy that isn't on the website. Super awesome people. The lack or respect and customer that Tom provided is unacceptable. My recommendation is to provide some customer service training and some willingness to explain instead of having a customer be upset and go home in the end of the day. Read my review, GREAT! Zeigler if you want to talk to me look up my amp issue that I have.

This was the 2nd purchase from Zeigler Chrysler Jeep and they did not disappoint! The only reason we came back to Zeigler Schaumburg was because we had a great experience 3 years ago and thought we'd try them again. Chris Weglarz was our salesman the 1st time and was great to work with. He is now in Customer Relations so he turned us over to Brandon Damerjian who was also great. Brandon knows his product is super personable, and let us walk out without any pressure to "make a deal". We came back 2 days later and bought the car. Their no nonsense approach makes the car buying experience a lot less painful and made this consumer experience worth 5 stars. Car was priced well and we love our Jeep!
