Not very happy with this dealership at all( as far as service goes). I purchased a Brande new 2015 jeep wrangler unlimited and everything was great until about 3 thousand miles my driver side door window failed to go up. So I call the service department to get this fixed since it's been raining 3 out of the 7 days of the week. In short they tell me their supper busy and have no appointment to get this taken care of until a week from that day. How am I supposed to drive a brand new vehicle in the rain with a window stuck fully down or store my vehicle to which they reply a plastic bag!. Are you serious, ended up driving all the way to barrington to wickstrom and they fixed my issues the same day with out an appointment and non plastic bag. Now fast forward to the present and 3 thousands miles later both my passenger and driver side door leak every rain fall took it in again this time with an appointment they looked at it but found no issue. They adjusted the freedom tops passed it thru they washer and called it a day, said wait for the next rain. Guess what leak is still there, now I got pictures and video evidence of it leaking so I'll give them the chance to fix it. I'll be updating this post, after I take the car in today with no appointment! Hope I don't walk out with a plastic bag.

Update 10/24/15 Took my car in as I said I would, talked to Manny assistant manager and he right away took the matter seriously and had my car taken in for repairs. Car won't be ready right away but was given a courtesy vehicle to drive in the mean time. Kudos to Manny wish he was around the first couple times I went in, hopefully leak issues will be resolved this time around. Will update once I pick up vehicle.

Update 10/28/2015 Picked up my car today, light rain on the way home and no more leaks (hopefully this will be the end of that). Again Manny Asst Manager keep me up to date or my car status until the day i picked it up. I will be returning to this dealership for any service my vehicle needs in the future. My advice to future customers would be if you hit a wall with one of the reps always ask to talk to a manager (they will try to make it right if possible), maybe i just had bad luck my first time around that's why ill be coming back and see what happens.
