I have a 2014 wrangler with 60,000 miles on it, and the windshield wipers went out. The car is minimally driven, just to work and back. Previously the car had been taken to Ziegler and the bill was $800 for oil leaks . This time the bill was $1,300 dollars, just for wipers! They claimed they had to replace the whole car computer system and the wiper motor. The car had no other problems or anything acting up, but they claimed the whole computer system needed to be replaced for 1,000. Then they called again and said now the motor also needs to be replaced. Didn t they check the wiper motor before replacing the computer system?? Crazy. Came to pick up the car, and they didn t wash or vacuum inside the car at all. Every time I ve taken a car to any other dealer, that service is included. Very disappointed. Save money, and take your car elsewhere.
