Frank continues to do what he can when I need something and for his ability to go above and beyond, I will continue to give Zeigler my business. We recently purchased a minivan from Zeigler of Schaumburg and had a pleasant experience. Our salesman was George Stratikis and he was extremely knowledgeable about our Chrysler. He explained all the options and details included with the car and made sure everything went smoothly. I would recommend using the dealership again.

Although we have bought several cars over the years from Ziegler, our latest experience has determined we will never do business with them again. We bought a used car 2 1/2 weeks ago that was obviously not inspected as advertised. There was an oil leak which we called on 2 days after purchase. We couldn t get it in for service for a 5 days and in the meantime the low tire pressure light came on. They fixed the oil leak and filled the tires. The oil leak continued. My husband borrowed a friend s lift and determined there was a hole in the pan itself that was not addressed. In the meantime the airbag light went on. Today we took it back to the dealership where they did replace the oil pan and fixed a connector that caused the airbag light. We then took the car to Discount tires because we knew at the time of purchase that it needed 2 new tires at which point we were told that two of the rims were bent. My husband went over to talk to the sales guy and his manager Lou Porretta about his concerns with the inspection and the additional cost for the rims. Lou basically called my husband a liar, was extremely sarcastic and condescending and walked him out. We ve lost all trust in them.
Booked a service slot online. ( bought new at this dealership with full maintenance extensions etc. 1 year ago) Arrive, none of the service adviser's even look up to help, everybody ignores you. I approached the first adviser, don't get a greeting simply get told "I am busy ask someone else". Next adviser helps me, first comment he makes is that I am too early for my appointment (30 minutes early on a Friday Afternoon). Confirm I will pick up my car Monday afternoon 4:30pm. Arrive Monday. First comment from adviser. "I did not phone you to collect your car". This after I had confirmed on Friday for 4:30pm, all of Saturday and Monday my car was available to work on. Find the car still undergoing a 30 minute test. After 2 hours and multiple requests on status, the car is ready. Get in, first thing is on-board computer notifies me oil change is required. Car was never cleaned inside (not too serious for me). Drive home as I need the car, check the oil...indeed not changed, so car was not serviced. (Other required work was performed though, I checked recall items and additional requests). I have since tried almost every hour for the past 48 hours to reach Mario the service manager to try and resolve this, but my voice messages are being ignored. Today I discovered that the USB slot on my car has been dislodged and my phone does not detect in the vehicle anymore. So now it needs to go back for that too. I am really not happy with the lack of service and courtesy, really regretting having spent my money there.

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot Saturady and I coudl not have been more pleased with the process. Velko was a great salesman and I would and will reccomend him to everyone I know. He was patient, knowledgeable, had a great personality, all around great guy and easy to talk about my needs with. He clearly wanted to make sure I purchasing something I was happy with. I am looking forward to a long car relationship with him and the dealership. Bob was also great to talk to during the process for the cars protection plan and again no hard sell, Brandon made finance like getting a ice cream cone. It was quick, fast, easy, everything was explained. It was after hours but he did not seem to be phased by that. It was a shear pleasure doing business with these men and the dealership. As I waiting to go see Brandon other reps where conversing and we talked cars, weather, many issues. I just can not say enough. It was a great way to spend my Saturday afternoon.
I bought my first car from this dealership roughly a month ago and I couldn t be happier. The salesman that worked with me, Marc Keenan, was extremely helpful. They really worked with my budget to ensure I was given the best price possible. Since the month that I ve bought the car I ve had no issues and they have continued to answer all the questions that I ve called them about happily. Got a call from Joe Grillo that he was the Finance Manger and he had me pre-aproved for a car. I filled out the credit app, told him I had some cash and no co-signer and would only wait a few hours for the deal to close. He tells me he's the only one with this new buyer program and to come on in. Made an appt. Next day, a Zeigler rep from a different location calls me and asked me to come in. I said I had an appointment and was trying to connect with the new buyer program. They said they had the program too. Joe told me NOBODY HAD THE PROGRAM BUT HIM (FIRST WARNING) I go to the dealership, Joe tells me to sit with Oday. Oday takes the information goes to the finance desk, says I'll be back in 10 min. That was 50 min ago. I call Oday on his cell, no answer. I call Joe, no answer. I had Oday paged, no answer. I get up to find him, he's at sombody's desk, I think finance I told him I had to go. He asked me to wait 5 min he had an approval. I take my seat. He comes back, he tells me that in the morning he should have everything done . I call in the morning, cause he doesn't all me, IT'S HIS DAY OFF!! You think he knew this? Called Joe, he said he would be in at 3pm would call me. He didn't. Chasing him around, he doesn't return my text or my calls.
Waste of time and they don't know what they are doing. Bought a car from another dealership, in and out with paper signing under 3 hours.

I had a bad experience over the weekend with Zeigler Service in Schaumburg. After posting a complaint, Zeigler's Direct Service Manager " Mario Giannese" Contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that appropriate steps would taken to fix the lapse in their service department. He then went above and beyond to ensure that my Jeep got the services it needed and he himself picked up my Jeep and dropped it off at my location. I am very thankful to Mr. Giannese and just amazed at the quality of customer service he was ready to provide. I would highly recommend Ziegler's service department where people like Mr. Giannese are in charge.
I can t rave enough on how the Schaumburg Zeigler was awesome! I was scared as a first time buyer but I was divinely guided to go to this location and nothing but the best was given. My go to guy, Oday Omar!!! He s nothing but the best The second I stepped in, the whole team warmly greeted me and through out the whole meeting, I was treated with nothing but respect. I wasn t treated as a customer but more as a family member who was well taken cared. Everyone worked together to make my first car purchase smooth and not stressful at all. The sale of my 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited in September 2017 was a pleasant experience. But I've had my truck into the maintenance department (7) different times since November 2017 because there is a wind tunnel sound coming from either my sun roof or rear hatch when you drive over 30 MPH. Every technician and the Maintenance Manager John, can hear this annoying noise but says it is "NORMAL" to the aero dynamics of the vehicle, funny I thought aero dynamics meant it keeps sound from traveling through the vehicle instead to travel around the vehicle. They won't do a recall because no one else has complained, and they have tried all the "FIXES" allowed to get rid of the sound, so I have a LEMON that Zeigler Jeep won't accept responsibility for and do what it takes to make it right !
I will never buy a car again from them, i always have a hard time buying cars from dealers, I told the sales person what problems that car has to be fixed and he tell me they don't have parts available at the time of the purchase but in one week should call me back to fix and we are almost 4 months they never call me back.They charge me more from the price was ad.
Went in knowing what i wanted, came out with what i wanted a little over my buget but still got what i wanted. The sales personal were always coming by to see how my family was doing specially since my kids were getting fusy after a few hours their. Over all great experience and i had a great sales man. I would say that purchasing a vehicle is not one of our most favorite past times... but the experience we had on November 7, 2016 at Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg was definitely worth it! We'd done our homework and knew what kind of a vehicle we wanted. Our stop into Zeigler was somewhat unplanned, but we found a great buy and a team willing to work with us in any way they could. The service after the sale was just as awesome! The couple things we found the day after the sale, that needed repair, were resolved without any qualms! I met with John and was in a tough situation. Although I did not end up purchasing with Jeep because I found a car I liked better, he did everything possible to win my business without being a pesky annoying sales guy. he was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend anyone to him because he will work for you... not himself like other car salesmen.

Had a very horrible experience at this dealership. I dealt with George who I found to be downright disrespectful and arrogant. At one point he called me a typical buyer in a derogatory way. Also used foul language during the test drive with my nine year old child in vehicle. I would never, ever go to this dealership again or recommend it to anyone. Worst experience With a salesman I have ever had.
The worst 6 hrs of my life that i will never get back. I almost left 2 hrs into my experience because i wasnt happy so then a sales manager came and started working with me so i felt a little better so i was ready to sign and buy a new car but to my suprise nothing was even close to what i was told and agreed with. This would have been my 3rd new car ive purchased in my life but thanks to this experience i will never consider owning a chrysler jeep or dodge.

Steve Schafer, a sales manager, was extremely rude to my fiance and I and lost a car sale. The exact words used were "I'm a professional and I live in reality, if you want to believe whatever you want to believe and live in a fake reality, that's fine you do that". We had just begun talking numbers for less than 5 minutes and that is what we get told.
It was our second visit to the dealership and we were ready to buy a car. We worked with Jorge Matos, great guy and amazing sales man. Sorry we couldn't make it work Jorge.

I drove over two hours thinking the Dodge Challenger I was looking at was hemi orange.. turned out to be red.. at first I was dissapointed but the staff there was absolutely fantastic! Chris Weglarz was our salesman and he was a blast to work with! Not pushy, very honest and I didn't feel pressured one bit. He was very knowledgeable of the car I was looking at and patient.. After arriving at Zeigler, unsure of which Jeep we were interested in, Ozzie Murga led us to the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ozzie was the most sincere and helpful salesman that we have met. He answered our questions and found answers from others when he didnt know. This kind of service deserves to be rewarded. I can speak for the rest of my family that we are satisfied with this new Jeep but even more satisfied with how Ozzie treated us.
Buying a car is never easy or fun. On our second day of browsing and test driving, Zeigler was our first stop of the day. Matt greeted us at the door and welcomed us inside. After 5 minutes of explaining what we wanted, Matt showed us the perfect Wrangler for us to test drive and he had already sent the manager to give us a price on our trade-in. Matt exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond for us. At the end of the day, we drove off in a car that was perfect for our needs and our budget.
My wife and I were in the market for a mini van because of our growing family. We worked with Anthony Neo and he was awesome. The manager of the dealership, James King, was great as well. The duo assisted us in test driving vehicles and making sure we were comfortable throughout the long lasting process. We never felt rushed or pressured. I was impressed with Anthony from the beginning as he made a statement of wanting to find a car that was the best fit for us and if it wasn t at this dealership then that s okay. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I ve had to date! When I m in the market for another vehicle I will be sure to reach out to Anthony Neo again!
OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE! Horrible experience. This dealership does not know how to handle paperwork for out of state registration. Flew in, bought a car, drove back to my state (I will give them credit for promptly handling a mishap on that 12-hour journey home- THANKS) but, I received ZERO follow up or responses to my hounding, to confirm the registration information was submitted and timing to recieved my plates and registration. 2.5 weeks later, they finally submitted my registration information and said that my state needs 2-3 weeks to process. Now I have a new car with an expired temporary tags and CANNOT BE DRIVEN due to their inability to do their job and to act with any urgency!! No excuse. Had i lived closer, i would have returned the vehicle 2 weeks ago.
I love my jeep patriot. I had an awesome experience buying it. Gabriel explained in great detail how financing works and how to get the most out of my money when buying a car. I cant imagine buying a car anywhere else ever again and I plan on telling everyone I know to come here to get their next car! Thanks again for the great experience.
I like that they offer bundled servicing deals for lower than they'd cost if you bought separately...i.e. 4 oil changes and tire rotations. Friendly and time expectations are set.

After having a horrible experience at another dealership (see my other review) Zeigler hit it out of the park. Worked with salesperson, Eric Foret, who was outstanding. Low pressure, extremely helpful and very personable. I got a good deal on my trade-in and a good deal on my new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X. Couple things about the experience stood out:
1) I didn't have my check book with me when I went in to buy the car. No problem, finance guy said, just pay us on Monday (for real). Very accommodating and still was able to drive home with the car.
2) After driving home Friday night, I struggled getting the soft top installed for the first time. I went in for some help on Saturday. They didn't just show me how to do it, they installed all the necessary pieces for me while I waited and didn't charge me (usually a $400 charge). I also cracked one of the fittings when trying to do it myself (I am not a handy guy if you can't tell). They replaced it, free of charge.
These guys are great. Great prices, great service and friendly, engaged, helpful employees. It is no wonder they are one of Chrysler's top dealers. Way to go, fellas.

Great customer experience! I could tell Luis A. was a great saleman! Not only was he professional, but he was patient! I wasn't sure what I wanted at first but after talking to Luis, he helped me figure out what I wanted in a car! He took his time to explain to me every car I was trying to look at. He gives you the pros and cons of each car which is very helpful!! If you are a first time buyer like me, Luis really helps you with what fits best for YOU! I highly recommend him!!

Had a great experience here. My first time buying new and they tolerated me and my negotiations long enough to get me the deal I needed (or I was going back to used car buying). I stopped by twice this week and each time several friendly people were eager to help me. Though I didn't make the deal with Frank V., he helped with the paperwork and entertained me while waiting for financing and stuck around to get me in my new car and answer any final questions. I highly recommend this dealership. It was my best experience over others in the area - Zeigler actually talked about the price of the car first (and trade in negotiation) instead of muddling it all up and focusing on monthly payments. Wasted time coming to see vehicle after making appointment. Was told car was sent to wholesalers the same night I made appointment to see truck next morning. No one called to say it was gone but tried to sell me higher priced truck with less options.
