I'm a Mechanic myself, and i do work on my own car...

I'm a Mechanic myself, and i do work on my own cars, BUT since we bought the car NEW I don't want to deal with anything as the car is under full factory warranty!! and on top of that we bought EXTENDED warranty as the car is for my wife. So let me RANT about the whole experience. We bought brand new car last year. Car has about 12k miles at the moment few months ago the GPS went off, fine, we dropped the car off, Sure enough they need to order the new radio for the car, FINE, no big deal we went there picked the car up, we did wait over 3 weeks to get new radio, no big deal i guess. WE went there to drop the car off again, so this is our 2nd time. They said its supposed to take 2-3 hours, no big deal, which really should take an hour! I know what it takes to replace that radio. (BUT people are busy, so i get it, I don't need you to fix everything right away) WE received a phone call 8 hours later, that the car is ready for pickup BUT WAIT, bad news, the guy is telling me that they need to order ANOTHER NEW radio because something with broken PORT ! haha! Either your mechanic broke something OR you ordered the wrong radio! just like you order wrong parts for your customers! and telling them BS stories, fast forward- it's been 2 months now total, 2 weeks later, still no phone call about new radio that arrived, I'm going to have to make a TRIP there and talk to the manager. BTW picking the car up SUCKS, that's not it, my dad bought brand new car there, and i was supposed to get $100 because of referral. you guys made 100k! from both of us, guess what,? THAT magically EXPIRED ! lol! fine, also you tried to hold my dad for 45min trying to sell him extended warranty! "if you don't get this extended warranty, we won't sell you the car" I wish i was there. I just hate to see customers being treated like this, that's total BS.
