Since the; "contact us", did absolutely nothing from the Zeigler website. I wanted to leave my feedback after visiting zeigler for the first time after only hearing great things about this dealership. I scheduled my appointment online after dealing with an amp issue for over 2 years through the maxcare lifetime warranty. They told me i should go to any dealer to have this serviced as i recently moved from joliet. My server rep was Tom . To be blunt he absolutely destroyed the image of zeigler after speaking with him. listening to his complaint that he was leaving soon and isnt sure why he was assigned this case, to the well you have to pay for diagnostics even with the warranty. There was no real explanation given regarding what is covered under warranty and what you wont have to pay. then he said we dont care if it was service by tyson dealer or another dealer or if its mopar or not. if we didnt service it then we dont know what was done , etc. I was furious and said i dont want to pay diagnostic fees if i have warranty and ended up leaving with my car. I was furious and honestly would never go back to purchase replacements of my 2 jeeps that i currently have. Went back home and called mopar maxcare and they explained everything to me; that the amp is covered and i wouldnt need to worry about it and that the rental is free as well. I spoke with renato which was super helpful to let me bring the jeep back again the same day. I specifically asked for a new rep as Tom was not helpful and honestly made me feel like a piece of trash that was handed down from another dealership. As a Jeep and Mopar customer; I will not be treated this way and listen to a person that complains about my case because he has to go home or whatever drama is going on in his life. Jessica was my new rep and she is amazing. Super helpful and actually made me feel comfortable with the dealership. The service was night and day compared to Tom and his "Tude". I wouldn't wish the feeling I had on any customer purchasing any vehicle from Zeigler or any other dealership. I wanted to leave my feedback on the experience I had and the 2 hours I wasted on this with the exception of Jessica,Ryan and the rental guy that isn't on the website. Super awesome people. The lack or respect and customer that Tom provided is unacceptable. My recommendation is to provide some customer service training and some willingness to explain instead of having a customer be upset and go home in the end of the day. Read my review, GREAT! Zeigler if you want to talk to me look up my amp issue that I have.
