We drove in from Cincinnati to look at and hopefully buy a Jeep Wrangler from Zeigler. They were very attentive and so incredibly helpful. Marc Keenan was our salesman and he was helpful, experienced, and willing to do anything he could to make sure we were taken care of. He worked so hard to make sure we were taken care of. James, the manager came over to introduce himself and then again came over to make sure everything was being taken care of you our standards.
I was so impressed with the dealership, their customer service was top notch, our whole experience was great! I would recommend them time and time again, no matter how far you have to drive! It s worth it!!

The service at Zeigler Chrysler Dodge was unbelievable. They made it so easy to find the truck I wanted and get great financing. My wife was not looking forward to going through the entire car buying process. By the end of it, she couldn't believe how easy it was. I just bought a used car from Gabriel Jimenez and I have to say this was an excellent experience. I rarely buy a car and I'm always a little leery about the car buying process because of my inexperience but Gabriel explained everything to my complete satisfaction! Sebastian was very pleasant and made us feel at ease regarding my auto purchase. Not having the best credit I was surprised at the vehicle offered to us. We ended up with more car than I expected. All in all a great experience. Ask for Sebastian on your next purchase.

WORST BUYING AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I HAVE BOUGHT 7 VEHICLES IN 7 YEARS. BOUGHT A JEEP GC SRT8 FROM THEM 3 DAYS AFTER OWING THE VEHICLE IT WON'T START. AFTER 7 WEEKS STILL NOT FIXED. GOOD THING I BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR CHARGES. I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS. WENT TO TRY TO TRADE IN THE VEHICLE FOR A BRAND NEW OR LIGHTLY USED VEHICLES AND FELT LIKE I WAS WASTING THE SALESMEN TIME. HORRIBLE FROM BUYING TO SERVICE, BE CAREFUL BEFORE STEPPING FOOT IN THE DOOR.

After deposit purchasing my 3rd vehicle, I was shocked how rude the finance manager Lance was. I traded in a vehicle and one month later they never paid off the vehicle so it went on my credit. They lied and told me that I didn t qualify for a lease but after getting up And preparing to go to another dealership, they then told me I can lease a vehicle. This is the LAST purchase I will make with them. Salesman was Sebastian I felt like he had no ideal on how to sell a car. Thanks a lot Ziegler you have lost a customer.

worst service Department ever. I am standing here so they call Express lane for over 30mins and everyone just walk pass by without any greetings whatsoever. If I did not get my oil change package here. I would not even bring my car in. don't even talk about a a recall. they need me to schedule an appointment one month in advance.

The staff at Ziegler worked so hard to get us the deal, including financing, that we needed to purchase our vehicle. The question was never if they could get there, but when - and they did it!
Mason did the leg work and Chris worked the finances. Great team!

I'm not a big fan of false advertisement, & this is exactly what I experienced at this dealership. How does a consumer go in to see about a $7,850 used vehicle, only to sit down, & get hit with 4 different fees added on, which brought it's price to OVER $12,000, not including taxes, etc, for a 2015 Hyundai Elantra that is only in fair condition? Not good, not excellent, but fair. I found myself trying to bargain with them to get the car for the advertised price, which was draining. This is bad business, & I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this dealership.

If i can put a minus stars i will even if i had to pay for it , the finance guy at this place is rude hes not helpful he tries to go up on you with interest rates and if you don't like it he tells you to go shop else where me as a business owner ill never go tell my customers to go shop elsewhere so the owner or the manager has to get on this cause and get rid of this guy other wise you guys will lose a lot of customers .

Absolutely terrible, I have warranty, they took my car to fixe front wheel seal and they told me it's gonna take whole day, they didn't offer me a spare car even my warranty is covering that, I hade to ask for that and they couldn't provide me one because my insurance don't cover dealar rental cars even I was taking rental car everywhere I go for vacation with no problem, then they send me to the enterprise and they couldn't rent me a car because I have temporary commercial drivers license.
I am never coming back here definitely and because how they treat me I am thinking never to shop at jeep again...

Be ware, once you drive off the lot you are stuck with the car. Chrysler told me that they offer a return policy, then I talked to Lew one of the sales managers and he was so offensive, he immidiatly said we do not swap, we do not exchange, just take it to the service department to fix it. Even chrysler changed their story after talking to them. I will make sure I will be taking that through the legal system because the 300 I bought is only 6 days old with 100 miles only and already experiencing issues with it. Bad shifting, bad heavy steering. The salesperson was great, but that when I was about spend money with them, but once I made the purchase hell broke lose.

They worst people to deal with specially Lew the sales manager. I will make sure to update my post once I reach any results. 25 years of Chrysler ownership, and that changes today.

They say 30 mins to 45 mins for oil change and took more than 1 hr 30 mins that a insane time for just oil change and they name it as express oil change !!! It s twice in a row they have lost it , I would look for other places now , I don t want go there again

The experience started out good but in the middle it got a little rocky. In the end Joe and Marvin did a great job I m very happy with my vehicle. I can say I will refer people to come and buy a vehicle from Zeigler!!!!! Thank you again.

There's a woman named Erica/Vanessa in Service or some other department, first of all she'll not be available most of the time when you call, she's been ridiculously rude at times.

Most dealerships have scam-like tactics, but never experienced tactics like these before. They lower the prices of their vehicles online to get you in the door, once you test drive and are set on the vehicle, they hit you with a $2500 fee for a pre-owned vehicle package that you ll likely not get your money s worth with. They claim it s required. Then on top of that fee, there s about $2,200 in other fees they ll add to the vehicles purchase price. So what we price you see online. Add at least $4,700 to it.

They also lied and mentioned they needed to run my credit to verify my identity which isn t true. You can easily run a background check, they just wanted to see if they could beat the rate set by the pre-approved financing I brought in from my credit union.

Overall, the sales tactics are very shady, and the process took entirely too long. I wouldn t recommend.

Going for an appointment at 6, turns out the appointment made on last Wednesday was not in the system. Got a new Appointment for this Wednesday. And this is my 5 or 6th visit for the same issue.

My wife and I visited this dealership recently in an attempt to get a new car and trade our old one in. At first everything was going smoothly. We got to test drive two different vehicles with different trim versions. After we ve settled on the one we wanted, we proceeded to negotiations over price of the car and trade-in value.

I have to admit that they were pretty aggressive (in a good way) on the price of the car. However, my enthusiasm lessened when I received a lowball offer on the trade-in. It was way below KBB value as well as wholesale price for this year, make and model. Since we would not accept such an offer, they involved one of the managers Mike. It took us a lot of haggling to get a bit closer to what was a fair trade-in value for the car. Unfortunately, neither the trade-in nor the financing options were satisfying to us, so we ve decided to leave.

Two days later I received a call from the first sales guy, asking what went wrong. I explained our expectations and he said he d see what he could do. He called back promptly saying nothing can be done. Two hours later, the second sales guy called me asking again if we re still willing to negotiate. I promised him to come back to the dealership to talk.

When I arrived, he was busy with another client. Mike, the manager from two days before, came over and asked if we reconsidered our position on the trade-in value, because what they offered before was the best deal they could give us (so why did the call me three times in one day, asking if I will negotiate if they weren t willing to???)

I actually came prepared this time. I had an appraisal from Carmax and a list of all the cars for sale within 15 mile radius with me (same year and trim as our trade-in). I told him that in order for me to close the deal, they would have to at least match Carmax s offer. On top of that, I asked for a small discount on the price of the new car, to offset lower trade-in value. In a very condescending tone, he said he has no reason to give us additional discount. Nevertheless, he went back to his office to crunch the numbers.

When he came back sometime later with their counteroffer, my wife called. We re bilingual so I started to explain to her in Polish what the dealership s new offer was: that they agreed to match Carmax but would not give us additional discount. At that moment Mike, noticeably irritated, started speaking in broken Polish, saying that he understands everything and that I m lying because we are getting additional discount. He was referring to manufacturer s incentive program, which we would have gotten anyway. So, he was not only misrepresenting the truth but also rudely interfering with the conversation between my wife and me.

He had actually been listening in on several of our private conversations, discussing our options and negotiating strategies. He never disclosed he speaks Polish nor did he leave the table when we should have had some time for ourselves.

The deal that he at the very end brought to the table was one we would have accepted. However, because he was so sneaky, disrespected our privacy and was rude, we decided not to get the car at this dealership.

We ve ended up getting a very good deal at Sherman Dodge in Skokie. Everyone there was very nice, polite and attentive.

The Zeigler Dealership is second to none, in my opinion. Having the BEST experience a few years ago, I was approached by one of my military friends who was ready to make a purchase. He had asked where would I recommend, and of course Zeigler was it. I set the following expectations: phenomenal customer service, knowledgable sales AND service professionals, great deals, friendly people, huge inventory with an amazing selection, and honesty (to name a few of the great qualities of this Dealership and the Personnel).

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, Zeigler should be on your list of places you experience; I would recommend it be the first stop, because there will be no need to go anywhere else.

But don't take my word for it, go see for yourself; you will be very, very happy that you did!

After having a rough experience at a different dealer I went over to Zeigler for the same car and it was night and day between them and the dealers I had seen previously. My salesman, Erin, was great to work with. He was super straight forward about pricing and gave me legitimate time updates as to when I would be meeting with Customer Relations and Finance, as well as when my car would be ready which was much appreciated. Would recommend this specific dealership and Erin to anyone I know looking for a car.

Could do better about the price, otherwise a good place to buy a car. People trying to sell too many services even if you do not need it. I rate this dealer at Above Average at 4 stars. It could be better. But I will recommend this place to people who need a new car.

Do you want a dealership that makes you feel very comfortable! Then, this is the place! I am a difficult person/buyer, yet they all had phenomenal patience! Kenyon was amazing to work with! He went over and beyond to find a vehicle for me, because the vehicle I drove 1.5 hours for was sold right before I got there! Kind James was very friendly and lively! They made me feel better about getting into a brand new car versus the used one I had come to see. They stayed 2 hours after closing to close my deal and my family nor I felt rushed or like we were a bother! I felt awful keeping them after closing, but they kept saying everything was fine and they just wanted me to be happy with the purchase! The finance guy was very helpful and not pushy! They ALL made an excellent impression on me from the time I walked in!!!

Nino and Steve have been absolutely exceptional in regards to finding me the perfect truck and making the deal happen smoothly.

I actually live in FL and happened to stumble upon a rather hard to find Ram 2500 which they managed to save me thousands more on than any dealership I found in FL.

Needless to say I made the 1000+ mile trip up there and am driving home a very happy customer. Will absolutely make future purchase with these guys again.

My wife and I walked in looking to lease a 2017 Grand Cherokee and we found what we were looking for. Their selection is very extensive compared to the other dealerships we visited. Negotiating a price on a vehicle is always a pain, but Manny made it easier and really got us a great deal on our SUV. The only thing I would suggest is to lower the music down in the showroom a little bit because it is a little distracting. Other than that our experience was great.Thanks to the whole team at Zeigler!

The service was completed accurately but updates and notifications were lacking. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told the update and oil change would take 3-4 hrs. 5 hrs passed with no update so I sent a text to the number provided. At the 6 hour mark, I called only to find out my car was finished (I was not contacted). I arrive to pick it up and waited a half hour for a porter to bring my vehicle around.

The work was completed accurately and care was taken to ensure the interior of my vehicle remained clean but communication and customer wait time needs improvement.

To be fair, this dealership has great reviews, I'd say thats what made me comfortable getting a car here.

8 days ago i got the Jeep Cherokee, a car that SUPPOSEDLY PASSED THEIR SAFE TEST NOW HAS MAJOR SUSPENSION ISSUES!
MY WIFE WAS DRIVING THE CAR WHILE SHE LOST CONTROL ON THE ROAD, THANK GOD SHE WASN'T GOING TOO FAST!
OH AND MY SON WAS IN THE CAR TOO.

I took the car to the dealership and they told me that it wasn't their problem. THEY TOLD ME THAT I RUINED THE SUSPENSION... 8 DAYS AGO?!
THEY OBVIOUSLY COVERED UP THE FAULT WITH THE VEHICLE WHEN THEY SOLD IT TO ME.
NO RESPECTABLE DEALERSHIP WOULDN'T NOTICE SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM WITH THE CAR AND AND CLAIM IT "PASSED" THEIR VEHICLE TEST.

Its not like im coming back 1 year later,

I came back 8 DAYS LATER!!!
I sensed something wrong with the car the first time i drove it. Stupidly (lesson learned) i didn't test drive the car.

We switched over to Zeigler a few years ago after being dissappointed by other dealers. The service experience at Zeigler this week-end with our Jeep was once againg extremely satisfying. They have a very nice facility and definitely customer friendly. We were greeted by their service manager, Paul Dicaro who wrote up the service ticket and then followed up by other service writers such as Andy and Anthony with advice on the ststus of our repairs. Andy was particularly helpful with clear and understandable descriptions of what needed to be done and the estimated time to complete. They are a very friendly and courteous group and the work was done efficiently and professionaly and the vehicle ready on time (actually a little ahead of the forecast). We will continue to use this dealer in the future and give them an excellent rating and reccomendation!
