Without a doubt, hands down, the best customer service I have EVER received. Randy in service took a highly stressful situation when our BMWs steering rack when out after we JUST moved to Colorado last week and made dealing with it all so much easier! He made sure we had a loaner while it got diagnosed and diligently worked the repair. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, and now Schomp will have our business for life thanks to his customer service excellence!! Thank you so much Randy and Schomp BMW!!
