Great buying experience with Josh Vario and the entire staff at Schomp BMW. Would recommend them to anyone. Great vehicle at a great price, and great customer service. And their facility is absolutely beautiful! Check them out.

We didn't expect leasing a vehicle from out of state to go so smoothly, but Justin made the whole process a breeze. We are very busy and needed to negotiate and settle the deal largely via email and telephone. Our local dealership was unwilling to do this so we turned to Schomp. We were so pleased with their ability to work with us via the communication methods that were convenient for us. Justin was even able to get the trucking company's delivery charges reduced. It was a great experience and we will do business here again.

Go somewhere else. They dont disclose complete damage to vehicles and say they are clean. I set up a test drive for one of their vehicles just to show up two days after I set it up just to be told I couldnt test drive it as they were repairing the bumper. They let me walk the car and the repair was being done in the middle of the parking lot. I was shocked to see where the car was being repaired nor even disassembled to repair so who's to say you repaired it properly? When walking the vehicle there was hail all over the car. They inspect vehicles when they come in or so I thought but no where did they state any hail. The sales rep couldnt even find a note. They wasted my time and will waste yours and let you walk from a buy. My opinion is that it was not a honest experience in this dealership and would suggest going elsewhere.

I brought my M235i in 3 times within a couple weeks because the heating was not working properly. Each time they told me my car was fixed. Dylon even told me that it was blowing air hot enough to burn my hand, which was an outright lie. I am so upset with how I was treated and lied to. My heating was still broken after 3 visits! I took the car to BMW of downtown Denver and they immediately identified the issue and fixed it the first time. I would NOT recommend visiting this dealership/service center.

Several years ago, I might not have written a very positive review of Schomp's service department. That was then, and now I can tell a completely different story.
I recently needed to get the starter replaced in my ancient 535i. Not only was I treated as well as a new car customer, they put me in a really great loaner. When the work was done, my old car was fixed, clean, and the bill was fair.
The loaner? Well, they sensed I am a Bimmer-head and put me in a 435i. What a car - a proper BMW!
Long story short, I ended up ordering a M235i, which I picked up this week.
The whole experience was great, from service to sales, to delivery.

Though it took 3 weeks to schedule, the installation of a BMW performance exhaust on my 640i went very smoothly and was completed as promised. The maintenance shop is very well organized and the services requested were performed in a timely and professional manner. I plan to return here for regular maintenance, even though I bought the car elsewhere.

Pleasantly surprised with a wonderful car and sales experience! Made a down payment and flew 1/2 way across the country to "meet" my new/used car. I'm a single female, first time buying over the internet and traveled alone to Denver with a night time arrival and so was apprehensive about the transaction (had no receipt in hand, due to some email glitches). Craig, my salesman showed up on time, in the car as promised, and the car (2016 340i xDrive) exceeded my expectations for being clean and in great shape. Even though we didn't technically stay within the 1 hour time frame to complete the transaction (understandable, as it is their busiest week of the year), the sale went smoothly and I drove home in a beautiful car. Highly recommend and I will be back to do business again with Schomp!

I have never had such an amazing service experience at any car dealership in my life as I had at Schomp BMW! Seriously. I'm sure the other Advisors are professional too, but If you're lucky you'll get Ashley Otto, she is truly amazing. It's tough to get a vehicle to Denver from Steamboat for services that could not be done locally and Ashley accommodated me in every way possible, and follow-up was spot on. I highly recommend Schomp BMW service department, their people are extraordinary. Thank you!

I worked with David Lee. Amazing. Answered all my questions and i have to say I had a lot of them. He was completely honest with me at all times. He told me the car I picked didn't have the 2 options that were important to me knowing that he could lose that sale. I honestly can tell you I will for sure come back.

To make an extremely long story short, avoid this dealership. I drove from Utah for 16 hours round trip to purchase a vehicle here. They changed the terms of the financing and even the vehicle cost after getting me there and failed to disclose my vehicle had been in a fender bender. To top it off, they also installed a Dinan tune incorrectly, causing my car to shut down completely in the middle of a busy highway and destroying the ECU that talks to the car's engine making it completely unusable. BMW Murray in Utah is MUCH better and they're now on week 5 of cleaning up the mess caused by Schomp BMW. I have reported this incident to their corporate headquarters and I highly recommend you avoid this dealership.

When deciding to purchase a newer vehicle, I was hesitant as I dislike shopping for cars. My daughter went with me and insisted I go see Justin, the salesperson that she had already purchased two vehicles from because he was AWESOME!!!. I actually stopped at another dealership, saw their tactics and immediately drove out of the parking lot. We then went to Ralph Schomp and met with Justin. He searched and found one possiblity for what I was looking for since my car had some very specific requirements. We drove this vehicle and then drove to their other dealership looking as well. We test drove one car at that lot and then I spotted one that I really liked. He went in, got the information and the key and we test drove it-over to my house to make sure my 90 year old mom could get in and out of it and over to my son's so he and my husband could look it over and approve or disapprove. Justin was absolutely wonderful, ensuring I was comfortable with every aspect of the vehicle. He treated me (and my daughter, Kim) with total respect and did not try to push me as he saw I was having a difficult time making a "same day" decision. He actually arranged to allow me an "extended test drive" so I did not have to make a decision on the spot - WOW - no high pressure sales!!! That in itself pretty much made the sale providing they would complete a couple of items on the vehicle. I went back to sign papers and Justin had already made arrangements for those items to be taken care of. What a guy-what a dealership!!!! This is the type of treatment all customers would like. I know that Ralph Schomp and especially Justin will always have my future business.

Well....I wasn't to sure to give a review. But I though it would be important. I had a service recall on my BMW 328d. So I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived the service tech's were bad. I was ignored for the first 15 mins. Then to witness a service tech go to assist someone else that came into the garage after me. It took about a week and a half to get my recall fixed. Then my service tech called me to tell me that I need new tires. So I purchased new tires. When I was picking up my BMW. The service supervisor raised his voice to me to explain that I was 2 gallons short from a full tank and I would be charged. I explain to him that I filled the tank up and I was coming from Westminster and I was trying to get into the garage before they closed. Then when I got home I noticed a dent, and a scratch on my BMW and a black mark on my rim. I called and left a message for Tara and never received a return called. So I decided to wait a week. Then I email one of the service managers (the African American gentlemen) and never received an email or a call back. So my question to myself is would I return back to Ralph Schomp and my answer is NO! I rather go to Gebhardt bmw where they treat ladies & gentlemen like ladies & gentlemen with great customer service. So I will see where this email goes.

Schomp BMW has the most consistently good service of any dealership I've dealt with. Of the 2 years and 10+ times I've dealt with them, only once did I come across an employee "having a bad day." I see no reason to go anywhere else, that are fantastic.

WORST BMW REPAIR SHOP IN COLORADO. To be honest they are not even worth 1 star but that s the lowest rating you can go. These people are Rude, Mis-Diagnose your car and then expect you to pay absorbent prices for their mistake, promise to have a loaner vehicle for you and don t, i spent $500 on a professional wax and polish on my car with someone else, when I brought it in I told them specifically DO NOT WASH MY CAR AFTER REPAIR, it will ruin my wax and polish, they didn t listen and ran it through their cheap car wash and ruined my $500 professional wax and polish. They apologized but didn t do anything to fix, worst of all they didn t even fix what I brought my car in there for in the first place. I could write a 5 page novel about how bad these people are but I won t waste my time. ALL I CAN DO IS WARN YOU.

In May my 2009 BMW X5 35d popped on a check engine light after about 4 hours of driving on the highway. I had the code scanned at a local shop and they told me it was for a NOx sensor but I was okay to drive until I could get into the shop. After returning to Denver I made an appointment at Schomp and the next day I had a warning light that came up stating "incorrect DEF fluid installed 200 Miles till no-start" I watched the miles count down as I had 4 days until my appointment. After three days that warning message went away but check engine light still on. Took car in for appointment, service advisor stated these can be very difficult to figure out and I stated no worries, take you time. About four days later I got a call my vehicle was ready. I went and picked it up and was told the technician re-calibrated the sensor and performed a "regen" on the DPF. They did not charge me and told me it was under the emissions warranty. AMAZING!!!
Fast forward to the very next trip I take, drive for 4-5 hours, turn vehicle off and on re-start CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Same driving cycle as before and low and behold same code. After about three weeks I was finally able to get it back to Schomp BMW for them to re-address the concern. I dropped the car off and about three hours later I got a phone call from the service advisor and he stated in a very condescending tone, "you know it is going to be $149 to look at your car, right?" To which I replied. "why is that, you have already looked at it for the same concern in which case I was not charged, and now a month later I have to pay for this?" He then told me that he wasn't sure why I was not charged and I should be thankful for that. I went down to the dealership to pick up the car at which time I advised to the writer my apprehension with paying for something that another advisor told me they can't really figure out. After about 10 minutes I agreed to pay the $149 if it meant they could tell me what was wrong with the car. Two days later I received a call asking if I had installed non BMW def fluid. Which I hadn't, but it was filled at my last service by a shop with AD_BLUE DEF which from my understanding is OEM fluid. Another day goes by and I receive a call stating car was ready and they drained, tested and refilled the def fluid and did some testing and light is off. Pick up my car and invoice reads verbatim "INTEROAGATED AND FOUND 2 FAULTS PRESENT 436D AND 4D35 RAN CORALATING TEST PLAN FOUND ALL ACTIVATIONS WORKING REMOVED METERING MODULE AND CHECKED FOR CONTAMINATION FOUND NOTHING CHECKED DOWN PIPE FOUND CLEAN. THEN PERFORMED THE FLUID QUANTITY TEST FOUND GOOD AT 30ML. RECEIVED DIAG CODE TO RESET LONG TERM ADAPTATIONS. PREFORMED SERVICE FUNCTION THEN CLEATRED FAULTS TEST DRIVE FOUND NORMAL OPERATION. DRAIN DEF FLUID AND FILLED WITH FACTORY FLUID. IF PROBLEM PERSIST RECOMMEND NOX SENSORS AND PROGRAMMING"

Other than a plethora of grammatical issues this paragraph tells me- WE FOUND NOTHING WRONG, WE DID NOTHING LUCRITIVE TO ADDRESS YOUR PROBLEM, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO AS THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM........ PLEASE PAY YOUR $149 AND HAVE A GREAT DAY.

I then received a customer satisfaction survey in my email asking if I wanted a follow up call from a "Service Manager" to which I replied, ABSOLUTELY. Now 4 days after receiving the email and 5 days after getting my car back, I have received no phone call and drove 350 miles yesterday towards Buena Vista and my check engine light is back on again.

Hopefully not all service encounters are this way, as it was a very unforgettable experience.

My wife and I recently attended the Schomp HPR event, and as always we're impressed with the way they treat their customers. We got a 2-hour window to drive various BMW's, including M3's, down at the track near Byers. Also, got a very thrilling ride from one of their sponsored drivers who showed us what the 335ix can really do, he has the best job! He not only knew how to drive extremely fast and controlled at the limit, but wanted to make sure that none of us were driving unsafely. If you haven't been, plan on attending the next one.
Throughout the years we've attended many Schomp events, and we are always amazed by the delivery and execution by this team of professionals. They are focused on both retaining and obtaining customer loyalty at any cost it seems. We are Schomp customers for life with their commitment to excellence and their customers. Keep up the great work, and we look forward to the next event!

Overall positive. Would have given 5 stars but once I received my car, I was surprised to find my front license plate and mounting plate on my front seat. This resulted in a 20 minute delay while my wife and I waited to have your tech reinstall it. We received an "i'm sorry " and a lame explanation about it falling off in the car wash 6 hours prior to pickup. I expect that my car is ready for pickup when I get notified.

I worked with Ben Brahler to purchase a 2011 BMW 3 series. This was my first experience buying anything from Schomp. I have purchased many vehicles in my life, only one new and only one used one from a dealership prior to this purchase.

I was very impressed with the experience.

I got in touch with Ben as soon as the car was listed, before it had gone through its inspection. I was a little amused when they would let me drive the car until it had been inspected, because I assumed that nothing would really change. I was wrong.

During my pre-inspection viewing of the car, I noted that the front tires had lower tread than the rears. I was a little bummed as the car was already at the top of my price range and I couldn't afford to replace tires before this upcoming winter, where the tread might have been an issue. I mentioned it to Ben and he told me to wait to see what came of the inspection. Sure enough, they determined that the car needed 4 new tires. They put 4 OEM tires on the car, and it did not affect the price. I was impressed.

Ben was very professional, and knowledgeable, down to a handwritten thank you note that arrived in the mail a week after my purchase. The experience of buying a new car was treated as like that of a new car as possible: I never felt less than top priority despite working with a salesman that also sells new vehicles that cost considerably more. In fact, I was even presented the car after purchase on the delivery floor with a cover being dramatically pulled off. Not a thing I would have ever asked for, but it was a fun way to get a car.

The dealership has made their BMW Genius Bar available to me so that I can ask any questions about features of the car. They were able to help me get insurance with my carrier at 9pm that night so that I could drive the car home.

Thinking back, I can t think of any way the experience could have been more positive. This has raised my expectations when purchasing a car.

Update: lowering my initial score after they responded to my review with an offer to make things right publicly, then failed to return my email to them asking them to make it right.
Original: Another dealership that can't be trusted! I bought a used Highlander that they had a price over the highest book value on. When I inquired why, the dealer emailed a list of things that had been done, including a "175 point inspection" and "timing belt replaced". Less than a week after I purchased it the battery died. Should have been caught in the inspection (if one was performed). The sales manager told me to send in the receipt for the battery. But never paid me. So in the course of trying to get them to pay, I asked for a list of the items they said they replaced or repaired. Timing belt was not on the list. Then the manager told me that it had been done 7 year and 60k miles ago! He spent zero times getting to the bottom of the issue and stopped communicating with me rather that resolve it. Never buying from this dealer again. Still no payment for battery $150 that the sales manager agreed to pay. Liars.

Worst customer service and actual service department I have ever experienced. I would not buy a car from them unfortunately I am stuck with it and aftermarket stuff and you can never get anyone on the phone to talk to anyone so forget it if you need any help. I called and gave my email to 2 people and never received anything!

Car shopping normally leaves me feeling drained by the end, but this was not my experience at Schomp BMW. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge and patience I received from David Toben, one of Schomp's Geniuses. David answered every question I had in a way I understood and took great care helping me figure out exactly what I wanted. With David's help, I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and I will never buy a car from anywhere else again. Thanks, Schomp!

Lying, thieving, scam artists are employed as advisors in their service department. After being quoted the same price when making the appointment and when I brought my vehicle in for warranty work a month earlier, they raised the price by $300 once I had my vehicle on site. When I questioned as to why, the individual I was working with couldn t keep his story straight and gave me 2 different reasons why the increase in price was justified. Neither of the reasons or excuses were legitimate. Complete waste of my time and I will not be giving them any of my future business.

Man, what a difference between everyone else and Schomp. After our purchase experience, I don't think I will ever buy a car anywhere else. Talk to Frydry....he was appropriately persistent and totally honest with us.

Brought my X5 in for a heater that was not working...

Brought my X5 in for a heater that was not working. First time, they said the heater was working fine. I insisted it did not work. So they installed a heater valve on a whim and told me 95% chance it will fix the problem, $800.

Heater still not working. Second visit they found a "leak" in the main water pump that "prevented circulation of radiator fluid", and they were sure now that would fix the problem, $1100. Funny that they hadn't found the leak over the previous service visits.

Heater still not working. Third visit they installed a lower water pump at their cost, and said it was fixed. They tested and found heater was still not working. Spend more time on it and finally found that some coolant hoses were switched. Easy fix from the start and something they caused from a previous visit.

Trying to negotiate a settlement on these unnecessary charges. Service manager keeps telling me that he needs to discuss with his boss and assures me that they will work something out. That was over a month ago and still no word.

Bought two X5's from Schomp over the years. Will never buy another BMW and never again darken the doors of Schomp.

I come here to get my BMW serviced but after my recent appointment I will NEVER come back. The staff here act cocky as if they are better than everyone else and just want your money!!! They have made me super uncomfortable and I will never bring my car back. Right when I got there the first lady I spoke to was super rude because of where I had parked my car then when I pulled into the service center a couple guys circled my car and one of them said I needed new tires and I asked if they could just give me an estimate and he said well they are very bald and I said it again because I wasnt there for my tires, I was there for my rotors and that's all I had planned on paying for!!! Then I went inside to wait for my mom to pick me up and I heard my car start and they sat there revving my car. As soon as I left (maybe minutes later) my service guy called me and listed off things that my car needed and I asked him if they could just replace my rotors since that is why I made an appointment and he told me no so I said fine ill come back and pick my car up and he said ok as if he didn't even care. When I came back to pick my car up he saw us walk in and turned the other way and kept walking. I called a different mechanic right after this happened and they told me that there is no way in a matter of minutes that someone can find that I needed what they told me unless they took my car apart. I have had 2 managers reach out to me regarding this, even after me telling them what happened they have just said "oh I am sorry this happened to you" WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! I AM SO PISSED OFF.

Schomp BMW failed to pay off our trade-in. We found out when our bank sent us a collections letter demanding payment.

Who is fired for such a massive blunder as to fail to make payoffs, damaging the credit rating of their customers??

Schomp had a fiduciary responsibility to pay off the trade-in and they failed. So much for being a full-service "upscale" dealer. Just more incompetent schmucks deserving of the lawsuit.

Could these idiots get any worse?? Scheduled oil change with loaner. Arrived, no loaners. Blamed it on holiday. Service kid said he'd call later and they'd come pick up the car and get it serviced. Wife called them in afternoon, they had no record of that going to happen. We were going in Saturday to buy another BMW as her corporate car. Not anymore. Can get better customer service from domestic car companies. I'm done with BMW, especially Schomp BMW. All talk, no customer satisfaction. All the headsets and clipboards mean nothing when you can't deliver. Fancy failures.

Worked with Kevin. He was okay to work with it. He wasn't all that friendly or really did anything to try and sell the car to me. I felt like I did everything, asked all the questions. I had to go back for an oil change because the car was past due and I didn't notice it until I was halfway home from the dealership and i live about 45 mins away. The best BMW service center in the Denver Metro area. Period.
I had issues with my battery and was near the "other" BMW store in Denver and they were no help at all. After I had to install my dead battery on my X5 myself and not get any help with having it programed I called Schomp BMW. They told me to come in and when I came go there Steven Constable helped me out by getting me the service I needed and on my way very quickly.

If you want top of the line service then go to Schomp as the facility is State-of-the-art: I pulled right into the brand new building, was greeted right away, I was able to express my frusteration and while I waited in the beautiful showroom I enjoyed a complementary coffee and granola bar.

I will only be going to Schomp BMW from now on and I recommend Steven if you need a friendly and knowledgeable Service adviser. He is is true professional and I owe my sanity to him.

I was in an awful position. My 2002 325xi was in non-working condition as of a Thursday night. I called Justin Albrecht on Friday morning to see what, if anything, Schomp might be willing to do for me...knowing I hadn't been prepared to go car shopping for another year or so and I didn't have a running trade! Justin was AMAZING. Between he and Tod they were able to make me a great offer on my paperweight, oops, I mean car and allow me the opportunity to come in and look around to see what I could find. So, Friday night after work I stopped in and met with Justin. The whole experience was wonderful. I went in nervous and leery....and left amazingly happy and relieved. Justin was able to help me into a 2011 328i. Thanks to Schomp's amazing service and pricing, I didn't have to settle for "less of a car" than I wanted despite my situation and circumstances. This is my second BMW from Schomp and hopefully not my last! Justin Albrecht and the team at Schomp are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone! I have been going to Schomp BMW since relocating to CO in early 2012. Chris Adams my service advisor is the best. He is a straight shooter and explains everything being done to the car and why. As a result of all the positive interactions with the service department I am a continued repeat customer. I bought my first car from Schomp in late 2013 (2014 X3 35i) and had no issues. I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle (2020 X3 M40i). The ordering and purchasing process with Chris Leirer was fantastic. He was great in reviewing the options, understanding what I was looking for and delivering. I have had my BMWs serviced at Schomp since 2012 and never had an issue scheduling, getting a loaner when needed, or with any of the work done. Issues arise and how they are handled makes a world of difference. Schomp definitely steps up and takes care of the customer. Very impressed with the Service, Loyalty and Genius teams.

He was very nice. However there was a problem with TPM when he went to return the vehicle to me. And instead of trying to find the problem (that it didn't have before I dropped it off for service) he could find anything wrong with the tire pressure so he just reset the computer and told me if there's a problem bring it back.

The problem is I live over an hour away and just brining it back is not an option for me. I also think now, the tires are out balance because when I driving at speed it feels wobbly.

Lastly, I am the one that dropped off the car, purchased the car, and pays for the car. My Husband only has his name on the vehicle.

That being said, I find very insulting when I receive information to my Husband and not me directly.

Took 4 minutes for me to hang up on a telephone job interview with Steve, Director of fixed operations. He wasted no time devaluing and dismissing my BMW Technician factory training, and nearly a decade of experience.
His attitude toward me was abhorrent. Thinly veiled contempt. I could tell talking to me was the last thing he wanted to do. What makes this confusing is that I never even applied there. Schomp BMW hired a head hunter and THEY approached ME.
If this is how they treat a disabled individual, on his birthday, trying to return to work, and get off of Social Security, I don t want any affiliation with them anyway
