My wife purchased the 2020 BMW X7 yesterday and I was totally impressed with the attention that was given to her. She had looked a few days earlier at the Porsche Cayenne and the sales force treated her as if she wasn t serious, indicated they wouldn t look outside their dealership to find the car she wanted, and wouldn t do a ride along on a test drive!
On the other hand, Dylan Tucker, treated her with respect, answered all her questions and took her for a test drive. Dylan stayed late so that I could come by after 6p and he took time to walk me they all my questions, just as if I was the buyer.
This was best buying experience that we ve ever experienced and we ve been buying cars since 1967. We loved the depth that Dylan went to be thorough in presenting all the options and he did not pressure us in any way, and without haggling. Dylan is a true professional and we highly recommend him. We re sold on Shomp BMW!
