I purchased a new 330Xi from this dealership. They were great during the sale process, and while the vehicle was covered by the standard service agreement. Since then their service department has been terrible. I just called about a recall notice on the car. First, their service manager told me there was no recall. When I pushed him (I knew from other sources that there is a recall), he lied and told me it didn't apply to my vehicle. I called Murray BMW, got the details on the recall and called the service manager back. This time he said they didn't have the parts, that BMW had backorders for the parts, and they would send out another notice when the backorders were filled. This is a another lie because Murray BMW told me that if they didn't have the parts they would get them in a few days. This would not be such a big deal except the recall is on the passenger airbag; the sensor in the seat has failed and therefore the airbag will not deploy in an accident. Thanks Schomp for putting my family in danger!
