Great service. Did warranty oil change even though it wasn't yet due.

Great service. Did warranty oil change even though it wasn't yet due.
Mike Barrett at Schomp BMW did a fantastic job! He is thorough and responsive. A real pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable and professional consultant. Great sense of humor too!
Schomp's customer service is excellent. They had loaner ready, called when they were done and had my car washed and ready. Very happy with my car and Schomp. Thank you
Great customer service! Ben Brahler made the purchasing of my vehicle easy and helped with any issues that arose after the purchase. David Toben from the Genius team took the time to walk me through all the features on my car. He was very patient as I asked all my questions. He made the experience fun even though it was late at night and I knew I was his last customer but he didn't rush it or make me feel like I was keeping him there. And in my opinion David went above and beyond, when we were having difficulties programming the Bluetooth on my older vehicle, he gave me his email and guaranteed he would figure it out which he did within a few days! Beyond impressed by David!
Kamran was great to work with. I m in CA and worked with Kamran and Schomp in CO. Great experience, very responsive and car was as described. Would definitely buy from Kamran again.
I bought a used 2012 Jeep Cherokee from them. Not very impressed with my sales person. Shortly after my purchase the jeep was riddled with problems. I called and left many messages with my sales person and as this was over the holidays I tried to be patient. Finally one day when I was sure the jeep was going to break down on me I called and spoke with a manager. I found out the sales person had left the country. I was now outside of the 30 day warranty, but again as it was the holiday's I hadn't even hardly driven it. I explained the situation. I wasn't happy that this vehicle was so plagued with problems and I hadn't even made my first car payment. I kind of felt like "was this car ever even looked at before they sold it to me?" However, after explaining all that I had been through Ralph Schomp Manager and Service department took the car in and supposedly fixed everything that was wrong with it and that was kind of a lot. They were very helpful and polite and that made things a bit easier. I just recieved my car back today and all seems to be going well. I'm very nervous about my purchase now, but I can speak that this dealership has really done all it can to make me happy. I feel that this car should have been looked at better before it was sold to me, so they get a thumbs down for that, however their attempt to right the wrong with the after care was great. So they get a thumbs up for that.
Schomp BMW is the best dealership to go to if/when you want to buy or lease one of these amazing vehicles. Andrien, our sales person made our leasing renewal feel like a breeze. All departments work in unison and that makes your experience even more memorable.
Had to wait more than 3hrs for alignment. I made an appointment, but apparently it still took 3hrs.
Ian in sales was very friendly, extremely helpful and patient. He provided a comfortable environment and took the stress out of everything!
Chris Leirer was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so incredibly helpful when we purchased our car, without being 'pushy'. Chris answered all our questions and then some. He was professional, personable, efficient and kind.
Additionally, Tracy at the service desk could not have been more helpful. She ensured all my needs were met. As busy as the service area was, Tracy was completely focused on what I needed at the time.
Thank you Chris and Tracy.
One of the worst managers I have ever experienced.
I was in Schomp BMW last week and witnessed a manager treat an employee horrible. First off I came in and had to wait for a sales person for 25 minutes, which I understand since I didn't have an appointment. I was sitting around for about 15 minutes with several other people when I witnessed the following.
I was waiting and saw, whom I presumed was a manager (didn't have a name tag) who was in a suit, short and bald speak in a loud voice and say, "YOU, come here.. now". He was addressing one of his employees who walked over to him. He proceeded to belittle him and wasn't being discrete about it. I could tell the employee was uncomfortable. The lady next me said she was glad she didn't work here and if that happened to her she would walk. I agreed and continued to watch this manager who obviously liked to through his weight around.
A salesman finally came up to me and apologized for the wait and we went looking at cars I was interested in. As we did a test drive I asked him about the situation I witnessed. He again apologized and said he knew exactly who I was talking about and the managers name was Rich Batesa or Batissa. (not sure of last name).
Owning my own company in the past and having 40+ employees I would do some serious retraining with that manager. Obviously he has a complex problem and it should be addressed. Hopefully someone at Schomp should read this and take a hard look at this manager and get him trained properly in managing people.
NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!
Our entire experience with Schomp BMW and Sam Nejad was exceptional, from the moment my wife and I walked in the door to when we drove away with our new 2018 BMW X3 M40i. We were allowed to freely browse around without being pressured, but politely asked if we wanted some assistance, which we did. Once Sam started working with us, he was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the X3's that we were looking at. He was patient and professional, taking us on a test drive and showing us the various vehicles (colors, styles, etc.) on the lot so that we could see all the options. He then showed us through the inventory of vehicles on the computer with various configurations and was more than willing to place an order if none of the vehicles on the lot didn't meet our desires. We ultimately decided on the very first X3 that we saw, which was on the showroom floor. Sam then thoroughly went through all of the details on pricing, financing, other add on features, etc., explaining all of the details without pressuring us to get anything that we weren't interested in purchasing. We also liked the standard, fair pricing of the vehicles without having to go through the often painful back and forth negotiating that typically happens with a lot of other dealerships. We also received a fair trade in value for an old (very old) car that we were glad to get rid of and not have to deal any longer. All in all, we had a very positive experience and would recommend Sam and Schomp BMW to anyone.
Not your typical car salesmen. BMWs really do sell themselves but I could tell what "drove" Brian was making sure I'd get a car that perfectly suited my needs as well as my "wants." Ask for Brian Neal. He'll hook you up.
KJ and Ally were amazing in helping us get set up with our new X5! I couldn t have asked for a better experience the entire time. Treated really well and our time was respected.
From the moment I first met with KJ, straight until I signed the papers and took delivery, the process was seamless! KJ is professional, smart, and savvy when it comes to putting a good deal together for you. If you are looking for a BMW in the Denver area go to Schomp and ask for him - you won t be disappointed!!!!
I came in for a nail in my tire and it was repaired within the hour. Special thanks to my service advisor Greg!
Ian, Seth, Ken, Garrett and Trent are such a great team to work with! These guys are professionals and really take the time to get you set up in the perfect BMW. I highly recommend buying and servicing your BMW at Schomp's!
I worked here as a Client Advisor (CA's). If you're buying a car here, please understand that the CA's are working on commission. We're scripted to say we're not. For each vehicle sold, the CA earns a flat rate, but for each product (accessories, extended parts and labor guarantee/warranty, gap insurance, anything additionally added to the price of the vehicle), including your interest rate (if financed via one of their lenders), the CA will earn a percentage of the sale. So it's in the CA's best interest to sell you as much add-ons as possible. (I'm not saying don't buy these add-ons, they really do offer some great protections for your vehicles) Yes, it doesn't matter if you buy a new car at 100k or a used one at 5k, they're going to earn that flat rate per vehicle sold. You're also going to get the same service if buying a 5k car or a 100k. There is absolutely no support for the CA's. When a client comes in, the CA has to find the car by themselves. This can take anywhere from 20 mins to 45 mins.. Sometimes they don't find the car at all because it was already sold, or sent off to auction. Once the CA finally finds the car, if it's dirty, they have to run it through the car wash, if it needs gas, they have to find someone with a gas card to fill up the tank, if the battery is dead, they have to find a battery jumper to jump-start the car.. So as a Client, you could be waiting for an hour easily before you get to see it.. As a client you will never receive a luxury customer service experience because management has the CA's doing everything on their own. If you sort by neg reviews, everything the customers are saying are true. And above is the reason why. The current leadership at this dealership do not represent Schomp values. If you're going to buy from here, understand that the CA's are working VERY hard for you, trust me, they're the only ones that truly care. And when you're frustrated with the buying process, they're 100 times more frustrated. They too want the deal to be done within an hour, but it's simply not possible..
We worked with Ian McCullough and were very pleased. He was very knowledgeable about the x5 we were interested in. The few things he didn t know, he found out quickly and got back to us as well as providing us with additional information/ratings. One of the nice things about working with Ian was that he listened to us, understood what we were looking for, and matched us up with a couple good options. If you go to Schomp BMW - ask for Ian!
Updated to one star- reason? The $500 deposit that they took for a car that was "no longer available" still hasn't been refunded to me. It's been a week. Where is my money???
If it weren't for the friendliness of the salesman I worked with, I would leave a one star review.
I started talking to him via text, as I was at work. I live in Longmont, and they are located in Highlands Ranch. I started talking to him on a Tuesday. I expressed my interest in a Cadillac that they had. The first night we talked, he told me we were fine, and could reconvene in the morning, as the car hadn't been sold and was safe. The next morning, he got back to me with numbers, and I asked if I should put the $500 deposit down, and if I could apply for financing online. He told me how to apply. I applied immediately, and got the approval. I told him again that I wanted to put the $500 down, and he said to call him. I did immediately. I put the $500 down and arranged with my husband to go get the car that evening. I got a text from him 2 hours later, letting me know that someone else had sold the car. There was obviously no communication throughout the dealership. He never offered to find me a different car (even though I was approved for financing, and gave money). All he said is that he would refund me right away. My husband and I both got hits on our credit for nothing, which we are very particular about. I was so disappointed in how the end was handled.
I ended up going through a different dealership, getting a year newer Cadillac, got more for more trade-in, and was treated like I was important.
My experience at Ralph Schomp BMW was amazing! Conner Tibbetts met my every need and helped with the seamless transaction. Shop here!
Samantha was amazing! She was attentive, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. She spent whatever time I needed with me. I test-drove a car three different times and Schomp made an amazing deal on the car. In the end I decided it was not the time to commit financially to a new car payment, but when I do. I will call on Samantha!
Great experience. Easy to do business with. Very happy We purchased a 2021 BMW 4401 Cabriolet and love it Dylan was great to work with
love this place trust them with my car hands down!!! priced around after the fact and no one came near the deal's this is the one stop shop
Extremely disappointed with the service department. Will take my business elsewhere. Recently needed to bring my 2018 X1, that I purchased from Schomp in November 2017, for service. Couldn t get an appointment for 2 weeks. Took days for them to call and leave an incomplete message with the cost of my repair. Could not get consistent information about cost for parts and labor or the amount of time they would need my vehicle which did not instill any confidence for me to bring in my car. Left one more message with no returned call after an entire day. Called another dealer to find out the repairs are covered in my warranty and have an appointment scheduled there.
I really wish I could give this place 100 star rating. They were AWESOME!!! Anthony (Tony) was who we worked with. He was very pleasant and helpful. We went to look at a vehicle last week not thinking we would for sure buy that day. With the experience we were given, we felt it was right to purchase at that moment. My wife and I have had some awful experiences with dealerships. Let me just say, this was the best experience ever. We would come back to this dealership for every purchase we ever want to do again. They are all amazing. The whole environment is stellar and comfortable. Tony helped us the whole way through the process as well as Justin who was amazing as well. I can't say enough what a great experience we had. If you are wanting something that is real and honest people, come here. They don't hassle or sit there and give lies. They are straight forward and honest. Also, we have gotten a call from Tony himself to ask how we are liking our new vehicle and to let us know if there is anything we ever need to give him a call. Seriously, amazing company, amazing people, and amazing vehicles.
Best dealership in the Southwest! Fantastic customer service, the buying experience could not get better. Service team is top-notch. When they say 90 min, it means 90 min. I'm impressed! Hope you guys keep up the fantastic work.
Michael Barrett did a great job of making our experience comfortable. Even though we bought a used vehicle we still got the red carpet treatment. All charges were mentioned at the time of sale and there was no hidden fees. I am usually nervous and defensive when car shopping but felt at home here at Schomp. Definitely going to buy all future vehicles here from now on.
Walking into a dealership always fills you with anxiety knowing that you have to argue about every upcharge and every line item that is presented to you in the final vehicle cost. Our Schomp experience has always been the exact opposite of all that. This is the most professional company in the business and everything.... and I mean everything is presented with such a clear level of transparency that there is no room for argument or meaningless negotiations. I wish all dealerships were run the way Schomp is run. I wish Ralph Schomp and their entire work force a wonderful holiday season.
Overall experience was great! We were greeted as we walked in, didn't get harassed looking around and a consultant was always ready to answer our questions. We had the pleasure working with Chris Leirer. Chis was knowledgeable and very patient with our transaction as we were closing on a house but needed to have a vehicle lined up as soon as we closed.
Great service from Karen and Jacob, the place was super busy (as everyone wants the ultimate driving machine) but they were courteous and efficient with the process and all of my questions and concerns
Awesome sales staff and great service department. Zero complaints.
I have had my vehicle serviced at Schomp twice in the past month (two unrelated matters). My service experience each time was exceptional. The team at Schomp is friendly, timely, and thoughtful. They anticipate needs and help get through the process quickly. Each time, I was offered a courtesy vehicle for the day (which helped me and my family tremendously since we were not without a vehicle for that day). I was also extremely pleased with the price of the services that were performed. I expected a bit of sticker shock when the bill was presented, but each time I was pleasantly surprised. With the level of service Schomp has provided, they are earning a long term customer. I didn't expect that to be the case, but they are going above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and they are earning my continued business. If you've stayed away because of the fear of dealer pricing for service, then don't. Their pricing for normal, every day services is competitive.
I had a great buying experience with Schomp BMW. They listened to what I wanted and I never felt pushed into any decisions or features I did not want. Josh was awesome to work with!
Kiersten and Anna were terrific to deal with during all part of our truck purchase. Even though we were looking at a used vehicle, their service was first rate. They listened, they asked good questions and they promptly answered all of our questions.
Great service! Transparent pricing. Best dealer in town ask for Chris Leirer he can help you like helped me!
They did accurate work and do it quickly and was comfortable environment
Dropped off our X5 for water leak issue. Appointment was made in advance to allow for a loaner BMW.
Kept in the loop by Whitney as to what was being done to the car. Trouble shooting took a few days but we were kept informed and the car was returned fully fixed.
Thanks!
Always a great experience at Schomp. Awesome sales staff and a very low pressure process. Thanks Ben and Sam.
I love Schomp! I have purchased several cars from them and their service is impeccable! Ben W., Mike Barrett and Mike Dunlap are amazing! I highly recommend buying your next car from Schomp Automotive!
Sydney Valentino is a rockstar! A 10 Star service professional in a 3 star world. She makes me wish I was still managing a sales team, as I would have done all possible to steal her!
I just purchased a new car and had some questions about the tech. She tried like hell to address my questions on the phone and when I had to make the drive out there, she showed me features no one else there had. You don t know what you don t know-she will fix that. A true genius!
Chad Stackhouse was extremely helpful. Very professional and aided in making my experience fast and simple . Id recommend him and Schomp bmw to anyone looking.
Best experience in buying a car and we didn t even purchase. This is by far the best dealership I have ever seen. Stephen Giese was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we wanted and to make sure we would purchase the car that gave us the wow when we saw it. Thank you.
I ve been through the ringer and back and am happy to say that Schomp takes care of their customers.
I bought a Honda Pilot that ended up being one of the 1.5 million Hondas that had a pretty severe oil consumption issue that ended up damaging the car. It was a 2-year money pit and only after deep research did we unveil the issue. If you re like me, you buy a Honda and pay a premium for it because of the expectation of reliability over the long term. We raised the issue with Schomp pretty aggressively after finally figuring it out and felt a bit duped not that it was all on them, but had we known at the time that our VIN number was under this oil consumption class action lawsuit, it would ve actually qualified for the extended warranty at the point of purchase AND we probably just wouldn t have bought it. Since we didn t know, we were screwed, and unfortunately nobody was really under any legal requirement to disclose that information. I m sure Schomp had no idea themselves.
At any rate, we ended up in quite a financial pickle over it, and I sort of raised hell between Honda and Schomp. I am very happy to report that Schomp cared for us, helped us get out of that car and into a new one. Between Byron, one of the head service guys over at Schomp Honda, and Carlene, our salesperson at Honda, and anyone else who helped make it all happen, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I own a hard goods business myself. People make mistakes. Businesses make mistakes. How we address our mistakes and make things right is a huge testament to the integrity of the business and the people behind it. I would rather buy into the culture and integrity of a business than any specific product feature. I would and will definitely work with Schomp again.
All around pleasant experience, which can t always be said for dealerships. Would recommend asking for Kevin if serious about purchasing. No run arounds and top notch customer service. Thanks!
Bought an 8 year old 335xi from Ralph Schomp. Great experience working with Ronnie Donner from start to finish. During the first couple days of ownership a misfire began. Ronnie, Anthony, and Scott Hunter worked with the technicians to find the problem and resolve it at no charge to me! Way to step up fellas! If you want a new or used Bmw this is your store! Skip C*****list and head here, no question! Will recommend Schomp to everyone!
Schomp Service is always attentive and prompt. The technicians are very helpful, engaged and polite. The will even deliver my vehicle in a pinch. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Justin White in the service department was very helpful and prompt in solving a fuse issue with 6 series BMW.
I'm somewhat of a BMW enthusiast. Over the last 20 years I have owned an X5 SUV, a 5 Series Station Wagon, a 1 Series convertible, a 3 Series hard top convertible and finally my current M4 Convertible. I've always found that the dealerships I purchased my BMW's from provided excellent service and advice. Unfortunately, that cannot be said for Schomp BMW. I initially began using Schomp for service on my 3 Series when I moved to Colorado as it is close to my place of employment. Although I was aware of service issues my co-workers had encountered, my service was covered under contract and I did not encounter the same issues. As I am prone to do, I soon was in the market for an upgrade and since the M4, I decided to up my business relationship with Schomp and used them to purchase my newest BMW. Over the past 4 years I have continued to have the car serviced there and run into little issue. I had even begun to explore a new M4 (really love the car) purchase with their sales associate, Andrew. As my cars service contract was expiring, I received an offer via email from Schomp for a complimentary checkup including the following:
* End-of-warranty check
* Multi-point inspection
* Visual inspection of brakes, tires, suspension, belts, hoses, filters, interior and exterior lights, and wipers
* Fluids inspection and top off
* Battery test
* Check and completion of all recalls and open service campaigns
I also received an email from Schomp indicating that service was due. I thought this was an opportune email and I would take advantage of it and explore extending the service contract even though I was contemplating trading it in. So I proceeded to make and appointment with their service agent Lily.
On the day of the service I arrived promptly at 8AM and there was no notification on their screens as there usually was that they were expecting me. After waiting around for 15 minutes while different technicians assured me Mike would be coming and every other customer was waited on, Mike arrived and seemed totally confused as to why I was there. I explained to him about the email offer (even showing it to him on my phone) and noted that I had also received an email saying that service was due. Mike was very hung up on the fact that my service contract had expired on 01/02/19 (I have no idea why he would not realize I was there to extend the warranty). I also have no idea why he would not indicate that they would do the service and charge me if I chose not to extend the service warranty, seems like a logical approach. At this point I decided not to have the service done but just have the checkup done. Mike stated that sure he could give it a "look over". I was speechless at this point as a "look over" certainly wasn't what the email indicated would be performed. At this point I gave up and told Mike not to do anything but to just give me my keys back.
So four years after purchasing my M4 from Schomp and having it serviced there, Shomp has lost a faithful BMW customer.
Great customer service and sales team! Go above and beyond!
Thank you Andrew Sapoznik for helping me reach one of my long term goals. I appreciated it. It was the easy and smooth process and also thank to the BMW genius Sydney Valentino that educated me a lot more about the car and all to the new tech and performance features. I highly recommend Andrew if your looking for a new or used vehicle. Andrew and Sydney took a awesome video. I can t upload the video. Maybe I should but it on YouTube. Once again thank you.
Amazing experience my sales rep Damir was extremely knowledgeable highly recommend.
Patrick Quilan, Joshua Ackerman and Jeff Edgell were all very professional, helpful, and friendly. They made the process of buying a car extraordinarily easy! I will be back in the near for my next BIG purchase. Thank you all so much for helping me get into another 535i. Words can not describe how much I appreciate you guys and everyone at Schomp! So for anyone out there looking to buy a new BMW please get with Patrick and Josh! They won t disappoint you and they make the process easy and fun! Team work makes the dream work! Cheers!
Stephen Giese was great to deal with and made buying my daughters first car a pleasure. He made us feel relaxed and at ease through the whole car buying process. This was our third car purchase from Schomp BMW and every experience has been superb. No pressure, no gimmics, no haggle price, and a completely transparent buying process. Everyone we have dealt with at Schomp has been a complete professional. After you buy a car here, you won't want to shop anywhere else.
I've been shopping cars at Schomp BMW for four years. I've purchased six new and used vehicles during that time. I've been lucky enough to have Jeff Tucker as my salesman for each deal. I feel every department does their very best to ensure each customer has a good personalized one-on-one experience.
I purchased a vehicle from Schomp recently and have been pretty frustrated since. Their sales department worked very hard to sell me the vehicle, but I was able to find better financing on my own. I also had difficulty getting my vehicle registered. Come to find out that 51 days after purchasing the vehicle Schomp had still not sent in the paperwork to the DMV! This is a vehicle that I will be using to make money, but am unable to do so without it being registered first. Very disappointing!
Kamran was fantastic. Personable and great to work with. The process was easy and smooth. Thanks!
My experience at Schomp BMW was phenomenal. Everyone was incredibly helpful, especially the BMW genius Corey who walked me through the features of my car and Troy, my client advisor, who explained the paperwork thoroughly and in a way that made it easy to understand. Everyone there was knowledgeable and ready to answer any question I had. The entire process was efficient and friendly and I would absolutely recommend Schomp to everyone I know.
I have brought my car to Schomp for every service since 2013 and this will be the last time unless I have a recall. I only brought it in for a recall this time. The service advisor did not call me to tell me they had to order the part for the 40 minute job. I called 3 times before a service manager advised me of the the status. The next morning, my service advisor called my home at 6:10 am to give me an update. She called again at 2 to tell me it would be done before I got out of work. I ultimately got my car back that night. When I got home, I inspected my car to find they scratched my front bumper through the paint (they aren't huge scratches, but they are the biggest ones on my car) and dinged my wheel well through the paint. I am so mad that I haven t brought myself to call them to complain, but I took pictures with a date stamp to deal with Schomp sometime this week. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and eventually when I trade out my car, it won t be for another BMW.
Update #1: Ariel Metekengi, BMW Service Manager, called me to apologize for this visit as well as others I had in the past. He offered to not only fix the scratches written about above, but also fix any others on my vehicle. I dropped it off yesterday (11/10/17) morning and we will see how my car comes back. I was more than a little apprehensive about leaving my X3 with them again, but I will give Schomp BMW one last try.
Update #2: After 3 business days, I got my car back last night (11/14/17). They parked it in the dark which made it nearly impossible to inspect (thank you iPhone flashlight). I immediately noticed that they did NOT fix the extra scratches that the service manager said would be fixed. I walked around the car and found that they did fix the damage from the original visit. I waited until this afternoon to inspect it completely. It looks very nice. There are a couple scratched on the edges of the upper panel and wheel well, but I can fix that. All in all, at least Schomp fixed what they damaged, but they didn't keep to their word. I will not be going back unless absolutely necessary. The only reason Schomp gets 2 stars is because they provide loaners.
i came for a rear brake light and front blinker bulb replacement was quoted 599.00 . the quote included 1.5 hr to change the front blinker bulb. ! i rejected the work and bought the bullb for the front. Greasmonkey installed the bulb in 5 min i took apart the rear break light and found it just needed to be secured at the conections took me 15 min. So i can say this was less than an experience to show integrity of your shop and more of a scam to extract 599.00 from my pocket . I will not be back and now thinking BMW is not the kind of car i want to own. BTW i have 2 BMWs now but likely i will sell them asap because of this. Sorry you ask ?
Walked in without an appointment to at a used vehicle and Alex the salesman was able to accommodate me right away, show me the vehicle and work with my scenario asking the right questions. Found a car that suited me better elsewhere but an extremely nice and comfortable shopping experience overall.
Toby was amazing! He helped out so much and made everything perfect for getting my car after 4 years of not having one. So glad we came to Schomp! Thanks Toby for making it a great experience for me!
When you come in, ask for Toby!
Their service isn't the greatest, I bought a new bmw and the electrical corroded and now the rear view camera doesn't work. If that's not all the parking sensors don't work either and they refused to repair it because it's is corrosion not because of manufacturer error. Well if they did it right shouldn't that not happen? It said water got into the system so that's why the wires corroded and they refuse to fix it because it is due to the owners failed action to take care of the vehicle I don't understand why it is the owner's responsibility to make sure the wires don't corrode
So professional. Austin & Matt made our experience 5 star.
Great sales and real easy to get in and out...no haggle
Had a great experience start to finish, and would recommend Schomp to others. They provided the best car buying experience I ve had.
Schomp home of the no update for a week. And only one hour to get a deposit back.... what a mess.
We had an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE at Schomp BMW. I recommend this place to my family and friends! Very great customer service! Ww will definitely come back to purchase our next vehicle!
My experiences at Schomp BMW, and especially with the service center/team, have always been fantastic. They are professional, courteous, and they do great work.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Schomp BMW. We came in with a hurried timeframe and fairly rigid requests and they were incredibly helpful in finding us a fantastic car. Chris Leirer was fantastic to work with and incredibly responsive. Fully recommend for anyone shopping for a new car and looking for a smooth and un-salesy experience!
Shopping for a car is never something someone wants to do - I dreaded the idea of sitting in a dealership all day, but David at Schomp made is so painless and easy. I love that we only dealt with him, we weren't waiting on a finance guy to try and sell us a million things, while we were waiting for paperwork, we met with a BMW Genius who taught us how to use all the features of the car, once we were finished with that we were ready to sign the paperwork. We found a great car and didn't haggle. Love them, most definitely will shop with Schomp again!
Great service at Schomp. Quick, efficient and friendly. They say what they do and then hey do what they say. Couldn't have been more pleased.
Awesome company as witness incredible staff. Very very nice people and consummate professionals.
Definitely one of the best car buying experiences possible. Tatiana and Gary were extremely helpful in my car buying experience. Tatiana pushed to get me approved for my car and made everything possible. They made my first car buying experience very stress free. Definitely recommend Schomp BMW if you are in the market for a new or used BMW.
Call multiple times for a quote on service, I am told they will check with the service technicians and get back to me. This is 5 inquiries, and over 6 months. Still haven't heard back...
Went on for a detail and a winter to summer tire swap. Received no word on status. Called in the evening and had to leave a VM. No response. Called Saturday morning and was told the car was ready. Went to pick it up. Service advisor tells me he called twice and left VMs. My phone shows no record of any calls. Adviser knocks 20% off so somewhat mollified. Get home and discover summer tires were not in trunk as promised. Another trip to pick them up. Very ticked off. Will think twice about returning.
Important to know if you plan to buy a car from Schomp- good luck getting it in for maintenance or service. I bought my car at Schomp BMW about a year ago (great experience) and I called today because my check engine light came on and I'm almost in need of an oil change. When you call the service line the first message you hear is "we service all makes and models". Great, but your own BMW owners can not make an appointment for 3 weeks to get their vehicle looked at. If you want a"complimentary" loaner it is over 3 weeks to get in. When you use your car as a sales representative to drive around the state, this hugely impacts your life. I called BMW of Denver Downtown and they were able to get me in next week. This is not customer service and will question my choice on dealership moving forward. I have the option to choose my company car and I will choose more wisely next time. I have 3 BMW's (M6, M3 and X3) and I will drive further away for better customer service.
I highly recommend Dan Zarek. After having purchased and driven 4 Lexus cars in the past (gone through Kuni and Stevinson), I decided to make the switch to BMW. Dan was very professional and courteous and respectful. He seemed very genuine and patient listening to my needs and concerns. After an hour of going through inventory, we finally found the car with the packages/options I wanted. The price was good and Dan worked from beginning till end - from initial greeting, car selection, test drive to turning paperwork to finance department to delivering the car. I really liked the experience of working with 1 person, instead of being moved from sales to finance offices. Overall, easy and smooth car buying experience.
I had a great experience working with Schomp BMW. Jeffery Tucker, Kevin, and Patrick and the manager all treated me like Family and went above and beyond in every possible way. Schomp sets the standard for what customer service should be.
From start finish Schomp does an amazing job. Can t thank them enough for making the process so easy. I ve brought my previous cars to multiple dealerships and no one has a better service department.
Cut new keys for my 20 year old Civic in 5 minutes just with my VIN #. Super friendly staff as well. If I believed in buying new cars, I would probably go here...
I recently test drove a used BMW 3 series with a sales associate named Jeff Tucker. I was offered a great deal on the vehicle which was impeccably maintained, and I also received a reasonable offer on my trade in. Although I was able to find a better vehicle from a small dealership in the Springs, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Jeff and Schomp BMW and I will be looking to them when I look to upgrade to a BMW M3 in the future.
I scheduled service 10 days before appointment. Arrived at dealership only to find that they did not order the parts required for the repair. Disappointed that I wasted my time driving 35 miles to the dealership. I was promised that the parts would arrive within a week of my last visit; I am still waiting to hear from the dealership - and it has been over a week and a half. I have had other issues with this service department so I may consider going to another local dealer, perhaps COSBMW.
Thanks to Jason over at Schomp for helping me in my car buying process. He was very patient and did a great job of answering all my questions and providing a great customer experience.
I highly recommend this dealership - through the years, they've always pulled through 100%. Yesterday, I had a light come on notifying me of a faulty airbag. I drove directly to the dealership with no advanced notice, close to closing and was told there was a 2-week back up for getting a loaner but when Brandon saw it was an airbag issue, he found a way to get me into a loaner - that's integrity! Time and time again, they've always done the right thing!
Alex and the sales team were very pleasant to work with. Possibly the best bmw dealership in Colorado. They also have the largest selection of M cars in Stock. I would highly recommend.
Josh Ackerman was great very knowledgeable and helped us with refinancing of our car after the end of the lease. We were very happy and satisfied with the process. Thank you Schomp we will be back !!!
I have been a BMW owner for the last 25 years having purchased 3 of 6 from Schomp BMW. However, my recent experiences with this dealerships service department (in the last 7 months) have almost completely guaranteed I WILL NOT buy from here, and perhaps never another BMW, again! Issues range from an extremely bad window tint which the service rep tried to argue was my fault (turned out to be defective glass and they ultimately removed it and gave me a refund after I insisted), to my latest issue a severely scratched up paint job on my brand new 5 series after a service wash! This was after I had been told the center hub rings for my wheels (stored at the dealership) we re missing, had been re-ordered, and would take 4 to 5 business days for delivery, and I could come pick up my car and bring it back when the new rings came in! When I asked what happened, all I was told was I m sorry sir, it s a big warehouse ?! No regard for my wasted time or my (misplaced?) rings! have been patient while managers have worked to correct the poor people skills and work habits of the service department, but this latest incident (yet unresolved) has me beyond upset! I take pride in the appearance and maintenance of my car and for the last 7 months, have only used touchless washes and air drying to preserve the paint while saving for an expensive ceramic wax job to further protect it, so I know the damage was done by the service department! My car is a mess! My time has been wasted, and I feel completely disregarded and disrespected as a long time and loyal customer! I understand your people are busy and probably deal with lot of difficult customers and situations, so I am typically patient and try to be pleasant, but this should not have happened and my patience and normally pleasant demeanor are gone!
Update: I should note that the service rep in this case has been very attentive and I do not feel he is responsible. It is unfortunate that he is the face of the department in this case and has to receive first notice of my problem. Also my history with service management has been positive I believe they do their best to deal with customer issues fairly. That said, I challenge whoever reads this to imagine how they would respond when they discovered their brand new car (regardless of price) was severely scratched and scarred from front to back?!
I increased the rating from 1 to 3 stars because I still love Schomp BMW please fix your service department. They still seem way too busy to be bothered...
All-around excellent experience. Justin and the others at this dealership were laid-back, but professional and enjoyable to work with throughout the process. The managers seemed to take a sincere interest in me as a customer in a very casual but sincere manner. It was no pressure, stress-free car buying. They were respectful and never rushed, as well. They were honest and helpful top to bottom. Thank you, Schomp BMW. Maybe car buying doesn't have to be grueling!
Great friendly sales personal. Alice Hausig did a great job helping me grab my first car.
