Extremely disappointed with the service department...
Extremely disappointed with the service department. Will take my business elsewhere. Recently needed to bring my 2018 X1, that I purchased from Schomp in November 2017, for service. Couldn t get an appointment for 2 weeks. Took days for them to call and leave an incomplete message with the cost of my repair. Could not get consistent information about cost for parts and labor or the amount of time they would need my vehicle which did not instill any confidence for me to bring in my car. Left one more message with no returned call after an entire day. Called another dealer to find out the repairs are covered in my warranty and have an appointment scheduled there.
