Hands down, the best car buying experience we've ever had. We worked with Ben Brahler who was professional, patient, and extremely thorough. He made our car buying experience seamless & enjoyable. We never felt pressured or hurried with the process. I would not hesitate to recommend both Ben and the Schomp group to any of my family or friends who are in the market for a new and\or pre-owned vehicle. Thank you to Ben and all the staff at Schomp. Unequivocally 5 out of 5 stars

I purchased a 328xi drive. I purchased along with the car the window tint option. the window tint was done from another place. (My wife went somewhere else and not the dealer, she didnt remember I purchased it through the dealer. I usually dont do that) However, for months I have been asking to be reimbursed for it. Since October of 2016
Apparently they cannot afford to return it.
Customer service is a gutter ball

Kevin at Ralph Schomp BMW was excellent to work with! We have worked with the dealership for over 10-years and highly recommend them for both the buying experience and whenever your BMW may require service.

did not complete work, did not return unused new parts , did not listen to me, no call backs , took my car in 2 times and still did not complete simple door lock actuator job. will be using Boulder BMW from now on.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. We worked with Austin Faul who helped us purchase my son's first car. Even though the car he was looking for was an older used car, we were treated by Austin as if purchasing a new BMW. Very simple process and no pressure on Austin's part or the mess with trying to haggle over a price. The used trade-in car we were purchasing needed some mechanical work to get it up to their quality before they would sell it, which they completed without issue (they are the ones that did the inspection, found the items that needed attention, and made the fixes). I'd highly recommend this location and definitely Austin to work with.

We have had the opportunity to buy a number of luxury cars. This experience was very easy and seamless. The straight forward approach- no nonsense sale with Marcus and Agye followed by David's wonderful tutorial made this a great experience.

Since I bought my BMW in 2014. I have always had an issue when I have taken it in for routine maintenance. 3 weeks ago I had it in for oil change and a few days later the check engine light came on. My husband looked under the hood and found that they had not hooked the ducting to the air cleaner. This allowing the engine to injest the air directly from our dirt road. My husband called the GM at Schomp and we were told that college students are being used to do oil changes on our vehicles. They are supervised by a certified mechanic. Obviously the certified mechanic was not doing his job on my vehicle. They advertise certified mechanics work on the cars. What else was overlooked? I've lost my confidence in their ability to perform quality service on my vehicle.

Evan and the team at Schomp made getting a lease on a 2016 BMW so easy. They were able to roll a little negative equity on my trade and my payments were still super low. Couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else

I was looking to buy a 2nd vehicle for the family. Inquired about a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, was instructed to apply for financing (which I did), and just never heard from anyone again. The next day, I saw on the website that the Jeep I was interested in buying, was sold. No one even bothered to call me to let me know or to offer an alternative. No communication at all. So, I went to another dealership (not BMW) where I got a fantastic vehicle with amazing service! Will NOT consider this dealership again in future.

Shocking experience with service. My 2016 BMW X5 with 75k Miles had a $4,200 service with thousands more recommended. This is atypical for cars with today s technology. They charge $185/hr for service, with pride. An X5 should be more reliable than this.

Upon initial call to service, even after my car was clearly not driving properly someone at their call center said I should drive it as close as I could get to their service facility. Glad I didn t try - getting it onto the flatbed was necessary.

We have purchased 9 cars from Schomp over the last 15 years for our various family members. We love the dealership and still do, were fond of the service department until the last couple of years. I'm not sure what has happened to the service department, but it's the most frustrating place ever.
You can't get anyone to answer the phone, no one calls you back, they say they will reserve a loaner for you and then they don't have it. I guess they have sold too many cars and can't service them all!

I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone! They made me feel like I was part of their family. They got me in the showroom and helped me find my next amazing vehicle. They made me feel like I was the only one there and there was no pressure to sign and buy. Amazing customer service from the entire team. Will be back for sure for the next car.

I recently test drove a used BMW 3 series with a sales associate named Jeff Tucker. I was offered a great deal on the vehicle which was impeccably maintained, and I also received a reasonable offer on my trade in. Although I was able to find a better vehicle from a small dealership in the Springs, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Jeff and Schomp BMW and I will be looking to them when I look to upgrade to a BMW M3 in the future.

Tomas was our salesperson. He was professional, knowledgeable, multi-tasked very well and was extremely communicative during our entire process. I have nothing but positives to say about Schomp and it's employees. A no-nonsense process; just the way I like it!

We had a great experience at Schomp BMW.
In the market for a used midsized SUV it didn't take long to find what we were looking for. They have a large inventory of used vehicles and Annie asked all the right questions to help us narrow down the search. She was full of enthusiasm, wit and made us feel like old friends.

Being a Porsche guy for quite some time, I wanted to check out a BMW for my latest SUV purchase, so after some online research, I went to Schomp and had a very pleasant buying experience. I've been driving it for a couple of months and I love my new car.
But, that's not really the best part. After the sale, their service team and BMW Genius team are extremely accessible and helpful. The Free New Car Clinic put on for all new owners by the Genius Team is just fantastic! (Don't think I didn't notice the surprise when I got back in my car afterwards - Thank You!!)
I couldn't be happier with my new X3 and my personal buying experience with Schomp BMW. Simply Outstanding!

The only BMW dealership you should ever trust your Bimmer to. No pressure sales people, wonderful used car selection and the service area is so clean, you could eat off the floor! Oh, and the best prices on tires. Period.

When I did have an uneven tire wear issue on my 335xi, the service manager and my advisor Matt just took care of it. No questions, no fuss, no muss, just resolved. I wish I could give these guys 6 Stars.

I feel pampered in this dealership from the moment I enter. Though I'm not special, I feel that way during the entire visit. The work is accurate and affordable. I never feel someone has taken advantage of me. The technology in the BMW from stem to stern is incredible. What a professional dealership throughout sales, parts, and service. A very genuine feeling about the whole place, truly.

I had posted a positive review about two months ago.

Reviews of service is a continual process if we are to grade the current status of the organization.

My recent service, July 3, involved brake replacement issues.

The service at schomp and BMW continues to excel with proper information, follow up and appropriate service, very satisfied ,

We just completed our third car purchase from Schomp and while the first two experience were completed with stoic professional this last one was notably different. Enter Alice, stage left. We met Alice by chance during the first visit of the last purchase. Our encounter followed a pretty crappy experience at Denver BMW (you are now forewarned) when we decided to stop by Schomp unannounced so we would not feel the drive up from the Springs was a complete waste of gas. Alice caught us in the the lot, not in the best of moods, assisted us in test driving a vehicle and dealing with my foul mood. We left without a vehicle that day but not without an advocate. Understanding our vehicle requirements Alice diligently scoured the constant changing inventory making suggestions and addressing somewhat unique requirements. A couple of weeks after our initial encounter we drove home with a pretty remarkable deal, vehicle, and the opportunity to do something I have never done - recommend a car sales(wo)man. So if you are in the market for a BMW go ask Alice at Schomp BMW.

I had a great experience at Schomp. I highly recommend Sophie S in sales. She was smart, thorough, patient, sharp, and very friendly in a relaxed kind of way. She knew all pertinent details not only about the cars but about BMW in general. She knew her way around the cars and I felt she was always looking out for the car I wanted. She would find a possibility and text a video to me! We worked so well together via text, email, and phone. Thank you very much Sophie!

Being out of state, we found a 2015 BMW X-1 on line at Schomp's that we were interested in. Adam Maxwell answered the call and was extremely helpful and courteous. He took the time to locate the car in their inventory, take it for a quick drive, wash it and then proceeded to take a video of the car, inside and out while describing what we were looking at.
My wife and I decided to drive from Utah to Denver to possibly purchase the X-1 from Adam.
Before we were going to depart for Denver we decided to do an A/B comparison between the 2015 and the 2016 model years. A local dealer (not a BMW dealer) had one of each at their lot. After seeing the two together we decided on the 2016 model. A bit more expensive but many more features. A local BMW dealer had a CPO 2016 that filled our needs and we decided to purchase the car from the local dealer.
We want to express our appreciation to Adam and Schomps for their courtesy and help. If we ever have a need for Adam's assistance in the future with another BMW, we will definitely contact him. We highly recommend him.

Sadly disappointed in the service center at this dealership. Truly felt like an outsider. Service rep was rude when I came in and had little to no personality. When called to tell me to pick my vehicle he was rude again when I asked what time the service pick up closed and demanded I pick my vehicle that day.

Quick shout out to all the wonderful people at Schomp for making my buying experience a great one. From sales to service it could not have been better. I love my I-8.

Agye and Marcus are quite the dynamic duo when it comes to structuring a deal. They got me out of my lease seven months early and into a new 3-series sedan. I couldn't be more happy with their professionalism and commitment to listening to my needs. Not to mention the areas best service center.

I'm very disappointed at the service department.
I had main software issue so I made appointment to fix my 2014 x5. My service adviser is Matthew Mueller. I dropped off and explain I need software reprogramming my car. He understand what is problem. 3 hours later came back to me and he said that, it is not ready yet. He said it will take about 1 day for reprogramming my car. He should told me early when I dropped off my car at dealer. Anyway I asked loan a car than, he said it is not available this time. so there is no choice just came back to home by my car. I loose 3 hours at the shop for nothing. Second time I dropped off my x5 for oil change and software reprogramming again. the oil change is great but they still didn't know what is problem going on about my car. I explained my previous visit and recommendation software reprogramming. after a few second later adviser came to me and he said that they can't not fix the day(I already know), come back next time. well I don't want to wasted my own time again so I need to fix right now I complained. then he talk to manager after that he gave to me loan a car and completed repaired my x5. I still have problem. when they repair my car, they lost my USB memory stick which is in the center console box. they should know who took out memory stick and reprogramming my car. but they said may some there in my car but they don't knows. that is dear answer.

Update [10.5.18]: I hope you will use my experience for training purposes: Today I checked few things on my first oil change and discovered that my cabin air filter and cover was missing, wasn't a big deal, somebody might have forgotten to do his/her job. But then it occurred to me some filters are more important than others, so i decided to check the Engine Air filter! and to my surprise, it was missing too! and I have been driving this car for months now! who knows how much damage has been caused to my engine with all those dirt/debris floating around in the road. I understand, I am responsible for maintaining my own vehicle but isn't it your responsibility too to double check some basic but crucial components of the car before delivering it to your customers??

Such a joy buying a car at this place!! The moment we walked in, the first thing our sales person Kathy said " we take good care of our customers" and that impressed us a lot..i mean nobody says that with confidence, may it be a small local showroom or a giant dealership. They treated us as intelligent, answered every questions patiently, even baby sat our very active kid! Every staff we saw there had a smile on there face, a very welcoming environment indeed. We did find a great deal and the trade in value we got for our old car was also very good. They owed a service on our car and they followed up in a timely manner, got it fixed quickly. What else could you ask for right? Yes, they are different and in a very good way. Customer service it is! Kathy, if you are reading this, we wanna say you are wonderful! Great Job!

My first BMW experience and it was extremely positive! I designed and ordered my new X5 and watched it flow through production via MyBMW. Jeff Hanson and the team at Schomp took good care of my from beginning to end. Definitely will look to be a return customer... but extremely happy with my choices!

**Update** I had to get Winter tires on recently for the vehicle and the representative I worked through the previous issues made a strong effort to make this right and knocked off some of the cost. They got me right in for an appointment over the holidays and actually tracked down a specific tire/wheel package to help mitigate some of the challenges with a staggered setup. I very much appreciate the staff working towards making things right and am glad to see the shift in the right direction.

I tried to hold off on writing this review because I did feel there was a genuine attempt to correct the issues as they emerged but the challenges are unfortunately ongoing. Also, I would like to note, for the most part, everyone I worked with was extremely friendly and welcoming - especially at the front desk.

We bought a vehicle in July that was delivered and had some minor aesthetic issues that were either unnoticed or occurred within 24hrs of drop-off. When notifying the sales rep, he could not have cared less and quoted us out for insane amounts after I had to pull teeth to have him coordinate with Parts & Labor instead of his suggestion of us pursuing this ourselves. It was definitely a different experience than the "welcome to the BMW family" we received.

I was able to escalate and his manager offered to take care of everything, no question. Great. The service rep I worked with, as mentioned, was extremely friendly but getting the repairs/services completed was not seamless. The first go, I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup and drove down to get it. When I arrived, I was informed one of the fixes was complete but the second was not and was sort of scrutinized for being early. I explained I talked to someone at the front desk and was told it was complete as and a bit disappointed in the miscommunication as I had other things to do that day and the response back to me that "well we are doing these for free outside of warranty." Not sure why that was thrown back on me as that was a decision made by management to sustain customer satisfaction and thought it to be a bit of a non sequitur but I agreed to wait and got the car <30 min. When I got home, I noticed one of these "free" repairs wasn't complete and had to call back to schedule once again.

The manager I worked with agreed to come pick up the car since it was becoming time consuming to get these minor fixes repaired. This was lost in translation each time I talked to service and was so exhausted reminding them that I just decided to drive the car in and wait the couple hours since the dealership does a great job accommodating as you wait. It sounds petty as I type it, but I feel like between the price point and the messaging around the BMW differentiators we received at purchase we just were not please with the lack of attention and consistent miscommunication. Ultimately, we paid a decent chunk of change to drive something we want to enjoy for quite some time and the hope for a relationship with a long-term dealership started off poorly.

The icing on the cake was when we went to the DMV this week for plates since our temps are expiring and were unable to do so because the dealership has not sent the registration paperwork over yet. We are expecting a little one in a few days and trying to tie up loose ends and it's inconvenient knowing we have to go back to the DMV in a few weeks because the dealership missed a deadline. Again, there have been quite a few friendly folks but unfortunately the process has been unpleasant enough that I'm certain I'll look elsewhere to buy a vehicle in the future.

We purchased a used premium vehicle at a great price from Ralph Schomp BMW.

Eric W. made the process easy, clearly explaining all aspects while walking us through the deal. Eric was very pleasant, willing and capable.

The dealership continued to address our questions about features and ensured the vehicle was top notch / ready for us.

Schomp BMW has been my go to for all of my car service needs. I live in Boulder and find it easier to drive down to schomp because the service is that much better. They always answer all of my questions and service the car in a timely matter. The diagnostics they give me after my car has been serviced is really nice as well. The waiting area is A+.

Fantastic!!! Ben is an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism is complete top-notch!!! I started the process of getting a new car about 4 weeks ago. In the process I was interacting with a few other institutions. The sales man and loan officer I was working with before had thrown professionalism out the window. Professional boundaries were crossed and I felt SO uncomfortable. My bro-in-law said to check out Schomp BMW and that he had had a "great" experience. I called and spoke with Ben S. and the rest was history:). From the beginning to the end I felt important, respected and empowered. As a single girl making my way onto the big kids playground I am so grateful I ended up working with Ben and Schomp BMW!!! AND I LOVE MY NEW CAR:)

It's been a week we are trying to schedule a test drive for a car they say they have available.

For the first try we came to their center asking for a car we previously discussed over the phone. We spent 2 hours waiting for them to bring it from a parking lot. And then they said the car wasn't there (altought we were previously told it was) and that we may want to come see it another day. We were told they would have it for another day as they knew where the car was.

30 minutes before scheduled meeting we received an email with a screenshot saying the car is in service. The car on screenshot was different from the car we wanted. I asked agent about this and never heard back.

Second try - the listing is always there, I send an inquire and receive a call saying the car is available. I try to schedule a test drive, I never hear back from them.

Third try - the same result.
Forth try - the same.

It's been a week and 5 different agents saying they have the car we want available. And then "remembering" why we can't see it and offereng to see other cars with higher price. Or just ghosting me.
Looks like scam.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had in regards to purchasing a vehicle. Ben Brahler was our client advisor and was amazing. Patient, knowledgeable, and all around great guy, who I really feel had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Ben as your sales rep! Jeff was great too as our tech specialist and made my new car look so fantastic, thank you Jeff! If your considering a Bmw, go here!

I worked with Shahin at Schomp BMW purchasing a used car. I could not make a decision, and Shahin was very patient with me and assisted me on 2 seperate test drives. Once I made my decision, Shahin and everyone were very helpful in regards to my trade, my purchase, and detailing the various extended coverage options, etc. I would highly recommend Schomp.

Jeff was a pleasure to deal with! He was very honest and felt more like friend than a salesman. In my experiences dealing with car salesmen they tend to be pushy, Jeff was not pushy whatsoever. He gave me great advice & was thoroughly detailed when answering the questions I had. I definitely recommend buying a car through this man.

Thank you

Never again will I own a BMW. One word; disappointed and not because of the service rep who was professional and knowledgeable.

I purchased a 2013 BMW 535i (2 year used CPO) in July 2015 expecting the best mechanically engineered car in the world! I expected a vehicle which after it s paid off would provide several years of worry free service. Not one that after I finally pay it off a few months ago, will now require $10k in repairs at 95,000 miles.

Evidently BMW is only for the rich and not the middle class who will simply pay the $10k in planned obsolescence repairs or trade in for a new BMW. I use to be a great advocate for BMW engineering, no more, now I believe what the mechanics have been saying all along, BMW stands for big money waste! I will tell all I know to never buy this product.

Didn't end up buying my car here but was so impressed by the service that I feel compelled to leave a review. We visited a lot of dealers, some dealerships and a few private sellers... no experience was as professional as the one Patrick delivered at Schomp BMW.

Patrick was kind and respectful despite our low budget and located three different cars that matched our specs. His delivery was thoughtful and low-pressure. Both my wife and I would have felt comfortable buying from him.

Even after we'd left the lot, Patrick worked to find us a car that would work. Again, without desperation or pressure. I was impressed. This interaction was the best we had while shopping this month, hands-down.

If you're looking for a new set of wheels - give these guys a call and ask for Patrick. you'll be glad to have him on your team.

Schomp BMW is a first-class organization led by General Sales Manager Seth Carmitchel. I've purchased many luxury performance vehicles over the years, and this team understands the buying experience better than no other. They are highly competent, accountable, and personable. They are looking to develop relationships with their clients, not focused on individual transactions. I highly recommend getting to know the team at Schomp BMW.

KJ at Schomp was friendly but not pushy. He found the car I wanted in my price range. He showed me other options at my request but did not try to hard sell more expensive options. The entire staff at Schomp was friendly. I flew in from out of town and would do so again to buy from Schomp.

Chris Adams the THE BEST! I request him every time I come in. My experience from bringing my car in to being notified that it is ready to pick up is 5 stars. However, making an apt. Is extremely difficult. Apts including loaners are always 2+ weeks out - unacceptable! The most disturbing issue I experience is trying to get my car after I have paid for my service! If you know customers are on their to get their cars, why not have them ready? I had to wait over 15 minutes for my car to appear. I was told it was being washed on a rainy evening! The gentleman assisting customers asked no less than a dozen times as to the status of my car! When my freshly washed car did appear, it was not driven inside the drop off / pick up area, it was parked out on the rain!!!!! On a previous experience I had to wait 30 minutes for my car to be washed and then it appeared without even being wiped down!
My husband counted 8 cars leaving before my car appeared and there was only 1 person ahead of me when I arrived!

Below is the review I had left on Yelp after being very frustrated and having no communication from your dealership whether email, text or phone, evidently the review was in the not recommend area and as of yet no one has responded to it. All par for the course.

To add to this review, and I could go on and on. I can say with out a doubt to experience truly remarkable customer service go to Kuni Lexus. I had to stop by there this weekend to learn how to return my lease car and if I had not purchased my current vehicle from Schomp I would buy from them. The customer Service was exemplary and I was only there to pick up a part and from walking in the door to being personally walked to the parts department as well as meeting the GM on the way out. It was an experience.

It is truly amazing that in this day and age that customer service has gone the way of the dinosaur. I recently purchased a CPO BMW X3 from Ralph Schomp BMW. I had spotted the car I wanted on their web site and the sales person who worked with me was excited to sell me the car. It was even held for me with a deposit. Then after that it became a game of trying to find out what was going on. Having to call and track people down to get a ride to buy the car as well as trying to figure out how to access my financing to set up my payments.

The buying process was easy except for the fact the salesperson was not aware of any national sales deals and had to be reminded after I had checked your website that morning, they did go with the lower rate. After buying my vehicle every thing stopped, except for a Congratulatory form letter with a survey wanting to know if I would recommend the dealership to my friends. After that no calls, no texts, no thank yous, no heres what's coming, not even a email advising me about my financing. Customer service died with the sale. I had sent texts and emails with no replies. I even called th BMW 800 customer number who said they could not do anything except send a message to the dealership and they would contact me in 3-5 business days which hasn't happened either. BMW is a great vehicle, the rest not so much.

I Still have never received any additional emails texts or phone calls concerning anything about my vehicle.

Thanks,

James Wiencek

Just a warning so that no one else has to live thi...

Just a warning so that no one else has to live this nightmare . . . my husband had his mint condition 550 in for regular maintenance and after a week was called by the service manager to inform him that there had been an "incident." The mechanic had our vehicle out for a QA drive on 470 and caught it on fire . . . completely engulfed in flames and totaled! We weren't even met with a formal apology. After two months of crossing our fingers for a reasonable resolution from what we thought was a reputable and professional company, Schomp BMW is doing nothing to help get us in another vehicle. They claimed the best they could do was have us buy another vehicle from them at a discount . . . completely disregarding the warranty we had attached to our vehicle, taxes, etc. While pages of unprofessionalism could be documented and we should've, in the end, hired an attorney, we are not the type of people to do that. We are very reasonable people and didn't expect them to hand us a new replacement, but they didn't even offer to help find a similar vehicle to ours. We've have had to file a claim with our own insurance and have still not been given a reason for the fire by the service department. The agony of the ordeal has been unbelievable and created so much stress for us! It started bad and ended bad, and we truly hope that this review will prevent this from happening to someone else. Please be careful and avoid having any service or business done here. Please see pictures below of before my husband left his vehicle in their care and the after. (Note - pictures are being removed)

Wonderful staff, Schomp BMW cares about the customer experience! This is not your typical dealership; Ben Brahler made buying a used car easy and seamless. He handled everything, even the financing. This was a nice change as I didn't have to wait to see multiple people. I came here interested in a somewhat rare Acura that I've been hunting for 2 months. Ben made sure that I would get this car before someone else and understood my needs when it came to financing. Thank you Ben; you made purchasing a car enjoyable and stress-free!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Probably the worst car buying experience I have had. After a painful negotiation we purchased the car with one keys missing . Took my 3 Series in for a quick oil change, the appointment process was quick and painless. I paid what I was quoted plus tax, no surprise fees! I have a pretty busy work schedule so waiting for the oil change was not an option, Schomp gave me a loaner for the day and they're open until 10 PM to drop off which is amazing! Will be back here for all future work on my current car and when I upgrade to a newer BMW I will 100% without a doubt be purchasing here. Every member of the staff that I had the pleasure of dealing with was great!

A bit perturbed because of bad communication and process. I love my new old car which I bought as a Certified. I put $1000 down with my credit card as earnest money on the 23rd of August. Credit car was billed on the 24th, car purchased the 24th. The money was NOT deducted on the purchase agreement and I anticipated it would be refunded in a few days. So, after it wasn't I contacted the salesman who sold it to me repeatedly. On the third time and with the promise that if I heard nothing from him by yesterday (September 11) I would be compelled to call someone else in the Schomp organization for action. Call came through nearly at days end. I did not hear it come in and did not pick up. No message was left but I called out of curiosity. The salesman assured me that the refund was processed yesterday. Now why is it that I needed to initiate contact multiple times to get my money back? Why did he not leave a message?Seems pretty Sloppy of them to me. I still have not had the money credited to my account and it is nearly three weeks out. I have lost a lot of esteem for Schomp. I don't feel that they have taken care of me. I do love my car, though.

When I said I contacted the salesman, I meant I either emailed him (times 2) or left him a message after speaking to the operator and being told he was on his phone and I left a voice message (times 2). I have now received my refund, which occurred on the 13th (yesterday).Never did hear from the sales manager. BAD SERVICE!

Sam and Roger over at Schomp were AMAZING! Knowing all summer that we were going to get a new vehicle was exciting but after holding it off till the very end was stressful to say the least. We had no idea what kind of car we wanted other than an upgrade from our 2010 Nissan Rogue. As we walked into this dealership for the first time ever this past Saturday we had no intention of falling in love with the very first car we saw, the 2018 X1. Sam was so helpful with providing us with a ton of information about BMW since we had never owned one before. He was very easy to talk with and made the whole situation very comfortable. Once we decided that we were going to buy, we couldn't wait! We finalized the deal the following Monday, and although Sam was busy with another couple, he was sure to introduce us to Roger who was great as well! He helped us finalize all paperwork smoothly, with no problems, we were in and out within 2.5 hours! That included trading our old car in, collecting payment, signing paperwork and an hour of learning about our new BMW, (thanks to our BMW geniuse Tak too, he was awesome!) All in all, we were very impressed and very much pleased with our service at BMW Schomp!! We will be recommending to everyone! Thank you!!

After searching far and wide for a specific vehicle I find one at Schomp. The vehicle was priced well and didn t seem to have any issues with it as far as I could see online. I called to set up an appointment to see the vehicle (which is quite a few hours from where I am located) and I m told by Roger there s a deposit on the vehicle. I asked to be notified if anything changed. Then I receive a voicemail saying the vehicle has become available. At this point I have an appointment set up for the next day with Roger to make the drive and purchase the vehicle. The next morning almost an hour into my drive I receive another phone call stating there s a new deposit on the vehicle that was put in the day prior. Why was this information not passed on to me as soon as things had changed? Why have I wasted my time and money trying to make my way down there when the employees make no effort to keep their customers informed?

My wife and I recently visited Schomp BMW to purchase a vehicle. Actually, we intended to visit 2 different dealerships/brands as well following our visit. We left that same day with an X5.

Tomas was our sales person at Schomp. From the beginning through the end of the process there was no pressure. He provided excellent information and guidance. Tomas listened to our budget and never once encouraged us to push above the monthly $ amount we told him. His knowledge of the product and the process made it extremely smooth. In the few days we've owned the vehicle we're incredibly happy with it. Also, the Schomp team has followed up and followed through on some other minor items that needed to be taken care of. I highly recommend the team at Schomp BMW!

The car ran fine at 77,000 miles but needed front brake service according to the on-board computer. So I have the car serviced at Schomp BMW. The water/coolant pump failed the day after the brake service resulting in overheat warning light turned on. Schomp BWM towed the car back and replaced the pump and thermostat. Then there is oil leak around the oil filter housing after the water pump replacement. It is most likely caused by the engine overheating. Then there is oil/coolant fluid all over the air injection intake/sensor area without cleaning up after the oil filter housing gasket replacement. It cost me four visits and lots of additional $$ to fix the side effects of the initial front brake service. You get the idea.

Very busy place, but the staff is always courteous and professional. I liked that my service tech (Grant) sent me text messages to let me know of any updates.
I highly recommend Schomp BMW for any of your sales or service needs.

I was considering trading in my Mini for a BMW. While I ended up not doing it, Robb Ashby was by far the best salesman to help me with my decision. He was extremely patient with my needs and I felt zero pressure from him at all which I didn't expect. When I decide to get another car, Robb will be the person I go to. He is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Robb and this dealership!

First time with Schomp, and I had a great experience! Really fantastic service, professional and polite service advisers! They even delivered my car, and the service costs less than the other BMW dealer in Denver that I used previously! I highly recommend Schomp in Highlands Ranch!

KJ at Schomp BMW in Highlands Ranch (Denver) provided excellent sales and client advisory support from start to finish for purchasing our new BMW. He worked with me online and by email to find the right car, prepared a personal video with a virtual walk through of the selected vehicle and helped work out all finance details in advance. This made for an exceptional in person experience picking up the vehicle that was simple and straight forward. Highly recommend KJ and the Schomp BMW Sales and F&I team.
