Buying this car has by far been the best experience I have personally ever had. My sales rep (Connor H.) was very attentive, he had met everyone of my needs plus some. Giving me amazing options to make the car truly mine, I have already referred my entire family and most of my friend to the Schomp Dealership. They are truly a class act and a notch above the rest. All I can say is WOW! Thank you guys for everything you ll see me every few years for an upgrade, y all have earned a customer for life.

I wish I could give this dealership a ZERO star review. I took my BMW in because the TPS monitor light was on and service stated it would be a 30 minute wait. A few minutes after I left the dealership my hood open light came on. Thinking they maybe checked the washer fluid or something else while it was there, the hood looked closed so I continued the drive home. When I got home I opened the hood and shut it thinking no big deal. The next morning the light was still on?? I took the car back to the dealership the next day and was told that a rodent had gotten to the wires and it would be a $400 fix, not covered under warranty! I 100% BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED ON THIER PROPERTY!! There are bunnies everywhere!! I was also told even if it happened while at their dealership, I would still be responsible for the damage. This is absolutely ridiculous and would caution you to have ANY service done at this dealership!

I recently purchased a used BMW 228i convertible through Schomp. My wife had previously bought a car there and insisted that we not buy a BMW without first seeing what Schomp had to offer. She was right; this was the best car purchase experience of my 57 years of life. The dealership gave me a great price on the vehicle, offered me good value for my trade in, and were helpful and low-key throughout the process. There was no pressure, no haggling, and no dealership games.

Schomp has earned my family's loyalty. I would never even consider buying a BMW in Colorado without stopping by Schomp first. When the time comes to trade in this car, I for one know where I'll start my shopping.

One of the employees that work here named Alen was outed for trying to get what he thought was a 15 year old girl to send him nude pictures through Snapchat. They may do good work, but if you bring your young daughters into this place I d watch out for Alen.

Chris Frydry worked efficiently and with professionalism to help me complete my purchase of a used BMW. I was always his focus during my time at the dealership. He answered all of my questions and provided me with detailed documentation to help me choose between 2 very similar cars. He was patient while I decided. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the process. I would definitely go back an do it again. I am happy with my vehicle as well as the purchase process at Schomp BMW.

It s such an amazing and clean and well functioning service drive! Everyone is very helpful and is not afraid to ask if you ve been helped out yet. Also the complimentary refreshments come in very handy.

I took my car in for general service and a computer module needed to be replaced, requiring the car to be kept for a few hours longer. They replaced completely under warranty and were extremely accommodating while the car was under service. Justin White was my representative and he was extremely helpful when working with me. He arranged a car to take me to an afternoon class and did everything he could to ensure my experience was a positive one despite the car needing to be in service longer than originally planned. Very impressed with the service I received!

Bought a car from them on deposit and they sold it out from under me to another buyer, probably someone local even though i have emails from two days prior trying to purchase the vehicle, had already told my 16 year old daughter that i got it for her then had to go tell her that i didn't , jeff tucker didn't fight to keep the deal alive for us at all, thought was a good place so i tried to buy a vehicle form there for that reason alone, but you just can't do that to people

Alice was a very helpful salesperson and even took the special effort to drop the car at my house because I needed signatures from my husband. And although there were a few important outstanding items, she promised she d make them right: 1) a chip in the windshield hidden by an emissions sticker, 2) pureseal and 3) a full detail. If these are all taken care of, I ll be 100% pleased.

One Price, One Person and One Hour, Bob Sumrall has far exceeded our expectations. This was truly the best car buying experience ever. Schomp BMW Service is rarely complete right the first time, typically requiring returning multiple times. They make careless mistakes.

They send Satisfaction Surveys only when repairs go well, but when there are issues you don t receive a survey. Don t be fooled by so many strong ratings, you aren t seeing the whole picture. I spoke to a friend at the company that manages the surveys and he described the games the dealerships play to bias surveys to their benefit.
Try to elevate your issues and dissatisfaction to Schomp management, you ll get nowhere.
Quality service comes from both words and actions. Schomp talks the talk but it s often just a facade to cover up certain incompetencies.

Let me start by saying that I work for an auto dealer, and I understand the daily challenges of running a successful, profitable, well-reviewed service department. I also understand that quality of service can vary day to day, and customer to customer. On this day, with this customer, the experience was fantastic. I drove 265 miles to have my BMW serviced at Schomp and will do so again. Everyone I came into contact with in the service department was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned with the quality of care I received. All of my questions were answered promptly by my advisor Jenna, and the loaner (which they gave me for an entire week to accommodate my overbooked summer schedule) was fantastic. Being able to communicate via text was a great boon to me, as I'm always on the phone for my job. I look forward to driving the Zed now that the injectors have been replaced!

I will admit, though, that I felt a bit prejudged by some staff while wandering the sales floor, as if I was out of place based upon my age (28) or my appearance.

The facilities themselves are great, however I would have to say the service was not very good. I had a list of very specific issues and was told they "couldn't duplicate them", which felt more like they didn't believe me more than they were willing to solve the problem.
Additionally, my car was filthy when I picked it up, and the other BMW dealership washes and vacuums my car. Most likely will not be going back.

Got my car and all went smoothly. They took my old car, valued it, showed me the new model. We completed most of the transaction over the phone from Georgia and on the website. Easiest car I e ever gotten.

Do not bring your BMW to Schomp for service. Currently my 2017 M3 (Owned 42 days) has left the service bay 5 times (totaling ~10 days), each time with significant damage to the interior, and I haven't even reached my break-in milage.
Schomp service was contracted to put window tint on the car. In putting the tint on the car they scratched the "C" pillar glass requiring complete removal of the factory glass. Additionally, they scratched the leather on the passenger seat and attempted to "repair" the leather with a paint/expoxy. They replaced the tint on 2 windows due to debris in the film. After picking up my car, and determining that the paint was clearly not a solution that would work, they had to replace the leather on the seat. Having done the leather repair on the seat I have just returned home to find that they have also damaged the leather on the steering wheel. While I have appreciated every aspect of sales and service from Schomp for over 10 years, and 4 cars, I will never be taking my car in for service at Schomp for any reason. The quality of service and care for my vehicle and my time, has completely disappeared from this service department.

I took my car to get looked at over some small things that were going on but I loved going to Schomp BMW! It's such a nice calm environment! Even while I was looking at some cars while my car was being looked at no crazy sales person came running or shadowed me around! You won't find a better place for buying a BMW than Schomp BMW in Highlands Ranch. They are BIG and have an enormous selection. But the best thing about the place is the people working there. Terrible communication and service. I asked for two simple warranty items to be attended to and upon arrival to pick up the vehicle I found them not addressed even though I was told they were. I had to wait for an hour to get another loaner vehicle and make another trip back the next day to finally receive the completed service. Problem with everything is that I talked to too many folks to which each never listened to what I was asking for.

After two prior (failed) attempts I was hoping that the third time would in fact be the charm and that the nagging squeak (problem) coming from my 330Ci would finally be fixed. Justin and his team spent a few days troubleshooting the problem and finally narrowed it down to a couple of possible culprits. Long and short, the squeak is gone and my car is running wonderfully - I really appreciate the attention and consideration that everyone at Schomp BMW has put into my car over these past few visits. Despite the lack of success in the earlier attempts to identify the problem, Justin and his team didn't give up - they still went above and beyond to finally make things right, once and for all. This was the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I worked with Justin Albrecht and Wallace Todd, and they were courteous, friendly, professional, and informative. I was never pressured to "make the sale", and genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. I traded in an '01 325i with 175K miles on it, received a very fair price for my trade, and purchased a pre-owned '07 328xi with 55K miles on it. The price was fair and overall I loved the way I was treated. It didn't matter that I wasn't there to buy a $50,000 car - they made me feel like finding the right car for me in my price range was the most important goal. The entire Schomp team far exceeded my expectations for a wonderful buying experience.

Don't shop here! They're crooks! Becarful what they do to your car. If you're buying a car they will bump 2% on the initial interest rate you're actually approved for! Always shop at banks before even considering these crooks.

I just want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Schomp Bmw. As you can see i gave it 5 stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically i would like to give high praise to my salesman Austin. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentlemen to boot, also a true professional. Austin is a great guy who is willing to explain all features for cars and will answer any question you may have. I highly recommend Austin here, and i have already done so to several friends.

We bought a BMW from Schomp a couple of years ago and had an average experience. I came back this week to buy another one and things have gone downhill. After asking for help, I waited 35 minutes, asked the receptionist to have them call me when they were available, then finally left--- i'm still waiting for the call. I wrote them a note telling them about my experience and have received no reply. I'm going to buy another BMW. but i'll never waste my time here again.

Brought my 2018 bmw suv in to get a trim piece replaced and it took six hours. Shouldn't take this long. Also I was never kept in contact by Chris who was my service team person. I know my car was done a lot earlier than when I was told it was done. Car had been sitting there for who knows how long. It was very hot when I got in the vehicle. Crappy service at this location. Will not be coming back.

Davis Giri is the most exemplary employee at this location big thanks to him for getting my service done fast even though he had a lot to do, if you want great customer care I suggest asking for Davis!

Bought a CPO 5-Series a few weeks ago, the buying experience was good. One of the tires on the car developed a blister on the side wall and is not drivable. I called their service team and was told they could fix it at the end of next week, 9 days out! I said that wouldn't work, and they said they'd escalate to their management. It took three follow up contacts over 24 hours to get a response. I can drop it off, they will not provider a loaner, and they will get to it when they can, no commitment of when it will be done, "probably a day or two". This is a new tire they provided on a car they just sold, and it is not drivable. This is the worst customer experience I have had. This is my fourth, and last, car I will buy from Schomp. Go somewhere else if you want a BMW!

Another good car buying experience at a Schomp dealership, this time at their BMW location. Andrew Sapoznik, did a great job of showing me the vehicle and providing all the information I needed to make an informed decision. At no time was there any pressure, and he was always upfront about the pricing.

The part of the transaction that I dreaded the most, was actually quite painless. Anna Ray was very courteous, made me a fair offer, and the whole transaction went fairly quickly.

Schomp BMW is the best place to buy your BMW. This was my 5th BMW purchase and first with Schomp BMW and best experience ever. Chris Sanchez my salesperson and Rob Ashby treated us great from the initial phone call to delivery of car. The one hour one price no hassle is so true. They valued our time and were able to get us all the information we requested and handled our trade-in. It was very transparent and once we decided on our car, we were out the door in under an hour. We highly recommend them, and will be buying our cars here in the future.

My service advisor Whitey, was fabulous. She knew the problem and kept me posted and got me headed home ASAP. Even offered to drive me somewhere to get some lunch while i waited on repair.

The service department is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They put a good show on for you with the valet and nice facility but the quality of work is off the scale terrible. I had my X6 serviced with them and they couldn't get anything correct from initial check in to diagnosis of the problem. My vehicle was also damaged by them and they had the audacity to question if the issue was their fault or mine. I took the vehicle to Murray BMW after getting it back and not only did they discover more corrections that needed to be handled but fixed the work schomp did on my car. Do not be deceived by the volume of sales and take your car elsewhere. Will never return to schomp no matter how much lip service they give because it it what truly they are best at.

We went there for the person of Ian McCullough. We bought from him when he was at a different dealership - and we sought him out again. Ian at his previous dealership - matched us up with the perfect vehicle - It is an awesome vehicle that fit our needs perfectly.

Ian does one thing many at other dealerships do not - he LISTENS to you to determine YOUR needs and wants, then proceeds to be your advocate to get you matched up with the right vehicle, and then is also your advocate working the financing. He WILL NOT try to sell you car "B", when you ask for car "A". If he thinks it is viable for your personal goals - then he will make suggestions and such - but has not ever tried to override our wishes to sell us something else - if he doesn't have in stock what we ask for initially.

Ian is straightforward, transparent, and is your advocate. He's also quite chill - and doesn't deploy pressure, nor strong arming the customer.

I would recommend Ian to anyone....

And the dealership - was so atypical for a car dealership. Chill, friendly, helpful, and welcome questions. They are also not involved with bending a person's arm.

I chose Ian because of his trustworthy behavior in past cars we've purchased from him - And yet we gained something more - a dealership that I fell comfortable having my wife of 45 years go to alone. I am older, USMC 'Nam era vet...I have no delusions of living forever. The vehicle Ian chose for us is once again a perfect fit for us, and tied me into some technical resources while we were there so I could "talk tech". I am an old race mechanic. NO ONE shied away from talking tech with me. And no one looked at me as a has been/old fool. Respect, courtesy, warmth and friendliness.

Everyone was clear about the pros and cons of the car we were looking at. If it wasn't for Ian's presence here - we weren't even thinking of a BMW - but his presence and presenting the facts of the candidate car (BMW i3 REx) - got us pretty excited. And Garrett - the technical resource - was awesome too...He is a wealth of EV knowledge that at our age - we lack.

And he laid out for us clearly, an easy and simple paradigm, totally convenient, in transitioning from a gas engine to an EV.

And just sitting around and watching the dealership - I did not - not one time - see ANYONE being pressured. Everyone was calm, cool, collected, and professional....

And as an old Marine - the great coffee didn't hurt either!

So go see this dealership and seek out Ian. If Ian is slammed busy for some reason - he will pair you with someone else that is like him. Good people today - all whom I met.

And no - Ian is no relationship with our family - so this is not a biased report. This is simply what I saw and experienced.

If you go there - there is no doubt in my mind you will get the same treatment we got today.....

We found our car online and decided the price was right so my husband bought a one-way ticket from Washington to Denver. Chris Frydrychowski worked with us in preparing for the trip. He picked my husband up from the airport and coordinated an independent vehicle/mechanical inspection. Window tinting was checked to make sure it met our state requirements. Chris was helpful through it all and my husband drove our new-to-us 2014 car back home!

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. That s the best advice I can give. I have never been as disappointed at my experience with a dealer in my life. I discussed and agreed on a deal with a salesman (Andy), showed up to complete my purchase, only to find out that they had sold the very specific vehicle we agreed on right out from under me, despite our agreement. The staff was apologetic with the exception of one member, the supervisor Matt. He had the audacity to place the blame on me. Avoid this place at all costs. If your word, hard earned money, and integrity mean anything, DON T. GO. HERE.

Well....I wasn't to sure to give a review. But I though it would be important. I had a service recall on my BMW 328d. So I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived the service tech's were bad. I was ignored for the first 15 mins. Then to witness a service tech go to assist someone else that came into the garage after me. It took about a week and a half to get my recall fixed. Then my service tech called me to tell me that I need new tires. So I purchased new tires. When I was picking up my BMW. The service supervisor raised his voice to me to explain that I was 2 gallons short from a full tank and I would be charged. I explain to him that I filled the tank up and I was coming from Westminster and I was trying to get into the garage before they closed. Then when I got home I noticed a dent, and a scratch on my BMW and a black mark on my rim. I called and left a message for Tara and never received a return called. So I decided to wait a week. Then I email one of the service managers (the African American gentlemen) and never received an email or a call back. So my question to myself is would I return back to Ralph Schomp and my answer is NO! I rather go to Gebhardt bmw where they treat ladies & gentlemen like ladies & gentlemen with great customer service. So I will see where this email goes.
