We had a wonderful experience buying from Ally Askew. We came in to have a look at a BMW, and walked out with the keys! Ally made the sale process very easy and enjoyable - this is our best car purchase experience we have had. Schomp will continue to have our business in the future.

Hats of to Schomp BMW show room, it has really gained my attention from the day one. I was assisted by Pat Harmon who is really a very experienced person at the show room. He was patience enough, answered all my questions, guided me to take the right decision on my BMW. He was so kind to follow up with me on all the wishes I had initially on the car and he made all my wishes to come true with his follow ups. Believe he is the one who changed my mind to take it from BMW Schomp show room. I always had an impression that show room will be expensive but with him I changed my view and purchased here. I would recommend everyone to buy BMW or any other vehicle here for the reliability, trust and great treatment with the customers. Thanks Pat for making my dream come true of driving a right one.

Up until my last week service experience, I would probably have given 5 stars. The girl I got was horrible--even told me that they couldn't fix something & then the receipt said that they had indeed fixed it--and they had! Bad service!

First time going to a Schomp dealership and I was pleased with how friendly they were. I also enjoyed the fact that everything was up front and felt no pressure. I came for a certain car and found what I was looking for without any bait and switch. Obviously Schomp dealer realizes less pressure will get more sales. Will be back.

I went in yesterday for service & while waiting I decided to walk around their large campus as I am looking for a used vehicle for my daughter. While there I witnessed the most unprofessional treatment of an employee I have ever seen. After seeing first hand how badly the staff treats their people I have decided to service at Murray from now on! Yes, it was that bad! A young woman had made a mistake and I am assuming her manager, an older woman by the name of Rhianna, decided to speak to her about whatever it was. The issue, she loudly berated her in plain site of everyone from fellow employees to customers such as myself. I honestly felt so bad for the young woman. She was clearly embarrassed & I could not believe she kept it together as I would have not tolerated that behavior. Very unprofessional display!

Went to check out the new BMW series and Kevin Simpson was a great help he answered all my questions and concerns and we ended up with a 3series which is a great driving car and hope to upgrade soon. Thanks guys at the dealership customer service was excellent.

Terrible Customer Service. Staff doesn't know how to communicate price structure for maintenance properly. Staff was lackadaisical, and complacent in knowing my needs were not met as a customer.

I just purchased a 2021 x3 from here. Beautiful car. Ben Wegener made the entire process smooth and easy with no pressure. If you are looking for a new car, they will step you thru the entire process of ordering one. I Highly reccomend.

Excellent Facility! Everyone was very friendly, and very courteous and considerate of your time and desired features in a car.

Everyone was very professional, and asked plenty of questions to help isolate the type of vehicle and care package you'd like. Excellent customer service!

My only knicks were some of the 'perks' missing from my package; For example, a free rental car (when your car is in for maintenance) is only a given, if your purchased vehicle is a BMW. Otherwise; you have to either use their shuttle service or find your own way.

Also, they need a better way of reserving a car for a person who is interested in viewing the vehicle! I originally went in for one specific car I saw on their website, but after getting there that afternoon, I learned that the car had been sold.

I had my brakes down to the last few thousand miles and the warning sensors activated on my way home from work. I called the Schomp Service department @ 7pm and they were able to take my car at 9pm and provide me with a loaner vehicle on the spot! My brakes were done the next day and they also spotted a leaky oil filter gasket that was covered under warranty!

The service and professional commitment they give to their customers is unsurpassed!! If you don't have a BMW from Schomp...make sure to add this to your bucket list!!! They are the best!

Jordan was incredibly helpful through the whole process. From the first email and even after I drove away with my new car he created a very welcoming and comfortable environment, I will always go back for any car needs.

These guys really helped me out! I dropped all my money on my car and i was almost 400 miles past the 100 mile warranty then my clutch crapped out on me. I got a hold of one of the mangers Seth and told him my situation and he took care of me. Now my car is in really good shape. I will recommend schomp to anyone that is looking for a car. And i will be very confident buying my next car.

I had a great service advisor at Schomp BMW. Ashley Otto went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good experience. I have an old car and the diagnosis of my issue was challenging. Ashley made sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend Schomp BMW.

Alice was absolutely wonderful to work with. Did everything in her power to find me the car I wanted with a very tough budget to work with. She has been working with me the last several months and now that my lease is coming up she will be my go to for my next BMW.

Purchased a vehicle from Schomp BMW with the help of Jason Kippenberger and couldn t be more happy. Jason and the rest of the staff were very professional easy to work with. There was no pressure and Jason went above and beyond to answer all our questions and help with the purchase. I will definitely shop there again for future purchases.

UPDATE: I bought a car from Schomp BMW December 2019. It has only been 16 months and of that 16 months, my car has been in a shop for 3 of those months. Now, I have a serious engine issue and local mechanics, here in Steamboat, are telling me the car isn't worth fixing and the get rid of it. I was sold a car that had serious issues, that Schomp put makeup over. I have called and emailed asking if they could help, but no answer and no response whatsoever. If you're buying from them, beware of misdirection and unreliable communication.

While the car buying experience was ok, the customer service afterwords is horrendous. I financed through one company, and haven't heard a word from them since. Now I get letters in the mail and financial info from an entirely different company. When I call to ask about this, no one is able to answer my questions and the guy who sold me my car and did all the paperwork with me is no where to be found. Before this, I had 2 simple questions. 1) What oil was put into the car and 2) how do I go about registering the car (first time financing) since I won't be getting a title? Both received no answer, and yet again, everyone is a ghost and unhelpful. Also, 1 price, 1 person, 1 hour is an absolute lie. I was in there for 5 hours.

The people are great and the buying experience was painless.

Service is so so, which is weird because as you would expect with a BMW it is expensive.

Getting a loaner is a pain. They are all reserved a week and a half out. That means when you have a mechanical issue you either drive your car with an issue for a week and a half, or rent. I've had both happen.

Also, this last time I got the car back reeking of burnt oil. Aired it out and the smell didn't come back thankfully.

Ashely was key to my BMW being serviced at Schomp for she always keeps me abreast of the situation which shows an ownership of the appointment which made my experience very pleasant from start to finish.

I took my car to get looked at over some small things that were going on but I loved going to Schomp BMW! It's such a nice calm environment! Even while I was looking at some cars while my car was being looked at no crazy sales person came running or shadowed me around! Everyone was very nice & the person working on my car was very informative on what was going on.

Lindsay the receptionist is the most rudest person I have ever came across at a dealership! Idk if she was just having a bad day and took it out on my daughter. Very unprofessional the second I walked through that door. I was looking to buy 2 cars for the wife and I but due to the action of this single individual I will never come back here.

My lease experience (the second one I've had with ...

My lease experience (the second one I've had with Schomp, in 30 months) was nothing like the stereotypical experience people dread. There were no pushy, cheap suit clad salesmen, no high pressure tactics, no running back & forth to the Finance office, playing ALL the games we've all seen before. No, this experience (and my first one, with them) felt like I was hanging out with my best friends, laughing, sharing stories and not even realizing I was buying a car. My very own Dream Team, led by the brilliant Justin Albrecht (seriously, people, this man is my BMW wizard!) with starring roles by Portfolio Advisor, Amir Imamovic and BMW Genius, David Toben (LOVE these guys!!!) I have never been around a group of guys who are so passionate about helping their customers-their energy is contagious!

I was coming out of a 428xi convertible lease and told Justin I wanted to save a specific amount of money on my monthly payment, this go around, as well as not wanting to put anything down and of course wanting a fully loaded vehicle-ha, dream on!! A tall and mostly unrealistic order, or so I thought. I came in expecting to leave with a 320 (or somehow find an X1 to fit the budget) and truth be told, I was bummed about both of those options. First World Problems, right...?
Justin didn't miss a beat. He didn't tell me it was an impossible feat, he just sat down at his computer and got to work. Ten minutes later, after going through scenarios with the 3s and X1s, he looked at me and said the sweetest words I have ever heard, "How do you feel about a 5 series?" Whaaaaaaaaat??? "You mean the gorgeous cars with the sticker prices out of my budget so I never even had them on my radar, 5 series?" "Yep, that's the one." And as he began running down the list of all of the packages this car had, I swear I felt a single tear roll down my cheek. He found a 2016 demo that I would be able to lease (never knew that was an option) with super low miles, the most gorgeous color combination I never even knew I loved, every imaginable safety feature (and luxurious one) I had asked for and it was all mine for only my first month's payment down. (reference the aforementioned Whaaaaaaaaat???) While I was waiting for the Punk'd cameras to jump out from behind the desk, Justin printed off the complete info for my monthly payments so I could see this was real. I'm sure I don't need to tell you that I took that deal and ran!

When I arrived to pick up my car, a few days later, I was reintroduced to Amir (he helped with the initial numbers for my lease return, on my first visit). This man is nothing short of an absolute delight to interact with. From his huge smile, to his manners, to his charming personality, he had me laughing and feeling like I wanted to just sit there, signing document after document after document. I felt so taken care of and looked out for and I can guarantee you, those are NEVER things I have EVER said or felt when buying a car at any other dealership.

Next up: David Toben...where do I even begin? This guy's enthusiasm for his job had me wanting to tear out of the dealership, doing 180, to test out my new car. It's so apparent, after talking to him, just how passionate he is about BMW and making sure he transfers that passion over to every new owner he works with. He offered fun & brilliant analogies when I needed a bit more explanation of how certain features on my amazing new car work. He even sent me home with step by step instructions to further assist me in personalizing my car, as well as an offer to contact him ANY time or come back to the dealership for additional help-what a gem!

As I said good night, Justin reiterated to me he was there to be my advocate for any post-sale questions or issues, and I know he meant it. He was the exact same way through my first lease and he's the reason I came back to Schomp and will continue to do so. Thank you, Justin, for an extraordinarily fun buying experience and for being so incredibly good at what you do. I still can't believe my "downgrade" is a 535 xi :)

We originally worked with Samantha who was amazing but we got passed to another employee as Samatha had an appointment with another customer. From the beginning, our new salesman (Ron) seemed to be less than interested in the sale and like he just wanted to leave. The process was very disorganized and it seemed every time we were ready to sign paperwork we needed proof of something else. We sat and waited for FIVE hours for financing only to be told 5 minutes before the shop was closing that they didn t have all the approvals they needed and that we would have to come back on Monday. The entire process was extremely exhausting, frustrating, and disorganized.
Also be aware that financing will tell you they are only running your credit through 3 banks but in fact they run it through 6.
I gave 2 star only because of our great experience (with Samantha) earlier in the day.

We purchased a BMW 2016 328i three months ago and it up having a bad battery went in today and was approached by Steven real douche bag unprofessional was no help at all.

Ended up paying $250 for a battery that should've been under warranty.

We love or car we bought there and got a great price. Service is another issue. It took 30 minutes just to drop the car off for an oil change, then another 30 minutes to pick it up when they said it was ready. There was only one person checking cars in and out and huge lines. We were assured that when we purchased the car and car maintenance package that this process was super fast, seamless, and right when we pull in the garage, the computer in service scans our car and knows why we are there before even talking with anyone (yet we have to talk to 3 people about why we're there each time) and then we can grab loaner and go...like it's supposed to be a 5 minute process. That is very far from the truth. Very disappointed in the amount of time it takes even to just get an oil change that was scheduled a week in advance. Service had our car for 7 hours before we could get it back. We feel deceived into purchasing the maintenance package that was said to include "speedy" oil changes. Not sure why they only have one person, and not 2 or 3, checking people in and out either, rather than having a line of irritated people waiting, as we observed, us being 2 of them. This is something that really should be improved upon. Now we dread having to take our car in.

Otherwise, this dealership is incredible, especially the friendliness of the employees!

I went in to look at a car that Schomp was selling. The experience was great, sales man appeared to be super cool and knowledgable. After test driving the car, we went back in his office talked about the finance aspect of the deal, my current vehicle & what I still owed on the car to figure out what my payments would be. As soon as he found out that I was totally upside down on my current car his attitude about the whole situation changed. As if he almost thought the deal was off. So that next day I contacted my currently loan company to get the actual payoff on my car. My currently lender sent me an email with this information which I forwarded to my sales man & I filled out a credit application to get everything moving. Two days later, I haven't heard a peep from anyone. I did however give my sales man my monthly budget to see if he could get my payments in between which he probably couldn't which is why he probably never contacted me back. Little does he know I could have paid cash for the vehicle.

Great customer service. They made the buying process almost enjoyable. No pressure. They actually wanted to make sure I was getting the right car for me. I will absolutely buy my next car from them again. The one price, one sales person, one hour promise is real.

I received a pre-approval from Capital One and used their buying service to select a vehicle which happened to be at Schomp BMW. I called the dealership to complete the remaining steps. Nick Majka answered the phone and said the 3 series I wanted to purchase was still in stock. He said that a rabbit or some animal chewed through the wiring and the check engine light was on. He said he took the car to service. I'm very particular about allowing my credit to be pulled. I've had one credit inquiry in the past 2 years and didn't want it pulled multiple times and explained to Nick that I only wanted to use Capital One's pre-approval and to not send my application anywhere else. I told him I wanted to purchase the vehicle and he told me to complete their credit application on their website and that he needed a $1000 deposit. I told him no problem and completed the application on their website and gave him my credit card for the deposit. He told me he needed me to complete a form for the deposit and he would email it to me. When I received the form it said "NON REFUNDABLE" deposit. This was a car I've never seen and Nick just told me that it had to be put in service due to chewing problems on wires. There was no way I was going to do a non refundable deposit. Nick told me that if someone else came and bought the car or put a deposit, I would lose the car. He followed up with me on Saturday evening and told me the car was still in service and that he would get back to me on Tuesday. Well, it's Tuesday and he just emailed me saying someone else put a deposit on the car Saturday night. He didn't even offer other vehicle options. Pure lazy. Now I've got an extra credit inquiry from Schomp on my file and no car.

Called twice to book a service and the two times the reservation was not there, called to get the price for an oil change was quoted $99, at the service center first time i was asked to pay $120 and the second time $135, the difference is not big, but it appears as if they charge whatever they want for the same service. Would love if they would act like a BMW shop and not a backyard garage. Just horrible service thus far!

My experience with trading in and purchasing a new car at Schomp BMW was great, not the typical car buying experience. If and when I need a new car I would go back to Schomp in a minute. It was quick and easy and not stressful! Definitely will go back!

Let me start off by saying how pleased we are with our new 7 series but more importantly the amazing service we received from Daniel Fink our sales gentlemen . I never once was pressured into anything and Dan was there to assist us with our our questions not just before the purchase but after as well. The parts and service department has gone above and beyond so far assisting us. Definitely will be buying our next BMW from Schomp.

Worked with Ian for about a month to help me select my new X4. He took the time to show me a ton of options/models before we made a decision. Finalizing the deal was fastest I ve experienced. The knowledge, transparency, and service here are second to none. Highly recommend.

Attention to the manager! I went yesterday to browse a car bmw x5 2012 color coffee! When he arrived, he told me to wait for Dimitri, the assimilated vendor, wait 15 to 20 minutes, he arrived and told me that the car I wanted was sold in the morning! Ok if that was the case they could tell me about it in time and I would not have spent my gas and my time was at 4pm! If they are very friendly but tend tramps so that the client arrives it does not matter if you do not have the car you want! Bad and impolite on the part of the seller!

Always a great experience!!! The staff is always welcoming. I have leased 2 BMWs here and feel like they try and get me the best deal possible. They have a good inventory to choose from. I have never had any problems with sales or service. BMW

Was walking around the lot for 2 hours and not one person came out to assist. Was looking to buy a new or used BMW but with the lack of care here I decided to try other BMW dealers. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.. I bought my current BMW here 4.5 years ago and was looking to upgrade.

If you are in the market for a car, go see Robert Bird down at Schomp BMW. I will be the first to say, I am a hard sell and very cynical when it comes to buying a car. I would not want myself as a customer. Robert was great. He worked very hard and took the very best of care of me as a customer on every level of my car deal. Robert made feel very comfortable and at ease. That is not a easy task. I am very pleased with my car buying experience with Robert and I am very pleased with my BMW 335i. I would not hesitate to do buisness with Robert Bird and Schomp BMW again.

Claims I requested for a service that would fix something on the car last time I went. I got it because I just got the car and he said it would fix the issue. I go in 1 week later to let them know it was not fixed and they want to charge me to inspect the issue and claim I requested the second service the first time out of the blue, they really made me pay for an extra service to fix an issue so I can go back a week later with the same issue and tell me I need to pay to have the issue inspected... Ouf

Over the past couple of days my girlfriend had been conversing with their salesman Damir about a 2016 Range Rover at a price well below market advertised on CarGuru and was told that the vehicle wasn t ready to be test driven because they need to do an inspection first but as soon as it was available he would call her. Today around 9am she received a call from Damir saying the car is ready and she made a 1pm APPOINTMENT to see it and test drive it.
We travelled about an hour from Colorado Springs to their dealership, we arrived 15 minutes early and met with Damir. Introductions were made including someone claiming to be the sales manager (I ve forgotten his name) after a brief meeting to complete a test drive form, we waited by the vehicle for Demir to get the dealership plates, after a little while the sales manager and Damir came out and the sales manager said to us Here s the update, someone walked in earlier and has just plonked down a deposit about 30 minutes ago so the vehicle wasn t available...
I understand that the dealership wants to sell cars but WHO called WHO here? Demir knew she was in Colorado Springs and a reasonable time for an appointment was confirmed to see the vehicle today. The dealership knew the appointment had been confirmed and we were on our way.
Minimally the dealership could have told the Walk-in that there is a confirmed appointment to see the vehicle and if they don t want to buy it, then they can. This would have been respectful to the buyer THEY contacted to schedule an appointment in the first place.
This is akin to a hotel taking a room reservation only to tell the reservee when they arrived that someone walked in off the street and we gave them your room, How would you feel about this hotel if that happened to you?
Were we targeted by this dealership for a Bait and Switch? Very possibly.... By definition, a bait and switch is when a car dealer publicly prices a car with no intention of selling it for that price or claiming it has just been sold, sound familiar? Oh sure, there are laws against this practice but unscrupulous dealers would rather pay a fine than abide by the law.
The manager then went into a spiel about how he can find another vehicle, Blah Blah Blah...
So here s the real Update , Ralph Shomp BMW personifies Slimeball car dealers, how can we now trust a dealership that blatantly disrespects potential buyers, waste their time and cost them money when they re the ones who have the morals of typical Con Artists.

I appreciated the professionalism service and excellent courtesy. My car was dropped off and picked up loaner car because my car was finished later day, very glad for that great courteous when I am busy to pick up the car.

Terrible service. I waited to be helped for 10 minutes. I was then told to wait by my car, where I waited another 20 minutes. Finally, someone came over to help out. I waited a little more so my advisor for this trip could finish with another client (which is not a problem), then he came to help. I had told them I still needed to grab stuff out of my car and put it in the loaner vehicle. He assured me it would still be there after I finished checking the loaner out. Lo and behold, the car was gone after I checked the loaner out.
After nearly and hour, I finally got out of there. Mind you, I was only there to get some winter tires/wheels put on. I might as well go to discount from now on. I am thoroughly disappointed and I m not sure what happened to their service department. It used to be that the client was their number one priority, but it seems that this is simply not the case. How sad.

I called about a a used car and was told I could put a $500 refundable deposit on it. They charged me $1000. They didn't apologize and told me it was policy for a car of that price and that it shouldn't be refundable but they would honor their mistake. 5 weeks later after poor communication being told every week the car would be ready in "a couple days" I finally test drove the car I waited 5 weeks to see. It wasn't up to my standards but it was a unique vehicle so I said I wanted to think about it that evening. I was immediately told I needed to make a decision before I left the dealership (high pressure sales). I said I had waited 5 weeks just to test drive the car, and that Schomp could afford me the time to think about it. Nope, spoke to a "manager" and decided to take my money and walk. Terrible experience. This could have been the second vehicle I bought from Schomp in 18 months...

I had a great experience at Schomp BMW and was impressed by their friendliness and attentiveness. The fact that they don t negotiate was a plus for me and I was confident I was getting a great quality vehicle at a great price. I worked with Jason K through the whole process. He was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Before arriving, he sent me a full video of the vehicle which made me feel confident it was worth driving 35 min to test drive. I had some issues with a bank on the east coast that delayed the final paperwork, but he was patient and helpful throughout it all. Schomp BMW is definitely top of the line. I just wish they had a Jeep dealer but I d be happy to look at their inventory first when looking for my next vehicle!

Schomp BMW and Justin Albrecht who I worked directly with created a fantastic buying experience for me. I worked with Justin for more than 3 months to find the exact car that I wanted and he supported me throught the entire buying process. I felt informed, did not feel pressured and he was extremely professional throughtout my experience. I highly recommend buying your BMW at Schomp, I will be a lifetime customer.

Schomp's "One Price, One Person, One Hour" is true...

Schomp's "One Price, One Person, One Hour" is true. Having dealt with a few different car companies over the years, this was by far my best experience. "Simple. Transparent. Personal"

From my first email inquiry to delivery of the vehicle, Schomp BMW provides a 5 star customer service experience.

Demitri Gavito was my sales agent from start to finish. It was great working with one person to make the deal happen. Demitri is a fantastic communicator, he was honest with pricing, answered all my questions, and was prompt at responding to emails and text messages.

Upon delivery of the vehicle he and the team at Schomp made sure that I was familiar with all aspects of the car.

Last night my wife and myself went to her favorite show, "The Wicked." While waiting my turn to exit the DPAC garage some hotshot in a silver BMW X Drive with Schomp BMW dealer plates drove down the entrance to the garage and cut in front of me! I wasn't going to let him in as I had been in line to exit the garage for 15 minutes and was the next car to exit. He honked his horn and force his way in and I had to hit the brakes. I have no idea why he thinks this is acceptable behavior? I'm in the market for a car right now and an ad popped up on my phone and prompted me to write this. I won't be shopping at ANY Schomp dealerships. This is bad behavior when driving with dealer plates.

Supposed to be done in an hour but was there for 4 hours however the staff was very friendly and it was a pleasant experience. I purchased a used BMW and the car is very nice. Within 2 weeks I had a 'service engine soon light come on. They handled the repair quickly and professionally. I only received 1 key which was a drag especially when there were 3 key rings identifying my car in the owner's manual. The key I received quit working remotely in the first 2 weeks so I have to manually lock and unlock my doors, just like back in the day.
I would rather they charged me another $200 for the car and give me 2 keys as that's what a new key costs. These keys don't have batteries either so I have to buy a new one for $200. That's how it goes I guess. Overall a good experience.

Wife bought a new car from them a little over a mo...

Wife bought a new car from them a little over a month ago. 2nd key fob was inoperable. No big deal we thought.
She scheduled her car to have windows tinted. They told us it would be 4 hours and we could pick it back up. We dropped it off on the scheduled Saturday expecting to kill time in town with our kids and pick the car up later that day. We re then told nobody was there on the weekends to install tint and it wouldn t be until
The following Tuesday till it was done along with the key fixed. They didn t have any loaner cars so we opted to deal without a car for a couple days.
Tint was completed on Tuesday as expected but they didn t even bother to try working on the key fob till after tint was done.
It was clear the fob itself needed replaced as while we were discussing our plan on Saturday, a guy tested it and it showed all the cars details in it and it should be working.
So they needed to order a new fob. They still wanted to keep the car a few more days. This wouldn t be such a big deal for a couple days as we had agreed on, but now with the kids on summer break, and my wife being 6 months pregnant, and the fact that we live 20 minutes to the nearest town, this was quickly becoming very frustrating.
Finally after a harsh phone call with the general manager, they delivered the car to our home a week after we originally dropped it off.
We were told the new key was being over nighted to them and expected the next day (Friday). I told them we would not be bringing the car to them as we have already been inconvenienced enough. They agreed to mail is the key and they would then call to schedule a tech to come out and program the key.
Now almost two weeks later, we have heard nothing. A phone call to the service advisor we were working with yields only a voicemail box and still has not returned our calls.
It s a shame this is the only dealer in denver to work with because we certainly wouldn t come to them by choice.
They are quick to sell you a car and that process is okay, but when it comes to service, it s seriously lacking. And in our experience has always been lacking.

Very poor service. We scheduled an appointment for 8:15 on a Thursday morning. When making the appointment we were told it would take about two hours. Several hours later we are told that they haven t gotten to our car yet and would be the next day. Next day comes around we are told that they still haven t gotten to our car and it would likely be Monday or Tuesday when it would be done.

Service was excellent as always. The loaner process was horrible. I had to wait two weeks for service to get a loaner, and the almost an hour the morning I dropped it off. You need help. B

Disappointing. Salesman was very nice. Schomp wanted a $1000.00 non refundable deposit on a car I was not allowed to drive. The sales manager low balled my trade in. Probably not a dealer I would recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with this place. We came in on a very busy Saturday and worked with Jacob Boyce. He was very kind, patient and worked very hard in finding the car that best suit our needs. And, we ended up buying a beautiful X5 from them the same day!

All of the staff there is very friendly and the dealership is gorgeous. I highly recommend them to anyone that is searching for a BMW.

Thank you Jacob and the team at Schomp!

I was a Schomp customer for 2-3 years... and then ...

I was a Schomp customer for 2-3 years... and then all hell broke loose and I never looked back. Over the past few years I have bought a used car and leased two from Schomp. The fist two were a pleasure and then I leased my second car. Well lets just say service ended up being a disaster. So much confusion in the service department. I had ordered all season tires that literally were ordered when I signed the papers to lease the car and didnt arrive until 3-4 month later. Extremely annoying. I would show up and they service department would give me the wrong information and actually caused me to be without my car for an extended period of time (yes I was given a loaner, but its the premise of crap service). They somehow managed to put my last name in the system and wouldnt get my first name right. I pulled up in my M4 and they asked: Here to replace your tires for your X5? Really?! Prior to this I was told that my tires were in.They were not. Im assuming that this was due to the confusion in names. This was after I drove an hour in traffic from Denver. I had ordered a replacement part and actually walked away from the parts counter because they couldnt find the part that I had ordered and actually went in because they had called me to tell me that I should go down and get the part I had ordered. Then they couldnt find it? I simply walked away after 20 minutes of waiting. Lastly, I wanted to order a new 2016 M4 before the 2017 model was out because of the differences in warranties. I called and they said: We cant order that car. You have to wait until September/October and order the 2017 model. We dont have anymore access to the 2016 allotments. I went to Murray yesterday and took delivery of my 2016 M4. For a car that was close to $90,0000 I felt as if I had better service from a Toyota dealership and come to think of it, I did when I serviced my 4Runner this past month. So Schomp I dont know what has happened, but I wouldnt go back there. I was offered compensation by having someone bring me a loaner and taking my car down to Highlands Ranch but it still didnt really impress me overall. It would have been nice to have been told that if I purchased my next car with them I could have gotten a break on pricing. I won't refer friends and family there.

Absolute worst experience I ever had with a car dealership! I was involved in a car accident and my daily driver is no longer safe to drive so I started looking for another daily driver. In my search I came across a 330Xi that Schomp had online for sale. On Tuesday May 7, 2019 I contacted Schomp to let them know I am interested in the car and also requested some pictures of the interior (never got any pictures) since all they posted were 3 pictures of the exterior. I was then asked if I would like to come by for a test drive which I declined that day since I live in the Springs. On Wednesday, May 8, 2019 I contacted Schomp again since I wanted to make sure that I get that car. I let them know that I would be there Wednesday night. While we were travelling up to Denver or shortly before Adam Ellison, the salesman sent me an email informing me that the car has not gone through "Reconditioning" yet. Since we were up there I asked to see the car. Adam had difficulties locating the car but when I did see the car I liked it very much and said I would like to buy it. Since it was not "reconditioned" yet, I was not allowed to test drive it. I made a down payment and we left. On Friday May 10, 2019 the car was not "reconditioned" and we did not hear from Schomp. Monday morning May 13, 2019 I sent an email to Adam and asked if the car was ready yet. Did not hear anything all day until Monday night when Adam called me to inform me that apparently the car had too many issues and they were not going to sell me the car after all. However, Adam told me that he had another one that would only cost me $13,000 more. I call this tactic switch and bait! Who in his right mind, besides Schomp puts up a vehicle for sale that is supposedly not ready to be sold but for the purpose of switch and bail? Sure, Schomp has this big thing about "Salute" and "Honoring those who served" but I guess they did not want to include this disabled veteran who served. I do respect and honor those who serve and also served and make it a goal to let everybody know about how much Schomp "honors" those who serve and serve!

The folks at Schomp BMW treated us like super-stars, especially Ian Hudgens. Ian was personable and managed the car buying process without the pressure we have become used to at dealerships. Schomp will always be our first choice when shopping for BMWs.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Ben Brahler went above and beyond for my wife and I. We live an hour away from the dealership, with that Ben voluntarily took 3 videos of the vehicle we ended up purchasing. This gave us a chance to view the vehicle real time before making the trip to the dealership. The process was super easy and simple. This was top 3 customer service experiences that we have ever had.

We've all heard an expression that goes like this "oh yeah the jones, there're some of the nicest people around". Well, you could not be further from that with Schomp BMW. By saying "some of the nicest people" you're stating that there are people who are better or "nicer" than the people at Schomp BMW. The People at Schomp BMW are thee nicest, kindest, whole hearted, down to earth people i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Here the people are all like a family welcoming you into their home. A family one wishes they could be a part of. This place has such a warm and inviting atmosphere that you frankly couldn't find even in your own home. From the employees to management and even the owners, there are no words that describe how truly wonderful these people are. They truly are the best, they're the Ultimate dealership that happen to sell the ultimate driving machine. This is the kind of place that fully meets and exceeds BMWs standards and expectations!
