This is my second BMW X5 I have purchased through ...

This is my second BMW X5 I have purchased through Schomp. The car buying experience was again flawless. From ordering the car to the simplified car buying process to the BMW genius to walk me through the car's many feature far exceeded my expectations. Very nice touch how they present a new car. The most important aspect of buying a new car for me is overall customer service. I was very impressed with everyone I worked with throughout the process and post purchase. Laurel, the BMW genius was outstanding and very knowledgeable. She showed me all the features in my new car and even some in my previous car I was not aware of. My personal recommendation to family and friends is Schomp BMW.

Here is the reason that I have very bad feelings about Shcomp BMW:

I brought my car in 1/1/21 at 10:15 because the on-board computer was alerting me that my brake pads needed attention. At approximately 12:00, Ashley sent me a quote for the repairs which was over $1000 for 3 items needing attention, however there were 4-dollar amounts listed. I pointed this out to Ashley and she said oh sorry that $200 charge wasn't supposed to be in there . New brake pads were quoted at $600. I told her to proceed only with the brake pads. After checking with a friend, 20 minutes later, I texted Ashley and told per not to proceed with the brake pads. She responded that they already started the work and they couldn t be stopped. This was only 20 minutes after the first conversation. I expressed my concern about the high cost to just replace brake pads. She said she would change the labor to $300 and parts to $177. This totals $477.

I wanted to see the video of the brake pads so that I could verify that I really needed them. Ashley could not find the video.

Finally, 5 hours later at 5:15 she told me that my car was ready. How could it take 5 hours to change my front brake pads if they had truly begun the work immediately after our first conversation. The next morning on 1/2/21 I went to pick up my car and Ashley was not there. Another advisor helped me and handed me my bill for over $950. I told her that this wasn t correct. She calls a manger and they look at the bill. Come to find out Schomp had charged me twice for labor. In my frustration over that error, I paid the bill for $600.03. Upon reviewing the bill, I remember that Ashley had told me that the bill would be $477. This is what Ashley had promised. I immediately contact Ashley about the error.

A few days later, on 1/5/21, I brought my car in for a warranty repair and ask about the video again which she had never sent me. She assures me she sent it again.

I was due a $112.49 refund due to the miscalculation. I insist on Ashley processing the $112.49 refund while I stood there so that I could have a receipt . At this point I don t trust the fact that she will give me the refund.

I have never received the video to prove that I needed the brake pads in the first place so I text her again later that day to remind her. I've never received the video and finally she tells me she can't find the video anymore. She said that was talking with a manager trying to get it. I never hear from her again after me texting her a couple more times. Buying a BMW is a big purchase for me and now I have lost total confidence in Schomp BMW.

Absolutely amazing experience through and through. Patrick was an excellent salesman and took care of everything for me. The level of customer service was top notch from what I experienced. I happy with my purchase and will be a customer for many years to come.

I was so happy with the service I received from Ben Shemony and Jesse Esquibel my boyfriend came in and they got him into an X5 M. Jeff Kish and I had such a great experience. All of our questions were answered promptly and thoroughly, Ben and Jesse were fun and easy to work with and made our car buying experience exceptional. I can't imagine myself going anywhere but Schomp from here on out and I hope I would have the pleasure of working with these two great men again down the road!

Kudos to Crystina Baum, my sales consultant, who was patient with me and my purchase. She met me where I was in the process of purchasing my BMW. She is passionate about BMW! She is an asset to your motor group! Also, kudos to BMW genius David Toben and his trainee Chris. David is awesome. He walked me through the car technology. He truly shows his passion for the BMW brand as well.

Shahin went above and beyond. I have never had a more smooth car purchase than this one. I found my car on their website and he sent me a personalized video of the car letting me know the condition it was in. He was honest and very quick to respond when I had a question. I checked the car on Monday, left with it Tuesday with paperwork completed in about an hour (after getting pre-approved the day before, that is). If you want to work with someone who actually cares to find you the right car rather than to make a sale, ask for Shahin. THE most humble and honest sales associates I've worked with.

On June of this year I enquired with Alex in parts about a winter wheel set with all season tires. Alex said it is a little early but I will gladly order them for you. Alex ordered the wheels and tires and had Tyler Brown in service mount them and had them ready the next day. Everyone who was a part of this order performed flawlessly and with genuine concern and with one goal in mind, which was to provide service far beyond expectation. I can not say enough about the Culture at Schomp, which is focussed on providing superb satisfaction to the customer. Schomp BMW is in a class all by themselves when you have people like Tyler Brown and Alex. Job well done. Thank you.

Schomp BMW gets my 5 stars for overall customer satisfaction. As you drive into the service bay, you are welcomed by name on their big screen monitors. I always experience efficiency, professionalism and personal courtesy thru the entire process. I bought a car here and have both my BMWs serviced here, and nowhere else!

I would give them 1 star but 2 star for the courtesy service they provide at their place like free car wash, snacks and warn welcoming folks. I got my 2013 3 series BMW under factory warranty -certified last year in May. Within 6-9 months I had to go there 4-5 times. The very first issue was extra sound the car makes while changing transmission especially while doing Reverse gear. They said it isn't too bad. The second issue was my temp sensor went bad. I was told it was CHEWED by a rodent. I accepted it and paid around $225 for it being still under warranty. Very soon in a month or so my parking light went off. They temporarily fixed it until recently it went bad again. Went to diff BMW dealer and they said it was semi bad which was due to wear out. Luckily they didn't charge me for it as I had complained abt it earlier when under warranty. But above all, this car was sold claiming it had no accidents... luckily I found out through my auto insurance it had couple of claims on this car Including hail damage. The previous owner told me Schomp knew about it. The hail damage was repaired by the previous owners auto insurance.. but surprisingly this car has passed BMW certification test . I brought that to the sales person notice who sold me the car but he said they couldn't do anything abt this now ... I have recommended my friends to this place before but not anymore !

Far and away the most satisfying car buying experience I've had. Christopher Leirer answered every question and guided us through an efficient, thorough process. I expected to be all day, but drove off the lot in a few hours. Even on the busiest day of the week, Christpher took the time to make sure everything detail was covered. The next time I need a car, the only shopping around for me will be on the Schomp lots.

The buying experience was great. I ve purchased 2 cars from them this year.
The follow up is my issue. I purchased my last car early November. I had a few items to be repaired by We Owe. It s the 30th and they still haven t contacted me to get the car in to be repaired. It s frustrating because it s a front windshield and my tailgate doesn t open. I need access to the back of my car. Uugghh
I have called my sales guy, but he s not getting results either.

We are on our 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from Ralph Schomp BMW. I can not imagine a better place to buy a BMW, or any car. Both times we worked with Brian Neal (Ralph Schomp Sales Person/Client Advisor) who was outstanding! Very low pressure sales, lots of education about the vehicle features, purchase options, etc. Brian was very patient, provided detailed explanations, and was a pleasure to work with. The service department was also outstanding and provided the more detailed education about some of the vehicle technology features I had purchased. Brian is an outstanding person to do business with, and Ralph Schomp is an outstanding company to do business with!

I was less than a mile away when a low tire pressure caution came on. Apparently the tire pressure cooled to less than standard after being serviced.

At 2 or 3 PSI to account for this.

It's bad business to have to come back right after leaving your shop.

If it's possible for buying a car to be a relaxed experience, this is where it'll happen. I worked with Kiersten to purchase a new vehicle and could not have been more impressed with her professionalism, and product knowledge. I never felt pressured into completing the purchase, and she was able to answer every single one of my questions to satisfaction. Buying a car is stressful, we know that, but Kiersten and the staff at Schomp BMW did everything within their power to keep it as fair and low-key as possible. On top of that, the follow up service I've received has been amazing. If you come here, ask to work with Kiersten, and expect to be impressed.

My wife and I, purchased a 2011 328ix in December of 2011. Since, that time we have had a number of service appointments and all were positive experiences. Recently, the service soon light came on and got an appointment with Andrew Magalong within 2 days. There was lots of work to be done; replace filter, oil change, few other things, cost to me was $50 co pay only. All work was under warranty and with a smile. Service is what keep us customers returning to the dealer and having a person like Andrew will keep this 67 year old coming back. They are great.

Horrible customer service. When I first read about Schomp on line and seen the reviews, I couldn't wait to get my new ultimate driving machine from them. Now that I have had my vehicle for about 3 weeks now, there has been nothing but issues in regard to the customer service. I have had multiple issues with this place. I have reached out to the GM and not heard anything back from him. If I could do this process all over I would return my vehicle which I LOVE just to purchase from a different dealership!

What could have been a horrible New Years Eve car buying experience was saved by the competence and hard work of the sales team. While I was initially disappointed, the team stayed true to the One Price. One Person. One Hour. philosophy. I had previously spoken with the sales person about coming into lease a vehicle and due to some trouble, the vehicle I had previously wanted to lease was not available to lease. Needless to say, I was upset and the team did their best to salvage the situation.

I ll spare you the details, but the team went above and beyond my expectations. In the effort to make sure I had a positive experience, the sales person roped in the senior team who was able to offer a few alternative vehicles. I would not expect a car dealership to care that much about its customers, but they made a believer out of me. The team did everything in their power and more to make sure that they not only matched the previous deal, but exceed it.

I ve taken delivery of my vehicle and the process was fantastic, informative and quick. The team did an amazing job putting together a top of the line deal and providing top tier service. A big shout out to the folks at Schomp, especially Sam Nejad, who stayed patient and professional throughout the entire experience. I'd had been looking at buying a new car for the last 6 months before I went to Schomp and I couldnt be happier with the choice I made. I walked in and was greeted with happy people wanting to provide me with excellent service. They quick tracked down Robb Ashby to talk about getting me into a new BMW. We went over all the option in multiple cars and found a few that we compared side by side within minutes. After looking at options and prices with Robb I had picked the one I wanted to see and had it in front of me in now time. Robb handled all the paper work and talked to the gurus while i simply filled out a super easy application. I was approved within the hour! Everything was smooth and easy. All in all the experience was the best car buying experience I have had and would recommend any one to Schomp if you are looking for a new BMW and if you can ask for Robb he will do anything and everything he can for you!!

Can't give 0 stars. Online tool prices used cars for trade or sale, they offered less than 1/2 than the online quote. Big waste of time. Plus when we were purchasing a car they had a no haggle price that was extremely high, then they wouldn't bargain down. Prepare to bend over if you decide to go here, I never will again.

From start to finish a wonderful experience. It was a privilege to work with such a professional team of staff members. I am glad I chose Schomp BMW as the place of purchase for my new baby. Alice, my sales Advisor did an exceptional job and provided great professionalism and clarity when it came to explaining all necessary information! Not only was my time valued while at the dealership, but a relationship was also maintained out of the establishment. I have an option of going to another facility for future services or sales, but Schomp will be first choice.

Terrible communication and service. I asked for two simple warranty items to be attended to and upon arrival to pick up the vehicle I found them not addressed even though I was told they were. I had to wait for an hour to get another loaner vehicle and make another trip back the next day to finally receive the completed service. Problem with everything is that I talked to too many folks to which each never listened to what I was asking for.

I took my BMW 325ci convertible in to have the 2 hinge covers replaced or repaired (They cover the openings where the top frame retracts when the top is down.) It took 2 hours for the service advisor to come back and tell me that it would cost $1200 to repair the two small plastic covers because they were only available in assemblies that cost about $500 each. He was very polite about it and understood that I probably wouldn't want to spend that much. Schomp did wash the car and vacuum it out nicely.
After I returned home I spent a little time on several BMW online forums and found an example of the repair. It took me about 30 minutes and $6 worth of parts (purchased from Schomp) to repair both hinge covers using the existing covers and a bit of thought (not much.) All is working fine and I saved $1200 that I didn't really have.
I gave Schomp the same rating as the forums. The dealer was rated well for "purchasing experience" but not service.

We just brought home the new M2, our 4th BMW through Schomp, and while all of our experiences have been great, this purchase experience has been exceptional.

Jeff Hanson, our Client Advisor, did an outstanding job throughout the process, which was longer than typical as it included a preorder/wait list interval in addition to the typical order through delivery timeline. Jeff was proactive in keeping us informed, contacting us regularly with updates on our status on the wait list, BMW's launch of this new model, status of allocations to the dealership, order, build, shipment and delivery of the car. Jeff showed a high degree of enthusiasm for the product, and was consistently ahead of the curve in gaining and sharing knowledge of this new model as it became available from BMW. Jeff has been and continues to be a great pleasure to work with.

At delivery, we also had the pleasure of being introduced to the new car by BMW Genius David Toben. Knowing that we were accustomed to many of the features through past cars, David did a great job of focusing on features that were new to this car, and on our questions. David demonstrated a high level of in-depth, technical and detailed understanding of the car's features and was able to communicate them effectively, in an easy to understand, "user friendly" way. David was also very enthusiastic about the product and a pleasure to work with.

I just purchased a previously owned BMW X3 from Ben Bahler at Schomp BMW. What a great car-buying experience! Ben made the process easy and even fun. He provided a thorough walk-through of the vehicle then accompanied us on a leisurely test drive. After we decided to purchase the car, Ben explained the end to end process and took us through each step, explaining our options but never pressuring us into decisions. When it was time to take possession, Ben provided a very cool 'reveal' of my spotless vehicle. The BMW Genius staff then took me through each gauge and knob on the car to make sure I was ready to hit the road. I got my used vehicle at a great price and made to feel like a valued customer.
