Superb service from the second I walked through the door. Joshua Ackerman was an amazing sales professional. I would highly recommend requesting him for your buying/leasing needs! Once we chose the right BMW for us Garrett Bourcier explained everything we needed to know about the new car. He was so professional and set and paired everything up. I went to about 15 dealerships as I had no idea what car I wanted and I am so happy I chose Schomp! Very impressed!

I had a great experience. Jeff Hanson was patient and kind. I was pretty indecisive at first but ended up walking away with a certified pre-owned car I am really happy with - an X5. Jeff did not try to sway me in any direction just listened and gave me the facts. Garret Bourcier was my BMW Genius and was really great. I know my purchase was not in the same league as a lot of others that might happen here daily. But, Garrett took his time to show me all the ins and outs and made me feel just as great as if I had bought a brand new car! The customer service level is extremely high. If you want a BMW, I would recommend Schomp, Jeff and Garrett.

Where to begin...After having terrible service last month while working with Agye in regards to a deal on a M3, I made the mistake of calling back to see if I just had just had a "bad experience", obviously it wasn't a fluke because Rob Ashby hung up on me during our conversation this afternoon. Maybe Schomp doesn't like that I have worked in the car business and know how to negotiate? Maybe they would rather hide behind their "one price" philosophy where they can markup their lease rates and use BMW rebates as dealer discounts to fool unsuspecting buyers? Well, whatever the case may be, I was treated poorly and ended up purchasing a 2017 M3 at CO's BMW.

Rather than continue to discuss my negative feelings for the entire Schomp organization (I think you get the picture) I am going to plug Kimberly Calaway at CO's BMW located at 4150 Byrd Dr, Loveland CO 80538. She is a pleasure to work with and will offer you a transparent buying process. Kenton Dawkins is the owner and treated me with integrity and respect.

You vote with your dollar, don't make the wrong choice at Schomp.

Avoid this place, unless you're wealthy, they treat you like scum and REALLY don't care about their customer's safety. Remember the Takata airbags issue from a few years ago,I bought a used vehicle from them in March, well today I got a recall notice from the manufacturer regarding these airbags. Wow, why wouldn't they make sure all recalls were taken care of prior to selling it. This is just one example imagine how many more they have sold with similar scenarios. They have put my family and myself in great danger, will never do business with Schomp again and for your safety I would HIGHLY recommend the same.

I have been doing business with Schomp for 10 years, and have always received the highest quality of service. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Schomp, and recommend to everyone I know to do business with them. I recently purchased a vehicle from Schomp BMW and Chris went the extra mile to make my purchase complete. I use Schomp for all the services needs of my vehicles. I highly recommend anyone to make Schomp their choice of auto dealerships to do business with.

We were blessed to have worked with Kamran. He went out of his way to provide the best service. He was very polite and patient in making sure he worked with our budget and getting us the best deal with the vehicle that we wanted. Everyone at Schomp BMW that worked with us for our vehicle were very polite. They made sure we were taken care of in the best way. We felt welcomed and most importantly felt confident we were making the best decision. We will definitely be working with them again!

Joshua V, my service advisor, is consistently friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. As is the crew that checks me in, most notably Terrance. The quality of what work is always first rate. I give Ralph Schomp BMW two thumbs way up.

Andy Franklin was very easy to work with. He kept on the case try to find the exact car I was looking for. He didn't waste my time and kept on touch until he found the car that I wanted. Pleasant and easy going. Very knowledgeable about the product he is selling. I would recommend him to anyone.

Sam was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He tried to stick to that 1 hour promise but it was slightly over. No big deal, we always plan on spending several hours car shopping anyway.
Schomp has a great selection and a beautiful dealership. We have bought several cars from them in the past and will continue to do so.

Crystina at Shomp BMW was above and beyond outstanding! She was prepared, professional, fun, and even when she attempted to show us cars that had already been sold underneath her, she kept it together and came through. The managers, finance, everyone were professional and outstanding.

I brought my 330 in because it would not start. I had taken it to Schomp 5 months earlier because it was slow starting. Schomp replaced the battery and some other parts, but that did not correct the problem. I took it back & left it for a week, but Schomp could not duplicate the problem. The issue continued until this week when it wouldn't start at all & had to be towed in. This time the starter needed to be replaced. Because of the failure to fix the problem the first time, they discounted my bill 10%. As I was leaving, I noticed the check engine light was on. I had to leave the car another day for them to find a hose that was disconnected during the repair . In return for that inconvenience, Schomp gave me a coupon for a free detail in the future. This experience was not typical of previous visits to Schomp.

Just purchased my first BMW X5 with Ed Cheatham at Schomp. Lets be real, buying a car can be a PITA! But Ed went out of his way to make the experience as painless as possible. If you are in the market I can recommend a BMW, Schomp and Ed without reservation. I only wish he would have given me that coffee mug for free. BTW Ed, my hubs came back and purchased it for me!

I like this particular BMW dealership, because people here always friendly and helpful,
I brought my 2002 BMW M5 here for an alignment and they did a good job, yes it is twice more money then any other indi shop but doing alignment on BMW is quite complicated, if not done right it will chew your tires off in a heart beat. So, could have give less stars then five but really, good quality services coast more money
Thank you Schomp Bmw

Having a BMW is awesome. Having it serviced by this professional organization is great! I have never had a bad experience here and I feel like they really care about me as a guest not a transaction. Highly recommend this team of great people!

Fantastic service when buying a new car. Edward Cheetham was extremely professional throughout and Laurel Hanlon then patiently guided me round the car so that I knew how to operate everything before driving off! Highly recommend!

Very impressed with the service.

Very impressed with the service.

Called for an appointment and could not have had a better experience in setting up the service check even though it was for recall work on the vehicle.

Timely response back when the vehicle was ready to be picked up upon completion.

I have purchased another vehicle at Schomp Honda a few years back, based on this experience I can say that when I am ready to purchase my next BMW it will be at your dealership! Thank you.

I must say, that Schomp has changed in the past year. No sure what it is but I hope they get
it figured out. I did have a issue last week, drove down to Canon City and my OIL light was
on.. just had it changed on Thursday. Oil had
drained out completely. I stopped at Lindner Chev. and they took care of the problem at
a price of 231.25
Schomp is cutting me a check for the amount which I am grateful for. That's about it

My car was service within two hours. However, it is really frustrating that every single time I come in Schomp BMW calls me by my husband's first name, can't find my reservation, and has my BMW under my husbands name or our info in our files mixed up. Happens every time despite many times going over our info with the service member at Schomp. Beyond this, I have never felt prioritized at Schomp, yet for some reason if my husband is with me, then all of a sudden we (more like my husband) is a priority -- I can't help but feel like it's a bit disrespectful and unprofessional. A bit sexist at Schomp overall - Women drive BMWs too, in fact that is a large market - Schomp's team my want to treat women with more respect and prioritize those relationships like they seem to do with the men that walk through their doors. But really, getting information into the correct files is not difficult and it is such a great way for Schomp to properly welcome their customers and perhaps lead to a better experience from the beginning.

Our car recently needed immediate service. Although it was 7pm, we were told to come right in. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! They fixed the problem right then and we were able to drive our car home that evening. I'm sure it was a late night for the service department, and not what they were expecting, but everyone was so pleasant. Their attitudes made a difficult situation bearable. We are very happy with their customer service!

A clean, welcome, and friendly dealership. The people are nice, but not pushy, and the dealership has excellent snacks and beverages for people, with well designed spaces for people to wait while your car is being serviced. Free shuttles or a loaner (as needed), and always free car washes inside and out. A great place to buy a BMW and to get one worked on!

If you want a service department that cares then you should really select a different dealership. Clearly their interests and profit far exceed what is right and what is in the customer's best interests. Try another BMW dealership.

I enjoy the vehicle we purchased but on the test drive I asked the salesguy (Ben) to make sure the inside was cleaned better (full of pet hair and the leather looked dirty), and he said "for sure". We were told it had been cleaned again, and after we signed all of the paperwork (which took close to 5 hours instead of the promised tagline of one), 3 different people (instead of the promised tagline of one), I was too tired - and frankly shocked - that it was still dirty. The second salesman Sayed who was helping us said it looked fine until I pulled out a wet wipe that only had water on it, and used that to wipe the seat and it came back dirty - this is after "two detailings". Sayed then apologized and said he would call me that evening to schedule another one... never heard back. Then the next day I dropped off the last of our paperwork, and asked about it again - and he said the tech department would call me the next morning. NEVER HEARD BACK. I am currently spending $300 to get the interior cleaned on a vehicle I just spent $20k on, and my detail guy is livid for me because not only did he find mold in the third row from an excess of cleaner that wasn't wiped down, he is finding streaks in the leather that he is having difficulty removing from how the dealership took care of it. I also sent in a complaint to the website just requesting them to follow through on cleaning what they said they would clean. NO REPLY. So. If you want to spend all day with multiple salesmen, you want to fill out paperwork ad nauseum and wait at least 30 minutes for it to be printed, and you want a dirty vehicle, then go to Schomp BMW. If you want a nice vehicle and customer service that actually matches the advertising, then go somewhere else.

About a year and a half ago, I needed a car. I took the train down from Winter Park needing to leave with a car that night. There was no other option. Ben Brahler made sure that happened.
They'll try to sell you add-ons like anyone else (and I should've gotten that windshield protection...), but the entire process was low-pressure, easy, and stress-free. I said "nah, no extended warranty," and it wasn't mentioned again.
They worked with my personal bank, so I closed on my loan there. No pressure on financing at all.
I'd give Schomp 6 stars if I could. Best car-buying experience of my life.

I've been working with Tim Green at Schomp BMW for several years. He always makes me feel like I'm his #1 priority and he truly listens to what I want and need when it comes to finding me the right car. Schomp BMW always provides professional and timely services. I live right near another BMW dealership, but because of the continued great service I receive at Schomp, I drive the extra miles without hesitancy.

UPDATE: Albeit long after their snappy social marketing team responded below, I got a call from their service director. Nothing was offered. No apologies or explanations as to why things went down as they did. I did get the transfer case motor gear and replaced it myself for the $62. Dash lights cleared and running great. Worth saving $2K for sure. They missed a sale from us and now my Uncle- He's getting a new 550. Oh well.

ORIGINAL: We've had a couple disappointing experiences with Schomp. We've been going to them for the last 5 years or so. I have a 335 and my wife has an X3. We purchased the X3 from them. The buying experience was mostly what I expected it to be. No complaints. Shortly after purchasing the car we were in a fender bender caused by another driver. Schomp didn't help much in our favor during the claim. They wouldn't tell the insurance company that what caused the engine light to come on within 10 seconds of the accident was caused by the accident. Fortunately the other drivers insurance company (props to nationwide!) questioned that judgement. Despite Nationwide not representing us, they decided to pay Schomp in full for the work so we didn't have to. We were annoyed. But because full reimbursements were made we foolishly continued to use them for our needs

Fast forward to last week. My wife is carting my son to and from his doctors appointments and a bunch of lights come on in the dash. The car shakes a bit and loses most of its power. On her way to the dealership (only a mile from the doctors), all of the lights go out and the car begins to behave normally. She drops the car off and gets a rental.

The next day I get a call from our service advisor indicating that we need a new transfer case motor and the charge is roughly $2000. At that time, I'm told the rest of the car is in great shape, which I expected. We had it in for service less than 3 months earlier. I told the advisor to hold off and have a salesman contact me about trading it in and purchasing a new car. It has 95,000 miles on it now.

Sales guy calls and offers an insulting $5800. He has two similar X3s on the lot for near $14000. I'm told that with the repairs needed to resell the car, that's what they can do. I refuse the offer and of course the salesman decides to try and do better. I get a call the next day- $6000 is the offer now. No thanks. "But Mr. Moffitt with the $4600 in work your car needs, we just can't give you more than that." I about fainted. When I brought the car in it needed $2000 in repairs and was otherwise in great shape. Now that we may want to trade it in an buy a new car from them it requires an additional $2600 in repairs. They now say the car is leaking like a sieve and needs tons of services and gaskets. Being that the car was there for service 3 months earlier, I was unable to accept that in the last 3 months of the cars 7 year life, all of these gaskets and seals failed. The service manager says that the changing temperatures can really make small undetectable leaks turn bad very quickly. Ha! He should have told me that their technicians are boneheads and likely didn't notice the leaks 3 months ago when it was there for service. Funny thing- There's not a single spot on my garage floor from a leak.

Nevertheless, I did some research on the original $2000 issue and found that they were gouging so much on that alone it was incredible. I'm going to fix the issue myself. I've ordered a $62 part + shipping.- it's secured by 5 bolts that are easy to get at to remove/reinstall.

In the end, they felt bad so they offered me $7000 on the trade. Gee thanks.

Learn from our mistakes- DO YOUR RESEARCH before authorizing ANY repairs to your car that are out of warranty form them. Be an educated consumer and you'll be rewarded. They flat out lost tons of money from us this week. I don't see how this can be a profitable model for them, but I guess we're only a spec on their map.

There is a plus to this story- The relief I felt when driving off their lot for the last time.

I recently bought a vehicle from Schomp. Marty Norman was the salesman I dealt with. My experience could not have been better. Schomp's dealership was clean, professional, and up front with no hard sell. Marty was very interested in finding what I wanted, not selling me, but actually trying to help me. A BMW will sell itself if you are in the market, but the people at Schomp make it so much easier.

Will was amazing. He s been taking care of me for months tryin to find the best mini fit for me. I m so thankful to him. He deserves a huge bonus because I ve never felt so comfortable working with someone at a dealership. He was honest and very thoughtful to my needs. Thank you Will L.

Had an exceptional experience buying a used car from here, even with many external stressors. Jeff E. went above and beyond taking care of us and taking care of our car as well. Low pressure and honest sales dynamic, professional and very friendly staff.

Update: Our sales experience was great. However, we have had several issues with the service department. Hence why I have removed a star. There was originally issues with our brakes being replaced (as we were purchasing it), then after a month+ waiting on a new windshield, the application was done poorly and it now whistles badly. When we called regarding the new issue, we had a difficult time getting an appointment scheduled. It ended with us waiting for a callback to get it taken car of but that never happened.

However, still a great car and car buying experience but I would rather find somewhere else to do my car's servicing and I don't like that I can't trust the service department.

My girlfriend and I were coming back from the mountains and decided to spontaneously stop in and visit the Schomp BMW dealership so I might test drive a Turbo-4 X3. I'm currently driving a 2013 6 cylinder X3 with 113,000 miles and wanted to see if I might find the smaller engine acceptable.

I was introduced to Austin and he did a great job educating us and arranging for me to drive a 2017 and a 2018 with the newer body style. I typically buy Certified Pre-Owned and he went through the inventory with me in the style I've become accustomed to at Schomp - no pressure. I wouldn't hesitate to conclude a purchase with him!

Just bought a 2019 330i X-drive. As always, outstanding service, even twice drove me home to facilitate dropping car off, etc. They go out of their way to make the experience as painless and enjoyable as possible. Very efficient.

We saw the car we wanted online and were able to set up an appointment for a test drive in less than an hour. Patrick was our sales consultant and did a great job of offering options and then getting everything done efficiently once we had made our decision. No pressure. Trade in was evaluated by the sales manager, Mike, and a fair offer made on the spot. Simply quality service. A pleasure!

Very poor quality service. They are not there when you need them. My X3 had issues with breaks. It was towed there. They didn't give me a loaner car. No one called me for 2 days. Then I called to see what happened with my car. Matt , the service manager told me that Witney, my service Rep is gone for the day and she will call me the next day. She never called me. I called back next day and she wasn't there. I called again and finally talked to her and she said my car is ready. I asked if they can drop it to my work. She said she will let me know and yet she never called back. Finally they drop my car at my work. I was told by driver someone will call me to let me know what happened with my car. No one did. I called and left a massage for Matt the service manager and told him how frustrated I was but he never called back. Finally Witney called with really no more information.
They have terrible communication and no curtesy for customers . I would never buy or lease from them again. On the surface everything is nice but when something happens to your car then they are not helpful.

UPDATE:
The manager of Schomp called me the next day and sincerely apologized for my expressed and acted very professional. After all they really tried to make it right. Thanks to the manager who called me.

This was my fourth car lease experience with Jim Merrell. and David Toben. As always, the experience was top notch. This time around i ordered a car to replace my previous lease. Jim made this process easy and transparent. The car arrived in the time frame originally quoted. Jim's follow up is always great too, with a few phone calls in the months following my new car pickup to ensure everything is meeting my expectations.

David is great as well. He remembered me from my last car pick up and tailored his delivery to only those items that would be new to me. This enabled me to pick up the car in a timely manner. He is always super helpful and even volunteered to come to my house to set up the garage door opener!

I recently purchased an X5 from another dealership and found I was missing some essential tools for a new tire purchase. I wish I had made my purchase at the Highlands Ranch Schomp BMW after the excellent service I received. Benny Lim greeted and me took the time the find the key I needed to remove my old tires. This included going over many keys until the right one was found and took some time. While I was waiting I was greeted by Amanda Buxbaum that treated myself and my son great while we waited. All of my service needs were met and I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at this location thanks to the excellent service that was provided to fix a problem that another dealership created. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I am giving them 2 stars because they started the process really well. The ending was not so good.

I found a car I wanted - a fairly rare model with a manual - and contacted them right away. The car just arrived and was being worked on to be ready for the sale.

They answered all my questions promptly - confirmed that indeed it was a manual, that it was available, told me they installed new tires, sent me a personalized video of the car... just great service, everything I'd expect a modern dealership would do. They also told me they were waiting for one part - a license plate bracket.

I arranged a time for a test drive. I was traveling from Fort Collins, and I told that to the salesperson. I told them I'd text when I leave there, and then I'd text again when I leave my stop at downtown so they can have the exact time of arrival.

So far so good, stellar, 5 star service. But then...

As I arrived downtown, I received a text - the car could not be test driven, I could just have a look at it. Because it didn't have a license plate bracket.

I texted to verify, because this made no sense. No test drive because a license plate bracket is missing? I told the salesperson I needed to know within 5 minutes as I had to go either to drive the car or drive back home.

I didn't get an answer for 26 minutes, and by then I was already driving back home.

I sent a text saying I was already driving home, and thanked the salesperson.

I got another text 15 minutes later, and lo and behold, the car was suddenly available - the salesperson "obtained exclusive permission to drive it beforehand" - before they installed the....license plate bracket.

Then I received a call. Then I received another call and voicemail from a sales manager. Then I received a text from the manager. "We're so sorry, we'll make it right, just come in".

Nope. You just made me drive 3 hours and 150 miles to "see" a car. Guess what, I wanted to buy the car, I know how it looks! I bought two cars from Schomp before - one of them just a few months ago. Guess who won't be buying a third car from Schomp?

i noticed there was damage to my bumper after they provided valet service. the valet will take pictures of your car when they pick-up and drop-off. i asked that they pull the pictures to see if they in-fact caused the damage. The service manager, Matt Mueller, said they somehow "lost" them and couldn't find. He said they would go ahead and fix out of courtesy. i take my car back in, and they get a cost estimate of repair. he then accuses me of trying to fraud them by saying that we both know they didn't cause the damage to the bumper. i have to now speak to his boss Steve Constable, he said everything would be repaired and satisfaction/workmanship would be guaranteed. when they did the repairs, whoever did the job scratched paint off bumper and now they are saying they won't repair the additional damages. So not only did they damage my bumper once but twice.

this placed used to be great but now their standards of excellence have fallen off big time. they now have extremely terrible service and whatever make or model you drive i would highly and i mean highly not recommend you take your vehicle to them.

This service team is so incompetent they called me and asked if i had the keys to their X5 loaner... i returned the vehicle over 2 weeks ago.

EDIT/RESPONSE: How about instead you guys take the time to make sure I'm taken care of and fix the damages you made.

After a poor initial experience I contacted other dealers with the same or similar results as Schomp. I reached out online and the sales advisor, Austin, did a great job of communicating and finding what I was looking for. I can't say if my initial experience was a fluke or just how business is done these days, but after giving Schomp BMW another chance I'm quite pleased with their process.

I found the car Online and called about it. Michael Ransohoff happen to answer in sales and told us he would have the car waiting to test drive. He met us in the show room when we arrived and had the car waiting. We loved the car and he was awesome throughout the whole process. A few days later he called to discuss an issue with the warranty I had purchased and informed me that he found a better one and was able to get my interest rate down 2 points further. The whole experience was probably the the best ever for buying a car. Michael made us feel very comfortable. My friend is ready to up grade his old BMW and I told him to be sure to ask for Michael.

My 2011 328xi had no serious issues until I brought to here for an oil change. First the oil change price was different from the price on their website - that was fixed easily. Then the were "magically" 6 things that needed immediate attention. One an independent shop had told be about, I was not surprise at that. The others, one of these may have been caused on purpose. Impossible to prove but suspicious when the car is returned with the camera disconnected. There were 2 of the repairs that were not even needed. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed! I communicated with a sales rep about a specific model I was interested in and made an appointment with him to come in. When I arrived, not the sales person nor the model I was interested in were available any longer. There was a sales-feeding-frenzy going on, the place was mobbed. After being made to wait about 20 minutes for someone to speak with me (after I had an appointment!) They tried to push me into something $10K-$15K beyond my range and claimed they had nothing below that right now so if I wanted to drive away today in a BMW these were my only options. Of course, I left. Went to Murray BMW and purchased the car of my dreams there. Awesome service at Murray by the way! If you want to get ripped-off, by all means come to Schompo Car Sales!

DON T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! 26 service appointments and two years of Ralph Schomp BMW not being able to fix my BMW. My check engine light kept coming on, time and time again. BMW service department insisted it was the gas I was putting in. Call after call waiting for days for a returned call to figure out what was going on with my car, I would get insulted many times by Steven Constable. (service director), Rich Basita, David James, Matt Mueller, and many other service coordinators by supposedly not knowing the difference from 85 to 91 octane. BMW had a BMW genius come out from New Jersey and attempt to diagnosis the car. Again, he pointed the finger at where I was filling up with gas. Needless to say after thousands and thousands of dollars put into my car by replacing one part to another hoping it would fix the problem, it has never been fixed. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RALPH SCOMP BMW TO ANYONE!!!! Their team is more worried about quantity versus the QUAILTY of customer service they provide.

A very professional transaction. No unpleasant surprises. We received outstanding service from Jordan our sales representative and David the "BMW genius" representative who got us up to speed on the X5 iDrive 35d's advanced technology and impressive engineering. Great experience with Schomp's entire team. Nur von Feinsten! Cheers!

Not great with service updates or walkthrough on whats done. Also their loaner service sucks. Typically other premium car services do a lot more, like putting you in their latest and a step up cars, not BMW or may be just Schomp.

If you care about customer service or quality of your product I would steer clear of Schomp BMW. I have worked in the automotive industry in Denver for 8 years now and have heard numerous horror stories about this business. Now I have one with first hand experience. A friend purchased a very expensive part and had it installed at a shop she trusted. The dealer of course blamed the installation. A video was taken to show proof it was not the installation (which Schomp said to do in order for them to warranty the part). The other shop even got involved to help the customer receive their return. Schomp changed their story a total of FOUR times - each conversation is recorded so they are on tape numerous times lying and making empty promises. Long story short they keep a lawyer on retainer and the little guy will never win. I am sure the shop will disagree with my story but I wanted it off my conscious since I continue to hear about people being taken advantage of for thousands of dollars. Good luck!

This is the place to buy & get your BMW serviced. This is the nicest team of people in the business. They don t mess around. Tried to get my car serviced at a different BMW dealership that s closer to where I live and let s just say Schomp is worth the drive.

Conner Graves is a fantastic guy, who helped with our car buying experience. He was a great help in choosing a car and helping us find what fit both our family and our budget. He was knowledgeable with the inventory and options of buying a car. Very friendly and courteous, he is also very laid back and relaxed taking away the stress and tension of buying the car. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent experience..... very professional and courteous. Showed up late and they still got my car in and repaired. Cheaper than expected and my car was washed and delivered better than when I dropped it off.
