Mike M. completed a lighting project in our kitchen several weeks ago. Having already experienced Mike's professionalism delivering services previously, we expected and received the same again. Mike has demonstrated consistency and true craftmanship on this project. He listened to our explanation of the electrical and lighting issues, shared information and possible solutions for our consideration, and then delivered appropriate repairs along with a finished lighting scheme that has my husband and I very satisfied. We recommend Mike to anyone desirous of technical excellence in a beautifully executed lighting update.

We were having some plumbing issues with two of my bathrooms. Sanders Home Services sent Technician Max N. to my home. Max was absolutely Professional & Outstanding with his work. He went over everything with us before he started to fix our problems. What amazed me, he needed a part but did not have it on his truck. He sent for it and someone brought it to him. Max is an asset to Sanders Home Services. All I can say is, Thank you Max for a job well done!

Called Sanders to repair leaking shower drain.

The good - Max arrived on time as promised and cleaned up after the repair. Instead of just replacing the gasket, Max recommended that he remove drain pipe and install a new drain. I'm not sure it was absolutely necessary, but it was the only way Sanders would warranty the work.

The bad -very expensive, approximately $450 for 3 hours. Wife also inquired about replacing our toilets and was quoted $800 each or $300 to install if I buy the toilet!

Verdict - Job will be done right the first time, but I'll be installing the toilets.

Tony A. came out for a full house plumbing inspection. He was professional, friendly, clean and very thorough. He identified potential problems, explained results in detail, couldn't be happier - excellent experience.

We had a list of jobs that we've been connecting. The technician was friendly, attentive and thorough. And i was able to set the date for the work to be done, four days later, before he left.

I have been using Sanders Home Services recently for a few things I have needed at my home. Most recently during a very hot summer week, my air conditioner broke on a Saturday night. I called Sanders after hours and Roseanne helped me immediately and had Sean M. come out to my house first thing on a Sunday morning!! Sean was awesome!! Not only was he so pleasant but his experience and know how were incredible!! With a half an hour he had my all fixed and nice cold air coming into the house. He then sat with me and explained THOROUGHLY what was wrong and what he did to fix it!! I will surely be using Sanders in the future and will be requesting Sean for any future air/ heating issues I might have!!!

This was the first time we've ever used Sanders and they were first rate

Today is the second service call done for us by Sanders and I am really in awe of the speed they get their technicians out and the quality of service they provide. We were lucky to get Tony again to do the work for us and he's just so nice and thorough. He goes the extra mile and so does Sanders. I wouldn't think of using any other company.

Sean has provided seasonal service twice for my home. He's extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. Everyone at Sanders has been amazing. Glad I left 'Hutch'. I will continue to request him in the future.

Update 30JAN19: Used Sanders earlier this month to replace a kitchen faucet and disposal. Nick did the work this time. He was professional and courteous, and did an awesome job.

I am not a big review writer but the service we received from Sanders deserved praise. Our heat broke of course on the coldest day of the year so far. We called Sanders and they sent a repair technician out after hours who took his time to diagnose the problem. We have an old heater and knew that fixing it could be costly. In my mind I had a set price that I wouldn't go over to fix it, a number that would rather have me put the money into a new unit. The tech was not able to fix it that night or give me numbers due to parts stores being closed. First thing the next morning Sanders called and wanted to get right on a solution. I dont remember names well but everyone was so nice and I felt like a priority. They didnt push us eaither way, they offered both solutions to fix and to replace, we decided to replace and they made incredible efforts to tear out and replace our old one in the same day. Jim the sales rep hung out most of the day to ensure that the job would get done. I overheard him talking to someone at the office and mentioning that I had young children and that we needed this heat. We were walked thru the entire process, financing and everything. I felt so grateful for the care and customer service given by Sanders. All the work is neat and clean and my house feels amazing. I would recommend them hands down if you want your family to be care for. We are very grateful that the parts store gave us thier number.

I had a new water heater installed on 8/28/14 which was an upgrade to equipment which was 21 years old so there was a bit more involved than I had anticipated. When Matt arrived on installation day it was still undecided as to what I was purchasing. I was assured by the office not to worry and if I decided on something that wasn't on the truck when someone arrived, they would make a run back to their office for the equipment and I'd still have same day installation. Matt provided great explanations regarding all of my options. He didn't make me feel at all like I was being rushed in any way or under any obligation to even make my decision that same day. Matt didn't try to oversell me and he just based everything on my family's needs. Two other technicians arrived as well and Matt stayed and saw the job to completion. Once the job was completed they left no trace of debris at all. Matt provided a nice summary of the work that was completed along with the information I needed to submit a rebate. Matt also informed me of what the expectations were for a future inspection that would be required. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend Sanders as providing top quality service and customer satisfaction. More businesses should have great client facing personnel such as Matt.

I have been waiting for over a week now for an estimate on 2 new heaters an air conditioners. Tech came out but not a word after that. It's ok got someone else.

These guys are the real deal. Our janky plumbing (done by a house flipper) under the sink gave way and leaked all over the kitchen. Sanders came out and carefully inspected the shoddy plumbing job. I had initially asked them to put a band aid on it so we can get our sink running. The gentleman who came out said he could fix it properly and at a very reasonable cost. He took care of it and now we have a properly plumbed kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher. He even gave me some tips I can do myself to help improve proper drainage. I would absolutely recommend these guys. They could have taken me for a ride and they found a way to save me money.

Max N. did a super job installing my toilet (with help of Jim M) and outside faucet. Max was polite and not pushy when helping to select the toilet and showing me the various options. He worked quietly and efficiently. Great guy!

I thought Sean was very informative. Took time to explain everything. He was in training with Fiore who I think is the best. I requested Fiore and definitely will request Sean again

We had a fantastic experience with our electrician, Wayne Johnson. He went above and beyond what was required to get the job done and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely give him a call again for any future electrical work to be done.

Randy arrived in a timely fashion and took the time to walk us through each step of his diagnosis as well as the fix.

From the time I made the first call to request service to the completion of the work it was a satisfying experience. The work team was efficient, courteous and fun to listen to as they went about their work. They got along well with each other and even took time to assure my distraught dog. The work was completed without so much as a piece of paper left behind. Clean, efficient, well prepared, knowledgeable and pleasant. John gave good information on the way the hvac system worked. I had a broken pipe on Monday Sept. 7. Called Sanders and told them my problem and they had a plumber out within 1 hour. He was very professional and know exactly what to do for my problem. I would recommend them very highly.

Randy K. came out on a Sunday for a routine check up of our plumbing. He found a major issue and quoted us a fair price. He put his heart into getting the problem resolved before the day was over and never made one comment about how difficult it seemed to be. He was patient and nice and explained everything he was doing. At the end the price quoted ended up being a bargain as he was here for hours and the price stayed the same. Thank you Randy! The people who dispatch and answer the phone are always super professional. Great company!

Fiore C. is very personable, pleasant and professional at all times. He always provides the best customer service and work performance. He's very thorough when conducting inspections. I gave four stars as everyone has room to grow HOWEVER he's still top notch.

I have had a service contract with Sanders for 12 years ever since they installed a new HVAC system in my "new" (built in 1954) home. Sean was the technician today who came out for my bi-annual checkup. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions patiently and in terms that I could understand, and I had a lot of questions as this is a new heating system that I had installed last year. I would highly recommend Sanders Home Services and Sean for HVAC installation and service. A great company with great employees.

This is the second time that Sanders has sent Fiore to our home for our spring and fall service check. Fiore is consistently polite and efficient. He is in no way intrusive and before you know it, he's done his job and is gone. Good job. Great guy.

I tried everything to unplug my kitchen drain - Draino, Plunger, even boiling water. In the end though, the line had to be routed out, so I called Sanders Home Services because they had a coupon in the Courier News and a nice website. Randy K showed up and did a great job. No issue with the coupon either, they honored it completely and no surprises on the bill. Overall, just a great, professional job. I highly recommend them.

I called for a burst toilet valve and they sent someone out right away. Tony was here within a half hour. He took care of not only the one valve, but also another valve in a different bathroom and a leak he found while working. Thank you so much for fast, great service.

I was charged $148.27 to be told that I just needed a whole new AC system because it was too old.. The service man gave me information. Then when my "guy friend" came over to help me, he gave him conflicting information and pretended that he never talk to me about the AC system. ??? What a waste of time and money!!!

TERRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend to anyone ever. They wouldn't even come do an estimate for me. RUDE. DO NOT USE THIS ELECTRICIAN EVER.

My wife and I were very pleased with Sanders Home Services. We had to have an exhaust fan installed in our bathroom and found their company through Google. Their electrician, Jack, explained everything in detail before he got started and actually finished faster than we expected. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend and use them again.

We called the plumbing company and it was an emergency. Refrigerator water line adapter needed to be tightened. Instead technician offered $864.00 dollars solution to bring new water line all the way from the basement.
When we asked why he couldn t explain....
I asked him to put everything the way it was he refused to do so....
Please stay away from this rip off!!!

I contacted Sanders through Angie's List. I had a electrical assessment and as a result decided to go ahead with the recommended upgrade of my electrical service. Jack H. performed my assessment and he was knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. The day of my job, Sal L. and Josh worked with Jack. They were able to complete my job in one day instead of the originally projected two days. 2 hours after my job was completed, my thermostat went out! Talk about poor timing! The thermostat wasn't a part of the job but I still had Sanders card handy so I called the office. It was at the end of the day but Roseanne called me right back and had Jack call me. Jack walked me through a few steps over the phone and then told me that he was coming back. Jack came back--by this time it was after 10 PM! Jack tried to troubleshoot different options and reached out to Jeff P. Jeff P. confirmed that it was the thermostat. Jack set up immediate service for me and Jeff came out first thing Saturday morning and changed my thermostat. All I can say is "Wow". Sanders really took care of me and I appreciate all who had a part in making this whole process feel less like a "job" and more like an experience where I now have a network of professionals that I won't hesitate to call in the future.

Called on a weekend, customer service was great. Randy showed up and had our sink unclogged and we were kept informed what the issue was. Very pleased with this company and their knowledgeable employees.

This is not our first experience with Sanders. Both experiences were great from start to finish. In both instances (emergencies), they were able to come out right away even on a weekend night! Prices were right for services received. Randy K. Is excellent. He goes through everything completely. His work is throughout and neat. He is extremely respectful of your home. I couldn't say enough positive about this company. Oh & that large company with all the commercials who brags about being on time? If I set service days for emergencies two days out, I could be on time too. You can expect none of that stuff with Sanders. Highly recommend!

Outstanding and extremely careful and thorough work. The improves made were like night and day. Very hard working. I would recommend Mike to anyone including my family!

I called to request a quote to install a Ceiling Fan that was already purchased. Sanders was able to set up an appointment and called to confirm when the tech was responding.

The set up was every basic, the room had access to a full Attic and the panel was accessible as well. The tech looked in the room for about 2 minutes , never looking in the Attic and walked out saying I'll be right back with a quote. When he returned with the quote I almost passed out !!! $924.00 to complete maybe a 2 hour job...that's $462.00 an hour, most surgeons don't make that much an hour.. The fan was only $80.00 Dollars...not including materials, which I'm sure was under $200.00 Dollars

I felt very offended that the quote was so high...I'm sure people not as knowledgeable as myself would have agreed to that quote and paid that amount.

I quickly called for a second opinion and was quoted by another NJ Certified Electrician for $225.00.....for the same type of installation...

So please...If you are going to use this company beware...always get a second estimate, because this place is a total "RIP OFF"...

Sean did a fine job installing our water heater. He was professional, and took the time to explain everything that had to be done. His workmanship was outstanding. We're very pleased with how smoothly the work proceeded and with the final product.

Tim came out to service our generator. Was very nice and found a oil leak. This is where we started to have issues. Getting Sanders back out to resolve the issue never happened. We emailed their CSR many times and we were told a manager would follow up. We were charged about $400.00 to tune up and service our generator. After seeing what was done, which takes 10-15 minutes, I would do it myself. They changed oil and air filter. Tim was fine, but I think the company has some serious problems, and their prices are high, and there was no follow up or response. Wont do business with them again.

I like Sanders Home Services. Fiore C. is terrific with HVAC issues; Jim M. is a great plumber; and Josh E. is an excellent electrician. Even the office personnel seem courteous and professional in their communications with me.

We used Sanders Home Services for the first time for multiple jobs in our home. Our plumber was Geordan P. he worked several hours on a very difficult problem, explaining to us what he was doing throughout the process. We will use Sanders Home Services in the future and request Geordan for our plumbing needs.

Jack was able to resolve the problems I was having with my electrical system
and found several areas that could have resulted in serious house fire. He showed me the problems explained the options to correct the problems. Sanders Home Service
was very everything you would expect from an electrical service company.

My entire experience with Sanders Home Service has been wonderful - from the time I had my new furnace installed in 2008, to the annual maintenance services that I have performed. The ladies in the office are friendly and personable, and the service technicians are knowledgeable, and answer all my questions. Fiore C. has serviced my furnace a few times in the past years. He does a great job, and I have confidence that my unit is working to its full potential based on Fiore's service. Thank you so much!!! I would recommend Sanders to anyone. True customer service!

Randy has been to our home multiple times over the last year and has been professional and efficient, explaining the problem and solution options. He installed a backup sump pump but didn't like the way one of the backup valves looked, so came back a few days later with a replacement to make sure we didn't have a problem down the road. Most recently we needed an emergency fix at 11pm the night before hosting 90 people in our house, and he was as pleasant and professional for that late night call as he was for the routine work. I'll note that I have used Sanders service technicians for my business as well, and I have found them to be an honest and efficient team.

I found them from web by comparing reviews. They came home for ac problem. The gentleman told the control board had to be changed. He quoted 612 usd. Told would run. he asked and got the half and placed order. He came next week. It was a simple card. Changed the card but ac was still not working than he claimed otside unit were not functioning. Than he said this is an old system and needs to replace the whole in and outside units. Before him, the switch/sensor was working but now its not working. He put damaged fuse on the board and the connections were wrong. I just called another 2 companies. Both Said same, the connections were wrong and the fuse was broken. Even Sanders guy did not ask to leave the old card and took with him without asking. Now theydont care and refund our money.

I have been using Sanders since we purchased our home in 2013 for HVAC and Plumbing. Craig has been out to our house several times, for HVAC issues and maintenance, and every time we have been completely satisfied. The level of skill and customer service provided by him and his manager, Dave, far exceed that expected. Jeremy came out to complete a powder room sink makeover. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He did not leave until the work was completed. I highly recommend them.

Eli R has given us outstanding professional service. Every time he has done work for us he has been thorough, patient and able to answer any questions we have had about work done. His explanations are given in such a way that my husband, who is not particularly technologically astute, can understand. He always takes the extra step to make sure we are satisfied. Received a telephone call from the company dispatch at 7:45 an notifying me that the plumbing technician was on his way. My initial window was from 8 am til 12 pm. The plumbing technician arrived at 8 am. Jim Murphy was my plumbing technician. He was very professional, courteous, and considerate. He wore shoe covers and placed a tarp in my kitchen before replacing my garbage disposal. He cleaned up when finished, provided me with my bill (which he discussed with me upon diagnosing the problem), explained tge Warranty on the new garbage disposal, and then thanked me for my patronage. I highly recommend Sanders for all your household plumbing (and then some) repair needs! This is a company that exhibits promptness, professionalism, and grwat customer relations! Thanks! When I think of a well known company that's pretty big, I think expensive. I'm a single female in the middle of selling my house. A few things came up on the inspection thay the buyers wanted fixed. One of those items was that the ignitor did not glow when tested and the assumption was thay the ignitor was bad and needed to be replaced. So when I called Sanders home services that's what I said. I had received a quote from another company and I thought it was a bit outrageous. This other company was going to charge me roughly $200 to replace the ignitor, filter and a tune up. So I called Sanders home services. Fiore came out and I'm expecting him to tell me the same price this other company did. He takes a look at the ignitor, found a disconnected wire, hooked it back up and low and behold the ignitor started to glow. Low and behold the ignitor didn't even need to be replaced. He replaced the filter and did a tune up all for the price it cost to come out. So after tax I spent $95.00. He could have been like the other company and taken advantage of a female who has no clue when it comes to furnaces and HVAC stuff but he didnt. He was very honest (and funny) about what was wrong and didn't charge me an outrageous price for the work he did. Sanders home services has also done other work for me as well in the same time frame and every one who came out was very professional and completed the work quicker than the estimated time frame. Sanders home services has gained a customer for life due to my experiences I've had with them and how affordable they are for a large company.

Sanders is my family's go to company for heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical. Whether for maintenance or an emergency after hours, they are all dependable, punctual and knowledgeable. My latest service was for the cooling maintenance check. Thanks Fiore for the great service as always!

They came out to do annual maintenance, but instead left me with an inoperable system, due to issues with the electrical switch that they claimed happened by "coincidence" while they were inspecting. They wouldn't make this right because they were more interested in selling me an expensive replacement (the most expensive of three subsequent quotes). Save yourself the money; their maintenance call is just an expensive replacement assessment. Plenty of people willing to do that for free.

I recently had Sanders Home Services in to do routine maintenance service on my heater. Fiore, the HVAC tecnician ,was freindly, efficient and knowledgable. I will definately use this company again.

Jim M was very professional and informative. He was very competent. He was very neat and cleaned up all after the work.

My technician, Jim M. was incredibly friendly, easy to work with and also provided multiple options to resolve my plumbing problems. He was able to complete two jobs quickly and also provided some additional suggestions that will better my house that I can personally do.

I had a minor repair job replacing a small stretch of copper piping with a valve. Jim came in, assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable cost to perform the work and was able to repair the issue that same morning. Great guy to chat with too. Overall highly satisfied with the work completed, cost, and the other recommended (non-BS) repairs.

I would go with Sanders over the large "orange truck" HVAC/Plumbing service in the area.

Highly professional company. Called PSEG due to leak in hot water tank and they informed me the contractor will contact me the next day. Sure enough, 8am a rep from Sanders called and I told them the info and she quoted me some prices for diff models and if I'm still ok someone will come within the hour. An hour came and Chris (technician) came and accessed the tank. He was very courteous and wore slip ons to go down in the basement. He then offered me some other work to be done which I okayed some. He was very good at his job and did it all by himself (flushed tank, took it away , got new tank, etc...). When work was done, he proceeded to tell me how to use the new tank. All in all I was very impressed with this company and would contact them again. Thank you

Nick came out Weds later afternoon to review and assess the situation with my tank. He did a thorough investigation and made excellent recommendations as well as explaining the upgrades needed for code compliance and the service charges related to each necessary repair were well within reason. Nick was pleasant, respectful and timely in his manner and recommendations. He left me with an apt for the following morning and assurance that i would be contactedif an earlier time slot opened up.

Pete G. arrived earlierly than the quoted time, with a phone call from the office asking if i was avaible at the earlier time. Happily agreed to the early time and Pete was there within 30 minutes of the call. I was very pleased with Pete's professionalism and efficiency throughout the removal, installation and review of the new unit. Pete and his cowoker were polite and personable as well as efficient. I received a thorough explination of everything that was done as well as all the information needed to finalize the inspection and approval. Really very pleased with everyone from Sanders from the office admins to the technicians.

We reported some gurgling and slow draining. We scheduled a visit for 8 to 12 today and Randy was here by about 9. He was friendly, professional, and despite a rather complicated drainage system that are old home has, he patiently figured it out and cleaned and photographed our exterior pipes. It was a lot of work and took 4 to 5 hours. We were very satisfied with the service and Randy. Thank you.

I needed some electrical work done at my home. The Basement/Washroom area was completely blacked out. I had no lights. I tried to swap out the switch myself, but it still wouldn't work.

I contacted Sanders Home Services. They had upgraded my circuit box and put in an 50 gal electric water heater two years ago.

The receptionists was very nice and set up an appointment to get an estimate.

Josh E. showed up on time. I explained to him what that problem was and what I might want. He tracked down the problem and gave me two estimates. One for fixing the problem, and another for doing what I wanted.

I chose the later, and Josh went to work. He was very professional. Taking care to put down drop clothes where needed and cleaning up when he was done. It took him about three hours to complete the project. When it was finished, it worked fine and there wasn't even a clue that he was there, stripping wire, drilling holes etc.

He did a really good job. I would recommend Josh to anyone, and would gladly have him return for my next electrical project.

My whole experience from the initial contact to finish installation of a mini split unit with 2 heads was flawless. The salesman Bill was fantastic and on day of installation showed up twice to ensure the job was progressing well. All workers were very knowledgeable ensuring top notch work and kept my house clean. A possible 2 day job was completed in one day. Highly recommend this company

The prompt response by Mr. Porch was the beginning of a extraordinary service call. Mr. Porch was knowledgeable, courteous, and communicated extremely well. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired my Goodman unit in an expeditious manner.

When he left, the unit was running better than the day it was installed by another company. He is a true professional and I strongly suggest you to consider him for your Heater/Air Conditioner repairs.

We having been using Sanders Home Services since we moved to Burlington County. Always a good experience. Pleasant employees, excellent service, they clean up,
and, are very fast and efficient on the job. We have used them for major installations, small repairs, new heating and a/c, home modifications and systems inspection and maintenance.

Mike M. showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed a bad electrical outlet. He also made some recommendations for other potential projects, but all in a friendly, non-pushy manner. I will most likely use this company in the future.

We are average home owners who time and time again receive above average service from Sanders. From the initial install of our AC/Furnace system 8 years ago, to the warranty replacement work we had done recently, I have always felt the benefit of having a well managed team working to provide satisfaction plus. We had a couple issues over time with the system that was installed. That happens. However, from dispatch, tech crew and warranty/customer advocacy, I believe the Sanders organization puts the customer first. I believe their assessments and trust that they will do as they say. Randy K. Joe H and Rich came out today to repair and replace a portion of my sewer line and water line. They were kind, courteous and professional. My entire process of dealing with Sanders was smooth and painless. About a week ago I called to set up an appointment and they sent Randy out later that morning. He walked me through everything he was seeing on the camera and even helped me locate a vent that I did not know existed. He showed me exactly where our sewer line was cracked and explained exactly how they could fix it without pressuring me to agree to the repairs. A week later Randy returned with Joe and Rich. They were such nice guys, they put down a drop cloth on my sidewalk because they didn t want to track the mud onto it. I m thrilled to have piece of mind knowing that I will not have to worry about sewer water flowing into my basement ever again. Highly recommend Sanders Home Services!

Randy K came out at 9:45 on a frigid Sunday night to fix a plumbing leak under our kitchen sink. He was courteous and professional and fixed the problem for us promptly. We were pleased with the service we received from Sanders Home Services. They came out to assist us the same day when other plumbing services could not.

While the technician seemed to be a good guy they were the most expensive quote for a new Central Air, Heater and Water Heater from Daikin coming in a $16,900..wow! They have a program with "up to" a $5k rebate if you qualify(you need an energy audit which can take days) and 0% interest up to $10k if you want to wait weeks for approvals...no thanks because my Central Air was broken. From Climate Mechanics in Cherry Hill I got a 16 Seer Central Air with a 96% efficient heater plus Bradford White water heater..everything energy star for $8,600 after the $1,000 NJ rebate and installed in less than a week. I got other quotes and while both of these other companies were cheaper...Horizon(Lenox) was a few thousand less then Sanders and so was Hutchinson(Carrier dealer). I told the Sanders rep that their product Daikin has only been in the US a few years and was not comfortable with it due to the short track record...he said if I can't do Daikin then we can't do business...so be it.

Rich and Randy came to the house on Wednesday and Thursday (despite the snowstorm) to replace a copper main drain pipe that was old, and had gotten thin with minor leaking. They were clear on the problem, what would be needed to fix it, the estimate, and the work done. Can't thank them enough for coming out in the cold and snow to make the repair.

Randy is a master plumber, who is kind, courteous, respectful, and professional most of all. He came in and inspected the problems, we had. There was a toilet and a drain clogged, and it required removal of the toilet. (I had tried Drano, on all three drains in the bathroom )
The professional service made it well worth price, as, l believe, that it takes many years to get to that level of professionalism, and pay, should come with knowledge, as in any profession. I will gladly call them again, I hoping that, as we build a rapport over the years, it will be beneficial to both of us businesswise.

About a year ago we got a new HVAC and water heater, and had insulation installed in the attic. They did a great job, it was installed quickly, and they were very professional. I've called them out a few times since then for much smaller things, where they've continued to be great. I definitely recommend them.

Jim M was polite, professional, and completed the work as if he was doing it for his own home.

I agreed to pay for the technitian to come to check my not cooling AC. He told me that the unit needed maybe 5lbs of R22 with a minimum of two at $200 then any additional at $100. Then he tells me that he do not guarantee that it will work good.
I tell him no cause it will agree. Then he tells me that he understands but he has to charge me for the diagnosis.
So I tell Sanders that I will pay then to come to my house so they can tell me what is wrong and I still get charge additional moneys

Excellent service by Chris and his buddy. Very meticulous in his work and explained everything after job is done. Will definitely recommend Sanders Home Services.

My homeowner sent him to home to fix the central AC. A gentleman came checked ac and said the control card has to be replaced. He offered 612 usdfor a simple card and tookhalf ofthepayment. Next week came and replaced but still ac wasnot functioning. Than he said outaideunit s compressor was not working. And he told than all the system has to be replaced inside and out. He might be right or wrong but they should return the money back of landlord requested. They also took the old card without getting permission from us. We asked for 2 separate companies to come and check. Both said board not connected properly and the fuse on the board was broken. I did not feel he really know what he did or maybe he knew but did not do things systematically to troubleshoot. He did what was easy for him. Finally we still have no ac functioning.

Jeffrey was great... as usual. His friendly attitude was wonderful. His knowledge is outstanding.
