I contacted Sanders through Angie's List. I had a electrical assessment and as a result decided to go ahead with the recommended upgrade of my electrical service. Jack H. performed my assessment and he was knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. The day of my job, Sal L. and Josh worked with Jack. They were able to complete my job in one day instead of the originally projected two days. 2 hours after my job was completed, my thermostat went out! Talk about poor timing! The thermostat wasn't a part of the job but I still had Sanders card handy so I called the office. It was at the end of the day but Roseanne called me right back and had Jack call me. Jack walked me through a few steps over the phone and then told me that he was coming back. Jack came back--by this time it was after 10 PM! Jack tried to troubleshoot different options and reached out to Jeff P. Jeff P. confirmed that it was the thermostat. Jack set up immediate service for me and Jeff came out first thing Saturday morning and changed my thermostat. All I can say is "Wow". Sanders really took care of me and I appreciate all who had a part in making this whole process feel less like a "job" and more like an experience where I now have a network of professionals that I won't hesitate to call in the future.
