Received a telephone call from the company dispatch at 7:45 an notifying me that the plumbing technician was on his way. My initial window was from 8 am til 12 pm. The plumbing technician arrived at 8 am. Jim Murphy was my plumbing technician. He was very professional, courteous, and considerate. He wore shoe covers and placed a tarp in my kitchen before replacing my garbage disposal. He cleaned up when finished, provided me with my bill (which he discussed with me upon diagnosing the problem), explained tge Warranty on the new garbage disposal, and then thanked me for my patronage. I highly recommend Sanders for all your household plumbing (and then some) repair needs! This is a company that exhibits promptness, professionalism, and grwat customer relations! Thanks! Sandra Young
