I am not a big review writer but the service we received from Sanders deserved praise. Our heat broke of course on the coldest day of the year so far. We called Sanders and they sent a repair technician out after hours who took his time to diagnose the problem. We have an old heater and knew that fixing it could be costly. In my mind I had a set price that I wouldn't go over to fix it, a number that would rather have me put the money into a new unit. The tech was not able to fix it that night or give me numbers due to parts stores being closed. First thing the next morning Sanders called and wanted to get right on a solution. I dont remember names well but everyone was so nice and I felt like a priority. They didnt push us eaither way, they offered both solutions to fix and to replace, we decided to replace and they made incredible efforts to tear out and replace our old one in the same day. Jim the sales rep hung out most of the day to ensure that the job would get done. I overheard him talking to someone at the office and mentioning that I had young children and that we needed this heat. We were walked thru the entire process, financing and everything. I felt so grateful for the care and customer service given by Sanders. All the work is neat and clean and my house feels amazing. I would recommend them hands down if you want your family to be care for. We are very grateful that the parts store gave us thier number.
