I had a new water heater installed on 8/28/14 which was an upgrade to equipment which was 21 years old so there was a bit more involved than I had anticipated. When Matt arrived on installation day it was still undecided as to what I was purchasing. I was assured by the office not to worry and if I decided on something that wasn't on the truck when someone arrived, they would make a run back to their office for the equipment and I'd still have same day installation. Matt provided great explanations regarding all of my options. He didn't make me feel at all like I was being rushed in any way or under any obligation to even make my decision that same day. Matt didn't try to oversell me and he just based everything on my family's needs. Two other technicians arrived as well and Matt stayed and saw the job to completion. Once the job was completed they left no trace of debris at all. Matt provided a nice summary of the work that was completed along with the information I needed to submit a rebate. Matt also informed me of what the expectations were for a future inspection that would be required. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend Sanders as providing top quality service and customer satisfaction. More businesses should have great client facing personnel such as Matt.
