They came out to do annual maintenance, but instead left me with an inoperable system, due to issues with the electrical switch that they claimed happened by "coincidence" while they were inspecting. They wouldn't make this right because they were more interested in selling me an expensive replacement (the most expensive of three subsequent quotes). Save yourself the money; their maintenance call is just an expensive replacement assessment. Plenty of people willing to do that for free.
