Randy K. came out on a Sunday for a routine check up of our plumbing. He found a major issue and quoted us a fair price. He put his heart into getting the problem resolved before the day was over and never made one comment about how difficult it seemed to be. He was patient and nice and explained everything he was doing. At the end the price quoted ended up being a bargain as he was here for hours and the price stayed the same. Thank you Randy!
