This is not my first time using this company. I used them last year when my Water Tank broke down unexpectedly. Great service! I saw a coupon for a toilet inspection and I called and made an appointment! I loved the way Sanders Home Service called me to let me know my plumber Mr. Randy K. was at my house and on time. Mr. Randy K., my plumber was very professional -- I loved the way he explained everything to me before he did the job. I will be using them again! LOVE THE GREAT SERVICE! Very dependable and reliable. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GOOD SERVICE! I will be recommending you to my friends!

We called Sanders about our smoke detector problem. And they came out a day later and Tim did a excellent job identifying the problem and was friendly and professional. Great experience and service. Highly recommend this company.

The top estimator , Mr Bill came out , took a crazy amount of time at my house. I was replacing some out dated equipment. A pretty good size job. I also gave him some alternate ideas, to work with , which he should have been able to come up with by himself, but no! In addition , he never shared the ideas with his office. So three weeks later, not a word and not an estimate from the omniscient wizard Mr Bill. Mr Bill hid when I called him. The office didn't know anything either. Three hours later some manager eventually called back and said excuse do your job, we are too busy, we are booked for two months.
Well, hopefully the owner is happy and living in the island, because he has a bunch od isiots flushing good business down the drain. Of course, they have no skin in the game or monthly bills.

I have nothing but great things to say about Randy. I had been dealing with a plumbing nightmare for 3 weeks. Randy came in explained the problem I was having and spent 2 days repairing my main sewer line. It was freezing today and Randy and his team finished the long 8 hour job. Jim was great. Came out quickly on a Saturday to diagnose and fix my leaking pipe in my basement. Explained the whole process to me, including options and his recommendations. Very professional and trust worthy. Will for sure use them again.

Jack H from Sanders arrived promptly for electrical work. He reviewed the situation, explained our options fully, helped us decideon a plan. He then gave us a truly fair estimate and began work. The job was completed quickly and perfectly. Jack went over his work with us, addressed our questions and did a thorough clean up. I could not be more pleased with the job; Jack is a great electrician and a truly fine young man. My wife and I will not hesitate to refer fiends and neighbors to him for any electrical work.

Service man Randy Kenny came out to my house to unclog our sewer line. He was prompt, on-time (called in advance of his arrival so I could meet him at the house) and professional in every way. I was pleased to see he wore Sanders-issued identification. He also used fiber optic equipment to "televise" the line after running the rooter equipment twice to show me the state of our sewer line, which might need some repairs in the near future. Now I can make an informed judgment about our needs. Kudos to Sanders Home Services, which always provides us with first-rate, professional service every time we call.

After 2 visits and still on going issues with my heat in the dead of winter Fiore Caporale from Sanders Home Services came out to my house. He diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved it timely. He's a good guy and easy to work with and should I have any other issues in the future I will be asking that he come service my heating and AC unit.

Randy did our inspection and our repairs. He was exceptionally professional and courteous, explained everything he was doing before and after.

I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing services or any other services being offered. So far I have used them for a rough estimate to install a gas line after having received a crazy estimate from another company. Joe P. came and wasted no time taking measurements and giving recommendations as to what materials would be best for the installation of the appliances. After doing his calculations, he gave me a fair and reasonable price which I was very happy with (unlike the original company that I had received a quote from). Joe was very personable and I will definitely be requesting him for services through Sanders Home Services.

I had a nightmare experience with a Home Depot installation and my kitchen sink plumbing was decimated. The installers were horribly rude, incompetent and ended up screaming at me before leaving me with an unusable sink and dishwasher. Home Depot, while are working with me to try to resolve the situation had no plumber to send. Desperate to get my kitchen back I called Sanders and explained the situation. and the fact that I would need a detailed receipt for the claim that I was filing with Home Depot, they were extremely polite,helpful and sympathetic they promised to have someone out the same day I called and they did..

Jim M. was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful and just what I needed for the situation I find myself in. I would highly recommend them for any of the services they perform.

Couldn t be more satisfied with the customer service from Sanders. I had a bad experience with my home warranty company that wanted me to wait a week for one of their contractors, I called Sanders and they were at my house the next morning. Their service call charge was less expensive than our warranty company and everyone we had contact with from Sanders could not have been nicer or more professional. I would recommend them to anyone in need of service and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Sanders and Nick were excellent all the way through from first call, through estimate/quote, and install. The request for a visit and estimate was responded to very promptly by Sanders. Nick was very knowledgible, friendly and thorough in his review and discussing my many options and inquiries. When I called Sanders to follow through with the purchase, they were equally friendly and thorough. Nick did the predominance of the work but had assistance with the heater delivery and install. He explained what was happening at various parts of the install process and then gave me the details of the install, settings, maintenance, and rebate. A great experience all around. thank you

Called Sanders Home Services for a heater checkup . Fiore was the tech assigned and wanted to pass on that he was knowledgeable and helped me understand my heating system. We just moved to the area and was not familiar with the system and humidifier. Fiore explained everything. He also provided me with pricing for a annual service plan and a new humidifer.

Terrible.
Dan Tursi came to replace a water heater as part of the PSE&G service. This was a replacement of 6 years old heater so nothing changed in the building code. Dan took advantage of the situation and instead of the expected $1,050 for installation he wanted to add thousands of dollars to the estimate for no good reason. stay away!

I enjoyed the work ethic and initiative of Mr. Murphy from Mr. Rooter plumbing of Sanders Home Services. What that could of been a disaster was averted when Mr. Murphy ran a snake to clear a clog between the upstairs and downstairs that was causing flooding on the bottom floor. If Mr. Murphy hadn't diagnosed the problem the upper floor might have flooded as well. He's really good! Prices for the company was reasonable.

$139 charge for after 4pm visit for an estimate. Not available til after 4pm. No thank you.

Fiore C. arrived promptly ON A SUNDAY MORNING to diagnose and repair a second floor A/C system and had stopped working the night before. He was able to easily diagnose and fix the problem. He educated me along the way and advised as to the cost.

If you need HVAC service you can't do better than Sanders and Fiore C.!

Overnight we had a sewage clog and Sanders Home Services responded immediately. Our Technician, Randy K. was at our house by 8am and was extremely helpful. He explained everything to me in "dummy" terms and even called my husband to explain what was wrong because I was afraid things would get lost in translation.
Randy assessed and fixed our problem within an hour and our house was back up and running. I'm so glad we called Sanders because they alway send out a technician who is an expert on the subject matter (we have called Sanders for AC problems and Heating Problems in the past).

The sewer line had backed up a couple times. After contacting some other companies, Randy K. promptly arrived the next morning to diagnose the issue with a video examination from the first floor bathroom to the street. I needed a cleanout tee installed at the street curb and jet cleanout of the entire line to remove scale and corrosion from the iron pipe. Randy K. wrote up a detailed and thorough estimate of the work to be done. This included a separate estimate to replace a tall 40 gallon hot water heater. Costs were reasonable and he offered to get most of the work done that day. I was so impressed with his knowledge that I immediately hired them. A whole crew from Sanders arrived within the hour with backhoe and hotwater heater, etc. They took care of getting permits and the location of underground pipes immediately! The cleanout was installed flush with the soil!! The hot water heater was installed by another plumber Geordan P. with new 4" venting (for code) and better copper and steel gas connections with shutoffs in a very restricted space. The copper connects were perfectly sweated. The gas line was perfectly aligned and new valve installed. Everything was in working condition by the end of the day. Randy K. and Joe H. completed the sewer line jetting the next morning. It took about 4 hours because of the condition of the line. I was able to inspect the progress with his video inspections to verify the line was completely cleared. These techinicians are very professional and left the home in very clean condition.

Sanders not only supplied quality work, but they came out in the middle of a snow storm. Rich was very professional, confident, and informative. He took his time assessing our pipe leak issue and even needed to cut through our wood flooring. He did such a clean job with the flooring that the planks could be placed right back in place. Which now in the future we can just lift the planks for access and not cut through the floor again. The prices were fair given the work he had to do. Highly recommend!

They are extremely professional in every way. Bill came out and was very thorough with his estimation on the work to be completed. The pricing was also very accommodating. I would recommend Sanders Home Service to anyone looking for good old fashioned home services.

I called in the AM and Randy K arrived before 4:30 PM the same day. He was polite and informative. He was able to replace the main shut off valve to the house with a new ball valve and completed the work by 6:30 PM. He also provide a detailed estimate for doing various other plumbing work that we may want done in the near future. I also like that Sanders called an hour prior to his arrival to let us know about when he would be at the house.

This morning Matt S. arrived at my house within a short time after I requested the company to review the plumbing problem we are experiencing. It was not a problem at all to send someone out today again, as after the evaluation yesterday, which was excellent service by the way (Jim M.), it occurred we may have forgotten to address one issue.
Before doing some major work, it was important to get all the answers possible, in order to focus on the true trouble spot. Matt was very patient and professional explaining plumbing 101 to me and left a detailed report and estimates for various possibilities, which is very helpful in order to make the right decisions.
For 20 years now we have an excellent experience with the service and technology Sanders Home Services provides us. Definitely to be recommended!

This company tried to upsell my disabled parents by $5000. They tried to sell them a new furnace when all they needed was a part that only cost $149 to get their heat on. Luckily their credit was denied so that they could call another company to get a second opinion. My mom is wheelchair bound and blind - not cool to take advantage of elderly people who live off of disability. Beware of this company.

Jim M was awesome as always! We request him for our plumbing issues and this time it was just for our plumbing inspection as part of our service plan. He answers all our questions and takes the time to show us what we should be looking for if any issues may come up. We trust the services of Sanders Home Services for all our needs be it heating, ac, plumbing or electrical. They will never disappoint!

Our sewer backed up on Christmas Eve at 6:30PM with over 50 guests arriving. I called Sanders and Pat was very encouraging and supportive. She said that Randy would be coming to handle our problem. Pat called me back within the hour to let me know that Randy was on his way. Randy was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly so that we could enjoy our holiday party. Randy came back on Tuesday to complete the project. He was wonderful. He explained the cause of the issue and what we need to do going forward. We would definitely use Sanders and request Randy in the future.

They were here on time performed schedules maintenance on HVAC system. Always helpful, pleasant, and courteous. Took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Sanders to all homeowners for their hvac needs.

We've used Sanders Home services over the course of 3 different homes and they've always been wonderful! However this time, even more so....we just moved into a 60 year old home and low and behold we need a new sewer pipe. Randy was amazing in diagnosing the problem and then brought a stellar crew of Rich, Joe, Seth, Nick and Adam the very next day to replace the pipe. They even saved my brand new landscaping !! Can't say enough wonderful things about Sanders, from the initial phone call to the finished product...professionals at their best!

Randy came over today, because my hot water heater stopped working. We knew it was ancient and were prepared for a lot of work to be completed. We received a quote from another company that was 3x what Randy quoted us at. Randy explained everything in detail and gave us options. He was able to do the work the same day (as we have not had hot water in five days). He was professional, respectful, and communicated clearly with us. He understood our concerns and explained everything. I could not be more thankful for him! Thank you SO MUCH for your help, Randy!

Let me begin by saying that we had them replace the heater in our former house and they did a great job. That's why they were my pick to help us with a problem in the new house. In summary He was here 15 minutes, half of which was filling out the bill, told me they don't do duct work, turned the ac off and on, charged me $150 and left.
Our problem is a little more difficult and subtle to troubleshoot, but I had confidence that they could handle it. We are getting a smell from our crawlspace when the ac runs. Not mold, I had the crawlspace encapsulated so the smell is more, chemical. The tech even commented the he smelled paint. This as he was walking away while I was trying to explain the problem. I was talking to the back of his head.
When I called for service I found it strange that they did not ask me what was the problem. This would have saved us both time and me a $150 change along with a day of work since this is a ductwork problem and is not what they do.
With my main reason for my call out of their scope I figured I'd have him take a look at the heater and ac since we just bought the house and it is recommended in the home inspection. The home inspector, Not a HVAC guy! was much more thorough. The Sanders tech looked externally at the heater-heat exchange and cycled the ac off and on.
So they got $150 from us for doing nothing. They actually missed out on thousands since we are considering replacing the current aging heater. Never got around to discussing replacing. He was too preoccupied with billing and leaving.

A Plus for Randy K.on correcting my plumbing problem.He was right on time assessed the problem explained what was necessary to correct in terms I could follow and was professional the whole time.Should I need future service I will request Randy.

Sanders replaced a furnace and a hot water heater. They also insulated the attic, ran new duct work, and sealed all air leaks in accordance with NJ's Energy Savings Program. As part of the program, I was able to deduct a $4000 rebate from the total cost and finance at 0% for 7 years.

The work they did was outstanding. It looks much better than I had hoped. When the city inspector came out, he commented on the workmanship and quality. I would definitely recommend Sanders.

Mike, Ray and Chris were the most professional electricians we have ever encountered. They were super efficient, took great care to cover our carpets, were friendly to our golden retriever and, entertaining. Mike, who was the one who was upgrading our electric panel, is a part time DJ and when I told him I was going to my 50th HS reunion next month, he played music from the '60s while he worked. I had so much fun. The work they did was outstanding and they left everything cleaner than it was. I would highly recommend them,
