Called Sanders to repair leaking shower drain.

The good - Max arrived on time as promised and cleaned up after the repair. Instead of just replacing the gasket, Max recommended that he remove drain pipe and install a new drain. I'm not sure it was absolutely necessary, but it was the only way Sanders would warranty the work.

The bad -very expensive, approximately $450 for 3 hours. Wife also inquired about replacing our toilets and was quoted $800 each or $300 to install if I buy the toilet!

Verdict - Job will be done right the first time, but I'll be installing the toilets.
