This place is terrible. I bought a 2015 jeep renegade and they won't even help me out after the purchase. Service never picks up the phone and parts hangs up when they pick up the phone. Plus they just say "service". Such low class dealership. Go somewhere else

Took my Dodge Dart in for an issue that was under warranty. I authorized Tim in service to top off the brake fluid and replace spark plugs. When my husband picked up our car he saw we had been charged 800$ more than I had authorized, for services including clearing the brake lines, etc! We feel ripped off and cheated, especially considering the issue we came in for was completely covered under the warranty.

Update: One year later and the transmission issue that we came in to fix under warranty has happened again. It seems they didn t fix the issue that we came in for in the first place. Unbelievable.

Horrible customer service! I inquired about a Wrangler a couple weeks ago and was promptly contacted back (good so far). When I had specific questions about the vehicle a) not only did I not receive answers but b) Alin never contacted me again. Too much work I guess? Anyway, I received another email from someone else and again explained I had some specific questions...again no return contact. Now a third person called me to see if I got the info I wanted. What a joke. There are plenty of other Jeep dealerships in town.

THE WORST!!!!!! Does anyone really work over there? No one answers the phone. No one can answer questions. Then they send you to the Service manager and you have to leave a message. REALLY!! Then no return call. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

People are friendly and courteous but our problems have yet to be resolved after a year. The XM radio fades in and out, it's very annoying and all we keep getting told is that a memo is coming out about that. Maybe they should borrow some XM satellite eyes from Hyundai because I've owned 3 Elantras, all with XM and never a problem, even when driving in the middle of noplace.

Very rude. Service was horrible. I had to take my new Jeep to a different dealership to find the problem. When it came time to trade my lemon in I went somewhere else and Sahara is refusing to help with getting my extended warranty back. They transfer me around in circles and to the voicemail of anyone other than the manager I asked to talk to.

They will say anything to convince you to buy additional warranty even if it is a false promise. It was partly my fault not to scrutinize the paperwork prior to signing the documents, but what did I know, I had to learn in a hard way. I paid for a service warranty that doesn't exist. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere, avoid buying extra scam warranty, or read every page prior to considering such useless warranty. By the way, they treat you good initially, but expect the worst service after the transaction is fully complete.

Sahara Las Vegas Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is the place to go if you are in the market for a vehicle. I met with Yves Vital and was beyond amazed at how kind and friendly he was throughout the process of looking at vehicles. I was surprised to learn that the sales staff here did not work off of commission, but off of ratings of their service. I feel that this led to a more friendly and caring atmosphere here at Sahara.

Upon arriving Yves Vital already had a handful of clean and affordable cars in mind for me to look at and test drive, all of which were exactly what I was in the market for, and did not pressure me to buy out of my price range or try to up-sell me on anything. After test-driving a vehicle, Yves brought me inside and quickly explained the dealership's mission statement and concept of non-commissioned sales staff, then asked if I would like a quote on the car I test-drove followed by a rundown of the purchase process if I were to go through with that vehicle.

Overall, I greatly enjoyed my time spent with Yves Vital as I felt like I not only looked at some clean and greatly priced vehicles, but I made a friend in the process. Yves made sure I knew he was available day and night for any questions or purchases, and that I would always be welcomed back.

My advice: If you are in the market for a vehicle, stop by Sahara Las Vegas Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and ask for Yves Vital!!

I took my Jeep Renagate for oil change and fix the broken weather striping on September 4th and today is Sep. 9th and I still don't have my car I guess they do this so you take the car back and they dance on fixing it under warranty, what a f...ed up policy but in 5 years that I known them I am not surprised.

I came here to service my Jeep. The staff was so good that I came back when my lease ended. The sales and financing team was exceptional. I received an excellent value and a fantastic new car. This is the only place to come for Jeep sales and service.

My experience with Sahara Chrysler Jeep was a great one. The sales men and women were professionals. Throughout my entire time there they were courteous and did everything in there power to make sure me and my life partner was comfortable. And I was in and out in record time.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone if they want a good experience in car buying.

GOT A FLYER IN THE MAIL TO TRADE CAR IN TO LOWER PAYMENTS ON NEW CAR,AND GET 25 DOLLAR VISA CARD JUST FOR COMING IN..OK THEY DIDN'T TRY TO LOWER MY PAYMENTS, YES MY CREDIT IS POOR ,BUT WAS TOLD WE WILL WORK WITH YOU.NOPE THEY DIDNT,BUT THE SALESMAN TRIED TO SHAME ME CAUSE I'VE BEEN LATE ON MY PAYMENTS. .NOW IN REALLY UPSET,DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEN ON OF THE MANAGERS, SHOWS ME THE ENVELOPE, I SAY WHAT IS THAT,HE SAYS IT'S YOUR 25 DOLLAR VISA CARD,WHEN YOU GO HOME AND GET THE FLYER YOU CAN HAVE THE CARD. .TO ME THIS WAS AN INSULT. .SO MY RATING OF YOU GUYS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you are a minority please do NOT take your car ...

If you are a minority please do NOT take your car to this place for service. I brought my car in for service twice to this location and each time I was sent out of there as if I stole something w/o service. I had an appointment this morning for 7:30 AM I was there at 7:15 AM the gentleman told me there were 30 cars ahead of me and they may not get to my car today it may be tomorrow. I stressed I have an appointment so that should secure a spot for someone to look at my car.

When that did not discourage me to leave he asked what was I in for I said for someone to look at my air conditioning as it was spotty sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn t. He asked if my air-conditioning is working now I said yes he said he didn t want to take the car back and it worked it will be a complete waste of time. I stressed sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn t. I wanted to get to the root of the problem why it was spotty. When that did not discourage me he said it would cost $150 for them to look at it if they found something they would go towards the cost of maintenance if not I would be out of $150. I would not mind paying $150 to repair the air-conditioning but to just see if there s a problem when I know there s a problem I had a problem with that amount of money just to do an analysis.

Like I said this is the second time I ve been to this place and no service each time I was encouraged to leave. I will never ever go back to this place they do not want to work on my car I don t think they believe I can pay for it I would not go to a dealership to get my car serviced without the ability to pay..This is the way I have felt for both times I ve been to this place.

It is very insulting to feel like we have 30 cars ahead of you we can t get to you even though you have an appointment and you probably won t be able to pay it so goodbye.

0 star would be best for them .Their service center need to learn time management. it took 4 days just for diagnostics(vehicle being in warranty)and not even done.
After calling again and again nobody did anything on the vehicle in 4 days it was just sitting there and at last I had to refuse not to get it done from them. Bought in a clean vehicle making it sit there for 4 days this is what to get back. Dont waste your time going there.

Dropped my Jeep off at 7am for a bad clockspring (hour job) it sat there till the afternoon when I called and first was told we have the part, then we do not have the part. It was there overnight and I had to call the next day to try to get the ball rolling was finally done at 12pm. Very bad!

I bought a Chrysler 300 that I absolutely love. Deanna Meschon went the extra mile to help me get financed, even with my so-so credit. She was very patient, and never stopped trying to find the best possible deal for me. I visited several dealerships before finally choosing Sahara Dodge, and I'm happy I did! The customer service was exceptional! Kudos to Connie in finance as well.

Don't buy if you're out of state. Almost 2 months later and no plates. Pulling teeth to get additional 15 day temp tags (which are now expired for the 3rd time). Don't answer the phone or return calls or texts. Of course before we bought the truck they were answering calls all day long. Once they made the sale they act like we're dead. Dodge corporate is useless too. They don't do anything about this representation of their brand. Will never buy a Dodge again and will never ever buy a car from here and I'd advise you don't either unless you want the stress of driving on expired temp tags and waiting forever for plates.

I have been to both Desert 215 and Sahara Chrysler. I was expecting the usual cold and lengthy process to purchase a vehicle. I was, however, pleasantly surprised by the courteous and professional manner in which my purchase was handled. On both visits, the staff was attentive without being overbearing. I received a nice tour of the service department to get me acclimated to that experience as well. The finance process was handled quickly without the usual high pressure to purchase something I don't need or want. Very well done. I will be recommending both stores and their staff as well as making a return visit the next time I purchase a vehicle.

I will be getting my car checked out & found out that appt has not made any difference in the time it takes to get in service. Just to check out the car costs $165.00,so I will try to look at other options for the repair.
I will state that after my original rating of 1 star Diane addressed my concerns with a follow-up question on my rating . This in itself proves that they are fiercely concerned about their customers being satisfied.

I actually was pleasantly surprised with the service attention to detail and courtesy they provided. I had visited a previous dealership who actually seemed uninterested in my business. Upon arriving to my appointment I was greeted by Yves and he was superb. He was understanding, helpful, respectful and extremely professional. I also met Fritz and he as well was amazing. Yves took the pressure of everything. Extremely grateful and happy with the service also can t forget Brian in the Finance department, he as well was awesome. Thank you guys! Extremely happy with my new car, can t thank you guys enough! Will definitely come back in for a trade in.

We have a ram pro master that we had serviced at this dealership that had a major motor repair due to high mileage travels. We appreciated their thoroughness and their efforts to do an excellent job on our vehicles and over all we had a very good experience with them. If there was an improvement I would say it would be to keep your customers in the loop a little more quickly. We do feel they did an excellent job on the repairs and that The mechanic went above and beyond in being thorough. And we greatly appreciated that or we could be broken down again! We were pleased with the service we received and again, and overall very good experience. Thank you to Bob the service manager for taking such good care of us!

I do believe in Miracles after visiting Sahara Dodge in Las Vegas. I don't have the best credit and I've worked very hard to get myself into a new vehicle. I decided to give it a shot & go in & see if I was able to get a new car. Low & Behold I got my new 2016 Charger Fully Loaded. I feel like a new woman driving now. I got everything I wanted plus I got a great payment that I can afford. My kids love our new car. We even got the sunroof;-) Thank you for all your help Davion Pearson. You took the time to sit down and understand what I was looking for and you made sure I got my car.

I bought a fully loaded 2017 cherokee trailhawk ($41k). I loved my trailhawk but I noticed a couple issues 1st the doors would squeak and creak whenever I would start moving or stop the second thing was a wheel bearing was squealing at low speeds so I brought it to their aervice department to have it repaired and this is where my and many other peoples nightmare begun. I brought it in a few months after owning it and it spent a total of 5+ weeks in the dealership in the first year with them putting hundreds of miles on my new vehicle for 'testing'. I pointed out the wheel bearing and they confirmed that it was a squealing noise coming from the back but tried to convince me that it was the brakes to which I pointed out that applying the brakes doesn't change the noise so... They replaced the rear brakes which didn't fix the problem and shortly after my rear brakes seized up. They then said it was the axle so they replaced the left rear axle (which didn't fix the problem)...Then, the left rear axle came apart while I was driving down the road a day or two later with a loud bang and a jolt to the vehicle. They then proceeded to tighten all bolts under my vehicle and stripped some out which was pointed out on a later visit to fix the problems they caused. A mechanic took his time to come out to the waiting room and asked 'who has been working on your vehicle? Why wife replied 'why?' He said 'it is a mess under their with stripped bolts and tool marks from using the wrong tools'. She then told him that this dealership was the only one that ever touched the vehicle. He was amazed and let us take pictures while it was on the lift while he pointed out the things he was talking about. Now my alignment started going out with vibrating on the highway which they fixed and 3 months later the issue came back so they fixed it again and decided to spray paint the bolts to see if they are moving so they told me to come back in a month which I did and they said it passedbthe alignment test and gave me the service papers saying it passed. I knew it didn't so I requested the test results from the alignment machine which they reluctantly gave me and it said failed on the paper. The mechanic them came out and said ' sorry but we didn't have time to put it on the machine to adjust it only time to test it. I said that's fine but you dont have to lie to me and give me documents saying that it passed when it failed. I still have the contradicting papers too. I brought it back and told them that it is vibrating at highway speeds and they said that they road tested the vehicle and it was fine at highway speeds. The only problem is that theee is no highway within 2 or 3 miles and the odometer in and odometer out mileage showed that they only drove the vehicle 1 mile total. They then told me to make an appointment which Indid for 3 weeks later and my wife left work early to drop it off which she did at 10 am and I went to pick it up at 4 pm when I got off work. I went there and theybtold me that they did not have time to fix it so they wanted me to leave it there overnight I pointed out that I made an appointment and my wife needs a car they didn't proceeded to tell me that I could rent one and I calmly pointed out that this vehicle is here because these mechanics messed it up and I should not have to pay for a rental vehicle for damage that was caused by this dealership. I spoke to the new manager which acted arrogant and belligerent saying that now I have to pay for the alignment too. I told him that I had a letter from corporate which tells them to check the alignment and about the issues but he did not care he was telling me it won't be covered under warranty even though my vehicle at this point has 16,500 miles. At this point I just gave up and I contacted corporate and have been talking to attorneys around the city to file a lawsuit against this dealership because my $41k car was not a lemon originally this dealerships unqualified mechanics turned it into one. they found that the original problem was a wheel bearing

I purchased a Wrangler here and have brought it ba...

I purchased a Wrangler here and have brought it back for regular service over the last few years. Buying a vehicle was pretty straightforward and the price was close to what was expected. However, after settling on a cash purchase price for the Wrangler and drawing up the paperwork, they added a $500 "documentation fee" that they said was required and could not be removed from the invoice. Obviously it's just extra money to pad their margins - for $500 they could have bought a new printer and still had money to pay someone $20 an hour to type my name repeatedly for 10 hours straight. Just be aware that they'll do this without telling you until the end, and factor it into the expected cost.

I've been bringing the Wrangler here for regular service as well. All of my oil changes have taken between 2-3 hours so make sure to set aside some time for any work. Even though it's slow, I figure they know more about doing the work than the Quicklube type oil change places so I put up with it.

All in all, it's pretty much exactly what you'd expect from an auto dealer - nothing terrible, nothing great. Staff is friendly and there's a TV in the service waiting area.

If you built a car dealership to model the worst possible after-sale customer experience, Sahara CJDR in 'Vegas would be it! Going on 5 months to get promised minor part (a jack handle!) & STILL don't have promised $36.xx reimbursement check for my replacement of critical item (locked lug nut key) missing in "Jeep-Certified Used" they sold going out of State!

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with this Sahara Dodge dealership and their service department. About 3 years ago we purchased a Dodge Durango from them. As a part of sale they installed a tow package and electronic brake controller. This took them several days despite the fact we were told 1 day. No big deal. After taking the car home we notice there was squeak coming from under dashboard in general area where brake controller was installed. We returned with car to have them fix. They acknowledged squeak and claimed to have fixed. Once again I brought the car home after them having car for several days. Sill squeaked. We tried once more and gave up. Fast forward till today. Brought car in for recall and asked them to check history and please fix squeak. They acknowledged squeak and history of problem and cause. Again 1 day quoted process turned into 4 days. Did they fix it? No they did however tell me that for $1200.00 they could. After griping to manager I was told there was very high staff turnover in staff and they are not responsible for previous work. Then they proceeded to use a tactic that I have come to realize they employ. Knowing that our complaint was valid the manager said can you give us one more day to troubleshoot . This grows into days and days and like most people I eventually need my car. So through using attrition they effectively circumvent their responsibility.
I might also add that manager suggested that I complain directly to Chrysler to see if they would pay for repair and he would back me up. I replied why I would complain to Chrysler when I bought the car squeak free. Only after this service department was paid to install something did it squeak. Unwilling to participate in his attempt to redirect blame he responded with Can you give us one more day?
As a dealership I would say they are average and what you would typically expect. The service department however is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any auto service in the 46 years of my life. If anyone from Dodge is reading this you must know that we drive this car every day. Every day we are subjected to a squeak that faithfully reminds us of the poor choice we made in choosing this dealership and quite honestly poisons the possibility of buying a Dodge in the future.

Bought a $48k Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon edition TWO MONTHS AGO, and they still haven't sent me the registration/plates. Can't get them to stay on top of mailing me new two week temporary registrations so that I can legally drive it in the meantime. I call them at least once a week and it's always "we're working on it"...and then I have to call them again to check in. They have yet to call me even once in the two months since I bought the Jeep, and have neglected to return phone calls a couple times. As of now, I have a $48k vehicle (my only vehicle) that I can't legally drive. Oh, and I'm traveling the country in the Jeep for a few months, so yeah...not good. Been pulled over once already, luckily that was prior to my temp tag expiring.

This is extremely frustrating. I was ready to give a glowing 5 star review because the process of buying the Jeep was great, and everyone was very friendly. But if I can't legally drive it, then it's just a depreciating asset that I pay for but can't use.

Closest to an actual no hassle price that I have encountered. Started with a fair price and barely had to negotiate to finalize the other costs and valuations. Trade-in value wasn't what was quoted by their online estimator, but they were willing to negotiate in other areas to at least make me feel like the final price worked out to the same net difference. They also put in the extra effort to help with a complex multi-state military registration/tax process. Overall a relatively painless experience as far as dealers go.

I was traveling across the country when our Ram threw up a trouble code which then disappeared just as quickly. With 2000+ miles away from home, I needed to be certain I would not be stranded, and called Sahara Dodge which was closest to my location. After explaining my perdicament, the lady told me she would take it to a service advisor and they would call me. Cameron promptly called me back, despite it being the end of the day. He took the issue to Joe the technician. I then received another call back with a very detailed explanation of what they felt happened. Cameron then offered for me to stop in if I would like to get it checked. I arrived the next day on Cameron's offer. He quickly took our truck in yo Joe, who quickly checked it out and assured me that all was good. Joe said, "I understand that it helps to have peace of mind knowing the long trip ahead." I appreciated that. They had me wrapped up and even threw in a car wash! I told Cameron and Joe that I wish they were our service guys back in Ohio! This might have been the BEST customer experience I have ever had at a dealership. Thank you Cameron and Joe!

One of the worst service departments I've been to...multiple times now.
I go today for the EXPRESS lane for an oil change after I had called up and they said no problem, then I get there for them to tell me you might want to drop it off, it's going to be 2 hours...that's NOT express!
I've never had a positive experience here and this was the last straw.

*****DO NOT BUY A PRE OWNED CERTIFIED VEHICLE FROM THIS GROUP*****
Adam took his truck which is a certified pre owned RAM 1500 to this dealer on August 17th and they still have yet to diagnose the issue of a slippage in the propeller shaft and the fact that they wanted to charge him 1200 dollars to replace a cruise control that had been previously marked as inspected and certified. They backed off of wanting to charge the 1200 on the cruise only after he gave up a repair in the body of the tailgait that he negotiated in the sale. Now they say the reason all of this has taken so long is because they have 1 transmission technician for 2 dealer locations. Guess what my response is. Not my problem. Your staffing issues are not my issue. You provide a service. If you anticipate delays, then tell the customer up front on what their expectations can be. This was not expected, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. He purchased this vehicle on July 17th from this dealership.

Great place to purchase, Bryson was my salesperson, he was personable, no pressure what so ever, I saw what i was in the market for on their website, i emailed the dealer and then conversed with Bryson, once I came to the dealership the truck was parked in front, washed and ready to test ride, the truck was exactly what i wanted, i traded my 2014 Ram 1500 with the V6 engine for a 2018 Ram 1500 with the Hemi 5.7, same exact looking trucks, short box standard cab in white, did not want any other color except white and after driving the truck for over 700 miles I am averaging around 24 mpg driving from Pahrump to Vegas everyday, almost the same mpg the V6 was giving me. I now have a Hemi and am getting great gas mileage and can't be happier with the purchase. I highly recommend buying from this dealer and remember to ask for Bryson he is a great guy to buy from.

This is by far the worst place you could ever buy ...

This is by far the worst place you could ever buy a car from. When they want to get you in a car they will be polite but don't let anything happen to the car. First of all when I purchased the car after being half way in the other side of Las Vegas they call me and tell me to bring the car back because they sold me the wrong car and my car should had less features and more miles. I told them they could take it back because after sitting there for 5 hrs I wanted the car I drive off of the lot with. the car could be mine but I was a $2000 difference. Yea right that's not the paper work I signed. The sales manager comes over and agrees to sell me the car for the price I was quoted. Keep in mind that price included a $1300 warranty. So as I'm am going through the paper work to sign new documents the guy says "everything is pretty much the same" wait a minute ! Pretty much?! Well yea you don't get the warranty. If I wouldn't have asked they would have skipped over that part. Pretty much after wanting to walk out with nothing and never dal with them again we agreed I WOULD ONLY KEEP THE CAR WITH HE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT. If that's not enough both of my headlights went out on Christmas Eve BOTH of them while I was driving! Almost got into an accident by a car who didn't see me. Thinking they would right there wrongs the guy say yea come give to he dealership. Please keep in mind when I spoke with the guy i regards to the warranty he stated that EVERYTHING would be covered for two years or 2000 miles. So after driving 30 minutes to the dealership after the sun is going down the man tells me it will be $200. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I've barely had this car a month and I have my niece and baby sister in the car and your going to charge me $200 to fix these lights. THE WORST PLACE TO BIY A CAR EVER!!!!! I should have read the reviews before I bought my car. Lesson learned. I'm so frustrated and STILL without working headlights. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! If you notice they only respond to people who give them good reviews hahahaha what a joke never mind almost getting into an accident behind a car they sold me!!!!!!! I'm pissed and my first car buying experience has been ruined !!!!!!!!

*****just an update whoever responded to my review claiming that's not how they do business, I sent her an email...do you think she responded. HECK NO!!!!! *****

I wish I could give it no stars! This place is the worst! I have a 2016 Challenger and just recently started having problems with it. I took it in because my car would not shut off or recognize the gears. First they wouldn t even return my phone calls for days and I had no idea of what was going on with my vehicle. Then when they finally returned my phone calls and said the car was ready I went to pick it up and the explanation they gave me was that the battery needed to be replaced. I told them I don t think it was a battery issue but they insisted. Nevertheless I took my car home and without a doubt it happened again. This time I asked if they had loaner vehicles and they said yes. I rented my own vehicle the last time because they didn t even offer me a vehicle. I took an Lyft to get to the dealership to pick up the rental and when I get there the guy next to me offered a person having their car worked on a ride to the dealership. Gabriel who was the person assigned to help me never offered this to me and when I said I didn t know that you offered that service he laughed and said oh I didn t tell you, yeah we do. Finally he calls me says we looked a little further on your vehicle and the transmission needs to get replace. Mind you this car has 20k miles and it already needs a new transmission! I asked what happened and I got no explanations. I just got my car back and I hope it is fixed properly this time. I know that the issues with the car is not their fault but the lack of customer service is! By far the worst experience I have ever had! Never buying here again!

So often, car salesmen push and pressure consumers simply to make a sale. Not the case here, my Salesman, Raphael, put in the extra time and effort to ensure I got just the right vehicle that I would both want and love; I didn t have to settle or miss out on all the features I wanted.
Tad and Mike in Finance made the paperwork process fun and enjoyable; let s face it, most car buyers can t say that.
I worked with a great group of guys buying my vehicle and highly recommend them.
Kudos to Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for making this one of the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experiences.

If You Work Hard for your money...Used Car Buyers Caution!!! Bought a Mini Cooper. Drove it off the lot, it had a chip in the windshield that they inspected said was fine, inspection certificate...spidered the night I drove it off the lot. I called them the next morning and they said they would fix it. I drove back, they inspected it, said they would order the window. I went back 1 week later and the Service Department said the window was on order and would be in Friday. Today is Tuesday and I called them to schedule the install and he said he was told to tell me they aren't covering it...AND!!! They haven't even ordered the window AND they don't even replace windows they out source that!!!??? Their warranty and word is worthless.

My review is strictly regarding the service department. I brought my Dodge Charger to this location back in April to service A/C issues, which were temporarily fixed at that time. Brought the car back a month later for an extra part that needed to be ordered/installed. A/C unit still working okay at this point. During both visits, Robert was the service advisor assisting me.

A month ago (early August) I brought the car back for a vehicle recall issue unrelated to the A/C. However while there, I saw Robert again when I pulled in, and he asked if we were simply going to fix the recall issue and if everything else in the vehicle was working. I told him then and there that I noticed that the A/C vents on the driver side were blowing noticeably cooler air than the other vents. He shrugged it off and said, "Oh that's pretty normal." As a result, they only serviced the recall issue.

Within a few more weeks, the A/C performance had gradually gotten worse to the point that the vents would only blow cool air if it was early morning when it wasn't too hot out yet, but the rest of the time they were simply blowing warm or hot air. I called multiple dealerships (including this one) to see how soon I could have my vehicle serviced again, but they were all were busy and the Chapman location was the only one that could service me remotely soon.

Once I realized that, I called Service Manager Robert directly to see if he could help by taking my car in earlier, particularly given the fact that this issue should had been fixed months earlier, AND I warned him about the issue weeks before, during the recall service visit. Rather than taking responsibility for the problem, he basically just told me "Sorry, there's nothing I can do, and the earliest time the dealership could take the vehicle would be mid September."

Anyone who knows Las Vegas knows it is torture to drive here in the summer without working A/C. And while that is bad enough, the worst part is I use my vehicle to drive for Uber. However I had to stop driving because, due to the temperature, the car was becoming very uncomfortable for clients. By the time Chapman was able to take my vehicle and fix the issue, I had missed out on 2 weeks of Ubering (including Labor Day weekend), which means, conservatively, I missed out on about $800. So I want to thank the people of the Chapman location for doing what they could as soon as they could, but NO THANKS to this location for not taking ownership of the problem they were supposed to fix months earlier, and costing me a good amount of money in the process.

Not like other dealerships. They take care of you cuz they dont make commission. Taha was great. He put me in a 2018 jeep renegade and I LOVE it. Jason the manager on duty made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Casey was the finance guy, super cool down to earth. Had a great experience I'd give another star if i could... thanks again guys.

I bought 2 cars from this dealership but it is a horrible experience every time I am in there. From the purchase of my Jeep Liberty to service to the parts counter has been an absolute nightmare. I bought a part, they had to order it. A few months went by and I never heard anything. Come to find out the part was cancelled but I was never notified nor refunded for the cancellation. I dread going in there, I dread calling. I will going to a different dealership from now on. I love my Jeep and the Nissan we bought there but your customer service is horrible.

My wife and I purchased a Dodge truck 1500 4 cab. We are extremely happy with our 2013 Dodge truck. Our sales professional was Bryan Slaughter. He was very professional and made us both fell comfortable while buying the truck. He was not pushy and answered all questions we had concerning the purchase. We would highly recommend to anyone to buy from Sahara Las Vegas Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Thank you Bryan!

Harvey was super nice and made me feel very confident about buying the 2016 new Jeep Patriot. I dealt with David in finance, he was a better finance employee to me than when I bought the Chrysler 200. I also dealt with Dawn who was very nice as well as Michelle the delivery specialist who helped me with all the features in the new Jeep. She was very sweet took the time to go over everything.
