I purchased a Wrangler here and have brought it back for regular service over the last few years. Buying a vehicle was pretty straightforward and the price was close to what was expected. However, after settling on a cash purchase price for the Wrangler and drawing up the paperwork, they added a $500 "documentation fee" that they said was required and could not be removed from the invoice. Obviously it's just extra money to pad their margins - for $500 they could have bought a new printer and still had money to pay someone $20 an hour to type my name repeatedly for 10 hours straight. Just be aware that they'll do this without telling you until the end, and factor it into the expected cost.

I've been bringing the Wrangler here for regular service as well. All of my oil changes have taken between 2-3 hours so make sure to set aside some time for any work. Even though it's slow, I figure they know more about doing the work than the Quicklube type oil change places so I put up with it.

All in all, it's pretty much exactly what you'd expect from an auto dealer - nothing terrible, nothing great. Staff is friendly and there's a TV in the service waiting area.
