Their service department needs to be TRAINED ON SERVICE! Dont assume everyone is knowledgable to your policies. Also that everyone knows about diagnostics, repairs, etc. When you request and discuss not to deal with a certain service advisor with the "Director of Service", make sure that you follow through on this. Service was so bad, I'm going back to Toyota. Received a response to contact their customer service manager , she was part of the problem.
The worst experience I ever had when dealing with financing people pretty good customer service but when they got you as a customer the worst experience buyer beware specially when dealing with a guy name Casey in finance you will recognize him real quick he is a obese guy gave me the run around for a month for something that I need it urgent when I went to see him he actually kick me out of his office because I told him he was lazy and acted like a kid and kick me out of the office and said he was the manager and there was no one else to help in the issue that he supposed to do a month early please if you reading this don t do business here you will regretted if you need any help after you bought a car they fire people left and right so the customer end up paying for it

I love coming here. I use to go to the centennial shop. But their service is just trash. Wait all day for a simple oil change. So my last 2 services I've come here. Today for oil, last month for brake work. Both times great service. And today they even BBQd for everyone. Which was cool. Great service dont change!

A few weeks ago I brought my Honda Ridgeline in to Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a wash/detail. Mr. Fritz Vital greeted me on the lot and was extremely courteous and helpful in coordinating the service. I was very pleased with the result; my car felt practically new!
I would highly recommend this dealership for future services and/or purchase of new/used cars based on my encounter with Mr. Vital.
The only people I will deal with are the parts people everyone else is rude and obnoxious. I also will never buy a car from them after seeing how they treat their customers. They need to close that business.

I was looking for a car, not quite ready to buy a vehicle but I'm looking at different vehicles. They took the time to get to know me and point me in the direction that I needed to go. They showed me several vehicles and there was no pressure to purchase them after we were done. When I finally make up my mind and buy a vehicle it will most likely be from Sahara Chrysler Jeep and Dodge.
This dealership is a joke!!! They lie, cheat and steal. We were charged for a service contract that we never asked for or agreed to AND never signed!! Then was told we couldnt cancel it!! I will NEVER do business with these CROOKS again.

Called to talk to someone in the service department and I was transferred 4 times then I got a voicemail that had nothing to do with the service department. So I hung up and tried 3 more times and got the same result.
When you go into this dealership, they have a whole presentation on what makes them different. Don't believe it for a minute. They will make a deal with you, then, for no explainable reason, be unable to honor their word. My salesperson, Spencer, was a great guy, but the sales managers would be hard pressed to manage a yard sale, let alone an automotive dealership. Sadly, this seems to be typical of all the Dodge dealers in Las Vegas. And this was a cash deal. I cant imagine the fiasco it would be here if you were financing. Purchased a Ford at Team Ford here in Vegas with absolutely no hassles, in 1/4 the time spent hassling with these clowns.
Was told a car was available and would be getting a call back within an hour to go over final numbers. Called back and was told that the car had been sold 3 days ago. Complete waste of time!

Service people were okay in Friendly in my truck got fixed. A week and a half later check engine light came on in the same problem was going on. They told me you needed more repairs I said no fix what was working last week they said no I got loud they got loud finally got a refund but they kicked me out of the store that I'm never going to go back to again oh my God so sad! They're nice when they're taking your money but once the repairs go bad they want to take more money and get mean.
Brought my Ram 1500 for service. Advisor called two weeks later saying the engine needed to be replaced and it would cost me $12K for everything, and that it's not covered under the power train warranty. Told him that I bought the extended warranty. He called me back two weeks later again and said I only had to pay for the deductible. When I went to pick up the truck I asked another guy how much it would've cost me if I didn't have the extended warranty, and he said $4K. I asked myself "$8K disparity??!!!?" And they didn't even run the truck through the wash!! Is this how they treat all customers that purchase extended warranty??!!
I like this place and the staff is friendly. The management over there seems fair and friendly it depends on how much you want to spend and depends what you're looking but overall I like the dealership in general

So the service department continues to struggle with clear communication. I had a problem with UCONNECT / Bluetooth told the service department I needed it diagnosed so UCONNECT could help with the fix. I'm beyond the mileage part of warranty but less than three years and this is a known issue with Darts. I walk out with a slip ordering the part with the price listed as warranty. I call them to see if the part has come in to make an appointment to get it installed. 9am appointment...only now they don't know anything about a warranty or uconnect working on this. I just want it fixed so I agree to pay. But my 9am appointment doesn't actually mean they have anyone to work on the car...maybe later on in the morning. The experience is something out of a Seinfeld episode I don't know why they bother with an appointment because I don't think it means what anyone else thinks what it means...otherwise they'd be ready to on the car. All that said the work done is generally been good in the past. If you can just get past the poor communication. I plan to give another service department in town a chance the next time I need service. I'm done with the frustration of Sahara's service department.
I bought a white 2018 Dodge Challenger T/A from this dealership in July 2018. Before signing my contract, I gave it a once around and noticed that the matte black hood had a weird scuff near the hood scoop. I mentioned it and I was assured that they would take it to the shop and have it taken care of. So I went into finance went through the paperwork and asked about the scuff before signing. Again, I was assured that it was out back being taken care of. After hours, I finally finished the paperwork and signed. When they came back with my car, it was dark. I checked the scuff and it appeared to be gone. I went home happy and relieved that it was over. The next morning, I noticed that the spot where the scuff was was now glossy and shiny, on a matte black hood. I called the finance guy and my sales guy and took pictures and sent them to them. They asked me to bring the car in and the service department took more pictures. I never heard back from them so I followed up, they didn t have an answer. After months, they told me that the 3rd party company that they use to handle the paint used a buffer to buff it out and damaged the hood. They said the company agreed to pay to replace the hood. I was then told that it just needed approval from the GM. I followed up again a week later. I was told there was no longer a GM and without a GM s approval, the replacement can t move forward. I followed up almost weekly. Here I am, 11 months since I bought the car. My hood has yet to be replaced, I ve yet to get a response about the replacement. I m not calling twice a week, taking time out of my day to do this, only to be told that my calls will be returned. They never are. The worst experience I ve ever had with a car dealership. They obviously don t take their customers seriously. Go to another dealership! I ve never gotten the new car feeling because I ve been dealing with this issue for nearly a year with no resolution.

No hassles about not buying today, either! I *will* return to buy the vehicle he suggested, in a couple weeks! Totally the nicest experience ever on a car lot!
I've never made an appointment for my car maintenance so sometimes the wait is long but the employees have always been great and nice to deal with.
The customer service was amazing. Out of all the dealerships I have dealt with in the past, it is #1 on my list. This was the first time that I was in and out of a car dealership super fast. I called Fritz, told him the car I wanted, within 15 minutes I had pictures and told to come down and test drive. I fell in love with my new Dodge Journey and by the time I sat down, I was called to the finance office to sign. It was fast and easy and my payments are excellent, not to mention their prices are great. The BEST dealership for sure!
Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Ever. Took in my brand new ram truck for it's first oil change, and had 1 warranty issue with the trailer hitch electrical connector (for the trailer lights). After they have it for 2 DAYS, I get a call and they say they can't figure out the part number for the trailer connector, so it must be an aftermarket product. At the end of the second day, I go down there to pick up the truck, because by this point I don't care if they fix it or not. when they bring the truck around, I go to the back and look at the trailer connector and show the service writer the very large CHRYSLER star symbol right on the front of it! At that point the service writer doesn't even know what to do and just says, "I'll look into this and call you tomorrow morning." It is now the afternoon of the next day and I have heard nothing from them. Their technicians are obviously incompetent, and the service writer, Robert (yes I am calling him out by name because that's how irritated I am about this seemingly simple issue), either doesn't care about customer satisfaction or doesn't know how to do his job. Needless to say, my truck will never be going back there.

Was interested in a vehicle. Submitted a credit app on line. They said they would call me right back. I had to call them hours later. They said they where still looking into it and would call me back in 10 minutes. I waited 3 hours and called back.... only to have then tell me they sold the vehicle I was trying to buy. And tried selling me something I didn't want.

So I take my 2014 Chrysler TNC in because the engine light was on. ROB told me what he thinks waht is wrong and let his mechanic look at it. They charge me 2189.00 for fixing my car. I pick it up on Thursday and Sunday the engine light was back on. Monday morning I took it in and Rob stated that it is something else broke on my car and that I have to pay for it. (But the part he said is broken now was not broken when I brought my van in to you guys. Poor poor experience, not only that I end up leaving the Van there to get look at (didn't have any choice) and they never offer me a courtesy ride home. The supervisor over heard me asking for a ride and telling someone on my phone that they didn't ask me for no ride home and then he comes over and ask do I need a ride. I know they say all reviews are not bad but this is some BS. Now I have to Lyft to work until they fix my Van. DON NOT TAK YOUR CAR THERE LISTEN UP
This dealership is horrible. I have an 06 Dodge Charger that I had towed to them. They wrote me out a quote for over $6000. To get my car fixed. I took it to a shop. Got all the necessary fixes for under $2000. Plus on top of that. They killed my battery to my car cause they left either a dome light on, or the keys in the ignition. PLUS!!!!!! I had 120.00$ In my center console. And I didn't realize it till I got to the other shop that it was gone. I didn't want to go back and start accusing people cause I want nothing to do with them. Very very bad day. This place sucks.

Wow what an experience! I haven't been car shopping in about 10 years so I had no idea what to expect. Thanks to Sahara Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep - I was pleasently surprised! First of all I limped in on my '08 F-150's last legs. Not only was it almost 10 years old, It had a broken turn signal arm and was in dire need of a tune-up at the very least because of its missing and slight back firing. Since I had a truck, my salesman Fritz tried to get me into another truck - beautiful Ram 4-door with all the bells and whistles but that was out of my price range. He and his cohorts worked with me most of the day trying different makes and models to fit my needs and price range. They were all very patient and helpful. I eventually asked them about a Dodge Charger in my price range and they found a beautiful black w/black interior $30,000 Charger SE on another lot that they could discount down to about $22,000 AND gave me a VERY generous offer on my tired, old trade-in to combine for a payment I could afford. Then after that I eventually got into the office with Casey Robeson, the finance guy, whom I explained to that I was very close to my limit with the payment and couldn't afford anymore charges for maintenance and such and he managed to get me a lower interest rate, lower my payment even further AND get me free oil changes for 5 years and other maintenance including wind shield chips, paint and other coverages also FOR FREE! Great people to work with and they help you out all around! Thanks a million and I will definitely be back!!
Great service with Josh R. I've had service at four other dealerships in three states, due to my travels, and this was by far the best service that I have found. Knowledgeable, understood my issues and offered solutions, which was a great! I only wish i lived here full time. When I'm in Las Vegas, this is the only place I will service my Jeep.
Sales never return their calls. Service dept does not answer their phone. When someone finally answers the phone at this place, their phone etiquette is horrible. I'll be taking my Jeep someplace else.
I GOT YELLED AT AND THREATENED BECAUSE I WANTED TO RETURN ..... I cried after i left but they did end up giving me my return after yelling and lying saying it wasn t possible by law .....
I came to this place with an emergency situation. I was able to roll the window down in my Jeep, but not back up because the button broke. I had just recently came out here from Illinois. I left work and was barely able to make it there on time, but these were the most polite and helpful people you would ever meet. Not only did they get my window up which they did not charge me for, they took care of me I'm buying the part which I needed to install. I highly recommend this dealership! Needless to say, I know exactly where I am buying my next vehicle.

I enjoyed buying my new truck at Sahara Chuck was really patience and answered all my questions I took my time and he stayed there with me till 10:30pm and saw me drove off in my new RAM! All the staff was really helpful and friendly I liked their services.
This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I called in Wednesday 2/17/16 and made an appointment to take care of the recalls my car had. They said I would have an appointment for Friday 2/19/16 830am. This is our I only family car and my other car is a company work car that can only be used for work. I dropped off the car right at 830am and went to work. I waited all day and didn't get a phone call or anything until I called them. At 5pm they inform me that my car will not be done ready until tomorrow morning. No consideration no ownership of any sort. What is the purpose of an appointment and leaving the car all day long with them??!! The guy told me to just pick up the car and then drop it off again tomorrow morning. That means I would have to drive my company car there, leave that car there then drive my car home to pick up my wife and have her drive me back to pick up my company car. This is not acceptable if they would have taken ownership for not taking care of my issues in a timely manner I would be ok or if they would have at least shown some consideration and advised it might not get done so I could plan accordingly. But nothing like that was done and they didn't care and we not respectful at all. I also had plans to buy another car which is what we were going to do when we picked up our car. But I will never again buy a Dodge car or will I ever go to this dealership/service department.
Yesterday I purchased a car with the help of Chuck Cashmore. The experience couldn't have been a better one, no one likes a select car dealerships but these people actually found a way to make it pleasant. They had an incredibly friendly Woman on hand to help me secure insurance the sales and finance manager even had his family there and the feeling was amazing! I wouldn't take my business anywhere else! These people are the gold standard! I love my new car!
Buying a car here was great however when you refer someone there and they purchase a vehicle you WILL NOT receive your $100 referral. I've called been hung up on and jerked around. Very poor customer service in that department!!!!!!!!

Made an appointment but still waited around for an hour. It's first come first serve even though they take appointments. Also there is employees not wearing masks and and no social distancing is being observed. Overall it's not only a poorly run buisness but their lack of safety practices is the most concerning. Stay away go to a different dealer.

The check engine light came on in my vehicle so I took it to this dealership.
I am starting to really regret that decision.
This will be the THIRD time my check engine light has turned on after my vehicle was supposedly 'repaired'. I paid almost $2000 for repairs to my vehicle; three weeks later it is STILL not fixed. I was told the part they replaced was probably bad, and that was it. No specific answers or anything.
The second time around my car was in the shop for a week and I heard absolutely nothing about my vehicle. I called Gabe (the service guy who was working with me) and after the 4th call I FINALLY received a call back informing me that Gabe was no longer working there, and that my vehicle was ready. I get the impression that my car had been ready for a while and someone forgot to inform me.
I am taking my car back into the shop tomorrow and maybe, just MAYBE if they fix it right this time around I'll change my review.
But for now, I would NEVER recommend anyone to come to this unorganized dealership with awful customer service for anything.

Buying the Grand Cherokee was a relatively easy task, and they gave me a fair amount on my trade..that said, getting anyone to help with getting service is a WHOLE other story. The service department will NEVER call you back, and I even left a voicemail for the General Manager to which he never contacted me either. I pre paid for the servicing in my contract, and if they think they will not honor the contract, I will bring the vehicle back due to breach of contract...just to prove a point.. No one should ever have to beg for someone's business.
Don't buy a vehicle here, call here, or think about going here! If I knew who I spoke with on the phone I would have his job! The ignorance and outright disrespect towards a customer is disgusting, and management really needs to reevaluate their priorities at this dealership. And if the ____ I spoke with was management, Good luck selling vehicles without customers! Terrible Customer Service!!!
Came here for the first time do to a recall on passenger airbag inflator which was gonna take about 3hrs. Had a 7am appt in which they got me in out in just under et hrs. Had a few questions about some cosmetic stuff which were addressed or estimated on also got a detailed 28 point inspection on current & future maintenance issues which is always good to kw. Jon handle all my concerns and pointed out additional concerns in the inspections but all in all mostly everything passed and no major issues. Service was great and performed in a professional courteous manner with focus on getting customers needs taken care of as quickly as possible and not the dreaded hostage situation that most dealerships will do if you kw what I mean.

Worst experience ever. We purchased an extended warranty from this company and because of our horrible experience with service we took our car elsewhere then the extended warranty came in and they said they would not pay for it unless I brought it back to Sahara so know this! THERE IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAHARA AND THE ASSURANT COMPANY THAT THEY TRY AND MAKE YOU TAKE THE CAR BACK TO THEM. HOWEVER, THE CONSUMER IS NOT AWARE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND I FOLLOWED MY CONTRACT AND CALLED THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT FIX UNTIL I TAKE IT BACK TO THEM.
THEY HAVE PLACED US IN AN UNKNOWN CONTRACT AND IS UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL BE SCREWED.
The insurance division will be informed and I'm never taking my car here for service.
This has to be the worst service department experience I have ever experienced. Service advisor Rob and his buddy are horrible in resolving anything. All he does is say, please and thank you to all his angry customers. I promise you everyone leaves there very upset.

We were promised a no pressure experience to look at cars, they took our keys to inspect the trade in value of our car and resisted giving them back for an extra hour trying to pressure my older mother into buying a car right then and there even though she told them in the beginning she wasn't ready and was just pricing things out and having a look. He might have been very informative, but he told us they "didn't make commission" so there was only info an "no pressure to make a sale", but I do not believe that is true. It may have just been the one dealer there, I do not know, because we are not very inclined to go back at the moment.

Davion Was GREAT!! I was unsure and nervous about the buying a car process. Not only did I get a deal as is we were family he showed me everything invoice of the vehicle how much it would be before he even ran my credit. Davion is very professional and helped me save a ton of money! Didn't hide anything. I always read reviews before going to places Im not familiar of.Hope this helps you in the future.

Outstanding service from the start! My husband Craig and I were looking all over Las Vegas for a truck that would be functional for his job but also didnt make us feel like he was working on weekends. Meeting and working with Travis Spruell we found and eventually purchased our Dodge Ram 1500, it had almost everything we were looking for including the color. Travis made us feel really comfortable and had us laughing alot. He wasn't pushy like other dealerships we had visited over the last few days. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted and then some. Thanks Travis and the entire staff at Sahara, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge for a wonderful experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go to Chapman or Desert 215. This dealer offered me $1000 less for my trade than other dealers and the way they structure the deal paperwork is deceptive to the customer. Just steer clear.

My wife and I bought a Dodge Journey in 2016 we purchased this vehicle due to the gps navigation system and we were happy. In 2017 around one year later the gps stopped working we took our vehicle in and they told us that they would have us a new gps system in around a month or two. It s been about 6 months now and no gps. the service department wants us to bring our car back due to them losing our information. I don t understand how they lost our information we called every month and we were told to just give it time. If your reading these reviews to decide weather this is the dealership for you i would think twice. I don t have the extra time for this company to be beating the bush. They sure don t care about the customer after the deal is done. Go somewhere that you will get proper customer service. Also when we call the service manager John he would not return our call and had someone else call us back. John we wanted to take to you not your minion I can t believe you couldn t give us the respect to call us back now that s great customer service. We will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. Thanks John great job not helping us.
I bought a 2017 dodge durango . On march 2017 with only 6 millas on it since then has been in repairs. First the alignment was horrible took me at leats 4 times until i spoke to the manager to pay attention on that ...... THE MOFFLER was bend to the left, has to be replaced, but they didnt Approved AGAIN until 3 times i turned in and make them pay attention on that "THE LEATHER SEATS" they were ripped of ... not even 3 months of use... took me another 1.5 moth for them to approve the replacement after submit pictures to corporate .. leaving the zipper hagging. MY TRUCK WAS SHAKING.... again at least 3 times ... firts it all, THEY SEND THE POTTER TO DRIVE MY CAR NOT EVEN A MECANIC ...keep saying my car was good .. AGAIN ,UNTIL I WENT TO the MANAGER and asked him to drive it ..he realized it was REALLY BAD ...THEN HE APROVED TO CHANGE THE TIRES WITCH THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME THEY DO IT. FIRST TIME WITH THE ALIGNMENT ... when he finish he said THEY ARE DONE TAKING CARE OF MY TRUCK THEYARE NOT GOINT TO WORK WITH MY TRUCK ANYMORE 7PER MANAGEMENT with only 10 milles and 6 month .after all this problems and bad mecanics! .. my truck stil under warranty .. AND with all this problems ? Mmm

I have been dealing with James from the service dept for about 3 months now. First he forgot to order the part for my car and tried to blame other people for it. Then he asked me to send him a picture of what I need. Picture was sent on Sep 21. I texted him on Oct 1 and 3rd asking for an update and got nothing. I left his supervisor a message, and still got nothing.
Great experience buying my first car. Yves was an excellent associate and helped me through the entire process. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I highly recommend Yves and the Sahara dealership.

I have bought many vehicles at Dealerships throughout my lifetime. Alin Tanasescu was an experience. Very very energetic and to the point. Just the way I like to purchase a vehicle. No beating around the bush but to get it done as quick as possible and up front information both positive and negative. Gave some great advise on what is needed to get credit back up to speed. He is an awesome asset to the company. A keeper! If he is still around, I will definitely come back for future purchases.
Went in with a budget. Left with worry on how to pay this off. Felt they didn't have my best interest in mind. Just selling cars. My bad.

Nothing special from all the other dealerships in town . They claim to be different , the structure of no negotiating can many times be worse than the old structure . Management is fake as can be , you can tell employees are stressed from high tension . Especially bad place to work for I hear , praising you one day on how you are on the fast track to success , next day they kick you to the curb like anywhere else . No one here is a leader or customer service oriented .

I went to try and get a car, was very nervous thinking i won't get anything..but my salesman Fritz came to my rescue. He was courteous and very helpful in getting me a car i didn't think i could get...i drove off in a 2014 Nissan Sentra and was very happy...Thank you Fritz..keep up the awesomeness.
I had gone to 5 other dealerships, the same day, before coming to Sahara Chrysler, and was ready to give up. I didn't know what I wanted, I just knew that I wanted to sit in a whole bunch of cars and see which felt "right". At the other dealers, I was brushed off, sent to sit in the showroom vehicles, and told "this car looks great on you" and then when saying I felt like it was too small, "yeah, it looked too small for you." But this all changed when I walked into Sahara Chrysler. Kai walked up to us and was so patient with me. I told him my needs and he listened. He allowed me to sit in the cars that I wanted to and answered all of my questions. It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I came back a second day, and he worked with me to get me in the right car. My husband and I decided that we will never go to another dealership again.
