Robert Williams was very thorough with his diagnostic test and gave a detailed summary. I m thankful at how seamless and efficient his process was.

When I call the company she made an appointment for tomorrow and sent me a text for confirmation, then she called back about hour later and says she had a spot available today and she sent them out. The gentlemen were very nice, already started working before I got there and they did an excellent job. I would recommend this company for the fair price and for the good work, quality and service I received. Thank you again

I live in McGill Place condos and Robert Williams was our technician working on unit 626 for Scott Barfield. I concerned regarding the work being performed. Robert was very attentive to the questions about the plumbing issues and main water supply to units in the area. I observed that he was attentive to my needs and provided services as promised.

Community Management consistently reaches out to Rooter Plus and Atlanta Cooling Pros for heating and cooling needs. They are super responsive and get the work done right the first time. Pricing is awesome too. 5 stars!!

The experience was not bad. When Jacob was onsite initially, he was patient and answered all of my questions. He didn t act like I was bothering him or holding him up.

The folks that came to my home to replace my septic system were efficient, and did not leave a mess.

If i had to give any criticism, it would be that I had a hard time getting in touch with someone that had answers. I called so many time and kept being transferred to someone s voicemail that I never got a call back from. The person that would transfer me also said they were sending an email so it didn t get missed. Yet still, no return call. I was approved for financing, and the job didn t start for a couple of months but i was being billed from the financing company anyway. Unable to get answers, it started affecting my credit. In the end, I was able to get it resolved but it was a lot harder than it should have been.

Congenial, Thorough, Informative, Professional....having the septic tank experience with this company was an education. Mike talked me through the whole process, explaining the components of the system-even using a diagram to further explain everything to me. I liked that they use a pricing chart and not just pulling prices out of the air. I will be using their services for future maintenance concerns. Oh, and they work 24/7 too. Thanks Mike!

COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!
Called them Monday morning and they promised to be out between 1-4 that afternoon. No showed after several promises.
Told me they'd have someone out between 8-10 the next day.
Guy and his helper finally showed up at 1:00 and started up-charging before he even came all the way up my driveway. Literally started telling me all the reasons that he'd probably have to charge more that a tank pumping fee before even saying "hello".
So they dig up the tank and wham!...my $150 pumping fee suddenly is up to $1800.00. Before even explaining why, the dude is telling me about their 0% financing. What a con job.
Told them to pack up and get off of my property. Total rip-off organization.

Kris was very knowledgeable about septic systems and he offered me great suggestions about maintaining a good system

Horrible! They cancelled on us twice and only after I pressed to find out if they were ever going to show up. Offer great prices and then gouge you with fees when they finally arrive

This afternoon I called Rooterplus and they sent out Robert William's he was shown problem and begin to test to confirm my unprofessional discovery, after determining what the problem was he begin the steps to resolve the replacement of the thermal expansion tank, job was watched and performed professionally and timely, cost was reasonable and my home is back to normal. Thanks Robert and Rooterplus.

They came out on Saturday and repaired and pumped our septic tank........it had to be done although I did find a couple of things done a bit on the expensive side the techs that came out were very professional and they don't control pricing...........but the company does and $2000 just to put in a 4 foot piece of PVC pipe is just a bit much in my book when it took 15 minutes to do I'm a little put back about that and then we did not qualify for financing so I think there needs to be more of a choice of financing options because $5800 was in my mind out of line for digging up tank, replacing baffle , running a 3 or 4 foot piece of PVC.....pumping tank........I mean I've had plumbing fixed in house and more done and paid far less .,.......

It was late in the afternoon and my sewer line backed up. What a challenge to get service at that time, but RooterPLUS came through! Jake the technician was personable and informed me of everything that needed to be done. I will definitely be coming back to use RooterPLUS in the future.

Called and got an appointment to have the tank pumped. Scheduled it for a time I would be home. They gave me the 8-12. They call me at 10:30 to tell me they can't service me today because of other emergencies. But they cantget to me until maybe Tuesday no guarantee. I'm trying to stop from having an emergency but of course they just want to wait so they make more money. I understand there is emergency tech but you should have someone dedicated to pumping to STOP and prevent emergency situations.b

I m a RCP at viewpoint health and Robert Williams was our Technician this evening. He did a great job unclogging our main line. Robert was very professional and we appreciate him coming out and solving our issue late in the day. We run a business and it is now back up and running well because of Robert. Brian was fabulous. So professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the repair and was fastidious in checking everything for leaks prior to water turn on. He is a real asset to the company and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

They were super responsive and easy to deal with. Arrived the same day, texted in advance, excellent customer service and communication. The price quoted was super high for replacing a gas water heater. That would be the only reason I don t use them.

They are extremely responsive and the plumbers and HVAC techs that they send out are very knowledgeable in their respective fields. They are very friendly and courteous to the homeowners. Tranted of renters warehouse they called rooterplus and Robert Williams. He did a very good job on the plumbing today.

Told them I was having a methane gas smell coming from bathroom upstairs. Lady said they would probably have to pump my tank. I said that was fine, but before they started digging up my yard, I wanted them to check for broken seals/leaks/clogged vents. She said that was fine. When the guy got here, he said he only digs up the tank and doesn't do anything inside. He left and said a plumber would be out in a couple of hours. I called 3 hours later and they had no ETA on him arriving. Called again in another 2 hours and they said they couldn't come out that day. It would be the next day. Needless to say, I told them to cancel and went with a different company. If I hadn't called them back, I would have been sitting here all night waiting on them to never show.

Clear communication when Mitch would arrive. Mitch provided excellent service and showed me what needed to be done to fix my problem. I highly recommend Rooter Plus

I just happen to find this company when I googled: Rockdale County Plummers: They responded immediately , gave me a time window to expect the plummer. Also gave me a name of whom to expect as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Chad. He was very thorough, organized and explained step by step what he was doing and gave me options . I was impressed to say the least. Made sure I was comfortable with the decision I was making as far as the repairs being made. Not to mention he had slipper covers to put over his outdoor shoes which I really appreciated. He worked and worked until the repair was done. I was impressed with his level of expertise in his field. I will refer this company and definitely Chad to anyone that needs a Plummer.

My girlfriend and I had a pipe start leaking this morning while getting ready for work. Water was spraying everywhere! Jake R from Rooter Plus was on time, professional, and finished the job much faster than I figured it would have taken. I would call them again should the need arise.

We had a plumber from a different company not solve the issue, show up late and not have the right equipment. Rooterplus fixed the issue quickly, on time, with the right equipment and were polite and friendly.

My aunt Sabrina called Rooterplus plumbing because
we were having issues with our shower valve. Robert Williams worked hard spending a lot of time replacing the old valve due to it being so old and corroded. He stuck through it, was patient and got the job done. We appreciate his hardworking ethic.

Christian and John exemplified great customer service. Christian explained and showed me every step. I felt very comfortable with what he did. Initially I called on Christmas Day and spoke with Nina. She was very helpful. Was not able to get to me that day but serviced my house early next morning. Thanks RooterPLUS.

Our situation was this: Our septic tank clogged and backed up into our home. Sewage waste coming into the tubs and onto the floors. I found Rooter Plus on the Google website. I called and explained our situation to Hannah, who was very upbeat, friendly, and explained to me the current days workload and that they would do their Best to fit us in that day. She took all my information (I was in a panic state) and kept me abreast of the scheduling for the day. When I received a phone call saying they were going to be able to fit us in, I was ecstatic! She even sent an email telling me who would be coming to assess our situation. Jacob H. Was very friendly, knowledgeable and talked to me and my husband, giving us detailed information regarding our septic tank repair, what caused the problem, and how to fix it. He was very detailed oriented. The only drawback I have is that right at the beginning they cut our cable wiring. And I can t hold them responsible for that because I had already signed the waiver relinquishing responsibility if that happened.

David was good technician but tried to hard to upsell me. I don't like feeling pressured to add services that I really don't need.

Randy K. returned my late evening call within minutes. I had come home to a nice little flood in my foyer and though I'd sopped up what I could, I was worried whatever caused the water overflow would happen again in the middle of the night. I was also worried about the cost. Randy was professional and patient as he helped me over the phone to look over my water bill and assess whether I was on a septic tank or sewer. He took time to ask me questions about my plumbing, where the leak came from and explained what might have happened and what I could expect as worst case *before* he ever arrived. Once he was here he went right to work and eliminated any causes right away that could have been the (very costly) source of my water leak to reassure me that my particular issue wasn t as bad as I was worried it may be. Other businesses I ve dealt with in the past would have taken advantage of my panicked state, not Randy. He was empathetic and truly just wanted to make a bad, late night situation better for me. It s refreshing to find that kind of honesty and integrity still exist today. He fixed the issue in less than 1/2 the time it took him to drive all the way over to my location. He was caring, very polite and professional and explained everything and every charge thoroughly. The cost was minimal and more than fair. I could not be more satisfied or happy with the service he provided and will definitely reach out to RooterPLUS again if I have any more plumbing issues and will ask for Randy by name.

I have been using Rooto Plus for two years now. Major work and minor work and it has been wonderful. I have never had any issues and I always called Vicent at Rooto Plus any time I need anything. Vincent is precise in his work, detailed oriented, extremely knowledgeable, and what he says is always correct! I have posted a picture of a wonderful (major) job he completed for me. Mike came out to pump our septic tank and we were very happy with the service that he provided. He was kind, polite, and was very knowledgeable about his service. HE did a great job of cleaning up after he was finished. I will definitely ask for Mike the next time I need to use RooterPLUS!

Can't say enough good things about the service I received. The service ended up taking quite a bit longer than expected, but Mike kept me updated through the entire process. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. First they were supposed to show up between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM, they got here at 1:30. Okay i get it they are a service company things happen, jobs take longer than expected. They show up and then wanted us to agree that if they busted a water line they would not be held liable. This is I guess standard practice but I was unaware of such a policy. He could have just let me know is was standard in the septic industry but instead he was confrontational. The office manager was very arrogant and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Has the people skills of an angry 14 year old. He stated something along the lines that there were electrical cables, gas lines, and water lines going under the ground and there is no way for them to tell what is under the ground. I responded you could always use GPR (ground penetrating radar) and be able to see everything under the ground. He responded if you have $15,000 and want to buy one. I told him they would make more money over time by having one because smart home owners will not agree to their "we break you fix policy". He said look it is $200 I am not going to lose any sleep over it, we do 7 Million dollars in business every year. I wished him the best of luck at that point. This is obviously a company that does not see the bigger picture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Ripped me off. Showed up quickly and reasonably nice guy. But found out he charged me twice what would cost any other group to do. Actually tried to upsell me an additional $1000 on repairs that turned out I did not need. Thankfully I got a second opinion. DO not use these guys. I put 2 stars because I usually don't trust 1 stars for being unreasonable people complaining. But this was seriously a disappointment.

Vince came out within an hour and found our leak and gave us a quote. The plumbing work was done the next morning by Vince and Robert. The cement work was completed the following day. Excellent service, excellent work - they cleaned everything up very nicely as well. I highly recommend RooterPLUS!

Called early this morning to schedule someone to come out and fix our water heater. We were "guaranteed" that a tech would come out and fix it today and they would call when a tech was available. It's now 4:30 and they just called to say no one is available to come out. They wasted an entire day of my time and had very poor customer service skills. Rude and unreliable! Stay away!

We had water backing up into our bathroom, so we called Rooterplus company on Saturday morning and we received help over the phone. The woman sent us a team of 2 very nice people who arrived quite promptly, Doc and Kory. They were very professional, informative, friendly and extremely helpful. Spent quite a bit of time working on our problem. They were doing everything to solve our issue. If we ever need we would not hesitate to call them again. We truly appreciate Doc and Cory. Kudos to Tim who quickly analyzed the leak my one-month old water heater was having. I had purchased it from RooterPLUS in January and was frustrated over this development. As soon as Tim arrived I was impressed with his professionalism. He not only knew exactly what to do, but he assured me that it would be at no extra cost to me. He was efficient and honest. I've never written a review before but Tim provided such good service that I felt I had to let others know.
