I called and explained our situation to Hannah, who was very upbeat, friendly, and explained to me the current days workload and that they would do their Best to fit us in that day. She took all my information (I was in a panic state) and kept me abreast of the scheduling for the day. When I received a phone call saying they were going to be able to fit us in, I was ecstatic! She even sent an email telling me who would be coming to assess our situation. Jacob H. Was very friendly, knowledgeable and talked to me and my husband, giving us detailed information regarding our septic tank repair, what caused the problem, and how to fix it.
