The experience was not bad. When Jacob was onsite initially, he was patient and answered all of my questions. He didn t act like I was bothering him or holding him up.

The folks that came to my home to replace my septic system were efficient, and did not leave a mess.

If i had to give any criticism, it would be that I had a hard time getting in touch with someone that had answers. I called so many time and kept being transferred to someone s voicemail that I never got a call back from. The person that would transfer me also said they were sending an email so it didn t get missed. Yet still, no return call. I was approved for financing, and the job didn t start for a couple of months but i was being billed from the financing company anyway. Unable to get answers, it started affecting my credit. In the end, I was able to get it resolved but it was a lot harder than it should have been.
