They guys that came out were great. No complaints there. I was not sure where the septic tank was, they told me it would cost $350.00 to get a plumber out to find it, if they could not. Luckily I was able to get in touch with the builder, so they were able to locate it.
When I made the appointment I asked the girl how they find the tank, she answered "they can find it". but did not tell me that if I didn't know where it was there could be an additional charge. That would have been nice to know up front, since this info. is probably recorded in the planning department and I could have had that info. before they came out with no charge to me.

Rooter answered my callcall promptly and had there technician routed to my house within an hour. Ronnie Williams the service technician was prompt courteous and efficient. He got my shoer head replaced within the price I asked and got the job done in under a half hour even with having to get the part from Home Depot

Ray and his partner from RooterPlus! came out during a hard rain and worked very hard to service our septic tank. They were very professional and we are very happy with the results.

Whittney was very professional, extremely polite and courteous and completed the work not only in a timely but comprehensive manner but also took the time to explain the circumstances and situation.

I had a slow draining septic tank. Mike and his helper was on scene in just a few hours. My tank was pumped in no tine! The crew were very nice to deal with and did great work. I would recommend them to anyone!

He is very efficient and knowledgable about his skills and ability to resolve whatever issue that is present.

We have a terrible leak coming from the condo above. It took lots of troubleshooting. We had a house full of family for thanksgiving. He was thorough and polite. 100% happy.

These guys are awesome! Aly took my call at 6:30pm and got me on the schedule the next morning when I needed them quickly. This happened twice! Both times Richie came out to provide service and recommended things I should do and things I did not need to. He saved us tons of money and still took care of what we needed. It's getting more and more rare to find honest businesses who will give you feedback like that instead of just doing a full service to make money. Thanks to the whole team! I'll definitely be using them at our other properties and will recommend them to others.

Super great service! Jacqueline was awesome with getting us an appointment with their estimator. Tom is one of the most courteous and professional contractors I have every had come to our house. He was extremely thorough with his investigation of our plumbing issues and took his time answering all my (numerous) questions. The triage and estimate he proved us was concise with itemized pricing on all services listed. I liken the experience to having an old dear friend come over to help with a project. Prompt service. Doc went above and beyond and got us flowing quickly. I had originally called another company but after leaving 2 messages they didn't call back until RooterPlus was already on the way! Will definitely use them again.

Great crew and pumped the tanks dry at reasonable price, would recommend.

Contacted Rooter Plus at 9 a.m. they were here by 9:45 after my water heater busted was straightforward with me and gave a flat price no upsales

Robert Williams...Quality comes to my MIND when I think of Mr.Williams.He explained EVERYTHING in Lehman's terms. When my maintenance men were unable to fix the massive water leak I had at the trailer park, and tenants were lining up to voice their complaints. I reached out to Rooter Plus to the rescue. Mr. Wayne arrived within 45 minutes after I scheduled the emergency appointment with the company and he went right to work. He is a real nice fellow and the next day when that leak started up again I didn't hesitate to call the company and ask for Mr. Wayne again. Thank you Rooter Plus.

Today Robert Williams came in from Rooter plus and unclog our drain. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job performed.

Robert williams came back out to my residence to install a brand new water line. He was very professional, courteous, and had great customer service. He took the time to make sure i had a clear understanding of the work being completed.

Starting with Emily the dispatcher; she was able to schedule and have Kris within an hour. Kris took at bad situation and walked me through it. He explained the issue and then proceeded to tell me how it should be fixed. There was no pressure sell or the sky is falling scenario. Once I had a good understanding of what course of action was required; he provide suggestions to financially resolve the challenge. He went to work quickly and efficiently and explained how to maintain the septic tank. Before leaving, he provided his number for any future issues or questions.

Pete and Dave we're both extremely professional and thorough during their visit. We would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Ronnie came out on a Sunday to fix a disasterous kitchen sink in my new house. He was efficient and friendly.

Customer service was excellent. Nina handled my call with a caring attitude and set up my service for the next morning and called before sending the crew out. Service tech Ray G. was on time and he and his assistant got right to the problem. Ray filled me in on all charges ahead of time. Though there was more to do than planned (I can only blame myself , Don't wait 33 years to inspect and pump your system!) I feel that the price was fair.

I had a basic drain issue with 2 of my bathtubs on second level of my home. After multiple attempts to clear on my own, I finally called a real plumber. The folks at Rooter Plus were super courteous. Field rep Mitch arrived ahead of schedule and performed the two repairs in a snap. He was friendly and kept the job below the price quoted on the phone.

As soon as your technician open the septic tank he began to sell an Oxidizer Treatment ($1,800.00 service), I believe I don't need and did not want and explain I just want the septic tank drained and he agreed. Left for work, 20 minutes later I receive a phone call from my wife saying the draining do not unclog the drain from the house, I spoke to the technician stating the only way he can unclog the drain was to do an Oxidizer treatment with the Hydrojet to the main line from septic tank to house with pressure water. I asked him the cost of the Hydrojet, He would not answer my question, only stating he could not do the service without doing both, so I agreed because he played on my wife emotion. I called other septic company, they said I do not need an Oxidizer treatment to unclog the drain and It don't work. The technician replace a baffle with out telling me ($529.00) Total bill $2,900.00

I wish I could give zero-stars. I had called and engaged with RooterPlus looking at the great reviews they had. I had an absolutely horrible experience.

I wanted to install a 3-stage water filtration system and water softner. One of their plumbers/technician (Jordan) came to my house, spoke to me and gave me an official RooterPlus invoice .. yes it was on RooterPlus letterpad ... on the day of the appointment they sent another plumber (Anthony) and first thing he tells me is that he cannot do the work in the price quoted and he quoted me a price 3-times more.

I was shocked to say the least. When I told him that I have the RooterPlus invoice, he literally said "I dont care" ... I called their office and Gary (the manager) said that he will send someone else the next day.

I asked them if Anthony is contracted by them or employed. He was employed. So essentially even if they sent another plumber, RooterPlus had not honored their invoice the first time and I could not think of any reason to believe them for the next time. I ditched them and got another company to get the job done in approximately the same price as their original invoice.

My one review may not push you away from RooterPlus, but stay away from them if possible. And if you still go for them, just pray that you don't get the arrogant & rude plumber named Anthony.

Chris did an excellent job. I just moved in my home and saw I had a big puddle in my garage. Chris came out within a few hours of me calling Rooterplus and was able to tell me where the leak was coming from in less than 10 minutes. He found that a valve was on in my laundry room and immediately fixed it. The fee was really reasonable for such a quick response on a Saturday. He also referred me to a restoration company to help fix the walls that were soaked due to the water. He called the restoration company and helped me schedule an appointment for the next day. I would highly recommend you use his services. If I need a plumber I will call him again.

Excellent service, very professional, honest and thorough. Came out the same day I called them. Helped me out a lot during a very crappy situation. We discussed costs throughout the entire service as my budget was tight. They were very accommodating and cost conscious. Could not have asked for a better team to come out during my emergency situation.

The service tech guy Steve was in fact cordial and good at his job. However, the pricing for the minor work that was done was outrageous. They only pumped out the sceptic tank and added a 3 inch Y for the drainage, This should not have cost $5,000. That pricing is outrageous.

Price was much more than quoted. Not given a good reason why. Nothing was itemized. It was like the guy just came up with a price. When I called office for a better explanation it was not given. So you are faced with an open hole in ground with no experience with septic systems you pay.

At the tail end of a large, extended-family dinner, we were aghast to discover that both of the downstairs toilets were backing up and flooding the entire downstairs area. As we struggled to clean up, my brother-in-law told us to call Rooter Plus, "Not the cheapest, but reasonable and very responsive. They'll be out by the morning." We were doubtful, but indeed, we called at about 11:00 PM, a tech was promised at 8:00 AM, Rooter Plus called us at 7:30 AM and Mitch arrived at 8, as expected. Mitch shot straight with us, showing us what he'd found, giving us options. He cut out the root-ball at the edge of our yard that was causing the problem and got us functional within two hours. He pointed out where our bathrooms were damaged by the flooding and recommended a restoration specialist with a good track record dealing with insurance companies. Rooter Plus' responsiveness and Mitch's honesty and integrity turned what could have been a serious disaster into an irritating inconvenience. We're grateful and recommend both the company and it's tech very highly.

Today Robert Williams was our technician from Rooterplus. He was very informative and gave us a lot of knowledge concerning the issue we were experiencing. He did a great job he deserves a raise!

'Kris H' was incredible! Terrible weather yet he (and his trainee) showed up right on time and did a great job, all in the middle of pre-Irma rain! He explained what they found wrong and proceeded only after my options and charges were explained and accepted. I would hire these guys again in a second! The charges were fair and acceptable!

My husband and I called Rooter Plus after a small flood from a running toilet in our home. To be safe, we wanted to get the septic pumped since we were not sure the last time it had been done. We called on a Sunday and someone was there within the hour. Awesome! But, once the 2 crew guys were in the backyard with my husband, they began trying to find the septic tank and tried in various areas around the yard for approximately 30 minutes. Once they gave up, they told us to call a plumber for him to find it then call them back to come tomorrow. That's insane! If you are a septic crew, you should be able to find a tank, especially when after you left, my husband went out back dug a few holes and followed the line to find the tank within 30 minutes...overall disappointed with the fact that we were in need of help and your staff didn't seem to want to do their job and left us high and dry. We will definitely be using another service from now on.

Was disappointed with only the company's response to getting service and not providing only an estimated cost to just install faucets, which would have eliminated the service call...too expensive at this time. Technician was great -gave him 5 stars- and did resolve one issue I had with hot water from faucets

Called in at 07:30 on a Sunday morning. After describing my clogged drain issue to Michele, she told me she could have a plumber to me in about an hour. 30 minutes later, Mitch rang my doorbell. Dressed in his RooterPlus starched shirt, clean trousers, polished shoes & masked! Thank you. Mitch is very polite & professional. Described what he wanted to do to solve my issue. Showed me the cost estimate on his pad, which I consented. Mitch then proceeded to solve my clogged drain within an hour. He also "counseled" me on proper septic system care. Sold me a jug of BioOne enzyme to keep the septic tank in good working order. 2 oz, once/mth. If you want your job done quickly, professionally; Mitch is your man. No hidden fees. You sign the estimate before any work is done. Wasn't "cheap". But 2 hours after call in: problem solved.

Vance and Daniel did an outstanding job repairing the shower. They showed up within 24 hours. Demonstrated how to do weekly maintenance to avoid costly repairs the future.

Jon and his co-worker were great, they unplugged my main drain line after seeing that my septic was in great order. They did not try and rip me off my draining my tank but instead trouble shot my system to find out it was my main drain line was blocked. They jetted my drain line and its working great.

Mitch is top shelf...professional, honest and very capable...he did some troubleshooting on our disposal, explained everything we needed to know to make a decision to purchase a new unit.
