To whom it may concern. My name is Karolina Smith and we would like to share this . We had water backing up into our bathroom, so we called Rooterplus company on Saturday morning and we received help over the phone. The woman sent us a team of 2 very nice people who arrived quite promptly, Doc and Kory. They were very professional, informative, friendly and extremely helpful. Spent quite a bit of time working on our problem. They were doing everything to solve our issue. If we ever need we would not hesitate to call them again. We truly appreciate Doc and Cory. Thank you.
