Kudos to Tim who quickly analyzed the leak my one-month old water heater was having. I had purchased it from RooterPLUS in January and was frustrated over this development. As soon as Tim arrived I was impressed with his professionalism. He not only knew exactly what to do, but he assured me that it would be at no extra cost to me. He was efficient and honest. I've never written a review before but Tim provided such good service that I felt I had to let others know.
