Was home all day and lost a day of work
They never showed up and not even a call to update

Robert Williams really helped us. He showed my husband what was wrong with the house and how he was going to fix it. It really helped us understand what was going on. Highly recommend.

Well, Otis made it easy, I had talk to 3 Plummer s before Otis. I like his honest and for some reason I trusted him.

I was not impressed due to the outrageous charge to pump a 1,000 gallon tank. Informed of price on the phone to be charged another after yard had been dug up. Septic pumped and jet cleaned before for less than 550 dollars. 3 times as much for the same job.

Our servicer Jose Olaiz was very professional and provided adequate solutions to fix our kitchen sink pipes. He took into consideration our concerns and did his best to resolve the issue. Jose seemed very genuine and was really nice.

Roberto W. Came to my home to fix my garbage disposal and he was Absolutely great. Not only did he fix it but he also took his time to show us what he was doing and how to prevent the same issue. Most people just come in and fix stuff but he took his time to make sure we understood the work that was being done. Great great great services

After receiving an extremely high water bill I feared the worse and called RooterPlus. The Plumber came out the same day and discovered I had a busted pipe close to the structure of my home. He resolved the problem the same day and I got a credit on my water bill. Thank you Ronnie and RooterPlus!

It s Sunday morning, it s 2:30 AM and our septic tank is backing up into the house in our basement bathroom.. I start googling trying to find a company that I can get to come out on a Sun!
I call RooterPlus!, they tell me that they can have someone out between 8:00-12:00.
At 9:30, Doc is at our front door!
Very nice guy, gets to doing his job, has to tell us the bad news that we need a new system to fix our problem, but they do offer an 18 month payment option that will help with it being so close to Christmas!

Am very pleased with the work performed by RooterPLUS. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They let me know up front what they were going to do, the cost, and the amount of time it would likely take. They delivered on EVERYTHING!

No rating! The service tech was AWFUL! He had a map of where the septic tank was located but still ended up digging 2 unnecessary holes in the backyard and the septic was in the front yard! Did not care on how he left the yard after digging unnecessarily. Now I will have to have the yard repaired, at my expense??. I wish I could upload horrific pictures. His assistant,I will give him 3 stars for having to put up with the main tech. After voiceng my complaint to mgmt that said i should upload pictures. Mgmt had service come back, dig up sewer again and REtURN SEWAGE! They said I refused to pay but they never asked for payment! I am spreading the word. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

These guys were awesome. Very fast, great communication, and excellent customer service.

Not a horrible job but way over priced!!! There trucks leaked oil all over our newly paved street. When my husband complained they came back to clean and some how made it worse. Won't ever recommend them.

Could not use any of the plumbing in my house because it would overflow the shower downstairs, called Rooter Plus on a Wednesday and the next day early morning they were there!! Service pro Doc W. was professional, knowledgeable, and very accurate in finding the problem and fixing it without blowing up my bank account. Great service and super quick response, would not trust any other company or service pro for future services, I fully recommend Rooter Plus.

Ronnie saved the day! Called about noon to schedule a leak repair. Ronnie arrived when I was told he would, was very professional and friendly and had our leak fixed very quickly. All taken care of before 4.

Jon Pugh came out and helped us at our business. He not only did a meticulous inspection to be sure not to steer us in the wrong direction, but was able to diagnose us and send a plumber to help instead. I would highly recommend him at Rooter Plus! I was impressed that they took the time to explain the whole process and even allowed us to look at what was going on. I had to have more work done but I was expecting that as I waited too long for service. I just wish I had researched and got it done earlier. I will be using them again in 4 years instead of waiting and having to pay for more work.

Our septic tank backed up and when we called the next morning, they gave us a same day appointment for someone to come out. Wesley did a great job and was very professional and informative.

Kerry is a Rock Star! I had a huge issue with my Sub-pumps! He and his crew, did a great job replacing them. Professional! He goes beyond the job to make sure things are doing right. I would recommend using Kerry for any Plumbing issue.

Mike Green and Corey came out today and are truly god sent! Two of the nicest people I have ever met! They were kind , understanding, helpful, respectful! We had been stressing for awhile and gave us an amazing price . They came today as strangers and are leaving as family!

So I had an septic emergency at my house. I called a few places and they couldn t be less interested in helping me. Then I called RooterPLUS! They moved schedules around and got to me as fast as possible. The went out of Heir way to help me. They were very professional and on time. Jose, Glen, and Mike were unbelievable. These guys got to my place at 2:30pm and stayed until almost 11:00pm!!!! They even rebuilt a section of my fence that had to be removed to facilitate the backhoe needed for the job. They never complained, never slacked and never stopped. These guys took the time to explain when I had questions and were up front and honest about what was needed and was was not. If you need anything done from plumbing to septic I can absolutely recommend this company and these employees. In fact, specifically ask for them!

They don't want your business, only your money.

- They showed up 6 hours late to my inspection
- They called me once they got to my house but had no idea what work I wanted done
- I tell him what I wanted and how much I was quoted and he tells me it will be at least double that and he doesn't know who gave me that quote.
- I said I need Rooter Plus to work with me since i was misquoted and they were 6 hours late or they would lose my business and he said 'Alright, have a good day.' *click*

My one star is not due to their work, it is due to their price. I obtained an estimate to replace my pressure reduction valve for almost $570.00. I found a local plumber that did it for $250.00. The internet says that even a HIGH END plumbing company should not charge more than $400.00 to replace that part. And we all know the internet doesn't lie :)
If you want to pay for a NAME and not the actual WORK, this is the company to go with.

David was very professional but still friendly with a good sense of humor. He was thorough with his work habits. I would highly recommend David in particular since he did the work for us.

Had a valve leaking from main pipe at my meter in the ground. Probably leaking for a week. Jake was great! Very knowledgeable. He fully explained everything. He answered all of my questions. Job was done in an hour. Shout out to Emily for touching base on the phone. Will definitely call them again.

Knowledgeable service technicians. Clean and friendly and very informative. They did my septic system 4 years ago and still the least expensive to drain it.



Everyone seems contractor based, which may be the way a lot of companies work, but I'm always wary of the "upcharge" as everyone needs to make their money. Just make sure to ask lots of questions and get two or three bids.

I m so thankful for these guys they replaced my water heater and installed a whole house water filter. They also fixed some minor stuff around the house. Great job. Close attention to detail and great attitudes. Very knowledgeable. Will be a customer for life.

Contrary to the 364/24/7 hours listed on their website and the lure of 60-minute service they do not seem to be a 24 service agency. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and was told the earliest they could get to me would be 2 days later.

Very satisfied with their service and I will continue doing business with them.Jake was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate.Very easy to get help with a phone call and in a few minutes he was there.

Both gentlemen were very nice. They came in and unfortunately found a bigger problem than we hoped but they got the job done in a very reason amount of time. The quality is excellent and their knowledge was fantastic. Thankfully they knew how to make it easier for us to access our septic tank and had the tools on hand to be able to complete the job.

Thank you Mike Green and Gary from RooterPlus! I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They showed up early, listened, and were understanding of the situation (septic back up into brand new shower, no water use, showers or flushing for almost 48 hours!) Knowledgeable about septic systems old and new; thoughtful about the existing circumstances while offering a plan for realistic diagnosis and solutions and then getting it done 5 feet underground and on a bobcat without hesitation. They worked for 6 hours assessing, pumping, cleaning, testing, explaining and reconstructing parts of my system until it worked fully and met code. They did not stop to eat lunch until my septic system and drains were fully restored. Their cleanup was comprehensive making the final project look like it never happened replacing dirt, pinestraw, etc. I do not want to have any more issues, but if I must, I am calling and recommending this company and these techs with absolutely no hesitation. "Cowboy" did a neat and professional job. He is personable and a pleasure to work with him. He was friendly and knowledgeable about his work. We had one point of disagreement in which he felt I should pay for and of course I felt the company should. After a friendly debate, he contacted his boss and we resolved the problem to both our satisfaction.

Very friendly and did a good job on a smelly septic tank. Today was just a simple routine pump out. Previously, (4 years ago) they did service down the lines to make sure that everything was flowing as it should.

They are a bunch of thieves! They canceled on me three times. Same happened the first time. I see their game now. Make you wait so when they arrive at any location, home owner don't have much of a option but to use their service at a high price. The 150 price is a false advertisement, no one pays that price. I have use them twice and did exactly what the first technician said to do to avoid extra fees and this second time ended up paying more with less than two years from my previous septic tank pump. is a consumer alert!!!! David M came out to our house and he was super friendly to my family and myself. He found our problem quickly and gave us information about how to fix it or someone to fix it. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would!!

The crew they sent to pump our septic tank was very late - but communicated consistently. We had our tank pumped due to some concerns there may be an issue. There were issues, but Steven was great and worked through the whole process. 6 hours later we were good to go. It wasn't cheap, but I believe they were honest and took care of what was going to be a major issue.

Robert Willams came out from Rooterplus and did an amazing job. We recently purchased our home and was told we did not have a septic tank and that it was new piping going to the public sewer. Neither of those statements where true. We became instantly at ease when Robert showed up. He was on time, very detailed about the issues, named how to fix it and prevent it in the future. He also, told us step by step what he was doing and showed us pictures of what the damage was and explained the possible ways it stayed present in our sewerage line.
