I'm very satisfied with the service I received from RooterPlus. I needed to replace a leaky toilet and the service tech, Matt, did a fantastic job. He was on time, very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable. The Customer Service/Dispatcher lady was very nice, also.
Jake W. is very professional and very knowledgeable about the water heater I needed. He assessed my situation and advised the best solution. I am thankful to have him as my Service Pro. Although today was a holiday for most (Black Friday), he had all my issues solved and gave me peace-of-mind by having all the work done correctly and in just a couple of hours. I was one of the tenants at mike lee properties and robert williams was our technician. Robert did a great job informing us of the plumbing issues. I checked out the performance of the job and it was in top working condition. He cleaned up the area when he was done.
Technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely manner and they were very sweet and respectful to my children as well and didn t make me feel uncomfortable asking questions or explaining the process to me.

Jason came out to inspect a septic tank. He did a great job. I had many questions and he walked me through them all. He then had to dig up part of the yard and was very careful. Once the tank was exposed he explained to me what we were looking at, what needed to be done, why, and had a written estimate to me in less than an hour. Did a great job of covering the tank back up again. His demeanor was pleasant, and he was very professional. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because he was significantly late to the appointment. He explained it was out of his control .

Robert Williams came in today and was very professional. He took his time to diagnose the problems that we were having and was very thorough. He did a great job in completing his work and we will recommend his services to everyone.
They came out pumped the tanked. charged us double what was quoted. The 150 ended up being 450 with all of the extra stuff they charged. Then the workers refused to clean intake baffle. I had to call another company out to open the tank and clean the inlet baffle. it took 2 mins. a couple of pokes and it was done. This ordeal ended up costing 800. Don't waste your money. call a better company. Their customer service is horrible.

My rep Chris Bofo came out today to look at my hot water tank and as I expected it was a bust. He was so professional and thorough he told me things about my water pressure and my tank not being up to code that I had no idea. He also helped me with learning about the financing that Rooterplus offers and was genuinely concerned about me not having hot water. We need more people like Chris in this world he is the best!!! Kerry and his assistant came into my home and immediately observed my plumbing issue. During the day of the appointment he came and fixed everything promptly and cleaned up all mess that was caused while working on my in-home plumbing issue. If needed I will be sure to call their company again.
Having RooterPLUS come out to fix my garbage disposal was an excellent experience. My technician showed up and promptly introduced himself. After taking a look at my sink, Derrick was able to give me a quick rundown of all the work he'd have to do to fix my problem. After we agreed on the work and price, he began immediately. His work was quick and clean.
The only negative I would have to put down is that I requested an am visit but never was given a time frame for the visit. I received a call asking the day of if I still needed someone and when I responded yes, they told me someone is on the way. A very minor thing.
Overall I will definitely use them again should need arise.
Doc and his teammate arrived on time and worked tirelessly for hours, in the rain and cold. They were very professional and kept us informed every step of the way, capturing everything in photos and being ever so careful not to have to dig and damage our yard more than necessary to complete their task of flushing our septic tank.

By far the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. They called and cancelled all three service appointments costing me 4 hours of leave at work. They were unapologetic about having to cancel and even said that something more important came up when cancelling the second service appointment. I was lied to on two occasions they called to cancel. If they offered to come empty my septic for free I would decline rather than having to deal with them. I couldn't give anything lower than a 1 star rating but they are deserving of only a quarter star. At least they answered the phone when I called.
Jake was very professional and personable. He did a great job explaining the services he would be providing, how long it would take and would we could expect. He showed us the finished product and walked us through what he had done to fix our problem. Overall, we were really happy with RooterPLUS!
We had a sudden kitchen faucet leak and called Rooter Plus on Easter Sunday. In less than the hour their ad says, Barry was at our doorstep. He was knowledgeable and advised us to buy a new faucet. We called Rooter Plus the next day and asked for Barry again. He did a wonderful job with the installation. We are very happy and enjoying the lovely faucet and the visibly better quality hot and cold cut off valves that he replaced. Would recommend Rooter Plus and Barry to anyone who has plumbing issues, small or major in nature.

I showed them the leakage in the pipe--they were not interested in the pipe they went directly to search for the septic tank outside. without any explanation they started to dig, opened it up and pump. . . the whole process did not take them more than 20minutes . . .
and then they said the pipe must be reinstalled. . . I asked them why and how much. . . they said $2,800 to lay 15' pipe because it was originally poorly done. I said NO!
even though they came with a contract of $150/1000 gallon swage to pump (if needed) they charged me $250. . . IT'S RIP-OFF

Rooterplus sent Robert William's out on a late night to correct some work a previous Plummer who is no longer with the company left undone. Robert got the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciate his effort and the fact that he came a hour away on a late night just to get the job done. He saved the day and I am pleased with his work!
Rooter plus was so profesional. They told me that my septic wasn t service for over 10 years . They educated me on what I needed to be up to date and how often I should get my septic pumped .i Gad use a different company before but they obviously were not honest . Will be recommending Rooter plus from now on to all my clients.
They give you a price over the phone then when the technician gets here it's a totally different price saying I got all kind of problems. But they never uncovered my tank to see if there's any problems all I wanted was my tank pumped out and they want to do all this extra stuff.
This is by far the best experience I ve ever had with a company. The pair that came were very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly super friendly. Doc and Kory are an amazing team. Our problem was solved, they made sure we weren t going to have any further future issues and besides a small dirt patch and some missing sod, you can t really tell they were just here with a digger and LOTS of tools. If we ever need help again or just regular service we will def call them first. I highly recommend and will refer them to all future friends and family.
We had a main sewer backup caused by a faulty install by the builder 16 years ago. It basically came apart in a number of locations with roots growing into it. Called RooterPlus and Garret arrived early the next. He cleaned out the roots, ran a camera down it and found the problems. He presented a few options, one was to dig up the landscape, cut the driveway and replace the whole pipe. The other, which we chose, was to reline the pipe. Garret and Jimbo were great to work with, both very friendly and professional. They both knew their stuff and did a great job. Garret went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the repair and even came back twice to make sure things were correct. He is a top notch plumber and an all around great guy. I would highly recommend him.
Called to schedule a septic pump..Call to reconfirm the time they assured me that someone would be there...They called and canceled just after 5p.m. just after everyone else closed up for the day, and the guy on the phone acted like this was business as usual to stand people up and have them get upset. Take a moment to read the other reviews and you'll quickly understand why.
I called RooterPlus around 2:00 PM and they had Brian's crew at my door by 3:30! Wow! They listened and were able to complete work by 6pm.

Used this Rooter Plus because my neighbor used them. My husband had some concerns about our septic tank. Ernie with Rooter Plus came over to answer my husbands questions. Our tank definitely needed to be pumped ASAP. We were able to get service within two days. Ernie came back out and completed the job within a hour. We were pleased with the service and response time.

Had a water heater go bad overnight, Rooter Plus and Richard were the perfect solution. Richard provided great service and resolved the issue quickly. Pricing, install process, and timing were all up front which was much appreciated.
Jacob and his coworker were on time and professional in all their actions. Jacob explained the condition of the septic system and step-by-step the remedies to the problems. The only unexpected thing was the high cost to correct the problems - approximately $3,800. He did mitigate the experience by offering a special financing plan of no interest if the price was paid in 18 months. It has been three days since the work was completed and the overflow, soggy ground, and odor all seem to be clearing up well. Jacob's advice was to have the septic tank pumped every two years which would cost only about $200.

Sandy was the best home service person I have worked with in the last decade. He not only calmed my wife, educated me on my options and entertained my 4 year old while he fixed my flooding basement. Full disclosure, they weren't my first choice when I did my google search but once I spoke I knew it was the best choice for my family. They came on time after hours, fixed the issue for the evening so I could save $300 and installed everything during regular priced hours. Bonus: they left the very clean works pace...when does that happen??? Ask for Sandy he really was a super nice guy.

This guy always takes your money without correcting the real problem and leaves the system in questionable condition. First time he did not seal the electrical joint properly, and second time he put inferior pump. I will not recommend him.
