TERRIBLE COMPANY. First they were supposed to show up between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM, they got here at 1:30. Okay i get it they are a service company things happen, jobs take longer than expected. They show up and then wanted us to agree that if they busted a water line they would not be held liable. This is I guess standard practice but I was unaware of such a policy. He could have just let me know is was standard in the septic industry but instead he was confrontational. The office manager was very arrogant and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Has the people skills of an angry 14 year old. He stated something along the lines that there were electrical cables, gas lines, and water lines going under the ground and there is no way for them to tell what is under the ground. I responded you could always use GPR (ground penetrating radar) and be able to see everything under the ground. He responded if you have $15,000 and want to buy one. I told him they would make more money over time by having one because smart home owners will not agree to their "we break you fix policy". He said look it is $200 I am not going to lose any sleep over it, we do 7 Million dollars in business every year. I wished him the best of luck at that point. This is obviously a company that does not see the bigger picture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
