Always have the parts I need at a fair price, love these guys. When I need parts for my Truck RockAuto is my first and only choice.

Outstanding service and great prices. They have bailed me out many times with parts that I couldn't believe could be shipped (steering rack) You wont find better customer service.

I have purchased parts many times from Rock Auto for 4 different vehicles. 81 Chevy C10 and 3 (yes 3) different SAABS. You know, the cars they don't make anymore and everyone says "you can't get parts for those" Rock Auto can and they do. They may not have all the parts but I recommend getting most of your parts from them. That way if you have to go back to those "other" "discount auto" parts places or OEM, the savings from Rock Auto will ease the pain$ of the others.
Every part I have ordered, including sensors, wheel hubs, steering, suspension as well as general maintenance items have been exactly what I ordered and arrived when expected. When a delivery was delayed, it was stated in the shipping options.
One word of caution, check various part brands since shipping may be cheaper for a more expensive alternate part.

Recently received a part (A/C Condenser) from RockAuto that arrived damage out of the box. I am active duty military and currently stationed overseas, because of this my vehicle has been in the shop for quite some time while awaiting parts only available from the U.S. ordered by my mechanic for repairs. The parts I had ordered from RockAuto were not ready to be installed until my mechanic received the parts he ordered. Once my mechanic was ready to install and opened the box there was significant damage discovered to the coils and refrigerant tubing that made it unable to be installed. The packaging itself was completely inadequate (just a strand of bubble wrap) and clearly was mishandled. Rock Auto has no options to actually talk to a human being and their automated system automatically disqualifies me from making a return or submitting a warranty claim because it has been 40 days instead of 30. I should not be financially responsible for something that is not my fault. It's unacceptable that this happened in the first place. I have ordered large parts from RockAuto on numerous occasions but I will no longer waste my hard earned money on them in the future.

Price was right. Parts were correct. I can't understand the negative posts they receive. It could be that people are so quick to post negative reviews and you never hear when things go good..I will continue to order from Rock Auto. I am satisfied with the service. Good company to deal with.

rockauto always has the parts, I need and deliver the parts promptly there prices are the best ,way better than others ihave tried.

Purchased a Rack and pinion and power steering pump for my vehicle. They didn't tell me I needed a pressure line as well so I had to buy it locally while my car was on the lift. Also installed a P/S filter. Rack leaked from day 1. 3 leaks. Wouldn't refund because it was more than 30 days from purchase. Would only warranty replacement part which I have to buy up front and wait for my refund after I return the piece of crap they sold me. Need another new pressure line and because fluid leaked out the new pump needs to be replaced too. They won't do anything about the labor to do the job again. Their crap part is going to cost me another $800 to fix again and I have no assurances from them that the next one won't leak either. Will NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from them again.

Thanks to rock auto I was able to get the right product at the right time with a great price delivered to the right place, my front door. When I did get a part damaged during transport Rock auto took care of everything and my car was up and running in days.

Rock Auto has everything you could need I got 2 fuel pumps online from other online auto stores and they were junk breakdown right away not rock autos they have great parts it's in my truck it still going and has been and all the others have failed me thanks RockAuto for your low pricing and your high quality parts

I ordered an Exedy OEM replacement clutch kit through them for my 2006 WRX. Installation was done professionally, and the throw-out bearing turned out to be bad out of the box. When not engaged, the clutch would make a high-pitched squealing noise. This was not your normal break-in period clutch chatter; this was obviously a bad part. When I contacted them about getting a refund, they told me that all they could do was replace the faulty clutch with a new one of the same model, but I would have to pay both the return shipping and shipping for the new clutch. Obviously, after having such a horrible experience with this brand of clutch, I did not want to go the same route and risk being given another faulty part. It even escalated to the point of submitting a BBB claim, but RockAuto still refused to budge. There is a reason why their prices are so low. Their customer service is abysmal and you might end up with a faulty part. I will never do business with them again.

Terrible customer service. Package shipped to wrong address and they blamed me. I know I put the address in correctly, I always double check because often when the address is "verified" it shows as not valid, and I'm offered an alternative, this did not happen. Google does it all the time. Because they blame me they will not return shipping, and I'll have to pay shipping again to get the part I ordered. You think they would treat customers better.

I have been ordering from Rockauto for the past 5 years because of their huge selection and great prices. To top it off, they deliver quick and on time, over and over again. Their service is fantastic, I mean you will be glad you used Rockauto. I recommend "RockAuto" to everyone I know. I do not purchase from dealerships and never will again. I've saved a lot of money since I started ordering my parts from Rock Auto! My orders have never been delivered late, and I've never had to return any part because they've been correct...

Definitely do not order parts from them! Had a control arm break after 3 days of instillation from a licensed mechanic while going 70mph down the road. Completely messed up the truck. They will only refund 1 control arm, will not take the other one back even though they clearly are not safe.

I have bought many parts for many vehicles from Rock Auto. Always found what I needed and at a great price. These are not cheap knockoff parts, but are brand name with warranties. Delivery has been on time or sooner than expected.

Most horrible experience. will never deal with them again. Received confirmation with tracking number from fed ex. Paid $34 to have it overnighted and package never showed up. Called and found out you can not register a complaint or talk to anyone about the missing package. You must do it all on line. Fed ex said they never received notification from Rock auto to pick it up. All they did was create a label. Now we have to wait for a refund if we ever get it. DONT DEAL WITH THEM. Any company that does not allow you to speak with customer service for any issues speaks volumes.

Their return policy on defective products sucks, You have to return the bad part from you vehicle or buy a new part,return the old part to get your money back, I only have one vehicle. They lost a customer !!

The customer service gets a 0. I don't know how they got so many good reviews. Wheneveryou contact them they have bad attitudes. You can only contact them through email. Once they have said all that they are going to say they do not respond to any more emails. I lost $50 because they would not add a number to the address on my account because it was a number missing! One number! Any time I have shipped with them something has went wrong with my order. Another time I ordered FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address and they were in an uproar because they had to file a claim and send a new part out! I will never suggest anyone to order from them. Ordered a hose that didn't last a month after I put it on. I guess I finally learned my lesson. DO NOT BUY FROM ROCK AUTO!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. AutoZone, O'Reilly's, Advanced Auto, even Walmart. They have great deals as well and much better customer service

Worse company ever! I ordered a defective water pump. The hole is too small for the thermostat. I tried to start a return online. Even though the part is defective, because it s the part I that fits my truck they won t let me return it. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general. This is wrong and I m disable so I hope you guys are happy with yourselves.

Need help locating parts ordered on 11/15/17. Never got a conformation # or shipping date.

I was so disappointed when I was hung up on 3 separate times, on the same day, all around a 2 hour period, I have acquired thousands of dollars of parts through Rock Auto in the past and this is not the first time and so I will no longer do business with them ever again, in retort to the service word of mouth travels fast.

If Rock Auto sends the wrong parts you will be stuck for the return postage even though the error is theirs. They will claim the manufacturer description is at fault and the problem is yours. The money saved isn't worth the aggravation. There are other parts sources on line that don't dance you around. jf

Parts came on time . Most importantly the were correct and wrapped nicely. I've ordered lots of parts and never had a problem with the parts or delivery. Great people to deal with and cheaper than the local parts company.

Terrible customer service and frauds. Ordered the correct part number (same, correct part is already on the car). Received wrong part, returned it, got a new one shipped. Also wrong part. Then customer service stopped, claiming I got the correct part. 100% BS. They just stopped answering e-mails. Only got a partial refund. Suspect them of shipping out old obsolete parts on purpose.... Never again. Now only using Rockauto as a search engine and order elsewhere.

i researched many web parts suppliers before placing an order. rackauto had camparable prices to partsgeek and autoparts warehouse. the parts $300.00+ were all in stock, i paid for 3 day shipping which was an additional $40.00. the day before the parts were to be delivered i checked the status, only to find that one of the parts, a water pump, was still at the warehouse. i called rockauto and was told that the part was a special order, which it was not. i asked for it to be overnighted, and was told no. i asked that it be cancelled, and was told that it was too far into the process. then i was told that the part will be an additional 4 business days plus 2 weekend days before i could expect the part. i was never informed that there was a problem with the order. they have lost my business. no customer service. and i have to wait 6 additional day to complete an auto repair for my son. that is no way to handle business. i buy all of my major parts online and spend thousands each year.

Great website and saved my tail when they shipped an alternator our local auto retailer could not get and was having quality issues with their rebuilds. I now use them for filter when I order major components and the prices are half of what my local national chains charge. I made it to the car show when your part showed up. Thanks

SUPERB service over 5 year experience...have had several return items and refunds, also a warranty issue,handled very well..Order tracking and can even review past orders 1 click..I was out of country and my mechanic did not use parts I ordered (drive axles) for my son's car...he neglected to tell his guys that the parts were in the car...thus getting 2nd order of parts from his supplier, parts less than $150.00, I could have returned to Rock even though return time window had closed..but so pleased with Rock decided to keep parts for next 100,000 mile service...Rock on Rockauto..by the way..mechanics local parts =$70.00 more than the Rock...I have an outstanding mechanic..has saved me $70.00 many times over..he orders from Rock now as often as possible..

The most agrivating thing about Rockauto is the fact that they do not offer any kind of customer service over the phone. So if you ve got any kinda of problem or question, email is the only way to communicate. Also, shipping charges are not refunded if the product is returned. Return at own expense but don t expect the initial shipping costs back..

Crooks. Period. If your parts never show up customer service will just tell you take it up with your rental insurance and never say another word to you. Me and my wife had same experience with parts over a hundred dollars. Should not order from a place that does not care about the customer at all.

This place is a joke... Ordered rotors for my 2007 Avalanche. Parts show up and the parts inside the box don't even come close to being correct. They do not fit my truck (diameter too big and offset not even close). The numbers on the parts are different that whats on the box. Return Policy, I have to pay 1/2 of shipping back. $40.00 out of my pocket to ship back wrong parts.... Scam... Scam... do not use these idiots.

WARNING Fraud Scam Alert !
Will never buy from this business ever again. Purchased a evap purge valve, defective within 5 days, 0.00 on ohms meter 30 day refund or just replacement, replacement request only displays after purchase, scammed me into buying a new evaporative purge valve to return defective, With a delivery confirmation signed by their employee, "did not refund credit card" to date, now in dispute. No customer service phone nor email for disputes. Sent me a wrong configured evap purge valve connector, no refund for that wrong part.
Because I used a friends address to receive deliveries, they refuse to fullfill thier orders.

Parts as order and they even showed up 5 days early with a long weekend I will definitely use then again for parts. And the parts were a better deal.

Worst experience possible. Radiator drain plug came in damaged. They won t send a replacement plug instead asking me to buy another radiator or to send back the damaged and installed radiator.

Will never buy from them again. I d rather use amazon then this company - which I tried supporting

Parts arrived, didn't have time to work on car for a week or so. Installed parts to find out they were boxed wrong from MOOG. Due to car being down I had to purchase parts locally. Now ROCK AUTO is telling me I cant return them. Sure would have been nice to know they don't have customer service you can speak with. If ROCKAUTO continues this practice they will loose many more customers. Most of my friends are ASE mecahnics and one has already stopped buying from ROCKAUTO due to lack of customer service and their return policy's. SO ROCK AUTO ARE YOU GOING TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE????

Rock auto is the best. Ordered a wheel hub on Thursday with a delivery date for Tuesday, it cam early on Saturday. The same exact part at advanced auto was double what i paid. I literally saved hundreds off shop costs this week . Super happy !

The web site guided me to the wrong part ,when I went to put the rotors in I notice they were the wrong ones, because the order was past 30 days they said they can't do anything my lost and they said try to sell on line ...no help at all just over 30 days and even though it was what the web site said would fit , ism out , No Help What So Ever ...Beware!

Have been dealing with Rock for several years now and have been happy up until now. They shipped my order, which I need to install for a client who needs his car inspected. Got to my city in due course and is now STUCK in limbo at USPS. Rock has now given up on customer service altogether. Nowhere to turn for help if things go south. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING?? Will no longer consider a purchase from them, and neither should you, unless you look at their transaction of more of a lottery rather then a purchase. Good luck getting your order

Every time I've ordered, I have been extremely happy with my order. Shipping is quick and ordering is easy. My latest purchase of a new original rim for my wife's MKX was classified as "reconditioned". I don't know what they consider reconditioned because this rim is showroom quality when it arrived in two days. Yes two days and that was ground shipping. Can't say enough good things about this company. Order with confidence, you will be extremely with your choice.

Huge selection and great customer service. I had an issue with one of the parts I purchased from them and read the horror stories about attempting to return an item. Well they were incredibly easy to work with and process my refund quickly and without hassle. I would buy from them again.

I found this company from one of their catchy TV adds and wish I would have found them years ago, like many others. All of the times that I went to other brick and mortar auto parts stores and was told that I had to go to a dealer to get the parts I needed! I dreaded that knowing that the parts would cost much more there and many times ended up going to a junk yard! Problem solved! Now I can find ANY part I need at excellent prices! Thank You!

Terrible customer service department. They are misleading with how shipping costs are calculated in the pricing quotes. Shipping costs are doubled when an order ships from multiple distribution centers. You really have to watch this. When I complained, nothing was done by customer service to address the very high shipping costs.

Don't be fooled by the slick ads these crooks post. Often, what u see and think u are getting is not what u receive. A bunch of shysters! Ordered a kit that was pictured to have a cover gasket. Upon receipt, no gasket was included. Customer service told me that no gasket would be included.

Site is very easy to use. Has multiple parts mfgr's to choose from. I've ordered several parts and never had a problem with correct fit or shipping/receiving items. Always have been able to locate the 5% discount coupon on already low prices (Google it).

Phone support is lacking but with the prices I find that its hard to complain...

They need costumer service by phone. I tried to make a order had ? And get sent to other places. There service sucks. I have a well known shop and tried them. Never again. Can t even talk to someone. Would never recommend them

I ordered parts on 4/26/14. They were available in stock and paid for an expensive shipping charged. Four days later, on 4/29/2014, I checked on my order status and found out that they still have not shipped the order out from their WAREHOUSE. Very poor service!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER (non-service) arguing over a 9dollar item they claim I never ordered, when I know I did! They refuse to honor the 9 dollar purchase! They have been reported for POOR customer (non-service) And "coporate" has a phone number no one ever answers!! I just wish I could leave ) stars!!

Been using Rock Auto for years. I can always save money with them. Even with the shipping which is very reasonable I still save. I have never received the wrong part. Just recent I ordered a complete fuel pump for a 2011 Kia Sorento. I saved over $300 on what the box stores local wanted. Yes it was the same warranty as others. I have also sent back cores and they supplied me with their discount rate for return core. Credit is issued within a couple days of return. Rock Auto also has one of the most user friendly web sited to search in. This is my go to auto store.

hate that you cant talk to anyone. Ended up checking Amazon for the part I was looking for and they had it cheaper. They never have anything I'm looking for or they are much more expensive.

I've been usuing Rock Auto now for over a year. I've ordered many parts through them and each and every time, i've had no issues with their packaging, always comes well packed. When they ship, they take care of all the brokerage fees and taxes. So there are no hidden fees when my package arrives at the door. I've never had any problems. Will continue purchasing parts from Rock Auto rather than my local outfitters. if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!
