Have been dealing with Rock for several years now ...

Have been dealing with Rock for several years now and have been happy up until now. They shipped my order, which I need to install for a client who needs his car inspected. Got to my city in due course and is now STUCK in limbo at USPS. Rock has now given up on customer service altogether. Nowhere to turn for help if things go south. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING?? Will no longer consider a purchase from them, and neither should you, unless you look at their transaction of more of a lottery rather then a purchase. Good luck getting your order
