i researched many web parts suppliers before placing an order. rackauto had camparable prices to partsgeek and autoparts warehouse. the parts $300.00+ were all in stock, i paid for 3 day shipping which was an additional $40.00. the day before the parts were to be delivered i checked the status, only to find that one of the parts, a water pump, was still at the warehouse. i called rockauto and was told that the part was a special order, which it was not. i asked for it to be overnighted, and was told no. i asked that it be cancelled, and was told that it was too far into the process. then i was told that the part will be an additional 4 business days plus 2 weekend days before i could expect the part. i was never informed that there was a problem with the order. they have lost my business. no customer service. and i have to wait 6 additional day to complete an auto repair for my son. that is no way to handle business. i buy all of my major parts online and spend thousands each year.
