Most horrible experience. will never deal with them again. Received confirmation with tracking number from fed ex. Paid $34 to have it overnighted and package never showed up. Called and found out you can not register a complaint or talk to anyone about the missing package. You must do it all on line. Fed ex said they never received notification from Rock auto to pick it up. All they did was create a label. Now we have to wait for a refund if we ever get it. DONT DEAL WITH THEM. Any company that does not allow you to speak with customer service for any issues speaks volumes.
