SUPERB service over 5 year experience...have had several return items and refunds, also a warranty issue,handled very well..Order tracking and can even review past orders 1 click..I was out of country and my mechanic did not use parts I ordered (drive axles) for my son's car...he neglected to tell his guys that the parts were in the car...thus getting 2nd order of parts from his supplier, parts less than $150.00, I could have returned to Rock even though return time window had closed..but so pleased with Rock decided to keep parts for next 100,000 mile service...Rock on Rockauto..by the way..mechanics local parts =$70.00 more than the Rock...I have an outstanding mechanic..has saved me $70.00 many times over..he orders from Rock now as often as possible..
