Parts arrived, didn't have time to work on car for...

Parts arrived, didn't have time to work on car for a week or so. Installed parts to find out they were boxed wrong from MOOG. Due to car being down I had to purchase parts locally. Now ROCK AUTO is telling me I cant return them. Sure would have been nice to know they don't have customer service you can speak with. If ROCKAUTO continues this practice they will loose many more customers. Most of my friends are ASE mecahnics and one has already stopped buying from ROCKAUTO due to lack of customer service and their return policy's. SO ROCK AUTO ARE YOU GOING TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE????
