Drinks are a bit expensive but the atmosphere is very good, especially if you are sitting under the aquarium, full of ..

Very central, not far from Alexanderplatz and literally above the DDR museum, impeccable rooms and very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Perfect location, good value for money. Different options of rooms.

Wonderful hotel with the view to the aquarium, which has a separate entrance outside and you will have to pay for the entry. Rooms over the river Spree was wonderful and food was brilliant. We loved our stay.

A very nice hotel and very friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is not recommended. The food was ready so quickly because it can only be ready meals.
Breakfast also has more canteen flair because you had to queue.

All good. A nice hotel in a privileged location. The room is very good, modern and attractive. Just arrived today, sitting in the bar with a cocktail and there is a tiny criticism.
The drink I could have imagined something to nibble, as it is, for example. is common in every pub. Maybe this can become the standard in the future, the guests would certainly be happy.

At the end of our stay in Berlin it should be something special and so we decided for the Radisson Blu. My husband was already here once and enthusiastic. At the reception we were greeted warmly and asked, which direction we would like to have a room. So we decided on one inside with a view of the wonderful aquarium. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, and although only 2 single beds were available at the time of booking, we were pleased to find a double bed. The room was very clean, only the lampshades were a bit worn. Clean bathroom, clean and comfortable beds, what more could you ask for? Yes, a nice view of the aquarium, 3rd floor is almost perfect. In addition, the room was very quiet, what you would not expect because of the foyer. The free Wi-Fi did not work somehow. But that did not bother us now. The proximity to Alexanderplatz makes everything possible. We were very satisfied and can only recommend it.

Visited to see the huge fish tank. It's really cool and worth a visit.

Great hotel, location a+ and super breakfast... The fishtank in the lobby is a touristic hotspot on its own.

Awesome aquarium lounge and great Riesling. At 35 degrees in Berlin, it seems that it was the only place with air conditioning inside.

Terrible if the child does not get their own bed despite booking and is supposed to sleep in the parents' bed.

Addendum: Exactly dear Stephanie. We paid for the bed and then received a defective folding bed. Child slept in our bed anyway. For me this is not the service of a 4 star hotel in the capital of Berlin. By the way, your rooms are gloomy and in need of renovation. Not only require additional payments, but also invest.

Great location. Clean, comfortable and silent rooms. Awesome gym with spa. And the saunas are actually hot, as saunas should be.

Get a room with a great view as an upgrade - functional and tastefully furnished.
Unfortunately, it is an absolutely subterranean "swimming pool" that only exists so that you can write it down in your description and that could just be sufficient as a cooling pool for the equally small sauna. No real fun even for the small children in the pool. You should give yourself this area for free and actually make the wellness area a wellness area.
The leaky and rusty bottom area of the aquarium is due to unsightly covers of the already uncomfortable hotel bar, so that it does not drip into the drinks ...
On the other hand, the excellent breakfast buffet, which can also be enjoyed in a quiet setting, is very positive, as there is enough space in the restaurant.

So get a nice room with a view of the cathedral and don't go to the wellness area or even the swimming pool, then you won't go wrong.

It's such a bizarre idea to put an aquarium in the middle of a hotel lobby around a lift. But now that I've been here, I can't stop thinking why this hasn't become a standard for all lifts.

The hall is spectacular with the aquarium inside. Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms.

It is very convenient because parking lot is attached to a hotel in the center of Berlin
Whether you need a car to move is left, it's good for a roving base

10 minutes walk to the tower next to the cathedral
If you can afford the money please (laughs)

The inner court and the HUGE aquarium make it a must see.
Service is also good, restaurant too.

Very well located has around the beautiful museums, next to the Alexanderplatz Square.

Super hotel, impressive lobby with huge aquarium and very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and leave nothing to be desired for the price. The only very annoying are the elevators, which take ages to arrive and the air conditioning cannot be switched off

Never again, we had to book a second room, this was doubly twice as expensive, and the cash-paid money had never been paid later, which was at the front desk at night, supposedly never been there. Money gone, paid twice. I will never book again.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing lobby with the fish tank, and good food.

We stayed 4 nights and had a great experience. Hotel was lush, staff were hugely professional and very nice. The aquarium was closed which was sad but I imagine it as amazing.

Goid Hotel with high standard, comfortable modern rooms with all services available, big wellness offering and very friendly staff (incl. cleaning). Clean and has a good bar / restaurant inside and multiple (external) restaurants outside.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Berlin- perfect - transport connections, shops and attractions.

The room is beautiful BUT hygiene and cleanliness was an issue the taps aren t well maintained (see photos) and cleaning is little to be admired.

The toilet never flushes but it doesn t mean much happens! It takes time just like the wifi!

Staff very friendly and helpful but the check in did take a while!

Give it a go - it isn t terrible and the bed is comfy!

FISH HOTEL AINT GOT NO FISH TILL 2020?!? Talk about finding Nemo.

So first of all the hotel is super nice because of the aquarium and for example our room has exactly on the Berlin Cathedral shown.
Food is also relatively good there because many tastes are covered (from sushi to burgers). First of all sounds like a great hotel if not the one thing who and indeed the staff or the front desk we have a caught the first time everything made quite normal
Does not mean nice but not mean he did not point out the offer, that we thought we had breakfast with us he told us so on the day of arrival and we were there early because we supposedly not booked had

Don't go. The standard room we stayed in had the most horrible airconditioning I had in a hotel so far. Even turned on as cold as possible it was sticky warm and awful dry air. My girfriend and I slept really bad. I got up with a sore throat and a headache. Which passed as soon as I left the hotel in the morning. Also the duvet felt too plasticy for a 5star hotel. Any Motel One room gives a better feel and airco than this 5star hotel.
When we wanted to go to the spa, we couldn t find any robes in the room. The reception was not available on the phone. Even though we left it ringing for 5min. So we had to get dressed again and walk to the spa in our cloths. Appearently robes are only in the more expensive rooms.
My opinion: If you're thinking to book, because of the huge, impressive fishtank, then just go for a coffee in a the resto or buy a ticket at sealife. And book your night in a different hotel in Berlin. There's enough truly great 5star hotels around.
Breakfast was good and lavish. But then again I don't book a hotel because of it's breakfast.
Even though we had planned a late check-out to enjoy the spa, we escaped after breakfast and went for a walk instead.

Rooms clean, neat. Good food, breakfast even very good. High level, which is not always so obvious in hotels of this brand. It is definitely worth coming here. From the minuses, the service is very uneven, some people try to be nice and obliging, others do their job as if everything had to. You can also see the inequality in how guests are treated, only that it is common in these types of hotels. The more you pay for a room, the more attention you pay. Life....

Room small and not so nice. Food takes time to come! But spa is perfect

Very nice and Professional Service. Great Spa and good service, just the elevater was a bit tricky. 1 star missing just cause no one told me there is a GDR museum next to it below, love to visit it on the next trip.

A really good place to stay in Berlin. The fish tank is amazing inside the hotel lobby, and the rooms themselves are really nice. Would highly recommend this to someone looking to stay in the heart of Berlin.

Incredible hotel with its giant aquarium! It's always impressive to take the elevator and see all these fish. It's magic ! The rooms are very comfortable .. The bedding is known to be the best!
Right in the center of Mitte, it is quite easy to access all the historic places of Berlin. Right next to the Pergamon and the famous TV tower. On the other hand, this hotel is a bit far from the Berlin nightlife. I recommend it rather to those who want to visit the tourist places.
The bar is nice for a drink just below the aquarium.

The hotel itself is fantastic and in the heart of Berlin. As other reviewers have indicated, the check in process could be improved. We could not check in until an hour after check in time, and even then it took another 30 minutes.

2016 was there and it was a really nice stay, especially the gym and spa area!
Fst was also top! Omelette etc cooked frish

Wow! Just had one of my best City breaks and this hotel played a major part in it!!

The welcome on arrival was excellent, the room was amazing. The view from the bedroom over the river was incredible and a sun trap in the afternoon, sitting there watching the world, and boats pass you by. The room was superbly clean and spacious with bathrobes, Nespresso machine and water.

The breakfast choice and service was excellent. Even managed to get a table outside.

Didn't manage to dine at night but we did sample the bar in the evening. It had an extensive bar menu, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere to relax in.

We did make time for the spa, which was good also. They have a water current machine allowing you to get the laps in without the need for a large pool, plus the saunas were great to sample and relax. We are both gutted we only booked this for 2 nights as the hotel is in prime location to access all areas of the city.

I was there in the summer of 2019. Stayed for four nights and the experience was pleasant.

The hotel is beautiful with a fantastic elevator. My room has a balcony with good view.

The location is perfect. One side is the museum island, the other side is Alexander plaza which has shopping tram and everything.

I enjoyed the time to have a beer by the river and just watch people come and go

Rooms are clean and daily service excellent.
Added bonus: within walking distance from all major monuments and attractions, close to guided tours meeting points as well as river boat tours on doorstep.

The food is not to bad but breakfast wasn t very appetising , we skipped it Lots of restaurants all around hotel so you are spoiled for choice.

Expected big things from this hotel, as have previously stayed with them in Amsterdam,.
Oh dear! Firstly yes, the massive aquarium is impressive, and the location of the hotel is fabulous, right on the river! In the centre of Berlin....but...
After finding only one cup in the room I rang down and asked for another , along with some of those little milk things for coffee, ...decided to go down to the bar overlooking the river, was a beautiful day so as you can imagine i was slightly disgruntled to be told the bar would close at 9 ..on a Saturday.....anyhow went elsewhere for my evening meal...returned hoping to have said cup and milk in the room....nope.
Checked out the next day...perhaps the cup made it to the room? I just wasn't there to enjoy it...

Ideally located, great views and friendly staff. That's without mentioning the giant aquarium in the lobby that has to be seen to be believed. Highly recommended as it close by to multiple museums, shops, restaurants and all the main public transport hubs.

Great bar with mesmerizing aquarium to spend an hour after shopping and sightseeing

9 for a bottle of water . Air con broken in room and no opening windows meaning 3 extremely uncomfortably hot nights. Not a single room available to move me to apparently and no credit given on bill despite complaints last night. My colleague had the same issue in his room. Stains on the chair in the room and chipped furniture. Aside from a giant fishtank, this hotel has nothing going for it. I will definitely not be returning on my next trip to Berlin and it puts me off the Radisson blu brand.

Housekeeping lowers rating considerably:

1st morning: we had Do not disturb-sign during 08-10, no housekeeping later when the room was empty
2nd morning: housekeeping removed used coffee cups but didn't bring new ones. Asked reception 4 times to get new ones during the day, gave up and got them by myself from the lobby bar around 7 PM.
3rd morning: no sign on door, still no housekeeping, had to call reception at 3 PM.
4th morning: used mini towels removed but not replaced.

I have never experienced housekeeping as bad as this at a 4 star hotel!

There is a huge aquarium in the center of the hotel. AQUADOM's large aquarium, which is one of the places to see in Berlin, can be seen right from the bar and restaurant in the center of the hotel. The location can be reached with a maximum of 5 minutes walking distance. A very successful hotel in terms of employee quality and room cleaning.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern, I was in a room overlooking the aquarium in the lobby and it was a unique and spectacular experience, also the location of the hotel is ideal for tourism. Very nice staff. 100% recommended. Breakfasts could be better.

Good hotel in the center of Berlin. For what it is nothing expensive. It has a spectacular aquarium that is worth seeing even if you don't stay at the hotel. I expected better rooms but they are not bad. The hotel has a gym and spa with sauna and swimming pool. Very good deal

Hotel ideally located in the center, well insulated sound, large room. Bathroom with bathtub, not very modern, but spacious. View of the magnificent cathedral from the room (217).

Super nice staff, everything was clean and great surroundings. Located in the middle of Berlin. Next to the TV tower anyway the Berlin Cathedral. 10 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate.

Super Hotel, a delightful multilingual staff, connected to the Aquarium, and an elevator ... we go up and we are surrounded by fish, downstairs lots of places to eat tasty and not necessarily expensive.

It was for Aqua Dom, but the ticket price was 18 and it was decided to turn around.

First address for me in Berlin. Food was excellent, breakfast was excellent, prime location, all in all, it is hardly better. Beds very comfortable, staff very friendly. Always my pleasure
